Stayed for a week mid October with Jet 2 in a garden view one bed apartment. Old fashioned rooms but perfectly clean, really comfy beds, quiet and liked having the kids in a separate room. Great location on the beach. Walked to Alcudia port a few times as well as the old town on market day. Hotel staff were all amazing. Nothing too much trouble. Pools-kids pool was heated until 22nd Oct but we’d brought wetsuits for our kids anyway as knew the other pools would be cold. Food in the buffet restaurant was wonderful. Loads of choice and fresh bean coffee at breakfast. Kids loved they could get chips every lunch/evening and chocolate sauce on their waffles/pancakes/churros at every breakfast. Great drinks choice and good quality. Had to book an hour time slot for each meal on check in but all slots suited us do not a problem. Had to wear masks in reception and in the buffet when not seated. Entertainment each day and evening. 9pm outside show was different each night and a good standard for a hotel. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again.

We had a very nice week at Iberostar Ciudad Blanca. Even though it was in october we were very impressed with the level of different acitivities/shows at the hotel and also the high quality and variation of food in the restaurant. The staff was also extremely helpful and we especially enjoyed that the pool areas was non smoking.

Fantastic hotel who accommodated us every way such as putting on an early breakfast for race day and on day of leaving. Bikes were allowed in rooms as there was no bike garage/store. A twin room was requested as I was sharing with a colleague but a double was supplied and couldn’t be changed. However, absolutely delighted with the stay and would definitely go back

Just back(last week of september) from 12 days holiday and overall is a great place for family vocations. Down side is the rooms which are crying for renovating, the bed in our room was terrible, bad smell in the room(block 2) all 12 days, no sound isolating between the rooms, somethymes u can't understand if the sound coming from your room or from neighbor room so bad sound proof is. Another down side is that i have booked ground floor apartment with terrace, but got 1st floor basic apartment. And actually the main reason why we chosen this hotel was the ground floor with terrace. Men at the reception just sayed that these rooms are on renovation. But otherwise it is a good place for family vocation. The team doing really great job. Everywhere is spotless clean, the rooms, surroundings, restaurant. The food is 5 star, we enjoyed it so much, big choice and high quality products, drinks are the same as in other Iberostars, so good too. Entertainment are also really good, Natalya, Rodger and Alvaro are the stars. Mini disco on the evenings and kids club for the little ones, plus nife splash pool and little playground. Location is beautiful, with long walk promenade to Alcudia center, near the hotels many British pubs, local bars and restaurants, KFC, Pizza hut, car rentals etc. Many watersports on the beach, we tried parasailing and 4h boat tip. Alcudia old town(6Eur by taxi or 3Eur/pers by bus) is nice little town, but old town of Pollenca is a must(12Eur by taxi or the same by bus for 4 persons). Transfer from airport by Zip transfers around 70-90Eur, depends on how many u are and season i guess, we payed 70Eur for four. All in all recommend familyes, frends, couples. U'll find everything u need to have a good holiday and will be back after renovating(i hope they will do it).

Booked here at short notice due to excellent reviews and we weren't disappointed. Had a very chilled week away. Room basic but adequate and kept spotless upgraded to a sea view and requested a high floor - amazing. All Staff were brilliant and so helpful, lovely grounds and food very nice - would highly recommend and return in the future Thank you all 🙂
