The most disgusting in this hotel is the terrible noise. You can hear it everywhere, from every part of the hotel. They gave us room facing the street on the 2-th floor. And the noise stayed constantly during all day until midnight. Just in front of Sol de Alcudia Apartamentos there is huge swimming pool, entertaining zone and scene of another huge hotel Viva Sunrise. There were about 100 meters between our window and the scene with full music system. The animation begins at 12:00 and lasts until 0:00. During all this time you’ll hear in your room everything happening outside. Shouts, music with huge bass, etc. Even if you shut the windows the noise is the same. The whole hotel shakes because of the music bass, and the walls and windows don’t stop this noise. When I complained about the noise to the reception they proposed us to move to the 4-th floor. Why for??? To see the scene better??? In the night we couldn’t sleep because of the evening show. Don’t expect that if you’ll receive the room facing the yard it will be more quit. From that side just under the rooms there is bar and scene of Sol de Alcudia. I went there during the night and the noise was the same. We stayed with the baby 1,5 years old and she couldn’t sleep at all until 0:00. When I made booking I especially wrote about baby and asked a quiet room - NOT above the scene with all-day and night music and animation. Not in the first row of the open air concert! But there are no quiet rooms in this hotel at all. The hotel knew it, but they just confirmed booking and said ok. After one day of hell in this hotel we decided to leave and not spoil our health and the rest 9 days of our holiday. We booked another really good hotel in Paguera and leaved after sleepless night. We lost almost 1300 eur, because this greedy hotel returned us nothing. They told us that the booking agency doesn’t permit doing it. But I wrote to booking agency and the manager said that it was the hotel who refused return us money, even part of it. I’m sure in the hot season they easily sold our room to another guests and received ever more money. Ok, it’s they karma. And they will receive what they deserve. But at least we spent rest of the holiday in really good wonderful place, far from Alcudia. Another facts about this hotel: - The room doors are made such way that you can shut them only with strong clap. In your room you will hear all the time clapping of all room in the hotel. I don’t understand, it was so difficult to make normal door locks??? - Just under the windows (facing the street) stands large trash and laundry collector. We lived on the second floor and all the time sniffed smell of garbage and bleach. - The meal on breakfast and dinner is bearable. But the space where they serve buffet is so narrow and so overcrowded, so you can’t relax at all. To take every portion you need to stay in a large queue. - As for Puerto de Alcudia: I saw a lot of reviews describing it like the best part of the island, especially like “paradise for children”. I’ve been in many places and can say - it’s surely not a paradise. Dusty, dirty place with few trees. The children playgrounds are covered with dust and deserted. - Hotel says that is stays only in 500 meters from the beach. But you can’t go straight to the beach. Because on the way there is Iberostar hotel with closed territory. So it will be more than 750 meters to the sea under the sunshine, no trees at all. Many cafes are closed and deserted, garbage is everywhere. The beach is normal but not awesome like I expected after reading reviews. - As for canals in this place they are without water. Only dust and garbage. - The wifi in the hotel is so weak (even in the night), like in the 90-ties. I couldn’t open sites of 2 different banks, sites with booking systems was hard to open too. It took 3 hours (!!!!) with this weak wifi to make booking of another hotel in Paguera, when we decided not to spoil our holiday in this disgusting place.

Stayed 2 weeks in a 1 bed apartment. Apartment was spacious, clean and the kitchen area had everything we needed. The maid kept the place spotless and we had clean towels each day. We didn't do breakfast but ate at the pool lunchtimes when we were there and the food was quality and reasonably priced. The bar service day and night was excellent and again reasonably priced. All the staff here were polite and friendly and easy to get along with There is a mad rush for loungers at 8.30 in the morning to get a spot round the pool but we never had a problem getting a spot when we eventually went down. It was entertaining watching them from the balcony with our morning cuppa though. The hotel is ideally situated near the strip with tons of bars and shops 2 minutes away. The beach is an easy 10 minute stroll away. We often visit Majorca and these apartments will now be our regular spot.

We stayed here in August 2019 for our summer holiday. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location. So many lovely restaurants close by and only a short walk to the beach. Also a bus service which we used. The staff were very attentive and we loved chilling by Gin Corner trying out the different gins- the bar staff knowledge was great. There were lots of families- this is the first time we have stayed in a complex like this. The only minor irritation was guests reserving sun beds and not using them for most of the day. Reception staff were very helpful and arranged a couple of bookings for us. Cleaners came almost every day. Would recommend.

We had a very good experience of staying in these apartments. They offered lovely clean and bright accommodation, the food was of excellent choice and quality but the I think the best aspect was the helpful and courteous attitude of the staff. I would highly recommend these apartments and intend to go back to stay there again
