Having just returned from a 10 day stay this is a first rate hotel with outstanding staff, we researched the location before travelling, it is in a quieter area and the resort itself is very family orientated and it's location is superb for the beach. All staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and extremely helpful, our stay was bed and breakfast which suited us, the breakfast was plentiful and fresh with something for everyone and their taste. It was extremely clean and we had no worries in relation to Covid, staff were constantly cleaning and there is a towel service providing clean towels daily for use at the pool. With regard to the pool area it is a large and well maintained area and the pool itself is superb and very clean. We did not use the pool a lot purely because the beach was so close and our choice was to go the beach, we did use the pool bar for coffee and a beer after a day on the beach staff were very efficient and helpful. My only gripe and it did not effect me directly but quests were putting towels on sunbeds in prime spots- under shade and going the beach for the majority of the day before returning I considered this a selfish practice. The majority of the guest were German and the television was showing German football, lots of choice of German beer and all staff spoke German and assumed you were German, for us this was not a problem and we considered this a great experience. This is a great hotel and would i visit again, too right when can Icome again.

We didn’t originally book this hotel, but we couldn’t stay in the hotel booked.
What a delight. Do not let the size of this hotel put you off, as we normally prefer smaller family run hotels.
Let’s just start at the beginning: from the moment you pull up, you are greeted at reception with a really warm and friendly welcome. The check in is easy and the porter looks after your luggage until you are in your room.
The rooms have everything you need, are spotless and well maintained. The mini bar is available together with TV and Hairdryer.
The food is exceptionally good and I would defy anybody to say there isn’t something for them. There is also a snack bar and smaller restaurant available. In the main restaurant, which is buffet style, sit where you want and within seconds your drinks order is taken. As soon as you finish a course, the table is clear. The staff in there are continually smiling.
The pool area is huge. If you want a sun bed, there are plenty available, you never have to look hard. However, they will remove your towels if you reserve beds in the morning or they can’t see you. It works . No inflatables in the pool, which I think is good, remember, this is adults only
The Spa. Excellent, but book well in advance, as this is a big hotel. You can also change your beach and pool towels every day.
There are nice walks in the area, plenty of shops from designer outlets to the cheap and tacky gift emporiums. Many places to eat along the paved walkways.
The beach is in front of the hotel, which is ideal, but the only downside to the holiday was the cost of the sun beds on the beach. €35 euros for 2 beds and a parasol. It’s council run, so not the fault of the hotel.
We had a great stay, in a very good hotel, that had entertainment every night if you wanted it. All the staff are helpful, friendly, efficient, professional and welcoming.

Hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable with an excellent pool and lots of sun beds so no need for the stressful early morning search and towel reservation on the beds Breakfast is breathtaking in its variety and should satisfy most if not all tastes We stayed B&B but ate in the restaurant a couple of nights and dinner didn’t disappoint in quality and choice.
Staff friendly and efficient and mostly conversational in English with the majority of guests German/European.
Only comment I would make is bedroom air conditioner is not that powerful ok in September but possibly not if really hot in summer. The rooms are well soundproofed with little outside noise
Restaurant in nearby resorts are ok average fair & reasonably priced.
Boat trips available from the beach headland & worth a day out. Cycle hire is good with designated cycle lanes and reasonably safe.

Adult only hotel in lovely location on the sea front. From check in to check out staff are very good. Rooms are cleaned very well on a daily basis and soap etc topped up as required.
The food at this hotel is excellent for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of choice for all - even Vegan . The buffet restaurant is large but staff are very efficient and tables cleared, relaid etc swiftly. Drinks in the restaurant are not overpriced and there is a good choice of wines. It is possible for those who don’t want to drink a whole bottle to have it carried over to the next day.
We ate at both the A La Carte restaurants ( Mediterranean and Asian - set menu) and food was very tasty and service good. One visit to each of these is included in the half board package.
The pool is large and a lovely temperature. It is surrounded by loungers with a parasol for each pair. It was great that if you went out for the morning you were still able to find somewhere to lounge on your return. The hotel does not allow reservations which is great! The Aqua Aerobics were great fun and even my husband participated. 👍
For those who prefer the beach it is steps from the hotel. Lovely white sand and clean. Sun loungers have to be hired but you could just take a towel to sit on. The hotel provide towels.
This was our third holiday at this hotel and we will definitely return.
We didn’t listen to the evening entertainment as prefer to wander into the centre for an after dinner drink. Plenty of bars within a short walk.

