Just back from a 3 night stay in a Junior Suite and would definitely stay again. This hotel is perfect if you're after a relaxing and tranquil location on the island, away from the touristy Alcudia main town and port. However, at a 20 minute peaceful coastal walk or 5 minute taxi at approx 10 euros, you're not far away should you want to venture out of the hotel. However, we did spot a further two restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel, one of which we tried and was stunning (Restaurant La Terraza).

Our room was lovely and clean and housekeeping visited daily. The room has all amenities apart from perhaps a tea and coffee making station facility but we didn't miss this too much. Breakfast and dinner buffets were tasty, varied and good value for money.

The pool area was clean and although not huge in size, never felt over-crowded. Perhaps a pool bar and some background music would be a nice additional to echo the atmosphere in the restaurant terrace. The hotel staff were also very helpful and friendly.

We arrived here a couple of weeks after it’s recent takeover and we were pleasantly surprised by just how much we loved this hotel. We had a pool suite room, which was large and spacious with a great view over the pool and was cleaned everyday. We went to the pool quite a bit and more often that not we were the only people there, this added to the relaxation. We stayed bed and breakfast and this is the best hotel breakfast either of us have ever had, the coffee was perfect and there was a wide selection of hot food, pastries, juice, cereals, yogurts, fruits etc. We also ate in the restaurant on a night a couple of times and this was also really tasty, and at a really reasonable price. The hotel is a little out from Alcudia but only about a 20 minute walk, and there is a beach just over the road from the hotel and some surrounding restaurants which were great, especially recommend paying to eat at La Terrazza.
The staff really made this hotel stay amazing for us and brought it up a level, nothing was too much trouble and always smiling and asking how we are and really going above and beyond. We’re already looking at booking to come back, and we can’t wait!

We booked this holiday with Love Holidays about 4 x months ago via there website.
When we arrived (after a 1 hour delay) at 3am on the Sunday 25th. The receptionist Felipe was there to great us. He was exceptional, Kind and couldn't help us enough. Told us the basic things we needed to know so we could get into our room for a sleep.
Wake the next morning to still see him there, We had problems and some questions. He soon answered all of them. Room was 106 first floor above reception. One of the cleanest rooms, one of the best views out to sea and could see the swimming pool and the view all down the road. Breakfast is good, Continental style or you can have they say Full English, Bacon, Sausage, Scrambled Egg and Hash browns. or both That did us. It was all you can eat, we didn't find that out till 2 hours later when they chased us for payment 38 Euros for 2 of us. (we gave them our room number) Pool very cold but you needed it at 31 degrees everyday (not England's 30 degrees its Spain's 30 degrees 40+ everyday!!) Food at the restaurant was stunning Gorgeous. Maria who was our cleaner was brill cleaned everyday, if you were in still she would come back.

No Noise, Food and Drink in the Bar, Spar shop on site as well. Fresh bread, Croissants, Pan au Chocolate, Doughnuts, Apple Turnovers, Slices of Pizza!

All in all we will deffo be going back.

Brill for couples, No Entertainment by the pool or restaurant, The Port is 8 Euro in a taxi and can be booked by the Hotel.

Very pleasant stay in the suite, very large with 2 rooms. Everything very clean. Very quiet pool. We were very comfortable. Nice staff.
Nice area but far away, you have to take a car.
What we did not like and did not understand is that the complex where the suites are located had the access door from the outside open 24 hours a day, allowing anyone to enter freely, which is clearly happening, with the consequent insecurity at night and ease of access by terraces to the rooms, swimming pool, etc. Reason why a security guard bothered us in the pool area by asking us if we were guests of the hotel, in an inappropriate way, while he was looking for people who had sneaked in and who were in fact inside the pool. That happened 3 times.
He decided that we had to wear one of those permanent, fluorescent bracelets... when we were not in an all-inclusive regime, nor is there one in this hotel, so we consider it unacceptable that the hotel decides to "mark" us as at earned permanently, when they do not take security measures to control access, closing that exterior door with a key and giving us another one to the clients or an electronic card, which would be the logical thing. And if they want to use bracelets that are at least removable and can be used only when necessary.
And a couple of days hammering and mowing at 7:45 in the morning...
The hotel is very good but they have to improve those aspects.

