Overall I would rate the hotel as 3 star rather than 4 star. The pluses include a large pool, ok free wifi and a decent (but not the best) position in Alcudia. The breakfast has good choices with an egg/pancake station and helpful staff. However, the rooms are very small and paper thin walls means that you hear everything in the corridor and adjoining rooms. On some nights there is entertainment in the hotel which goes on late and is very noisy even on the 6th floor. They charge extra for a safe in room and extra for towels by the pool.

Well we chose this hotel because of it’s Platinum Status……it’s most definitely not Platinum, 3* in my opinion, the Food is Basic, Choices are limited and the quality isn’t great on what you do get, The Breakfast was adequate in fairness but we ate out 4 of the 7 nights, The Hotel seemed light on staff in the cooking department. The Hotel Rooms are ok but no basics such as a Kettle or free safe. The Hotel is extremely clean and the bar prices are reasonable but the entertainment or an atmosphere is lacking. The Pool although extremely clean isn’t heated so at this time of year it’s quite cold but just bearable. The Hotel is in a good location with the long sandy beach a 5 minutes walk and the entertainment 15 minutes in either direction, the Most local bar - The Foxes Arms is very friendly and does a great Breakfast and snacks/meals through the day and the beer is very reasonable. I wouldn’t personally return to his Hotel but it’s not by any means an “avoid at all costs” place, just be prepared to not get the Platinum service advertised.

The location of the hotel is good, right beside bannana club and the staff seemed very nice. Especially those working at night time. I think the gentlemans name was Steve. The rooms are small as other guests noted but very clean. I found the breakfast to be average, some mornings the scrambled eggs and meat were cold. Very good omelette and pancake station. However, me and my partner at times struggled to sleep. From 7am we could hear a great deal of noise in the corridor including the banging of suitcases. This happened almost every morning. Of course some people get up early but on holiday I like to relax. Maybe it's because our room was beside the elevator or the walls are very thin.

If you are taking your own bike with you then be aware the hotel does not allow these in the room and you MUST use their storage facility. The storage room faces out onto the public street, there is cctv inside and the door is opened with your coded room key. I have seen set-ups like this before , one of them being at Pollensa Spa 2018 when 3 Spanish guys dressed in cycling gear waltzed straight in when the door was open and took 3 bikes ! The cctv isn't much use when they've got helmets glasses and lycra on. I took great issue with this but was threatened with being moved to another hotel if I refused to use it. I don't really appreciate being told what to do with my personal belongings, the reasons given were of access in the tiny rooms etc but this is the same for pushchairs eg. Anyway, they didn't get stolen this time, one guy we bumped into was told to take his bike to storage at 2.00am in the morning. I got food poisoning on the first night also but tbh the hotel is exceptionally clean, maybe just human error by the same staff member who put Ham in the vegetarian salad the first night ( the lady who found that was not impressed) Nice staff and management, they can't help the ridiculous policy. Won't be stopping again and wasn't impressed with the Jet2 rep assistance which was " no hotels allow bikes in rooms" notwithstanding I've travelled 30+ times with a bike and never been forced to leave it in a storage !!
