Perfect location and setting surrounded by nature. It is essentially the setting that gives it its stars because there are several pleasant swimming pools and the sea in a sublime cove with a sandy beach 5 minutes away on foot. Furthermore, the buffet is very stocked and diverse: the dishes and desserts change every day. Fruits and raw vegetables always present, fresh and in quantity. The food is good but the half board is enough to allow you to enjoy the restaurants near the beach and not be nauseated. The rooms are a little small and dated but the sea view is unbeatable. Cleaning is done every day with a change of towels and the presence of pleasant air conditioning for the heat of Mallorca 😂besides, the entertainment team is very friendly and takes good care of children (especially Inas who is great!) as well as adults. Theme evenings are organized every evening in a family atmosphere. We could still wish that the music was played a little less loudly for several hours a day around the main swimming pool. The reception staff is attentive, multilingual and efficient. The restaurant staff must learn not to clear the plates too quickly 😅but are friendly. A few points nevertheless need to be urgently improved: the coffee served at breakfast is undrinkable while that at the bar is delicious (but it will cost you €2.20 despite the pension) the bedding is uncomfortable (very hard) but following our complaint a mattress pad was installed the same day and it was much better. I also recommend being transported if you wish to visit the island but do not have a car, the place is sufficient in itself with the small town of Portocolom easily accessible on foot. Finally, delivering a bottle of mineral water every day in the rooms would not be a luxury for a 4-star hotel 😉but I recommend it because we had an excellent relaxing stay with good value for money

This hotel is in a fabulous location, very close to a wonderful, accessible beach. Plenty of sunbeds around both pool areas. The gym is small but has a reasonable number of options. The animation team work hard and provide a varied level of entertainment, and there is music around the pool area between 10.30am and mid afternoon.

The hotel is a little bit tired in places, but overall it is clean and tidy. WiFi is free and works fine.

The staff are generally good, with some exceptions towards excellence and jobsworthiness. I developed a good rapport with one barman who initially seemed a little grumpy, but after a few smiles and me making an effort trying to speak Spanish he opened up a little and was actually good fun. The other end of the scale is another barman who refused to make drinks that weren't on the drinks menu even though the ingredients were there and included in the all inclusive package. Water is available in bottles from the bars but not free after 11pm. There are rules and once you know them, you need to go with them. Seems pretty silly though.

Service levels need some work in some areas, smiles are free to give and are worth a lot.

Breakfast options were varied and plentiful, but let down by the hot breakfast items never being hot, only ever lukewarm at best and sometimes actually stone cold (eg scrambled and baked beans). Lots of pastries, cold meats, cheeses, cereals, lots of non-dairy milks if that is your thing too. Coffee was ok once we'd found our favourite option of the 10 or more coffee buttons. Juices were from a machine, nice and cold. The restaurant table staff are good, clearing plates efficiently and setting up clean ones quickly.

Would I stay here again? Yes.

Good location of the hotel that allows you to get comfortably to the beach on foot. It's a hotel. Very large, 7 floors with about 40 rooms per floor. Typical holiday hotel. The hotel parking is not enough to hold all cars, but you can safely park on the street which is very wide and, being a secondary street, very little frequented. Rooms spacious enough, all with small balcony. Too bad for the bathroom area that separates the toilet in a closet, the shower (huge) in its own right and the sink in the open environment. Unfortunately the room fans are very noisy. Good air conditioning of the room. Also excellent breakfast, very varied and all buffet. The quality of the products is good. Ditto for those who decide to dine at the hotel, with buffet dinner that offers different dishes. Here the level of some dishes is not quite the best. The chef must be extra European because in the Bolognese sauce, and also in the amatriciana one, he put cumin or at least an exotic spice ..

Where do I start....Desperately in need of refurbishing but TUI wouldn't know that because they never visit it!
We were booked for bed and breakfast and the onsite restaurant which is still advertised as of today 26/09/2024, has been closed for months. It would have been an added bonus for us and TUI decided to tell it was closed just 48 hrs before we were due to fly.
The photo's I have provided give you an idea of just how run down the place was. The only upside I can give was although the bathroom needed complete refurbishing there was always plenty of hot water and the shower over the bath was of excellent pressure.
The breakfast was OK if you liked pastries, cakes and fresh fruit. There was supposed to be cooked breakfast, it was dreadful, watery scrambled eggs, half cooked bacon, baked beans which seemed like they had never been heated and it was all cold every day!
We paid to eat in one night as the weather was bad, rip off 50 euro's for 2 excluding drinks for the same standard as breakfast, cold inedible food. The only dish we found edible was mexican taco's, even that was as basic as it comes. No fine dining to be had here!
We liked to go to the quieter pool in the mornings as the main pool always had music blasting. Here we found the dumping ground for all the broken umberellas, not one of them worked properly!
The hotel really spoilt our holiday.
On the plus side, the beach was a stroll across the road. It had a lovely, very busy, beach bar which did excellent food. The beach had really easy access to the sea, no rocks underfoot.
The other plus was the local restaurants along the other side of the beach were excellent. We ate a ORGANIC quite a few nights, that was excellent, some unusual dishes and lovely atmosphere with good background music. Next door was El Baul , very welcoming staff, always happy, lovely food, good atmosphere. We also ate at Kaikuana Beach Pizza place, again very welcoming and happy people, lovely pizza and salad.
So thankfully we enjoyed our holiday with no thanks to TUI who should be ashamed at their completely FALSE ADVERTISING.
We were offered compensation when I got back and complained but a voucher for another holiday doesn't really cost them anything and they were not interested in discussing the problems really.