The rooms , bar , lounge and pool area were carefully and beautifully redecorated. The meals are very varied and extensive. Plenty of choice , flavours for all tastes. The rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning and ceiling fan , both controlled with a separate toutch screen , a TV and free fridge (contents though paid for) and safe ; the spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and rain shower is nicely finished ; wifi (sometimes wonky) throughout the resort. Friendly staff everywhere. Will definitely come back for a 3rd time. The hotel's location in quiet and picturesque Sa Coma contributes to a carefree holiday.

Superb hotel and location. Amazing staff. Breakfast is excellent. Pool is spotless and the pool restaurant serves fantastic food and great value for money. The location right on the beach makes this a great holiday for both pool and beach lovers. It is adult only so it is very quiet and no music or noise during the day and most restaurants and bars in surroundings area are quiet and close early. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing break.

We had a great holiday in Sa Coma. The hotel is great- really clean with really friendly staff and great food. I’m not usually a fan of on-site entertainment but Christian, Robbix and Hermina were great. They really got us involved and we met lots of lovely people. People of all nationalities were there. Lots of languages spoken by the staff. The buffet was plentiful and varied each night. The pool was regularly cleaned and pool towels are available against a deposit. The rooms will be great after the refurbishment, I’m sure. It was great to be so near the beach. The disabled facilities are very good too- wheel chair friendly. Many people report Year on year. I can see why!

Although the hotel was very lovely and open, we found that nearly 90% of the clientele staying at the hotel were the older generation. We are an early-mid 30's couple and when we started our stay we were the only two from our generation. The buffet food had the same elements everyday for breakfast and dinner which got quite boring, the food was also cold at times, there are no restaurants close by (walking distance) however you can catch a taxi from the hotel to Cala Millar and spend a day there. There was also no food room service, so if you missed dinner unfortunately there was nowhere to get food. Shops closed around 8pm and some even earlier which was a shame. Cleaners would come every morning to clean the room however there was so much dust on arrival and even though the room was being cleaned daily it was still lots of fluff. There is a restaurant located in the hotel however it closes at 3pm. The beach is within perfect distance 1 mins walk. We were able to hire a pedal bike and bike along the strip of the beach. There is also a pizzeria at the end go the stripe were you can have pizza and a bar however closed at 5/6pm. There are shops located locally within walking distance. Spa and pool inside are decent however there was only one person working In the spa area. The bus stop is located outside the hotel. It is a lovely spot if you just want to get away and not worry about doing anything and want to stay within location. We aren't a partying couple however felt there wasn't much diversity and got bored.

From the moment we arrived at reception we knew that we were going to have a fantastic holiday and we did. The check in was quick and smooth and staff pleasant. Everywhere exceptionally clean and spotless. Our room overlooked the pool and promenade which was lovely. No complaints at all. Meals were fantastic and lots of choices for every palate. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, never have we seen a choice before. We never usually bother with the entertainment but on a couple of nights we sat and watched the odd act. The pool was meticulously cleaned every day And the pool area. Lots of sun beds To lie on even when busy, if non could be found a word with staff and extras were brought out. Aqua aerobics most days in pool which was the highlight of the day watching the teacher jumping around.The pool also had a lift/seat for any disabled/wheelchair users. All entrances and exits in the hotel were wheelchair friendly too. As we only went half board lunch was sometimes taken at the onsite restaurant/cafe. Tasty food and reasonably priced too. The hotel was in the perfect position as the beach was opposite. We holidayed in May at the beginning of the season so sa coma was extremely quiet and many shops and some businesses were still closed unlike the next resort along which was bustling when we visited after hiring bikes on a couple of occasions. Bike hire was around £8 a day. This resort would be the one to stay in if you wanted some atmosphere as in as coma it was like a ghost town some evenings. Most places closed at 5/6 pm for the day. Whether this was just because it was early May I’m not sure. Would definitely recommend and stay in the hotel chain again as could not fault it. A big plus was that it was Adult only. We did holiday with family but they chose an all inclusive in the resort so we just met every day.

Great location. Spotlessly clean rooms. Good choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Plenty pool loungers, pool area and pool toilets very well kept Friendly staff from the hard working cleaners to the Managers. Entertainment every night. Free safety deposit box this year which was great. Hire of pool towels 15 euros deposit. A bit pricey but you get it back at the end of the holiday and the towels are really good quality not like some hotels where they are thin and rough. All in all this was our 2nd holiday at this hotel and we can't wait to go back.
