Rooms small and overrun with ants, Poolside infested with mosquitos, Staff hit and miss, some good some not , Bar staff gave child an alcoholic cocktail despite us parents asking for a mocktail, Food bland , basic and repetitive with regular long queues, Entertainment both daytime and evening poor, All in all unenjoyable experience and we definitely won’t be returning. Outside of hotel local transport system is a death trap, bus ride to the market almost ended up in a pedestrian being injured with the driver braking hard and late and throwing the well over loaded bus forwards causing numerous injuries

Hotel's Favorite
We visited here for the first time as a family group of 3 generations. The hotel is a 3 star and we were surprised how good the hotel was. The rooms are very basic but clean, comfortable beds and air conditioning on all the time so it was perfect for our needs. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbour easily. The food was repetitive but plenty of choices for everyone. I was shocked to see cauliflower and peas available for breakfast but my daughter came back with a plate full of vegetables so I suppose it's down to personal preference but plenty of choices. The meal times were around breakfast 8-10, lunch 1-3,dinner 18.30-9 and can get very busy so might need to que for a table but its run very efficiently so you wo t need to que long.during meal times you can help yourself to beer, pop, wine and sangria along with juice and hot drinks. The entertainment was really fun, different activities everyday. I especially enjoyed the daily water aerobics and just dance competition. The only suggestion I would give is when the entertainment wasnt on the music was really quiet slow instrumental music, would have been nice to have a little more pop music. This is not a party hotel so if you are looking for loud music and parties this is not for you. ALL staff worked extremely hard and were profession especially with tricky customers. The pool was closed almost daily due to a kid constantly pooping in the pool but staff were very quick to close and clean the pool. Alot of the customers did complain about the pool closures but this is not the hotels fault, I certainly wouldnt want to continue swimming in a dirty pool. Plenty of cocktails included in the all inclusive package and if you miss a meal due to short set times you can grab a sandwich or small pot of ice cream from the bar near the pool. The beach and strip is roughly a 10 min walk or you can use the free mini bus that the hotel provides, during our stay we were required to wear a face mask when on the bus. The beach and strip is lovely with plenty to do. We purchased some excursions from a company call no frills which were very efficient and professional. We arrived at the hotel at 3am and were able to go to the canteen for some ham, cheese and bread on arrival.we left at 11.30 pm and needed to check out by 12 but if a room is available you can purchase a late departure room for 25 euros . There is a room to put your suitcases and you can use facilities until departure. We loved our stay and would recommend. If you are a fussy person or a party animal than this hotel probably isnt for you but for families and a quieter but fun stay than you will enjoy it.

In general bedrooms tidy and clean. Food while not great is OK and what you pay for, with a large selection including sodas. Very slow checking in. Pool is nice, but make sure to place towels out early as other guests do. I heard there were issue with mosquitos but saw few during my stay. The main issue is noise, paper thin wall, and the entertainment music is very loud. If your room is above the stage as ours were then you can't expect to relax. Not great if you have a young baby. And staff are unwilling to allow room changes. Music at night is played at an unhealthy volume that half our party couldn't tolerate. Which forced them to leave the area between 7 and 11 as the music coming into the room was too loud to even watch tv let alone sleep. In short, place is OK, just hope to get lucky with your room. Place more catered for people who wish to drink and yell. But should be avoided if you wish to have anytime for peace and relaxation.

