What a nice place for holiday with family. Specially during coronavirus crisis. Impeccable hygiene and cleanliness, precautions are taken seriously. We was enjoying every second in this beautiful hotel, with very pleasant personnel. The food is amazing, delicious buffet with various kinds of dishes in each meal a day😋 We was not bored at all because every day there is activity and animation by Isma and his crew💃🏻,so stunning! I loved how the lifeguard cleans the sun-bed just when you leave it and handle swimming pool very carefully. To do and redo 😊❤️

The hotel is clean & modern and the staff were very helpful. Its in a good location with plenty of shops bars restaurants nearby. The buffet had plenty of selection, although the hot dishes could be a bit warmer The rooms are small but have everything you need ,wardrobe & shelves as well as fridge. The shower is good with complimentary shampoo &shower gel
The safe is 3 euro per night with a refundable 5 euro deposit.
The beach bar is a nice touch with cocktails & snacks all available on the A/I package. The evening entertainment was ok on some nights, but out of 7 nights ,3 of them were Bingo nights. Ismail made them as much fun as possible but 3 nights of it was too much . Overall we had lovely holiday and would return.

Just returned from a 10 night stay as a family of 10, Hotel was spotlessly clean was disappointed with the entertainment only seen one singer during that time. No entertainment at all for children day or night. Eric was lovely and did a face painting for my two daughters ages 8 & 6 the adult pool was abit of a shock as there is 3 steps into the pool then it plunged you right into the deep end as my 8 Yr old found out and a family member had to jump in to help her. Lifr guard didnt notice until after the ebent As for food as expected it is very much the same thing everyday / night lots of past & pork! Only had our bed sheets changed once during out stay beds were made everyday but not changed. Rooms are very small unfortunately I wouldnt recommend for families with young children location was lovely beach is where we spend most of our time as the children's pool only comes up to the knees.

We have just returned from 10 nights all inclusive at this hotel, our flight was delayed due to thunderstorms on the way, so we arrived late and had missed our evening meal, the hotel staff had left some food out for us on arrival so we didn’t completely miss out, very kind. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach ( a few minutes walk) the staff are all extremely professional and helpful, the cleaning staff work tirelessly to keep the hotel and rooms clean. The hotel is spotless. The food is incredible, such wonderful choices everyday/ every meal. We enjoyed sitting outside next to the lake for all our meals. There are different bars around the hotel and the added bonus of one on the beach, our only quibble was that there are no drink or snack lists at the bars, so it’s not easy to know what drinks they offer. There are soft drinks, juices and coffee which are always self serve and beer on tap and wine to help yourself to at meal times. The planned entertainment throughout the day and evening are very good, there is a small team of 4 running all the entertainment. We would like to send a special thank you to Nikita ( part of the entertainment team) who made our trip even more special. They all work so hard and were great fun to be around. The pool area is very relaxing, and was never too busy, it has lots of trees around and is next to the lake. The rooms are very clean, there is a small fridge in the room and air conditioning that worked very well. The only thing that wasn’t so good for us was lack of wardrobe hanging space and no full length hanging spaces and I wasn’t very keen on the glass wall/ door to the bathroom. We throughly enjoyed our trip and are planning on returning very soon. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning on a trip to Alcudia.

Just returned from a wonderful 8 days at the Alua Boccaccio. We contacted the hotel group a few days before arriving to request a room in a particular area of the hotel , our request was met and I had one happy husband who was able to sit on the balcony and take in the last rays of the sunshine every day . The room was very clean and modern with a large walk in shower . The beds were really comfy , two beds pushed together to make a double , which wasn’t a problem for us . The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were always left, bed linen was changed when ever you wanted , you just left a request card on the bed . Unlike other hotels we have stayed there was a card permanently slotted in the electric panel near the door - you didn’t have to use your key card , this meant the air conditioning could be left on when out of the room ,it was great to walk into a lovely cool room after being out in the boiling hot sun. We were all inclusive and the food was of excellent quality with plenty of choice at all meals, the chefs were constantly replenishing the dishes so was always fresh and hot. There was an excellent choice of all inclusive drinks available and self service drinks machines for water , soft drinks and hot drinks . We especially loved that the hotel was no smoking in all areas . The hotel is in a great location , close to lots of shops and restaurants and close to a beautiful lake . We had a lovely morning walking all around the lake and across to the little island in the middle of the lake , it’s a few mile walk all the way round , so recommend an early morning walk when it’s a little cooler . The beach is about a 5 minute walk away. The beach is beautiful. Soft sand and you can walk quite far out and only go up to your knees in the crystal clear sea, which at this time of year was quiet warm . The hotel had a bar down at the beach where drinks and snacks are available and is included in your all inclusive . All the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and very helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble, all you had to do was ask . The only bad thing about our stay was that it was too short We didn’t want to leave. We are already looking to return next year . Thank you everyone at Alua Boccaccio for a superb holiday with you .

