When my girlfriend and I booked this hotel after months of chopping and changing due to covid we didn’t know what to expect. Especially with the mixed reviews before we arrived. We have Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Positives: the food is great especially the a la cartes ( book when you arrive due to demand) The selection of drinks. Estrella draft and premium spirits The shows in the evening were all different so we didn’t get bored And the staff are very friendly and helpful big shout out to Angi at south pool, the lady at guest relations for helping my girlfriend plan my birthday and helping me get plan our wedding engagement and Domingo for his hospitality at the surf bar ala carte. Not so positive The spa was quite loud due to the amount of children inside, The pools are very cold, Room is slightly out dated (believe all being newly refurbished) Main Buffett always busy so try and experiment and find a quiet time, So all in all we was happy with our 10 day stay for the value for money. We will definitely plan to come back. Thank you for a lovely holiday!!

We visited this hotel for 2 weeks at the end of September through Tui as a family of 4 including a 3 year old and 6 month old baby. The hotel is fantastic for families, each block has it's own pool with a child's section attached to it along with a water park and splash pad in the family block. There were 2 al a carte restaurants with the 50s diner being our favourite which was brilliant, all of the food on this menu isn't found anywhere else in the hotel. The drinks are all premium branded with a large selection of cocktails included in your all inclusive. The only thing that I didn't like about the hotel was none of the snack bars or even the buffet has food lids or covers on any of the food so you get flies landing on meat and fish which is disgusting. This is something they should look to address ASAP.

This hotel has almost all you could need. But a few points need tweaking. Its an All Inclusive resort so why do you nickel and dime your guests for the few stupid things. Room Safe €10 Margharita in the Bar €6 (but if I order a shot of Triple Sec, 2 shots of tequila, Lime juice and ice, and mix it myself free. (in facts they will server me a pint glass of tequila. but ask for a margarita, (that's chargeable) Hamburger and fries in the dining room FREE Hamburger and Fries in the cafe next to dining room (comes out of the same kitchen I watched it) €20 That and the usual towels on all the Sunbeds for people who didn't turn up till 3pm, so we had to sit in the shaded side of the pool. despite the signs, the staff wouldn't enforce. That Said, Food was Good, Drinks were brand name top shelf and generous. (above note taken into account) Rooms were great, Entertainment was awesome. We had a great Holiday and would likely come again.

Dear Family, Thank you very much for taking your time and writing this review. We are also happy to know that you would likely come again! We are looking forward to welcoming you again soon. As Tripadvisor is something everybody can read, we just want that the information that is here is the right one. For that reason, let us confirm that the safety deposit box costs 17€ a week + 10€ deposit. You get the deposit back as long as you return the key. Premium cocktails are chargeable and the reason is because they are handmade. If you want to order the ingredients and do it on your own, it is completely fine, but as you may know as you seem quite an expert, it wont taste the same, as for doing cocktails you need to mix them in the proper way. We do not charge for the ingredients but because we have very proffesional staff preparing them in the best way. The thing that surprised us the most was the 20€ for the hamburger, as we are not charging anything for any kind of food. We do not know where could you have seen it. As we previously said, we thank you a lot for the review, for taking the time and for appreciating the hotel. Big hug from all the staff! :)

We had previously visited this hotel as a family. This time it was a short break treat for me and my daughter who just turned 18. We chose a swim up room in the adult only area in early October. We arranged a taxi transfer which took around 50 minutes and cost 82 euros each was. Check in was quick. Use a QR code to add all your details including photo of passport for each person. Our room number 1003 was clean and modern. The bed was huge and comfy. The swim up pool was cold as were all the other pools but this was October so completely as expected for this time of year. We had sun on pool area from around 10 until about 3.30pm when it disappeared behind the trees. The sun is quite low this time of year. The cleaner did a thorough job of cleaning the room each day leaving it smelling fresh. We ate in the main restaurant and the food was varied each night. One night had the option of Mexican themed food. Always chips, rice, pasta and pizza available with a variety of meat and vegetable 2] dishes. Delicious deserts, cut fruits as well as ice creams (similar to cornetto and feast). Breakfast offer a lovely full English with English style sausages. Variety of breads, cereals, fruit, pastries, smoothies, many varieties of alternative milks. There was a small section for adult only. The adult only pool area was also being used by families during the daytime due to covid and to allow people plenty of space. The pool area was much quieter than the other areas though. The was an amazing selection of drinks available including some well known brands. The full drink menu could be downloaded using a QR code. Hand sanitiser was everywhere. Outside the lift, inside the lift, all around the restaurants and bar areas. All staff wore masks all the time even outside. The beach was a short walk down hill. The sea is quite rough so children would need watching. There was a lifeguard on duty during the daytime. We went down to watch the sunrise it was beautiful. In all my years of holidaying abroad this is the only hotel I have ever visited twice. Thank you to all the staff who work so hard.