Stayed here for 11 nights in May as a couple and had a really nice time. Our first week was quieter, no waits for food and fairly relaxed evenings - though the second was full with half term and did feel like quite a busy place. Rooms were really clean and a credit to the cleaners. View of the hotel front looks over the pool, though I think the mountain side is likely to be more peaceful, especially in the evenings and more private. Air con is brilliant. The walls are certainly thin though! Can hear other rooms conversations (literally) and the cleaning trollies in the morning. So this disrupted my sleep. The rooms are basic but does the job. Beds very comfy. It would have been nice to have had access to an iron or the safe without additional costs. Iron I think was €15 plus deposit for our stay. The mini island on the opposite side is quieter with a deeper swimming pool. Have heard it gets bad more so here for the Mozzies but our stay was fairly windy. I was fine but my partner got 7 bites in the last few sunnier days. There is snack food here during the non meal times, serves sandwiches, make your own burgers, salad and chips mostly. By the bridge to the island, is the shuttle bus to the beach. Comes every hour (pic attached) and was always on time and a really friendly driver. Takes 8 people and came back for us in a few minutes when it was full once. If you don’t take the bus to the beach it’s about a 15 minute walk. You’ll go past shops, restaurants and a pharmacy. The Alcudia beach is super clean, it’s lovely. Just lots of interruptions from people selling blankets and hair braiding! Have seen people moan about the hotel food - don’t listen to them, it’s a 3* and there’s a good selection. Agreed it’s not piping hot and there are queues but there’s always plenty to eat and a variety of. Staff work hard to replenish the foods and keep tables tidy. As a vegetarian though, i was more wary that not all foods had labels. For drinks, Lagomonte didn’t have the 6 alcoholic drink restriction in place. But there’s also on tap fizzy drinks and fruit drinks machines alongside the bar. Coffee machine was really popular - hot chocolate lush too. Entertainment was a let down, there was a board explaining what daily events were on each night at 930pm, I think 2-3 of these showed up in our first week. Things like quizzes and some other events like ‘betting’ just didn’t happen so we weren’t sure if something would actually be on regardless what was on the board. This was more so a shame on the days we had naff weather. The itinerary board was titles only without description, one night was children’s entertainment which you wouldn’t have got from the title. So this one wasn’t for us but would have been good to know beforehand. We did see a tribute Take that act one night, and they were fantastic. When the entertainment is there, they all seem to be really good! Evening events are about 45 minutes long. There are some arcade style games available. We love playing pool but it was €2 a game, where there were missing balls and cues with no tips or chalk. Aside from the TUI guide in the hotel, I’d recommend ‘No Frills Excursions’ to plan some activities. Used them to look into Kayaks and Speedboat bookings. We did a lot of googling round the area and I’d recommend - - Rancho Ses Roques : Horse riding literally right behind the hotel, various trecks available and a mini petting zoo - Puig de Sant Marti : Hike up the mountain right behind the hotel. 1 hour up, 1 hour down. Steep incline last 10 mins to the top but it’s all concrete roads. Can drive, bike or walk. - Old Town Alcudia : Catch the bus or a Taxi for around €8 and explore pretty streets. Market days are Tuesdays and Sundays. - Pine Walk in Formentor : Stunning stroll with ocean views, really peaceful with lots of cafes and restaurants on the other side once you’re done with the quiet side. For the price of this 3 star I felt it was a bargain and we enjoyed our stay, although I’m giving it a 4, only as I think there’s room for improvement.

Pools are very clean and crystal clear water ! waiting staff cleaning up constantly , food very good with plenty options , surrounding area has everything for couples and families alike ! We booked through TUI, this hotel has a tourist tax 17 euros ( for 2) which we were not made aware of by Tui

Travelled here mid May 2023 for a mini break with three friends. We paid an exceptionally good price so perhaps my expectations were too high. But… Food here was extremely disappointing. It was cold and bland. Dishes were regularly bare and seldom replenished from about an hour before each meal time closed. The queue to get into the restaurant insane. The juices tinny and fake. The hot drinks undrinkable. The pizza however was pretty tasty. The cocktails were not to my taste due to the use of the aforementioned juices. There was no entertainment (other than one circus act) during our whole break. A fellow guest told us that the entertainment team had recently been sacked, although I cannot verify this. There were still leaflets on the wall documenting the entertainment itinerary. There was also no children’s entertainment, which whilst didn’t affect us as our little darlings had been left at home, would have been a problem had we brought them. This is surely unacceptable for an own brand TUI hotel which prides itself on service and entertainment. The hotel is situated a substantial walk from the beach although the hotel supposedly provides a shuttle bus (we walked). The area around the hotel is baron and residential and (dare I say it) unkept and run down. The lake outside the hotel which Snack Island is situated on is green, smelly and full of rubbish/scum. All in all we had a fabulous holiday. We had hired a car for the duration and so spent our time exploring the beautiful island of Majorca - highly recommended. The hotel however fell short of our expectations, especially given it is a TUI SUNEO hotel.

Cannot fault this hotel. All inclusive 4 nights 270 pounds each.Always something to eat helped ourselves to the beers and wine in the restaurant.2 pool areas one serving sandwiches the other quiter but snack bar with burgers nuggets pizzas etc.great variety of drinks and always got a sunbed. The only thing I will say is that the double sunbeds with canopy people were getting up at 7am to put their towels on.This needs addressing as it's not fair the same people on them daily but not turning up til 12.staff were onnit constantly with the cleaning can't fault it at all.Entertainment wasn't great but it was early season but thoroughly enjoyed the take that tribute they were amazing The only thing that spoilt the initial trip was TUI themselves our transfer left without us saying the bus was full.We were sent to numerous different coaches that were all full it was a complete nightmare we were told to wait an hour on another coach until it filled up.but overall I would definitely return

Booked this as it stated non smoking… well not the case people smoking on balcony so smoke blew in my room and I had to keep door shut most of the time people smoking around pool and putting fags out in reusable cups did complain to reception but wasn’t intrested. Hot food was cold , no large towels left in room complained to reception but again not interested, wi fi not working half the time. And as for entertainment then don’t bother it’s a waist of time ……would not recommend to my worst enemy a complete waist of money and 2 weeks of my life I won’t get back. The only good thing was the friends I was with.
