A lovely, bright, clean hotel in a great location. The hotel currently has lots of hand sanitiser and digital thermometers in the public areas, and as such, we felt confident covid wouldn’t be an issue. The buffet restaurant had a wide range of hot, cold and freshly cooked items at each service. I must give a huge shout out to all the bar staff, particularly Barto and Fernando, they couldn’t do enough for us. Looking forward to returning

Just returned from a fantastic week at this hotel was very clean with extra precautions in place for those still concerned about covid, food was of a good quality with plenty of choice for everyone and the staff in the restaurant where friendly and welcoming.
The pool was fantastic not to busy and able to get loungers without having to fight the crowds even later in the day, pool was perfect in the warm weather we had during our stay.
The rooms where clean and fresh the only gripe is that due to the layout of the room the TV was to the side of the bed, the balconies are a nice large size with plenty of room to sit and enjoy the views, the option of bath or shower was a plus as most hotels I’ve stayed in recently only have showers, each room had a fridge which is perfect for keeping your drinks cold if not all inclusive.
The housekeepers where always friendly and extremely efficient when tidying rooms and where normally finished in plenty of time to retreat to your air conditioned room to escape the mid day heat.
Reception staff where friendly and helpful at all stages including check out where they booked an early morning taxi to the airport and had a small breakfast selection available for those leaving early in the morning.
Overall was a lovely experience at this hotel as a first time visitor and would recommend to anyone wishing to visit Alcudia in the near future.

We have just returned from a short break at this hotel. We had a suite on the first floor which was tastefully decorated, clean, with a large comfortable bed and a terrace (although not a particularly great view from the terrace), Breakfast offers every thing you could think of for the first meal of the day. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well positioned in between the Port and the beach - only a few minutes walk to both. The old town is around 15 min walk and has some lovely shops and restaurants. We were only b&b, so didn't eat lunch/dinner at the hotel, we didn't use the pool or the spa due to spending time with friends out there and on the beach so cannot comment on those facilities. We would definitely recommend.

The hotel is in a great location for the beach, on a quiet street, but also close to shops, restaurants and the Old Town. It has a large bar with plenty of room to sit inside or outside on a nice garden terrace. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious and modern. The only down side to the room was a sliding glass door on the bathroom which was plain weird and not conducive to privacy. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful but unfortunately, twice during our stay, we had the over-enthusiastic house-keeping staff knock and without waiting, enter our room (once at 9.30am to clean the room, which is far too early). For a 4 star hotel, it would be better if breakfast either finished later than 10am (as you have to get up early every day to make it) or there was a room service option as an alternative. The dinner buffet was ok but some of the items were sometimes cold or lukewarm.

For a 4 star hotel I was expecting more. It seems that they invested, and well, in the common spaces but the rest was a little forgotten. We stayed on half board (no drinks included), so far everything was acceptable, but I think they could have at least had two complimentary waters in the room. Dinner in general was very poor, the quality was not visible in any product, especially the meat and desserts. It was preferable to focus on less variety and more on quality. The breakfast was good. The room we stayed in had a problem with the toilet and smelled like sewage, during the night it was unbearable, on the third night we had to change. The rooms needed some corrections: the lighting system did not allow just the bedside lamps to be turned on, they forced everything to be turned on, which ended up being uncomfortable at night. The shower gel and shampoo are the same, for a 4-star hotel they required a little more. On the second day the cleaning lady left the floor full of sand. The location is great, the common spaces are very well decorated and the surrounding space is peaceful. They could be a little more careful with people leaving their towels to reserve a place on the sun loungers around the pool while they go for breakfast. Despite there being warnings, no one respects them. At the end of our stay, no one asked us if everything went well, which seems a little rude to me. For the prices charged, I believe there are better hotels in the area. There is a lot to improve.

From arrival to check out the staff were friendly and helpful. During my stay I needed some emergency dental care and they helped me find and book an appointment with zero fuss or issues. The bar staff were always friendly and cheerful singing behind the bar and chatting with the customers. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious and we never felt like leaving more expensive items in the room on show would be an issue. The breakfast, lunch and dinner had a good selection that would be able to please everyone from the fussiest of children to those who want to try new things. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly recommend it to others.

