This summary was created by AI, based on recent reviews.

Alua Boccaccio hotel boasts a dynamic atmosphere that some guests adore for its liveliness, though others occasionally find it either too subdued or loud. The location is a highlight, with its easy access to beaches and local attractions drawing consistent praise. While the amenities, including a beach bar and entertainment, satisfy many, the pool's size and extra fees leave something to be desired. Guests have called out the staff's outstanding service, and the hotel's overall cleanliness receives commendations. Room opinions are split, with many appreciating their modernity and tidiness, but some noting size and noise issues.

Lovely clean hotel. Friendly staff. Food was good plenty of choice. We eat a keto diet managed to get what suited us every day. Lovely wine served in bottles. Glasses in the dinning room and inside bar. Mike's bar was great for a afternoon glass of wine. Bus stop outside hotel handy for trips to other resorts near by. Beach walking distance from the hotel. Only negative no kettle in room on our last day our transfer was early. Breakfast wasn't open couldn't get a coffee until we got to the airport. Enjoyed our holiday would definitely return

Had a really fabulous short break in Alcudia. What a super find of a hotel! Really comfortable, stylish, clean and tidy. The rooms are compact but clean and well-kept. Disappointed to have been given a room with a view of the road which meant that we didn't use our balcony but can't fault the room itself. The pool area is small but at this time of year we were able to get loungers no problem. As the hotel is only 5 mins walk from the beach, we also spent a day there - clean, tidy, no litter, clear water, lovely. We paid for 2 loungers, safe and umbrella, just €13 for the day. Well worth it to know you can go swimming and not worry about your valuables. Absolutely lovely breakfast at the hotel, really extensive choice and plenty for me as a Vegan. A really lovely Chef called Ana helped me out on the first day by taking me on a tour of the breakfast foods and (aside from the obvious) pointed out all the things that would be okay for me to eat. Particularly helpful as certain things that would be okay here in the UK, like hash browns, were not okay over there as contained egg. My daughter had the time of her life with a 3-course breakfast every morning! She couldn't decide between cooked breakfast, pancakes/churros/pastries or fruit so had all of them! Also on offer cereals, toast, cold meats, salad, plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juices. I had opted for B&B as was worried that if their Vegan dinner options weren't great, we'd end up going out anyway. Judging by breakfast, it would probably have been fine. Staff at the hotel were really helpful with travel info, including printing out bus timetables, where to get different buses from and also good places to hire bikes/scooters. The one downside to our trip was noisy neighbours. We were disturbed two nights in a row by inconsiderate guests (above us we think) who got in around 3am, shouting and stomping around. The first night also included extremely loud bedroom antics, which was a tad awkward as I was holidaying with my 15 year-old-daughter. After the second night of this, we spoke to reception who told us to phone down if it happened again. Thankfully, it didn't. The views from the terrace were so lovely, both at breakfast and early evening as the sun set. I would definitely book to stay here again. Great food, great staff, lovely clean rooms, fantastic location...ticks all the boxes.

Firstly I’d say any alua hotel you choose to stay in the staff will be amazing, it’ll be clean, very comfortable and the whole experience will be relaxed and welcoming. I’ve stayed in a few & the service has always been 5* in my opinion. Alua Boccaccio specifically. The hotel is situated in an amazing spot. It’s a stones throw (literally) from the beach, shops and some incredible restaurants. Alcudias port is a 20 minute walk along the beautiful sandy beach or a few minutes by car. The walk is well worth it in my opinion. It’s also pram, mobility scooter and wheelchair friendly. The food in the hotel restaurant is brilliant and there’s something for everyone. The selection available is huge! The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. There’s sky tv in each room. The beds are massive and extremely comfortable. I slept amazing every night. The outside pool area isn’t big and there are huge (stunning) trees covering a good portion of the area in shade which wasn’t ideal for people trying to sun bathe. The pool was great, not to deep, it’s clean, well maintained and the lifeguard is sat just at the waters edge.it’s not a big pool but it’s plenty big enough. My husband and I really loved our stay in this particular hotel and would 100% stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone.