Amazing stay at Boccaccio Hotel! this is the 2nd time we visit this place, and every year gets better. 1st class staff always nice and taking care of everyone to make you feel confortable.
Place too quiet, we'd love some music around the pool and a small speaker would fit perfect next to the lifeguard as he's sitting there all day doing nothing. Snack bar not the best but the restaurant was always open, clean and with variety of food. You could always hear the neighbors, but the room was always very clean, workers here make a big effort to make you feel like you're home.
Last but not least special mention to Eric the entertainer who was always around, having a chat with everyone, you can see him day and night in the hotel bringing the best atmosphere always smiling. Best vibe ever, we're shocked he could speak every language. But, shows in the night could be better, as in a week we just liked the tribute to Tina Turner.
We're thinking about coming back in September if prices go down, hotel could give promo codes so more people would come back for sure.

Staff and room service very good, Air con free and needed as 36 degrees, Safe in room and a small charge for use. Also a fridge . Hotel a little rundown, Entertainment a bit hit and miss..,
Negatives…, Pool very small and lack of sun beds , 500 rooms and 25 sun beds only, crazy. Need to get up at 3am and put towels on , If you lucky there maybe one as most. people leaving towels on overnight , Beware there a tax when staying in the hotels of 3 euros each person each night , We booked in at reception and was give a 42 euro bill which we had to pay . Also the hotel had a very small beach bar, Hold about 15 people max , On the beach opposite bar are the sun beds, All were reserved..,,, Turns out if you want a sun bed you can book for minimum of 4days. Which most people did, so when we got there only one sun bed was available, Which we pay for on the day, It was crazy all had orange reserve signs on and so many people did not realise this and having to move was asked too , You can book sunbed on beach on line or pay on day 13 euro for two beds, It spoils you holiday when can not get around the pool or on the beach, There are other sun beds on beach but if you can not walk far as wheel chair bound , It’s a nightmare, Would I go back, sorry to say NO.

Brilliant hotel all round, all inclusive option definitely worth it with a great choice of drinks and worth it alone for the brilliant beach bar located a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
Rooms were always cleaned and tidied with towels replenished by hotel cleaning staff by no later than 1pm, air conditioning in the room was fantastic, lovely and modern with more than enough space for a hotel room.
Restaurant was great for the most part with a different meat and seafood option available each night, and the snack bars at the pool and beach bars were a great addition.
Staff altogether were brilliant and the most helpful from top to bottom.
Brilliant hotel and definitely will be coming back.

Just back from a weeks stay at this great hotel. Positives are- location, surrounded by a beautiful lake, lovely staff & great food even for vegetarians. Having all inclusive at the Beach bar is fantastic!
Just a couple of things to improve on:
A shower curtain or door is an absolute necessity in the family room. The shower is open to the bedroom and faces a mirror (toilet is separate), which means no one can shower if anyone else is in the room, not good when travelling with teenagers! The shower had a door in the double room, for my parents. I enquired at reception and they said that was the way the rooms were designed! A simple fix to make things easier for families is essential.
The day time activities were not widely advertised or encouraged. Normally staff go round the pool shouting the activities, this didn’t happen. Only seen aqua aerobics twice and on a cloudy day the reception had to phone the staff as we were waiting to take part in the pistol shooting. The night time entertainment needs better acts and more variety of acts.
All in a great hotel, would definitely stay again 😁

Stayed at this hotel for a week as part of a package holiday. We chose to go all inclusive and were very impressed with the standard and selection of food. The staff were very friendly and pleasant.
Location
Very close to the beach (2 minute walk pretty much). There’s a beach bar where you can have drinks and snacks on the all inclusive package.
There are quite a few restaurants near the hotel if you fancied a change of scenery. A must visit however if you want to eat out is Alcudia Old Town which is stunning. We tried to get a taxi to the Old Town, however the taxi service was very busy so we found out from reception we could get a bus instead (324 bus - the bus stop is opposite “Mike’s chill out bar” which is part of the hotel). Bus service was great, it was €3 per person and the journey took ~10 minutes.
Room
The room was slightly on the small side, however clean and had a good shower and balcony. The maids charged the bed and towels every day to a high standard. There was a fridge. Something to be mindful of which we were very surprised about is that you need to pay to use the safe - €3 per day! That was quite disappointing and surprising that you have to pay for a safe.
Food
The food selection was brilliant. Lots of variety and all cooked to a high standard. Mixture of hot and cold food at breakfast, for lunch there was a selection of meat each day. Dinner also had lots of variety. Good wine selection and San Miguel on tap.
Hotel grounds
There is one medium sized pool and a smaller pool for children. There aren’t many Sun loungers by the pool so you would need to get up early to guarantee getting one. It didn’t bother us and we went up on the terrace which overlooks the sea. Very quiet and peaceful. There is a bar which has soft drinks, water and alcohol as well as snacks such as watermelon and toasties.
The evening entertainment was disappointing. I think the hotel could do more to make it more enjoyable for guests. The bingo was probably the best night. That said, the daytime entertainment was good - we did water aerobics, gun shooting and water polo.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

No sunbeds by 8 am ! Was told on our first morning to go to the beach by reception staff ( after arriving at 3am and feeling exhausted)
Every morning was the same.
We paid £300 for reserved sunbeds on the beach in the end.
There are more places to choose from in the Port d'Alcudia area.