An outstanding visit to Hotel Bahía Alcudia this March (2023) we were met by the most welcoming bilingual receptionist who provided us with a drink of orange juice. The entire reception team are incredible, not only are they able to speak multiple languages to attend every client, they are a fountain of knowledge with recommendations for excursions and more.
As a person with a gluten allergy, I often worry about eating in restaurants. However, José Antonio And Emilio were fully understanding and accommodating, and on my birthday I was served a lovely cake provided by Emilio. I was provided with fresh homemade gluten free alternatives, such as lasagne and pizza. I am truly thankful to José and Emilio for ensuring my stay was relaxing.
Although the weather was not warm enough, the spa facilities offer an indoor heated pool, steam and sauna rooms and private showering facilities. The prices provided haven't been updated in their rooms, so be sure to check with the front desk.
The fantastic cleaners at Hotel Bahía Alcudia ensure that your room is perfect before you return. It is clear to see that they work hard and this is shown in the presentation of the whole hotel. We stayed in the junior suite, although it could be loud at times as we were next door to the laundry area, which operated during the night . Despite this, the rooms were incredibly spacious, with a mini fridge provided.
The bar staff are incredibly friendly and are keen to get to know you and help you in any way.
Overall, I would love to come and visit Hotel Bahía Alcudia again. I was truly sad to leave after having the most relaxing stay. The staff are a true credit to the hotel.

The Bahia de Alcudia hotel & Spa, has just provided our party of four couples, with the perfect holiday. From check-in on arrival to taxi at departure, nothing was too much to ask and more importantly answer. We all had comfortable beds and our rooms provided everything necessary, the en-suite shower with plenty of hot water and soft towels. Rooms serviced daily by friendly cleaners. We were All Inclusive with high quality meals, plenty of choice and attentive staff. Numerous facilities at this hotel, we used the relaxing sun-beds each day around the good sized pool. Soft quality beach towels also provided. Plenty of other seating areas to relax in from chill areas to a grass garden area. The bar was run by an eager team of staff, a special mention to Olga, who looked after us attentively. We also celebrated a birthday, Andrea, the Quality Manager made it extra special by organising cake and champagne as a surprise. Its perfect location, on a main road which is not noisy, is very easy to find. It is walkable to the old town, the beach, the harbour, bars, restaurants and shops. This hotel has a homely feel to it with a very friendly welcome.

Currently staying here for the week. I’m day 5 days in… don’t stay here if you want to sleep past 08:30/09:00. Every morning, the cleaner knocks on the door over and over to ask if you want your room cleaned. Our door sign keeps being removed. So irritating. The entertainment is very poor and there is not much atmosphere here. The hotel definitely attracts the older generation. All the reviews are amazing for the hotel, can only be written by OAPS. The rooms are very dated but that’s typical of Spain. Staff are nice. Food is average. Wouldn’t pay the £20 per person per day to go all inclusive tho. If you want you can swap your dinner for lunch. At lunch, you can drink whatever you want as part of your meal at no extra cost. However at dinner, you must pay for any drink. Doesn’t make sense.

Really excellent stay. From the minute we arrived the staff were lovely and very helpful. We had a really nice welcome from Maria J and it set the tone for great service throughout our stay. Our room was very nice and a good size. We had a balcony with a sea and mountain view which was fab though very hot out there in the late afternoon. We just had breakfast as like to eat out in different places, but it was very good and plenty to choose from. The bar was good too, very nice cocktails! The pool area was fairly busy but there are other areas to sit too and the beach is very close. We paid for a Bali bed by the pool on our last day which was very reasonable as it included two cocktails. The location was perfect for us as really close to the beach and port with its restaurants and also only 15 minutes walk to the old town which we visited a couple of times including for dinner. We were also able to do our COVID test at the hotel which was very convenient. All round a very good experience.

I believe if you are all inclusive, they provide water at the front desk. We were not AI so weren't even offered tap water at meals. if you decide to go half board, there is very inexpensive water sold at the store about a block away.
There are more places to choose from in the Port d'Alcudia area.
