It's our 3rd time here so we know what we were expecting. Glad to say standards have been maintained and staff work tirelessly to keep everyone happy and the place tidy, food fresh and plentiful. Sunbeds are dotted around the hotel's grounds which provide a raised cliff side view overlooking the ocean from 3 sides. Ladders fixed to the rocks provide access to the sea. There are 2 pools additionally. Food was great. Normally 2 meat options, a paella, fish, home made pizzas, a pasta option, and something on the grill made fresh by the chef. Breakfast had every normal option, fresh home made breads, scrambled and fried eggs, beans, bacon, yoghurts, cheeses, dried fruits....etc etc. Self serve beer (Estrella), wines and sodas at meal times. Reception staff we found very helpful. They cancelled a 6am shuttle pick up for us and booked an airport taxi with little fuss and we didn't get the 6am call we half expected despite our plans so nice work there! Take care not to leave your food unattended on the restaurant terrace (with perfect views over the ocean) or the seagulls will have it away!! 🤣 Will no doubt go back. Thank you to all at JS …

This hotel is super clean, the staff are amazing and the views are stunning. We have just come back from a week in this little gem and i would highly recommend. It is rather quite so maybe some light music around the pools wouldn't go a miss but that's not really a negative :) the food was good and the all inclusive beer was good too ;) lets not forget to mention how comfortable the beds were. The view from our room was insane! The area that its in is lovely also, not a long walk to the beach probably about 10 minutes and a short walk to the harbour. Overall i would stay here again without question!!!

I've just come back from staying at this great hotel. If you are looking for English food, English bars and only English people then this is NOT the hotel for you. But if you are wanting a great hotel with friendly staff, nice food and lovely views then I would highly recommend a stay here. The hotel is really clean, the rooms are nice and the staff cannot do enough to help always saying hello and they always have a smile on their face. The hotel has guests from all over Europe and there is always someone to talk to even if sometimes you need to use Google translate. The pools are nice and there are always plenty of sunbeds. I can't wait to visit this hotel again.

Just back from this great hotel . The room was very spacious and very comfortable beds the room was cleaned everyday. The food was lovely always something to choose from loved the roast beef .thank you to Annette and Lara they are great bar staff always fun.There is entertainment Tuesday Thursday and Saturday the other nights there was always music it was a great atmosphere.thank you to Deborah on reception she was always so pleasant and helpful. The Views outside are stunning it was so lovely sitting there at meal times there are loads of sunbeds spread out always plenty of space to yourself.i would recommend this lovely hotel and we will come back.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at cape colom, if the absolutely stunning view- that can be visually ingested at every hour of the day even during meals -wasn’t enough, then the staff themselves make the place what it is, Sarah, Maria and Lara specifically were all a credit to the hotel and themselves and made my friends and myselfs stay even more pleasant, no help was to much to ask and the service is provided immaculately. The cleaners are far more responsive than an F1 pit team and the hotel itself is situated with the most quaint Mediterranean location. Had a wonderful time and would certainly recommend and stay once more.

We have just returned from 10 days at this hotel. The food was excellent at every meal. We had beautifully prepared salads in particular. The buffet was constantly topped up or there was the option of the chef’s specialty of the day. The staff here need a special mention. They are hard working but always cheerful and welcoming. The hotel was spotless and we could speak highly enough of it.

Just returned from a fabulous 14 nights here. I can honestly say that I couldn't fault the place. Firstly the views are to die for- it really does take your breath away and so enjoyable to eat all your meals looking at the sea, watching the boats go in and out of the nearby harbour. The hotel itself is absolutely spotless- the cleaners work tirelessly all day and what a treat to come back to crisp white sheets immaculately made daily. We had a side sea room and it was lovely sleeping with the doors open listening to the waves. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was much better than I expected as I'd not experienced all inclusive before. The chefs took great pride in their cooking and there was plenty of choice all day. It was great to see local dishes daily especially paella. The hotel facilities were great. There are plenty of sunbeds in a variety of areas . Obviously the pools are not heated but the sun took the edge off it and I swam every day. On the top floor there is a gym. I had never been to a gym before but with the spectacular views of the sea I ended up going several times followed by a shower and a chill in the rooftop jacuzzi. As said in other reviews it is not a party hotel but the perfect relaxing holiday. Another must is the fabulous beach at the nearby Cala marcel . I've never swam with fish before in such shallow water. As you can see I thoroughly enjoyed every minute and would definitely recommend it. …

