Staying here atm with my partner and all I can say is what a hotel - the staff go above and beyond for you to make sure your happy , we even had a call up within 3 hours of being there to see if everything was okay with the room and must I say it is - if I could give 10 stars I would - the food is exceptional with a wide range and selection for everyone ranging from fish to stews to cheeses and salads even for fussy eaters there is always something to enjoy - I love the idea of the food truck by the beach - the entertainment is amazing- especially the saxophone man he was exceptional some of the songs he did was very hard and a lot of people left by the time he finished but he still carried on the show as if there was 1000 people there also has something for everyone whether your young or old lots to do here - but the location out of this world straight onto the beach with a beach bar right on front will 10000% recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing and stress free holiday - the cocktails and drinks although there is a select few are equally delicious , keep up the good work your doing because it really shows not to mention that the whole hotel is spotless clean - any problems the staff are more than happy to assist , you can’t smoke on the balcony in the room but it’s not far to go downstairs - IBEROSTAR ALL THE WAY !

Just returned from 9 nights here and loved it! Fantastic location right on the beach. Lots of restaurants on the main road just outside the hotel and even more choice if you stroll up the beach to Port D'Alcudia.
Breakfast was great, loads of choice every day and really good quality. One of the days we were there there was torrential rain and the restaurant started to flood but the staff dealt with it amazingly.
The kids pool was great, nice and warm and shallow enough for the kids to splash around in by themselves. Has a few slides too and we especially loved the toddler sized sun beds.
We had a 1 bed apartment which was fine. A little basic but clean, had everything we needed and we found the beds comfy. Only slight grumble would be that the kitchen area wasn't very well equipped. It was just two hob rings and a fridge. No microwave, kettle, toaster or even any bowls. Didn't worry us but it might if you were planning to do some cooking or needed to prepare baby formula or food.
Entertainment was great, always something going on for adults and kids alike. There's a kids club on site but there wasn't any info anywhere so we're not sure how it worked. Think our daughter was too young for it so I guess perhaps they only supply the info to you if you have children the right age.
Would recommend a taxi ride to Alcudia old town in the evening. Its very oldy worldy and we enjoyed the atmosphere and looking around. There's loads of restaurants and shops there and made a nice change from the main street near the hotel and the port area.
The hotel is working hard to be environmentally friendly and plastic free which we really liked. Rather than bottled water there are water machines everywhere for you to refill reusable bottles. Would be good to have different bins in the room so that guests can recycle cardboard, cans, plastic etc.

This is a lovely hotel in Alcudia. The hotel is located right on the beach and within a couple of minutes of bars, restaurants, shops and ice cream parlours. The hotel reception staff are very attentive, they will try their best to resolve any issue for you. It was my husbands 40th birthday while we were away and for €30 they arranged a decorated table at breakfast for our party of 16, which included bubbly for everyone and a delicious cake. I’ll start with the positives ( we just got back today)
Lovely friendly staff/entertainers always happy and smiling great Interaction with the kids Gorgeous food lots to choose from, the staff work so hard to keep it tidy and clean and the food constantly replenished Rooms always cleaned Beach amazing! Couldn’t ask for better

Very over crowed pool just too many people in the hotel busy at dinner times! Pool is also on the small side so doesn’t really help. I hate to say this also but there is a constant smell around the pool of rotten egg it was always lingering and I don’t no why this is as the staff are always cleaning but some days were worse than others, it was awful. I was also surprised to see about 5 dogs staying in the hotel never seen this before. ( not really a negative as we have a dog) The rooms need updating very very tired looking and dated our beds were awful ( rock hard) Not enough unbreallas around the pool few arguments with other visitors.
We love Iberostar hotels we stayed at the Alcudia park down the road before Covid and it was amazing there.
Also I don’t advise the boat trips as the beach they take you to is not like a stunning beach near a cave where you can jump of the boat and snorkel its literally a worse beach than the one we had on our doorstep ( very over crowded and stoney) our beach is stunning so just stay put, Instead of spending €100 and wasting your money.
Hydro water park was a rip off ques were long!!! Food cost over €60 it was also stone cold due to the buzzer they gave us not working and the fact it cost €100 to get in on top of that they also charge you €5.50 for sunbeds which I think is terrible. The staff were pretty miserable on the slides.

