I arrived here with a group of about 20 18-ish year olds, and we were greeted well, with free access to WiFi and a complementary welcome drink by the pool. The bartenders and waiters were awesome - we made friends with some of them, and they made our stay very enjoyable! The food is very good, with friendly cooks and an excellent buffet - both for breakfast and dinner. I liked how there were themes for dinner at different days (eg. Wednesday was sushi night!). The only problem I really had with this hotel was that they aren’t very helpful in finding activities. We asked for guidance to find a place to do cliff jumping and parasailing, and the reception sent us to Palma center, only to discover that the place we were recommended was on the other side of the island. So if you want to do activities outside of the hotel, research them yourself instead of getting the reception to help. (There is a table for “guest activities” or something, but I never saw anyone sit there :/ ) Overall, very good place to stay with friends!! Of course, you have to deal with the overwhelming amount of Germans around the hotel, but that’s just part of the experience :D. Best part: staff Worst(-ish) part: knowledge about activities

If you want a great cheap hotel (it's called a hostel, don't know why !) then this is a brilliant little place, the room we had was very very clean as was the whole place, the continental breakfast available was great with lots of choice, nice central location, it doesn't have a pool but we used the hotel behind which had a pool with no problems. Would stop here again.

Found this hotel to a good base for a cheap getaway, bathrooms are modernised, rooms are bit tired. Found staff quite friendly, we did make effort to chat to them, when in bar , and this did pay dividends on service we got 😜. Paguera is a lovely resort for beachs and restaurants, not much else as far as entertainment at night, for adults or children, if you want this, there are buses to santa ponsa that ran every 20mins (1.50 Euro each or 10 in taxi ) . We went to santa ponsa most nights for this reason, plus drinks are half the price, which was a big saving when having children with you. Santa ponsa is also a lovely place aswell, its got a Beautiful beach front, with loads of classy restaurants over looking beach.

We have just returned after a 4 day break . Very clean modern bathrooms, that don't look in keeping with the rooms.Maybe they are in the process of a major update. However it is good value all round. The owners are quite miserable and not very welcoming.Checking out was quite difficult, as there is never anyone really at the reception. You have to go and look for them for help. The playlist was something else! Repetitive awful 80s cover versions of bad taste including Christmas songs. There was about 6 on the total playlist after 30 mins you are ready to cut your throat it's so,so bad I Feel for the staff having to endure that on a daily basis nothing less than torture! Would not rule it out, but maybe choose somewhere different next time.Or some head phones. It put us off spending anytime in the bar or dining there. Sorry Neptuno you really need to sort that terrible noise out .

I will speak about the Hotel Neptuno first. It was a lovely stay there. We had our bag stloen from the beach with all our stuff init. money, pones ect. The hotel helped us cancel our cards and couldnt do enough for us. let us pay our bar bill from home. so 5 star service all round. Its the resort that is the problem. I have travelled the world and never have i seen so many drunken out of control young germans. I am not singling them out ,it was all young germans. The beautiful beach is covered in empty alcahol bottles by 11am. and they start screaming about that time too. its very intimidating if you are there with a baby. what a pity the Mayor does not do anything to restore this beautiful place. I would not take a holiday free in this resort. We did do research and we did see the Mega Park mentioned but we assumed it was children's entertainment. ITS NOT> its a nightclub where they flow out of the doors all day and nite. Our hotel was right next door, but to be fair the hotel has excellent soundproofing and we did sleep. It was only the last day the drunks arrived ,before that we had a lovely calm atmosphere at the hotel. Do not go to this resort unless you want to be drunk on a continual basis. I will finish with fab hotel its just where it is .