Firstly the staff are lovely, friendly and always smiling, They cleared our plates as soon as we had finished so we never had plates and cups piled up on the table. The hotel is in a stunning location with amazing views and very tranquil , if you love to read and want some peace this is definitely the place for you . We were lucky enough to have a room with sea views and a huge balcony , definitely a bonus for us. Our room was cleaned everyday it was fine nice and big , wardrobes not good for hanging a long dress but it was not a problem for me . The bathroom was a bit small and yes it had the dreaded shower curtain but it never stuck to me once ( and I’m not a small lady) shower gel , hand soap , hairdryer & fridge provided . I do not think the towels are thin ok they are not big & fluffy , just your normal white hotel towels , I was very pleased that they wrapped around me ( not many do , in fact I am well traveled and this is the first ) To get some of the Chanel’s on the TV in English press set up and then QAA . my husband and I never braved the pool s , they were to cold 🥶. We dipped a toe in the jacuzzi and that was cold aswell so needless to say my costume stayed dry 😂 . I like that we could borrow the games from out of the glass cabinet next to reception but I do think there should be a notice on there saying that these can be borrowed. When we arrived we thought they was for sale ,one of the guest told us about it . A couple of little negatives I would prefer two small pillows instead of one long large one ( personal preference )and because the hotel is so remote, which we knew when we booked , it would be nice to have had entertainment every night., which was what I thought and was partly why we picked the hotel , it never stopped us enjoying ourselves though. The food , ….as far as I could see there were many nationalities at this hotel and everyone was catered for , my husband did say he would of liked a curry with a bit of spice in it though. Breakfast;Omelettes made to order, cereal, toast, Continental breakfast, bacon, sausage, Fried eggs, scrambled eggs, baked, beans, fruit and pastries, What more do you need?. Lunch / dinner salad, paella , steak, beef,fish, pork, chicken, chicken nuggets, chickpeas, rice, pasta, potatoes, vegetables, chips, burgers, bread, rolls, etc. . Deserts and ice cream.. Firstly just say the staff are absolutely fantastic as are the views. We were here just one night for our anniversary and they had kindly given us a great room with beautiful views as well as a bottle of bubbly and a plate of gorgeous fruit. So kind. The main pool area is a little bare, basic and lack’s atmosphere but the other pool near the sea is stunning, you can lie in peace listening to the sea. Lots of beds everywhere. The gym is great and again stunning views. The down side is the food at dinner was awful - cold, tasteless and little choice. It was nothing like the pictures. Had we not had lunch earlier we would have gone to eat elsewhere. Breakfast was much better though. Drinks plentiful and nicely served - proper glasses etc (sometimes not with all inclusive). The towels is the room are very thin as is the shower curtain - literally stuck to us is the shower !! Air con not good - even though on lowest setting was not cool. August would be horrendous ! We enjoyed our stay but some tweaks would have given 4 stars - the staff deserve 5 !! Thank you…

Not one too often give a review but here we go. Having been to several all inclusive hotels, I can’t imagine a better location and stunning views. Tje rooms are basic and functional but kept very clean by amazing cleaners. The communal areas are a credit to the hotel and there is always somewhere to sit on a variety of chairs or the sinners outside. The food is 3 star (which fits the hotel) but after the Tuesday evening choice of a chicken burger or beef burger, both of which tasted like cheap economical ones, we ventured out to the harbour for a treat at one of the restaurants the following and were not disappointed. We decided to treat ourselves once more if the evening meals didn’t improve but they did, although we never got excited about having our meals there. I would imagine the cost of living etc has made a huge impact and feel the hotel are doing the best they can. Fresh pancakes and eggs at breakfast were really delicious. We booked a sea view room with terrace and phoned the hotel prior to booking, as it said you could only have this room through booking direct through their website. On advice that’s what we did. On arrival the picture shown on the website (terrace with loungers) did not look like the balcony with chairs we had been allocated. I immediately mentioned this to reception who was quite dismissive and asked if I had a balcony. I explained again and showed our booking form and eventually she said she would leave a note for the following morning and could move us the next day. As it was my husbands birthday I agreed and didn’t unpack. In the morning I went down and had the same discussion with a different receptionist, who of course couldn’t find any note and showed the pictures, my booking form (which stated sea view and terrace) but she still didn’t seem interested but eventually said she could move us the next day. After going back to my room and reading some reviews on here, I realised this was probably not going to happen, so said I’d leave it. We mentioned the non working phone, air con and the strange smell from the ensuite, which was quite sickening during parts of the day and had the same response. ,we will see to it tomorrow. They never were sorted, which if they couldn’t be a simple explanation would be nice and not the patronising attitude of the reception staff. I feel the Stunning location and views make this hotel. The food is ok and credit should be given to the restaurant staff and cleaners. It’s such a shame the few reoccurring issues in the reviews are not actioned and if you can put up with these you will have an enjoyable holiday. However, aircon and smell and attitude of reception staff makes it a no return for us which is a real shame. …
