Lovely place to stay, right on the beautiful beach, great food, amazing staff! Our 6th stay and won't be the last ! We have stayed with the whole family and also as a couple, this time again as a couple. Very clean and so friendly, we love it. Plenty of local shops if you need a spend although not all are open currently due to the virus.

We’ve just arrived home from Sa Coma Platja and already want to return. This is our 3rd visit and the hotel just gets better and better. The views from the rooms are amazing and anything from the 5th floor up you get an uninterrupted sea view. The rooms are immaculately clean, the cleaners do an amazing job and outside is equally as clean. The beds are so comfy, we sleep there better than we do at home. An added bonus is the fridge and kettle in the rooms. I just want to compliment all the staff but in particular the restaurant staff. They are all so friendly and accommodating and a special thank you to the gentleman who takes your room number and welcomes you into the restaurant. From our 1st visit when my husband was on crutches he went out of his way to be helpful and now he recognises us and looks after us each time we return to the hotel. The food in the restaurant is delicious. At breakfast a lovely array of fresh fruit, cold meats, breads and cooked breakfasts. They make your omelet to order and also freshly made pancakes. At dinner an enormous choice of hot and cold dishes and also deserts. I just would like to thank all the staff for giving us an amazing holiday and look forward to returning again next year.

I stayed in the hotel with my boyfriend in September 2021 and I have nothing to complain about. Our visit was amazing! We were welcomed by absolutely nice receptionist - Fernando, who at the beginning informed us, that due to our late arrival (about 10pm) and impossibility to eat at the already closed buffet, he ordered a cold dinner to the room imagining how hungry we must be after a long journey. It wasn’t anything special - just ham and cheese sandwiches + some fruits, but that was so nice and was a big surprise for us. All stuff was really friendly, speaking English and German, so it was easy to communicate. The room was clean and very spacious. The balcony was furnished with a beautiful sea view. Food was delicious. It probably couldn’t have been better, especially for the price we paid. Very varied and fresh, full of fish and seafood fried by the staff the whole time. The desserts wasn’t as good as they looked, but everybody could choose something for themselves. There was a big variety of drinks. The alcoholic ones are not very qualitative, but don’t expect to be given an expencive whiskey or wine on all inclusive. We had our favourite ones but there were also some, which didn’t taste great, but all in all we can’t complain - we had much to drink. The pool was not very big, but clean, with a big amount of sun beds nearby, so there was no problem to choose the place to sunbath. There wasn’t much animations, but it was an advantage for us. The music was played all the time, but not very loudly and there was some water aerobic, yoga etc. a couple of times. There was also some concerts/dance shows by night, but not everyday. There is quite a big beach with warm, crystal clean sea about 10-20 m from the hotel - we were going to swim in the sea leaving towels on our hotel sun beds. The loungers on the beach are extra paid (public beach), but it’s not necessary to take, because of the small distance between the beach and the hotel pool. The surroundings are also very picturesque - we recommend to have a walk to the castle across the cliffs. All in all we are very satisfied with choosing the hotel and we are really relaxed now.

Great hotel. Big swimming pool, very fast wifi. Good food and All inclusive :) Unfortunatly there's no nightlife in this town. No people on street after 9pm. No clubs, no bars, no drunken people. Magaluf is much better place than Sa Coma.

Staying in this hotel with 2 small children and 3 adults have been by far the best. The rooms are extremely clean and tidy. The all inclusive dining is so good, so many options and everything is very fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. The beach that is close by is very clean and neat. Highly recommend!
