Hotel's Favorite
First rate hotel. Very swish. The rooms were designer. The bed more comfortable than home! Pillows to die for. The staff were unfailingly courteous and pleasant. The breakfasts were out of this world. Plush beach towels and lovely Majorcan beach basket provided as was unlimited glass bottled water. So near the beautiful beach.

Fantastic stylish hotel with great people and in a great location. We had a fantastic stay at the Iberostar hotel Grand Portal Nous. It’s the second time I’ve stayed there which says it all. It’s a fabulous hotel, with wonderful staff who can’t do enough for you. They’re all friendly and attentive. A special mention to Rosa on reception who takes customer service to another level, mikel the bell boy and lovely guy in the restaurant who greets you every morning and takes you to your table. Hotel decor is simply stunning and stylish. Our room on the 9th floor had the most amazing views. Definitely recommend a suite with full sea view, worth every penny! The hotel is in a great location, close to the airport, 5 mins to portals for nearby restaurants and bars. Only 10 mins to Palma. Highly recommend this hotel.…

Have just returned from a long weekend break away. I have to say it was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. From the stunning location, to the amazing spa and everything in-between! Staff were friendly and nothing to much trouble. Only down side was we were only there for 4 day's. I am already planning our next trip back later this year.

Stayed one night only unfortunately. Met at reception by cosmo/cosmos? Taken for a glass of Moët overlooking beach while he checked us in. Put wi fi in our phones and showed us our room. Lovely size beautiful furnishings, massive bed with great linen. Bathroom to die for with great shower. He showed us how everything worked which doesn’t happen at most hotels. Room had slippers, bathrobes, beach bag and towels and yoga mat. Rooftop pool looked great but a bit windy when we were there. Fabulous beach and small beach bar. Spa also good and great gym and yoga room. wish we could have eaten at hotel as looked lovely but friends had booked somewhere in portals. Came back to a room which had been turned down and towels replaced. Even in 5 star hotels this happens less and less except in far east. Nice touch. All the staff very nice and helpful. Great breakfast in the sunshine. We will most certainly be back ! …

The trip of a lifetime ! Wow just wow ! The most incredible birthday trip. Stayed in the insane penthouse - room 1102 - defiantly recommend - beautiful panoramic views - great terrace - brilliant jacuzzi and HUGE bed! Astir restaurant was delicious ! Make sure you try the octopus and the steak - they were so perfect. Breakfast was gorgeous - huge selection - the crepes were my favourite & the lovely fresh juices. The little beach cove right outside is so pretty and clear also - it’s great the hotel give you a beach bag with towels in to use also. The staff here are just the best - everyone is so kind and thoughtful - they really made my birthday trip extra special with fizz and birthday cake and just generally being wonderful. Extra thank you to Pipi Markel Lucas Alveredo and the rest of the staff I wish I knew all your names but how grateful I am to you all. Cannot wait to come back ! X …

We have stayed in a number of Iberostar Hotels mainly at the quiet end of Adeje, Tenerife where the standards have been consistently high. On the basis of having a change we made our first visit to Majorca and stayed at this hotel. The hotel itself is immaculate in every way, comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast (quite important in the scheme of things) is table service, many as we all know are buffet based. The quality of food and service from the Restaurant both AM and PM is to say the least impressive, greeted daily by either the head waiter or a cheerful Maitre D, both are eager to ensure that your requirements and needs are catered for to the letter. One team that really do deserve credit are the Receptionists who are quite outstanding and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay In conclusion we do not think it is possible to better the caring, dedicated and sincere manner in which all the staff perform at this hotel. e hope to return again. The area of Portals Nous was a great discovery and the Iberostar Grand Hotel provides everything that we wanted for a weeks stay. The hotel is modern and efficient, the staff are wonderful and the food is excellent. The beach in front of the hotel can get busy but the sun beds are good value at 13e and the water is crystal clear. There is a lovely outdoor pool on the 7 th floor where we enjoyed an undisturbed swim before breakfast each day and a final swim there in the evening after a day on the beach. Our room was 802 which has sea views from all windows, a spacious balcony and the opportunity to see the sun rise while having a first coffee in the really comfortable bed. The sun passes from the beach around 5.30 pm but a short walk away is a great beach bar where you can have sundowners. Up the hill are some very decent restaurants but I would recommend eating dinner at the hotel at least a couple of nights as the food is so good. A great find and well recommended.…

The hotel is beautiful and in a good location. Staff at front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. However there were some issues with the room and the staff in the restaurant were rude and unhelpful. Bookings were required even if you are staying in the hotel and the staff were hostile. I also saw them turning away women in this manner when there were plenty of seats available in the restaurant. I do not recommend if you are a vegan or vegetarian, there were pretty much no options and the food made was not good.
