Accommodation is just good. Thats why 3 from 5. If you are not picky you can book this apartment. We went to get there just to sleep and to get shower. Room, shower, kitchen - just ok. Nothing damaged. Cleaning is WEDNESDaY and saturday. - they say… But if you are there more then week, no cleaning at all … they change the towels, close the Windows. You need to keep your Room clean, otherwise you will have mess. Pool is ok. Quite area. All day we were somewhere .
two times we have been now they dune work on the room need to sort the over flow from the air cone out just runs over the floor out side the window they need to do some work on the play park for the kids the rooms do need a bit more work not a lot as bugsare coming in under the skertinboards was getting 3 to 5 a day first time there there was music playing at the bar this time not a thing so did not go back there for drinks we had 14 days there
So sorry for late review. We stayed 3 weeks from 16th September Dave and Carole room A3. Thankyou for a lovely holiday the apartment was large comfortable and very clean with a lovely big balcony staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool cleaned everyday plenty of sun beds. Fantastic location for all amenities. Hoping to return next year.
We booked here for our 10th anniversary for 4 nights at a very reasonable price. I haven't any complaints our room was clean beds was comfy.staff friendly and helpful. A lovely break. Pool was cleaned every evening
Just returned from 10 nights here. I will start with the only good things about this place, firstly great location very close to everything in Sa Coma. Rooms are bright modern and newly renovated with comfy beds. The air con is also a brilliant bonus however it does not reach the bedroom so not that fab at night, unfortunately this is where the good ends. When we arrived late at night we thought it was a deserted or abandoned apartment block. The grounds are really quite appalling. I never once saw the pool or pool area being cleaned and there was serious neglect of the pool itself, tiles missing black mould around the edge of pool and sand and rocks in the pool itself really grim. Air con unit on balcony leaked reported to reception I was given a mop and bucket which I filled twice a day there was that much water. Balcony door didn’t lock reported to reception they did nothing apart from say we were not in bottom floor so should be ok !! Never a problem for sunbeds as I think not many stayed at pool as so shocking. Charged me 2 euros for printing boarding passes too which bugged me. Kids play area was not some where you want your kids to play at again neglected. Very noisy on a couple of nights all night long not great either. No where to dry anything on balcony and no table and only 2 chairs. Cleaners came once in 10 days and changed towels and sheets then which I didn’t think was enough. I would not stay here again unless it had a dramatic overhaul of the grounds.…
Unsure of what to write as we were both happy with our holiday here in June but things cold have been a bit better I think if there were more staff. The pool area and sun beds were very clean and no problems getting a bed but the seating area by the bar could have been swept more often. the bar prices were the best we had seen all week but a little more choice would have been nice. The room (B14) was compact with bed room 2 singles, shower room/loo/sink with hair dryer, no shelves too put stuff on or hooks for towels but excellent shower, 2 sofa's each the size of a single bed, table and four chairs which didn't leave much room to move about. Balcony table with two chairs, got the sun mid afternoon but still some in the shade, the new air con unit is fitted in the corner but the condense pipe had not been fitted the balcony soon became very wet, Kitchenette two electric hob's, kettle toaster, microwave, a few cooking utensils cups not mugs and the usual crockery and glasses, no tea pot so if like me you like a mug of tea when you get up take your own as cups are small. We arrived on a Thursday and the next time our room was cleaned (we were to the end of the girls shift so I think our room only got a lick) was Monday, there are no brushes or mops in the room unless you asked which if you asked they would oblige for most things, got a little fed up of going to ask for things. One of the big plusses for this complex is that for a €20 deposit you can have Air Con no other charge and because it was new it worked very well, even to the point you put it into quiet mode and leave it on all night. All in all my wife and I had a great week here but for a few little details would have been great! All staff work very hard but I think a couple more would make a big difference to the whole complex.…
Having read the reviews you'd swear I stayed in a different place. The pool I saw being cleaned every evening, we had one particularly windy day and once they'd been told that leaves and flowers had been blown in the pool, a guy was straight there with a net to fish it all out. Not once did I think the pool or sun loungers were dirty, I wouldn't have allowed my daughter to go in if it was. The apartment..... Lovely room, the toaster looks a bit outdated but still worked. Kitchen had everything you'd need for light snacks throughout the day or some sort of fried sandwich for breakfast but I wouldn't say you could cook an evening meal..... But who wants to be cooking on holiday anyway 🤷♀️ Every apartment has a water tank or boiler type thing that does make noise early morning.... Didn't bother me, it was like my alarm clock. Bathrooms have newly been refurbished and they are lovely. Nicest shower I've ever had. Park looked a bit tired but the hotel next door has a lovely park and kids splash pool with slides that we used. The bar offers cheap drinks and pizza.... Would have liked to have seen cocktails and a bit more food on the menu. Overall I was extremely happy with the place and I'd have no problems coming back here. Staff were friendly and attentive, rooms were cleaned regularly and the location is fantastic. …
stayed here in early summer. very cheap so I wasn't expecting the ritz. the location is good as it's very close to the shops, beach and restaurants. the pool was very small, dirty and was never cleaned. our room was cleaned once in 5 days. towels were changed once. no cleaning equipment there for us to wash the dishes we used and the bins were not taken out. the fridge was covered in rust. the sockets were falling off the walls. the air con didn't work. the first room we were given the front door wouldn't close properly and the windows wouldn't lock. the t.v. did not work. we got moved to another room and had similar problems. the manager asked what did you expect when you pay for a 2 star apartment, all of the rooms have problems. we got locked out for 4 hours on our second night because our front door wouldn't open. the locksmith came and basically took a hammer to it until it opened. honestly when I turned up at this place my heart sank. very nearly booked into somewhere else but we stuck it out. next year will spend more for better. also for self catering you have to pay for a toaster and a kettle.…
Me and my 3 kids have just spent a week in these apartments. They are very basic yes, even had to go out and buy a sharp knife for the kitchen and some decent sized glasses. But they are clean and a good size. The bar offers a reasonable selection with a large beer being only €2, almost half what the bars charge. For the money they are well worth it, even the location, with it being a 2 minute walk to the ‘main’ strip. Say coma itself is very beautiful and this a good place to explore from.
Stayed here for a week and was cheap so expected it to be very basic but clean. The room was only cleaned once and towels changed once. The pool area was absolutely disgusting and so dirty it was shameful. The pool was not cleaned once and had dirt patches in places, there is no way I would have gone in there for fear of catching something. The sun beds were falling apart and again filthy....Never again