I visited this hotel with my daughter, and my father. We had booked two rooms which were apparently meant to be balcony room. Neither of the two rooms had a balcony. On first impression the rooms where spacious and clean. Breakfast was mediocre. Badly laid out, for example the milk was nowhere near the cereal. One day there had been a leak and they had decided to still keep the food under it. I nearly ended up slipping. Can’t comment on lunch/dinner. The pool area is very small but ok out of season. The main issue was how terribly noisy the room was, we were located just above the stage on the 4th floor and could hear the horrendous music every night until late. I am not exaggerating but we may have been outside. I complained the next day as we hadn’t got any sleep and my daughter, who can usually sleep through most things had not had enough sleep. The receptionist had said that if I come down in the morning I can have my room changed. I asked about this in the morning but she told me to stay put as no more entertainment would be outside. This was a lie and we had to endure it for the rest of the holiday. The guys at reception made up some excuse that they were unable to change peoples rooms without the Manager present who was not in. Also the windows in the room do not shut securely, this was also very concerned, as if I hadn’t been watching my daughter she could have easily gone over. I would not recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, rooms are small but very clean and everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Rooms cleaned daily. Small fridge but no drinks making facilities. Hair dryer in the bathroom. Adequate hanging space and several draws. Safe in wardrobe. Our room faced the main road but we had no problem with noise. Checking in and out was no problem, efficient staff, you collect your beach towels here with a refundable deposit. The buffet was good, we stayed all inclusive and it is what you expect from a hotel of this type, breakfast was great lots of options, less choice for lunch and dinner but food was freshly cooked , hot and replenished regularly. A different theme every evening and someone cooking fresh meats/fish etc. There is a beach bar on the beach searching drinks and snacks just a short walk away which none of the other hotels seem to have and was a great bonus as the beach is lovely. Sea very shallow till quite far out so excellent for children, very clean fine sand. You have to pay for a sun bed but rates similar to other European resorts. Pool area is lovely with large trees and kept clean. Pool is small but lots of sun beds and a sun terrace that also has plenty of sun beds looks over the lake. The pool bar is a really nice edition as it has loads of seating and few lounge beds, serves snacks and drinks and faves the street on one side for people watching. Entertainment in the evening is ok, the only issue is the long wait at the all inclusive bar which I felt could be easily solved with more staff behind the bar. Overall a lovely experience and we would definitely return

Location of the hotel was nice. It was a short walk to the beach and to Port d'Alcúdia and there were lots of shops nearby. The size of the hotel was very optimal. It was cozy and quite clean. Food was ok. You could get gluten free food by asking. Overall service was very good (reception, restaurant, pool area, bar, entertainment team) . Sometimes the noise from the outside show area was quite loud and the walls were like paper... but when putting all together, we enjoyed and had a nice time.

The location is great walking distance to bars and restaurants. 5 star ⭐️ for that. Hotel Rooms tiny unless you get a corner room with no balcony. Hotel cleaning staff amazing and do a fantastic job all day long. Food terrible, burnt 🥓 bacon, no black tea for a whole week only fruit tea. Not much choice, orange juice machine ran out and never refilled. Bars one tiny bar all inclusive inside only opens at 1900, beach bar tiny and female staff rude. Food sat there from mid day till late afternoon. The bar inside near the entertainment is not all inclusive. Swimming pool tiny and cold (but it was October) plenty of beds when we went (again it was October) . Deposit for beach towels and safe. Would I stay again the answer would be NO, it wasn’t for me. Hotel lacking a few luxuries

I arrived first, my oldest daughter and her husband who live in Texas, two nights later so I had the layout of the hotel, they were A/I, I had booked H/B plus. I spent most of my time at the pool bar whose facilities where mostly for A/I guests, you could purchase a drink but all snacks where A/I. It would be nice if there was a menu for other guests. The pool, pool bar and restaurant over looked a huge saltwater lake, the entrance to the hotel was on the main street and had a very nine cocktail bar, decent prices. Food very good buffet selection, two grill stations for meat and fish. l don't do games through the day or evening entertainment but there was plenty of guests enjoying both. The area around was a mixed bag of the usual souvenir shops, restaurants supermarkets, there was a canal with lots of places to eat and drink, the beach was a ten minute walk from the hotel, the road behind the pool bar was the main route to Alcudia Old town and C'an Picafort both just a few miles away, excellent bus service, there was also a service to the airport! Unfortunately a few days later after my partner arrived having had to change her arrangements to attend her Mother's funeral she fell on uneven pavement, fracturing her left ankle and lower leg, with five days remaining we spent our time close to the hotel, the staff were excellent as was the Jet2 rep, many thanks to everyone. Pete Waterhouse.