My partner and I stayed a week on vacation and stayed at this hotel. We chose it for its proximity to many coves, and that is the greatest strength the hotel has.... Barring that, there are many points to improve.
To begin, from the first moment we arrived at the hotel, we were simply asked for our ID and given the room number, but neither explained the operation of the restaurant (hours, etc...), nor the facilities, nor option to wifi....
The rooms are simple, have what you need, but are old. The cleanliness is fair, someday they didn’t make us the room, and when they do it is very much above (they don’t even make the bed, they just stretch the deck, the bathroom or clean it).
With regard to the restaurant, as soon as you enter, no one points the room at you or asks if you want something to drink. Everyone came in and sat where they wanted. If you wanted something to drink, you have to get up and queue so that the waitress at the bar serves you and charges you.
With regard to the dishes to choose, virtually all food is pre-cooked and they have no sign indicating what each dish is...
The cutlery and dishes of the restaurant were many days dirty, with stains...
We have been fine basically because of the location of the hotel, but it has many defects and is very thawed. Not a four star if that's what you're looking for.

This hotel does not deserve its 4 stars! There were several customers complaining on different points.
First of all, still water costs money and we had to buy bottled water at the supermarket, it's scandalous because the water should be available to customers of a "4 star" who does not have one. ! All inclusive is not one because everything is not included and you often have to pay extra! Snacks are very industrial.
The food is very average and is always the same thing, rice, pasta, meat... the dishes are much too salty! The desserts have no taste.
The wines served during meals are their own bottles and it's really not good at all.
At breakfast the juices are way too sweet.
The hotel's wifi works once in 10 and you often have to reconnect during the day...
The room is small and there is only one socket (bring a power strip).
The television does not work properly and the mini fridge cools very little. The bathroom is very average, limescale is present everywhere.
The excursions are scams, rent a car yourself in Portocolom (60€/day) and go and discover for yourself you will save a lot of time and money!
The swimming pools are small and rarely cleaned.
The big negative point is the animation of the hotel, the entertainers are nice, but there is a budget problem so there are not enough of them. To put it simply, there is no or very little entertainment, nothing between 1 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Morning yoga is 20 minutes instead of an hour and it's just stretching. The evenings are not very lively... they leave a playlist running on its own and the famous "club dance" we do it twice in 1 week... after having done several real clubs in other countries, this one is the worst. Very poor value for money.
The other restaurant is closed.
The only positive point is the location with the cove and sea (with jellyfish) 200 meters from the hotel. In short, it is a 3-star hotel and not a Club. I don't understand the positive comments...and there were a lot of customers who thought the same thing.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to with this holiday.
**The Good:**
The location is excellent—close to a beautiful beach in a quiet, peaceful area. It's just a short walk to the harbor, and Cala d'Or is only a €18 taxi ride away, or you can take the bus conveniently located near the beach. One major plus: no sunbed wars! Whether at the pool or the beach, there was always space, making it easy to unwind. Our room had a lovely view, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.

**The Bad:**
The hotel transfer was frustrating. The TUI app promised a 70-minute journey, but it ended up taking 2 hours with multiple drop-offs. For the return journey, the app estimated a minimum of 1 hour and 45 minutes, so we opted for a taxi, which took only 45 minutes at 7am and cost around €80.

The room, while expected to be basic, felt very dated. We didn’t anticipate a rusty plug or the shower handrail coming loose. The air conditioning worked well but was a bit noisy—not a major issue for us as we hardly slept. There was a small fridge and hairdryer available, the shower had nice power but unpredictable, switching from freezing cold to scalding hot. The beds were rock hard, making it impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep—it felt like lying on ironing boards.

