Was very impressed when we arrived, the place is lovely and in a good area. 5 minutes from the beach (such a lovely beach too, shallow blue water, really child friendly. Sun loungers are 6.50 euros for 1 or 13 for 2) , 10 minutes from an area of bars/restaurants and about a 15/20 minute walks to the port. We can’t fault the staff as they were all lovely. The main issues we had were zero entertainment for kids and the night entertainment started at 9.30, meaning we only watched a bit of 1 evening as by the time it started we were pretty bored of waiting around. The food is also pretty awful, repetitive, salty and either overcooked or undercooked. There was not much choice for children my son basically ate plain pasta/rice and pizza when we ate there, we was expecting possibly chicken nuggets etc but only saw them once at breakfast! The only meals we enjoyed was breakfast. We did eat out a lot which isn’t ideal when you pay so much for all inclusive and then have to fork out even more to have a nice meal. It also feels uncomfortable when eating as staff are always walking round watching you to take your plate as soon as you’re finished. The refurbished bathrooms are dangerous, when you’re having a shower the water spills all over the floor unless you point it in a certain direction which means half at the wall and half on your body which isn’t ideal. It was a lovely week away but unfortunately we won’t be back to this particular hotel.

Just spent a week at this refurbished hotel and must say very nice clean and light modernisation Very central to everything and slightly off the main strip. Good size pool and smaller for Little ones and no rush to get sunbeds as hotel is fairly small with about 98 rooms However a couple of negatives 1,the shower and bathroom is very modern with a huge walk in shower but ..... the shower does flood the room so you have to mop up with your towels for fear of slipping which I knew a couple of elderly people did I'm sure this is a easy fix for the hotel to do 2, entertainment and bar area everything done and dusted by 11pm we are not heavy drinkers but we watched the beatles tribute act and got a drink at 10.50 and at 11 they came and poured them all into paper cups and turned all the lights out on us and there was about 15/20 of us all sat in darkness and doors locked except for access to hotel Beware no smoking on balconies either someone was told if (not sure if fined) for doing so Would I stay here again yes we would pleasant staff who work really hard although the pool bar guy is never in his hut 🛖 Male lifeguard does alot more than the female one who sits in her chair the guy actually walks round watching the pools Pool is cleaned everymorning .

I want to thank the receptionist Fernando for his incredible generosity in helping me and my partner in taking us to the airport himself after finishing his night shift! We are so grateful and he has shown fantastic customer care. We were very stressed as the bus transfer had not turned up , and the kindness of him he too it upon himself to take us to the airport as there were no taxi’s at 6am Fantastic service and a stunning hotel, we had a lovely week ***** 5 star service Thank you, lee and keisha

We’re currently staying at this lovely hotel and having a lovely time, if you’re looking for a relaxing and chilled holiday then this is definitely the place to come. As it’s only just reopened there is no need to reserve a sun bed, our room has a pool view which is nice the room itself is quite spacious and very clean as is the rest of the hotel. The staff are all friendly and very helpful especially Jovani in the bar. The only slight issue is that the food seems somewhat repetitive but is good nonetheless. We would most definitely stay here again.

Arrived here 1st May. We were the first couple through the door after the refurbishment. Pleasantly surprised by all the alterations. Lovely clean hotel, rooms are bathroom are very well set out. Nice swimming pools with lifeguard and lots of sunbeds. Staff are very accommodating and very friendly. Have stayed here before and would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for a week at the end of October. The weather was still 30 and although our apartment was at the front overlooking the lake we had sun all day long.the room was large enough but a bit outdated. No proper locks on balcony doors and we went self catering but no kettle or pan so we had to ask for it.loads of plates glasses etc air conditioning which was good. Can be noisy from other guests and balcony not private luckily we had no one nex t door apart from1 night.the apartments are in a great position with a Spar on the corner a couple of minutes away. 5 mins from a fantastic white sandy beach and a short walk from restaurants shops ,Lidl. There was a singer every night apart from Sunday which was fine. We had buffet dinner 3 times and the food was amazing, huge prawns ,salmon ,sushi , lamb chops and a drink included, great value. Staff seemed pleasant enough as we're the reception staff. Would definitely go back as we thoroughly enjoyed it !

We had a pleasant time at the Alcudia Beach hotel. Situated a short walk from the excellent beach. The hotel is modern clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. The food Is tasty and plentiful. Beds are very comfy and out room had a lovely view. Minor criticism is that there was no animation or mini disco so kids missed out and the lights in the restaurant were a bit harsh. But if you want good value then this is it. P S Take some anti mozzie spray for the town has a few.

I'm writing this review on our last night sitting out by the pool with a sangria wishing for just one more night. I have immensely enjoyed my stay here all the staff Mika, Maria, Ulysses, Monica and the others sorry I didn't get your names have made our stay. The staff on reception, the bar and restaurant all work extremely hard to ensure you are enjoying your break. I'll be honest I wasn't really expecting much for the food we went all inclusive with plans to eat out of it wasn't that great. However we didn't miss a meal even on a day trip the hotel made us a picnic lunch. The food was varied with themed nights Spanish and Majorcan (pictures of this night in photos) were the best in my opinion getting a chance to experience some of the local cuisine was brilliant. There is so much option you will be able to eat something different every night The pool is huge and is split across two levels with a shallow children's pool and a pool deep enough to enjoy a swim. There was never an issue with getting a sun bed. The entertainment was a bit hit and miss, the Beatles tribute and Ivan were very enjoyable. There is a pool table air hockey machines and grab machines in the lobby area for kids. The room was spacious and had everything a person needs from comfy beds with memory foam toppers, a TV, large sofa, shower and balcony we had an inland view which gave views of the canal and balconies very romantic in the evening. 2 minutes from the hotel are supermarkets and local shops and it is a 5 minutes walk to the beach. Make sure you bring good insect repellent and the mosquitoes are very hungry and leave an itchy bite. I would definitely return again.

Throughly enjoyed it here staff very friendly food was really good so much better than we expected rooms a little dated but let's be honest you don't go on holiday to sit in your room the whole time complex very clean really can not complain less than 5 mins from the beach and ships right near by. I would defiantly want to come back

The location of the hotel is very good, close the beach, shops, port, old town, walking distance everywhere. Hotel is clean and quiet. There is no kettle in the room, and because you can choose "self catering" option I think it should be there. We had a half board option and the food was OK, for breakfast was everything what you could want (warm, cold food, pancakes, toasts, ham, beans, etc.), dinner was OK but nothing special, besides the Asian evening which was delicious! We were a bit disappointed that we did not get breakfast when we left. Our flight was early in the morning and we left the hotel before 5 am, but normally hotels offer a sandwich or a croissant (even 3 stars hotels:)), so it would be nice to get anything. The hotel staff is kind and always helpful, and you can communicate easily in english Whether the hotel is recommendable, it all depends on what you are looking for. I would not choose it for all inclusive option, but for half board, bb or self is OK, especially if you spend most of your time sightseeing or sunbathing - Alcudia beach is amazing! Location wins a lot, but remember the hotel is a bit old and you can see it, but it doesn't bother anything because it's very clean and nothing is damaged, so as I wrote above, it all depends on what you are looking for. I think is good value for the money. We had a great time, thank you, we would go back there!