Positives: On the whole, kind friendly and hard working staff Spotlessly clean Beautiful beach Perfect pool scene for babies/toddlers Decent food Fantastic drink offer including premium spirits/aperol spritz. Negatives: Guests aren’t really made to feel ‘special’. Upon checking out at 630am, no breakfast bags (very hungry 3 year old), no thank you for staying with us or even ‘how was your stay’ Via tui, rooms are falsely advertised. They are described as being apartments with two sofa beds but actually you are staying in a studio. This meant either sharing a bed with our three year old, or having a bed moved into the room, thus taking up a lot of space WAY too loud - if you want a peaceful holiday reading or relaxing, no chance. There is constant music all day, and if you want to put your baby to bed before 2230pm, you have no chance because of the noise
I was so excited about this stay and feel somewhat guilty leaving a review that isn’t ‘glowing’ particularly with the pandemic and with the very hard working staff but with some small tweaks and changes I think guests will leave feeling ‘WOW’ instead of ‘Ok’

The hotel had 3 pools, one pool was completely deep with a jacuzzi attached (couldnt work out how to work it) but this seemed to be the quiet pool with mainly adults, a large pool with a beach effect very shallow to a deeper part, this pool was close to the main food restaurant, the bar and the entertainment, the 3rd pool was the kids pool all shallow, it had 3 slides, we spend all our pool days around this as our toddler loved it, a life guard also sat here too.
The hotel grounds are stunning, clean well kept, staff constantly cleaning and keeping it looking great,
There was a pool bar which had cold food fruit cakes and pastrys, slush puppy machine, drinks machine, coffee machine, ice lollys and ice cream. There was a snack truck nearer the back of the hotel which from 2pm served chips, popcorn chicken, salmon bagels, sandwiches and ect.
The main food hall, the food was lovely, lots of selection, at times it was a bit crazy in there, people seemed to be rushing around and it was very noisy but im going to put this down to the fact its a family hotel with lots of babies and young children so this is just something that will happen, the food was always topped up and the cleaners are so quick to clean any spillage, my little fussy eater was always able to find something she liked, the deserts were so lovely and colourful.
The beach was behind the hotel, they had a locked door at the back which u used ur room card to renenter through, the beach was so beautiful, you can rent a lounger for the day for €6.50 each, the water was warm and little fish swim around you. It is so close to the hotel it is a fantastic location.
Lots of restaurants and shops are in walking distance.
You can rent towels for €20 each, you can change them daily, you get the deposit back when you return them. On check out you pay a euro tax, I think this ahould be something they tell you when you check in really and we only new about this from the reviews, as they hadnt mentioned it and didnt request it on check in we ashumed it wasnt going to happen, it’s something like £20 each.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, the staff are so helpful, friendly and always happy, they are so good with the kids, my little girl was always so pleased when they interacted with her, the entertainment was great, the best nights for us were “frozen” night as my 3 year old was in her element meeting Elsa and olaf on our way to dinner then watching the show, the other was the “rock” show it was so good it had everyone up dancing!
One thing i really loved, there was a section with a small stand area and it always had what ever the theme for the show that night on it, and “starry” the starfish that most kids thought was a banana! LOL would greet the kids often there on there way to dinner, so friendly and the kids just loved him/her!
Would definitely return here again one day! :)

We had an absolute blast on our first family holiday with a two year old and an 11 month old. We loved our stay and have definitely been won over by the Iberostar branding.
We loved the entertainment, our 2yo loved the mini disco at 8 every night and when our kids allowed us the chance we always enjoyed the show afterwards too.
Food at the buffet was fabulous, lots to choose from and after a while you fall into a rhythm of knowing where your favourite things will be, that said we were there for a fortnight and even on the last nights there was still new food being presented so it stayed exciting!
Conversely the snacks at the pool bar were really disappointing, a few pastries or cheese and ham sandwiches, no crisps, lemon popsicles were available but we’ve been used to pool bars offering things like chips, chicken wings, pizza, ice creams etc so it meant we had to rigidly go to the buffet every day, which can be a little frustrating when little kids want to sleep or play and you just need them to quickly eat something.
All the facilities were maticulously cleaned. Housekeeping staff are fantastic and so friendly. With little kids I felt embarrassed at how much less they made eating but every time I tried to pick up food someone was straight over to do it for me and that really meant a lot to me, I wish I could take them all home 😂 even the way they made up the girls cot beds was so sweet, folded pyjamas and teddys on their pillows. We brought our own kids bedding. Had been worried they might not put a mattress in the cot but they did and our little baby slept in her cot all night most nights for the first time in her life so they’re obviously very comfy!
Rooms are quite dated, air con is a little weak, no microwave or kettle (can be requested from reception though) and not many plug sockets especially near the beds so phones needed charged during the day. Bothered us initially but soon got over it and had a great time. The room is only a base as there’s so much going on anyway. Upgrading the rooms would probably have put the hotel out of our price bracket anyway!
The kids pool especially is brilliant, my girls both loved it. There were a couple of days that loungers but the kids pool got snapped up very early and quite a few people put towels in the grass behind, that was brilliant and allowed babies safe space to crawl while toddler splashed however they cordoned off the grass after this happened to prevent the grass turning to mulch, entirely understandable. I would suggest maybe Iberostar think about extending the decking area or putting in a resin style floor so family’s can spread out and have a nice safe space to out baby down while at the poolside.
Altogether we had a wonderful time, we’d go back in a heart beat. Staff were the highlight, the entertainment and housekeeping in particular stole the show.