We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, but the breakfast was a disappointment. Although there was a good variety for European guests, if you're after a traditional English breakfast, you’ll be disappointed—scrambled eggs were watery, and the beans were cold, and cocktail sausages didn’t quite do it. There was a decent selection of pastries and fruit, but the orange juice was very watery.

Finally, entertainment at the hotel was very poorly communicated. We only knew it was happening when we heard the noise from our room, as there were no clear signs or information available.

In summary, while the location and staff were positive aspects, the uncomfortable beds, long transfer times, lack of communication about entertainment, and poor breakfast meant the stay wasn’t as relaxing as we had hoped. We wouldn’t book this hotel again

Tour company:::TUI ,never again. No rep in resort,so no one to air any grievances to ,Pick up on arrival was a shambles with the coach driver having no knowledge of our pick up or hotel destination.
Reception::: With the exception of one member of staff all the rest were indifferent, all the info on trips, car rental etc are kept in a room behind the reception and you only get to see them when you ask for car rentals etc.
Steak restaurant: ::: Closed, the explanation given was that the hotel was closing in October for an indefinite period for refurbishment.
Lounge bar::: Only open in the evenings.
Pool bar::: Rude staff who thought nobody understood Spanish so thought it ok to call guests DxxK heads or Eff and blind about them.
Cocktails::: Although all inclusive,Only a few were free, the rest incurred a charge of between €1 and €5, These were neither blended nor shaken, just syrup, spirit poured over three ice cubes into a paper (yes all drinks were served in paper cups that leaked after a few minutes)cup. 3 blenders were bought a day before we left but these were only for making smoothies at €6 a cup.
House wine::: un drinkable.
Ice cream::: Only one ice lolly was free,All others carried a charge of €2_50 to €5_00.
Pool Towels::: €10 deposit but if you wanted to change them there was a €3 charge.
Food::: plentiful and varied although not much in the way of chicken.
Pools::: Plenty of sun beds, short on umbrellas, but all areas are full of smokers, cigarette butts everywhere.(Cannot understand why there wasn’t designated smoking areas)The pools are unsuitable for older or infirm people as none of them had steps, just vertical ladders that were very difficult to use.
Cleaning::: Be aware that cleaners will empty their cleaning buckets into the bath, and it will take a few hours of complaining before they will send another in to clean the bath.No apology given.
Departures::: There are no rooms to shower and change in,we had a 10-00pm departure and was told to shower at the outdoor pool showers. Then change in the toilets!
Bedroom::: Although the bed was made everyday, the bedding was never changed and very often neither were the towels,
I would not recommend this hotel to family or friends. And hopefully after the refurb things will change for the better but even then it wouldn’t entice me back.

One of the most insulting things about this hotel is that they have their 4 stars displayed everywhere. It's not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination.

First, the room wasn't clean on arrival, which is pretty basic. Reception was told and no apology was given but then it was cleaned properly. The room itself seemed to have been recently renovated so this is one positive but it was missing basic little things like towel hooks and a soap dispenser (the refill for a soap dispenser was left in the shower). The shower itself was terrible. You could only clean yourself in the brief periods between scolding hot and icy cold water that fluctuated constantly. It keeps you on your toes in the shower but could actually be rather dangerous for a child.

The food is the worst I've ever experienced in this kind of hotel. Very low quality in general. It's not only the quality of the food though, it's also the ambiance of the room. It's more like eating in a work canteen (if work canteens were full of unhappy staff wheeling carts around and loudly throwing plates and cutlery into boxes). Eating, usually one of the pleasures of a 4 star hotel, became a chore.

There are many other little things to pick on here (including why they keep the reception refrigerated to the point that people need to wrap up before going in there) but overall the message should be that this hotel isn't worth the effort.

The hotel complex itself is quite nice, if they made more of it. The proximity to the beach is great.
The rooms were fine, only the bathrooms were very old, with some broken shower rods etc.
A few more sockets in the room would have been useful.
The loungers by the pool were often dirty (some heavily soiled with bird droppings), and no one cared to clean them. The pool was also very unkempt.
The drinks at the pool bar were almost impossible to keep up with, and coffee was not available at all (after breakfast, only available at the lobby bar). The meals were only tap water, beer and wine - all-inclusive is actually different.
The food at the buffet was the worst we have ever experienced anywhere. Hardly any variety, mostly ready-made products, some of it indefinable. No labelling of the dishes, as a vegetarian you had to guess or try whether the food contained meat. The staff could hardly keep up with refilling, there was always far too little for the number of guests and it always ran out very quickly. But the staff tried hard, that has to be said.
Crockery and cutlery were often dirty, sometimes still crusted with food leftovers.
We can't comment on the entertainment or activities, we didn't use them.
If you spent a little money, you could really make something out of the hotel. But with the current savings mentality, it's not recommended.
