Just leaving the Lagomonte after weeks stay as 2 women. Had a lovely relaxed week. Hotel is lovely and spotlessly clean. All the staff are friendly and work very hard. The food is lovely with quiet a varied selection. The 2 pools are nice and clean the main pool has daytime activities and the island pool is quieter and more relaxed. Both pools have a bar but the island pool only serves soft drinks, beer and sangria but serves salad, burgers or hotdogs etc through the day. The entertainment staff are lovely and some shows were really good, Michael Jackson and the magician were really good but some were not so good, didn't understand why the music quiz only included 2 people why wasn't everyone given a pen and paper so they could join in. Also everything finished about 10.30pm with music only until about 11pm but the main lobby bar is open until 12am. The rooms are very spacious and have comfy beds and powerful shower but you can hear everything from next door and the corridors but luckily we took earplugs. The location is quiet but there is a free mini bus to the beach and there are bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Unfortunately due to COVID there was no dancing anywhere in Spain and also you cannot smoke in the hotels, bars or restaurants you have to smoke on the street. There are a lot of mosquitos so bring some spray. Overall we had a lovely weeks holiday but am looking forward to next year when hopefully holidays will be back to normal. The old town is worth a visit as very pretty and the market is on Sunday and Tuesday and is great, you can get a taxi from the hotel for €6 which is the same as the bus but takes you door to door. Thank you Lagomonte x

We came back from vacation on September 15, after a two-week stay and we are very pleased. The service was nice, the group of animators were fantastic - especially Paula she is great person - our son loved her. Aqua aerobics also great, mini disco for children in the evening and later also interesting performances. Eating fresh and tasty. We are very pleased with the stay and who knows, maybe we will come back one day 🙂 Ps. We will not forget about this hotel for a long time - our son sings and dances a suneo song every day 😁

We stayed here for a week, as a cheap ish deal. Entertaining Staff are friendly and bubbly, they get everyone involved throughout the day and night doing various activities, the pool is clean but poorly designed however there are plenty of sun beds to go round. If you want a drink through the day at any point there is only one bar open for everyone which can be annoying as ques can build up. All the other bars close after 6 and there is one only open for night time drinks. There is a separate island if you want somewhere quite however this does not have spirited drinks and only soft drinks and wine. To go for a snack you do have to walk across the bridge into a small building but is limited to warm salami and stale bread. Personally the food in the restaurant for me was inedible as the restaurant serves things like “mystery meat”, salty food which sometimes can be uncooked, tasteless pasta and is more of a 80/20 fish over meat ratio. The rooms are very tidy and presentable however you are stuck for a view if put at the back of the hotel however we didn’t mind. Nobody also told us about paying bed tax I found this out through other reviews. A lot of people staying at the resort do not understand the concept of wearing a face mask , you will not be let in to the restaurant or served at the bar without this. Hotel is about a 5/10 minute walk into the strip part of town where there is loads of shops and night life. Loads of good restaurants aswell and there is a good live sports bar called the champions which shows all sorts of sport especially football. There’s is also a free hotel bus running Tuesday to Sunday that takes you to the beach. Overall me and my partner probably will not return as we usually go self catering so we’re a little bit let down with all inclusive

Good morning. Thank you very much for your feedback. I will like to clarify some of the points, but first of all I want to thank you for your kindness and your positive reviews about the Hotel. Making reference to all inclusive, during the day there are 2 bars available. Pool bar at where alcoholic and no alcoholic drinks can be served as well as softdrinks, ice creams and sandwiches. The ISLAND SNACK BAR serves drinks and snacks. This is an alternative to the restaurant, since is open from 10 to 18.00. Hamburguers, pizza, pasta, hotdogs, salads, chips, and many other snacks. Are alternative every day, making a small great snack buffet. A part of this 2 points for drinks, machines in the bar area for juices, teas and coffee is available from 10.00 to midnight. And then in the evening time (from 18.00) drinks are served till midnight in the Bar which is bigger and more staff is working there. Restaurant serves all the mails, some of them served as cooked meals, and we also offer a show cooking with fresh meat (pork, turkey, chicken or beef) and fish. Always with a small sign indicating all the food that is served in the restaurant. Making reference to the rooms and their views, half of the rooms are facing to the back and half of them facing to the front. When making the reservation you can choose to pay an upgrande to a pool view room, also you have this option in the hotel upon arrival. Making special attention to the taxes, it is a touristic tax implemented by the BALEARIC GOVERNMENT to request a payment to all the tourists staying in Hotels or apartments in order to afford the high impact that their visit, water consumption, electricity and waste of natural goods affects the ISLAND. Another important point to explain, is the COVID protocol and measures taken by the Hotel. We ask all the guests cooperation and implication but sometimes it results difficult or even impossible convice people on how important it is to follow the rules. We hope we can welcome you in the future again at Bellevue Lagomonte. Michelle V.
