Hotel's Favorite
We stayed there 11 nights as family with 4 years old during half-term school holidays at the ond of May. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Location is very good with lot of shops, bars, restaurants around and beach is less than 5min walk. We had junior suite with pool view and it was a right choice because our room was very spacious. It was cleaned daily by very lovely and friendly housekeeping ladies. Staff working at pool/lobby bar were friendly and attractive and very good with younger children. Same in a restaurant. Before going there, I saw some reviews that staff is rude! During our 11 nights stay didn't meet any. All staff were very friendly, nice andhelpfull! Food was nice and tasty and empty dishes were cleared away from tables very quickly. Only thing what I found annoying in restaurant was that during breakfast they are cooking just 8 eggs at the time so always needed to wait in a queue to get a fried eggs. Entertainment team during the day and invited artists for evening show were trying to do their best and most of evening shows were entertaining but sometimes problem was visibility of show because of so many posts in lobby bar it was a limited view from lot of places. Apart of that we enjoyed our stay there and we are very happy that we choosed this hotel for our holidays this year!

We stayed here for 4 nights (all inclusive) in June 2019 and, on the whole, were not disappointed! Our only criticism was that, due to a bit of an issue with our transfer, we arrived at about 5 minutes past midnight. Once we’d checked in (yes, I agree with some other reviewers, it was a little bit slow!) it was around 12.25, which meant that the bar & restaurant had closed for the night. In our room we had tea & coffee making facilities, but no tea or coffee… strangely, there was some powdered milk & some sugar & some napkins on a little tray, with the kettle & cups, but nothing to actually make a hot drink. We returned to reception to enquire as to whether we could get anything at all to eat, or indeed just a hot drink, to be informed that everything in the hotel was now closed & if we wanted anything at all, we needed to go out to try & find something open nearby. Needless to say, that after travelling most of the day & at such a late hour, we chose to simply go to bed. Perhaps the hotel should put at least some sachets of tea & coffee in the rooms, especially for the later arrivals? That aside, during our stay, we couldn’t really fault the hotel or any of the staff we met. We were very happy with the room (512). It was clean & spacious and the air conditioning seemed to work ok. Towels were replaced, if needed, daily & the beds made up. Although the timing was never consistent, housekeeping only ever seemed to get to our room quite late in the afternoon, but this was never an issue for us. The only small niggle, which is something that another reviewer raised, is the lack of a shelf in the shower, for your toiletries. You do have to put them on the floor. We also loved our balcony & its view and spent a good few hours out there, most days, enjoying the afternoon sun… and it was ideal in the evening once the sun went down as it was nice & cool. The food, in our opinion, was great… breakfast, lunch & dinner. We were always impressed with the choice & certainly the quality & quantity! If ever anything ran out, it was always replenished very quickly. All the staff in the restaurant seemed to work tirelessly, clearing away dishes & setting tables. We were also not disappointed with the “all inclusive” drinks, on tap, the cocktails & the spirits. The beer & wine in the restaurant was perfectly acceptable as were all of the offerings at the bar. And, here again, the staff worked tirelessly. They were pretty much busy all of the time, but they were always happy to serve and, where possible, chat to the customers. We were quite surprised how many young children were there, especially as it was term time. We didn’t have any issues with it ourselves, and it is advertised as a family hotel, but I could see how some people may find this a negative. Overall though we would certainly visit again and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Family of 2 adults and a 6 year old child. Refurbished studio was lovely, spacious and stylish. Has fridge and microwave which suited us fine as we booked B&B and like to eat out at night. Very clean. Coin operated washer and dryer next to kids club which was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices not bad, should suit most. Short walk to beach. Our son did not go to kids club so cant comment. Took part in some of the exercise classes which were good and fun. Watched the acrobats and magician, our son enjoyed them. Would happily stay again.

My husband and 2 sons visited for a short break in May and had a lovely time. We went all inclusive and got a really good price so honestly weren't expecting much from it and were pleasantly surprised. You can't fault the rooms, they had recently been updated and were brilliant. Very spacious and had a little kitchenette area with a microwave which was perfect with a baby. The hotel was clean and there is a shop onsite which was helpful. The food was fine, always found something to eat but not a massive variety. Overall for what we paid we were very happy.