We came here by accident as we should have been holidaying in Malta. I will say my husband and I were very surprised how beautiful the island is. The hotel is lovely and very clean to high standard. The staff are so helpful , Alexandra and Anna couldn’t do enough for us. The manager and rest of staff were also helpful and welcoming.
We are staying on the first floor with our balcony over looking the bay and pine trees . Bed very comfortable and room very clean. The hotel breakfast is very nice and the evening buffet is plentiful and varied each evening at €15 each. The hotel is situated at Alcanada a very beautiful peaceful area, you can walk 2 mins from hotel and swim in the sea which we have done . The hotel pool is a lovely size and comfortable loungers , of which there are plenty. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Get the shuttle bus from the airport number A32 to Alcudia Port , then get a taxi €6-€7 to hotel. The walk to the lovely vibrant port takes between 25-35 minutes.

Myself and my Son have recently stayed here and apart from the wonderful staff have not had a good experience. The staff are very helpful and very nice, friendly and professional. However, the food is awful. Very poor choice with no vegetarian options. Food choices vary from port to soup on a daily basis and only 2 options. this should have been all inclusive but no snack bar and really only a full board basis. Lovely hotel, clean and in beautiful area but no entertainment as advertised and no access to the beach for swimming or paddling, only rocks. no amenities local and will require a car or taxi to nearest area which is the port. Not advisable for holiday but for a business trip then maybe. Not as advertised. The hotel toiletries were removed from the bathroom on second day

The attentions of all the staff starting with director Sebastian and finally the kitchen team led by David with Carmen, Tolo, Irene, the waitresses and waiters team Sergio, Laura, Maria, Facu and the whole group of roommates Rocio, Maria, Angeles, and Marilyn who spoiled me as if I were their mom. The tranquility of the Aucanada area, with beautiful landscapes in its coves with the comfort of a small supermarket in the same hotel a place that invites you to rest. With access to other locations. A well deserved and rested holiday in flia. Highly recommended Mar hotels Aucanada for rest. And with excellent facilities for a small and exclusive hotel.

What a wonderful hotel! We were so kindly received there.
Once we arrived at the "junior suite with see view", we were hilarious about the view.
The staff made our holiday complete, they are so friendly here and are always there for you. We felt very welcome.. especially Sergio from the restaurant has helped us very well and kindly and given many good tips etc.
With a car we had rented you are with 6 min on the beautiful boulevard part of Alcudia and if you drive a little further (13 min in total) you are on the beautiful Platja de Muro... really recommended with the beautiful clear blue water.
Overall we had a top holiday and would also advise anyone to book this hotel 🥰

Just back from a stay at this hotel and I really recommend it! The location is ideal if you enjoy excellent access to the beach and a relaxing holiday away from the busy towns. The surrounding area is great to explore. The rooms were very clean and accommodating. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and provided variety each day from cooked options to continental. Pool area was also very clean and quiet. Great relaxed stay for couples!

Just arrived superlative welcome .. all friendly operators, helpful and who love to pamper their guests . FELIPE , Juana above all 😍 we will carry them in our hearts.
Very nice hotel, large rooms, clean really well, well stocked, large terraces.
Location perhaps more suitable for families with children very quiet and a little 'out of the nightlife.
Breakfast maybe to alternate more every day a little 'the same things but still satisfying with many less sweet savory.
Cute pool even if not used ☹️
Really negative notes no , just some improvements that yes ..

The area is very quiet, there is a small spar supermarket next door to the hotel, no other shops. There is a beach bar up the road owned by HMS president hotel which you can use. There is a restaurant opposite called la terreza for fine dining (expensive). That’s it! A taxi into the port for shops & bars cost around €7.