Firstly the other reviews are right about the rooms, we are still here, been here 5 days now and really trying give this place our best shot. We booked a Superior sea view room with balcony/or terrace. It's literally a sea view room with a balcony and the basics you need to get by. It's not got anything extra other than the shampoo, shower gels etc in the bathroom. Our room consists of a bed, small cabinet with a TV on a small wardrobe (which we have keep putting the doors back on the runners so do watch out for that), a small table, with 2 chairs, a chair in the corner, a fridge, a little 2 ring hob (we are all inclusive so not used it), small frying pan, a sink, 3 plates, cutlery, 3 cups and saucers (no kettle) and a reusable glass bottle and 2 small glasses. It's dated as in its definitely something from the early 90's if not before and for the money you pay is a let down. There is white woodchip on the walls, the light fitting about the table was apparently to long so they have just tied up the cable in a few knots. There is no dressing table or anything to sit at to do your hair or make up that gives it that bit of extra for the money you pay at all. The view is beautiful that's literally it. The reception staff were lovely on arrival and when you walk in you do think 'wow' but it really stops about there. It is clean though, I hate being in dirty places and so far the cleaning staff have been superb. It may be dated but it's kept clean and they are always smiling and checking on you which is lovely. The bar staff are lovely too and the drinks are branded so some of your moneys worth is recuperated there. Ive noticed other reviews say about mosquitios and even now in October both my husband and myself have been bitten, despite wearing repellent. We came to Alcudia 4 years ago and stayed further up the beach at the hotel Condesa de la Bahia, we never had any issues there at all and it was a similar time of year. There are a few about so we are going have to go get some better repellent. We decided on this hotel instead as it was a better rating but I do regret not going with the one we went with before now. The biggest thing for us has been the food. I'm a good eater and the repetition of the food has got to me here and I don't think the quality is that good either. Its very busy all the time, no order to it and not a relaxing or enjoyable experience. Overall we are going make the best of it as we love Alcudia. It's right on the beach and we can walk upto the port and enjoy the resturants and the views but this isn't the best hotel if you want a luxurious, relaxed stay and I personally don't think you get value for money. Iberostar need to modernise and upgrade the rooms, they are 20 years behind at least.

We stayed here as a family of four for a week from 23rd-30th Aug 2021, having previously stayed here in mid-July 2016 for 10 days. We felt really lucky to have a getaway during the coronavirus pandemic! The holiday in itself was lovely but the Iberostar Ciudad Blanca has seen significant changes over the years and I can just remember thinking that the resort was not how I remembered it at all. Are these changes for better or worse? I cannot say. Rather than me going on and on about what wasn’t to my liking, I should just point out that I did enjoy my stay here! All staff were amazingly friendly from waiters , Miguel Angel (hilarious) and Suyai (lovely), to the animation staff. Camilo the animation coordinator was just brilliant with the children, he is just as good as Dilyana who used to be in this role, so I was very happy to see that! Another special mention goes out to Alejandro who is just fabulous! I recognised him from my holiday here 5 years ago and was thrilled to see him again! Food and drinks were all lovely and plentiful, albeit repetitive! However, my food was mostly beige and consisted of pasta, pizza, chips, nuggets. I basically ate like a child! I drunk Malibu every night during my holiday and it went down like water! Entertainment was good for all ages. Although I can assure you that I’ve seen better Minidiscos for children elsewhere! The main shows were excellent and varied. One night it may have been a band and the next night it may be a circus act from outside. The shows and Minidiscos would both feature sign language interpretation for the Deaf most nights by another guest who was staying in the hotel, a lovely touch which would be visible from the side of the stage! Daytime Entertainment would also be available on the odd day with a foam party by pool! Very fun!! The only negative point I’d have to make would be about the rooms which were like something from the 80s. Major refurb needed! Our room was in the main block on the 5th floor and excuse me if I sound snobbish but I found it to be such a downgrade from the room we had in 2016 which was lovely. If anything this should have been the other way around. The sofa bed I slept on was excruciatingly uncomfortable. I grew very concerned one night as I began physically shaking with restlessness at 4am, when I’d been lying on this rock of a sofabed since 12! The hotel is perfectly located right on Alcùdia beach and is within easy walking distance to all shops, bars and restaurants. However I’d strongly recommend booking a private transfer from the airport to the hotel as our transfer was longer than the flight! Overall... did I enjoy my holiday here? Yes Would I recommend? Yes Would I return? I don’t think so

From check in to check out I honestly cannot find a notable fault either with the staff, customer care, cleanliness, food or entertainment. From check in to check out I felt at ease and totally relaxed. A hotel equipped for everyone and everyone’s tastes. The food variety was extremely wide with different dinner themes on each day. The pools and grounds were absolutely spotless, you knew there was total care in everything the ample staff did but you hardly knew they were there as was there discretion. From the reception staff to the maintenance guys and bedroom cleaners all were superb. The evening entertainment was fabulous, and the effort the staff put into this showed by the applause the received every night. The beach is 30 seconds away so really you can not be spoilt any more. I cannot fault this hotel, the management must be extremely proud of their staff and their product, I myself have worked in a four star hotel for the past 22 years and honestly this great experience will stay with me forever, I strongly recommend if you have kids.
