We came to this hotel for 2 nights in October. I was very impressed, it had a very modern interior, and everything was spotless. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything perfectly clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly, they said hola or Buenos dias every morning and another thing I noticed was how attentive they were. As soon as you ring the doorbell outside the building, someone comes down immediately to see to you. The breakfast counter is continually being topped up with a variety of meats, cheeses, cereals and fruits. Very good value for money.

Modern and stylishly furnished facility - attractive ambience. Beautiful pictures and lovingly arranged details give the breakfast room and restaurant area a personal touch.
The inviting terraces with the great seating and lounge furniture particularly appealed to us.
Excellent breakfast buffet including very good coffee. As a vegetarian, I particularly appreciated the cheese selection, the hummus and the ready-to-eat fruit (there was even fresh pineapple).
In one week we had excellent meals in the restaurant 3 times.
Our superior room with a side sea view was small, the beds very comfortable, the bathroom spacious.
My sister and I felt at home in the Diamante from the very beginning - the warm welcome from "the little boss" Marina contributed to this. We found the entire staff and the Diamante family to be friendly and attentive.
Short walk to the bus stop with good connections to Palma - we were able to get to know beautiful places by bus. Highly recommended - bus 131 to Banyalbufar.

Top location to the beach and Bullevar The hotel has been beautifully renovated. The rooms are small but modern. Large TV, coffee capsule machine and refrigerator.
We went there several times to eat. Not only does it have the best pizza on the island, the rest of the menu also deserves 5 stars. The staff is hard to beat in terms of helpfulness and friendliness. We had the hotel shown to us and were patiently shown around everywhere.
There is a beautiful roof terrace with sunbeds, a small saltwater pool, built in 2023, with a waterfall and several relaxation areas. In the basement there is a small fitness room with a treadmill, stepper and weight machine. There is also a sauna for 2 people and a nice whirlpool for 4. All rooms and even the elevator are air-conditioned. A real insider tip! Our recommendation: Just go there for a meal - but it's better to make a reservation.
The guitar player on the restaurant terrace was world class by the way! We would love to come back.

I booked a King Bed, with a Courtyard View but I was given a Twin Room overlooking the street! When I asked the owner about this, he basically fobbed me off. He assured me that the area was quiet and that I would not be disturbed by noise. He also stated that the Restaurant/Bar, which was directly below my balcony would close at 11.00pm but 2-days later he hosted a large dinner party, until 12.30am?
The advertising for this property, states that it has soundproofing but I’m not sure what they mean by this because this is by far the noisiest hotel that I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years.
The noise transmission from the adjoining rooms was so bad that you could hear them switch the lights on and off and one night I could even hear someone snoring, after I was woken by street noise. You can hear people walking around upstairs and dragging furniture across the tiled floors. Noise resonates up the stairwell and along the corridors. The French Door to the balcony was double glazed but it was either poor quality, or badly fitted because that also let noise in, to the extent that it seemed like it was actually open.
To make matters worse, they have eternal Metal Shutters, instead of curtains, or blinds, which are another unnecessary noise source – You basically have to wait for your neighbours to close their shutters before trying to get to sleep.

The hotel is immaculate. Beautifully decorated. The rooms are fantastic, well equipped and spacious. We stayed in the junior suite on the top floor and had access to a very well maintained terrace. There is a small pool with seating area with sun lounges free of charge. Perfect for a cooling down dip during the afternoon. The staff are all family and they’re all very welcoming and friendly. The food and drinks are excellent and very reasonably priced. The resort is predominantly German, everyone very friendly and the resort is very clean. We will definitely return… A little tip for you.. Don’t spend the prices on the beach for sun lounges and parasols. There is a shop just across the road from the hotel where you can hire them for the day. Two lounges and a parasol for €6 for the full day. Just have to return them by 6pm. Thank you for your hospitality. We will be back soon. Karen & Mark x

Just back from a 10-day holiday in Paguera. The hotel was very clean - brilliant hard working staff. The location was perfect, 100 mtrs from the town centre and bus stop and another 100 mtrs to a lovely sandy beach. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff very friendly. Thank you Diamante - we hope to be back! Highly recommended.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. The food is excellent with multiple choices. The rooms are well equipped and there is a modern decor throughout. The staff are so helpful and friendly. There are solariums on two different floors where you can sunbathe, but also get shade if you need it. Pool at the rear of the hotel, if you need to cool off. Beach is only about 120 metres away and the main thoroughfare through Paguera is about 80 metres away. Lots of shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours and chemists nearby. Everything you need is in close proximity. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. We stayed 10 nights and we ate in the restaurant on 8 occasions.

We were three couples traveling by bicycle (2 tandems and 2 single bikes) around Mallorca. We stayed 4 nights in this wonderful family-owned hotel. Adriana, Marina & Paul provided lovely accommodations, delicious food and helped us with luggage transfers, inside bike storage, and repair tools. Best of all, they made us feel like family. A wonderful stay!

I recomend eating in this restaurant of hotel in Paguera. We - My family and I - have never eaten so perfect and well prepared different food (see food, salads, pastas, paellas...). We have tryed it on second day of our holidays and returning there every day. Kind, nice waiters and young cook to take her home :).

"You are on a road so expect some noise.we were over the bar on a night with a Uefa cup match with a Spanish team playing a German team but it was not too noisy so don't worry too much if you are offered a first floor room.the sea view is minimal so not worth any extra."
