We rented 2 apartments for 10 nights, apartments were clean and tidy we had apartments on ground floor with great outside space they were cleaned twice and beds changed once. The pool is a bit small but the grand kids loved it and it was never to crowded. We had to ask for kettles and toasters (which we found a bit strange as it was self catering) the apartments are just a short walk to all the bars-restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment looked like it was built 40 years ago and since then nothing has changed. All furniture are old and creaking especially in the kitchen. There ware ants in the kitchen and bathroom and even one the ants carry a dead beetle.. It was disgusting. There is no sponge to wash the dishes or any liquid in the kitchen. We were in July so the waether was about 30 C and it's very hot inside during the day and night. It's hard to sleep because there is no fan. In the front of the balcony is a very busy street.. a lot of buses and cars.. it's is very loud. Honestly very very LOUD. The apartment is very stuffy in the evening and night because you must have curtains on the windows, otherwise the mosquitoes will eat you.. I had to kill about 5-10 mosquitos every night Even if I had a mosquito fluid. No 24h reception and only one man who speaks german.. No english/spanish so it was hard to communicate. There is no kettle. The pool area is close at 19.00 so you can not spend time in the evening, pool is very small. It is not good place to rest. VERY LOUD. Never again in such a place. It is better to spend 100 euros more and have normal conditions. Only the location was good, close to center of Paguera and not far to Cala Fornells beach.. but in front of apartment is a very busy street. Paguera is nice location, ecpecially Cala Fornells very beautiful, a lot of restaurants and 3-4 beaches. Close to supermarket and bus stops. Apartment was big about 50m

Apartments are a lovely size, how ever they are situated on a busy one way road and we could not get used to it,not a place to relax on your balcony or get a good nights sleep. The pool area is very small and over looked.Paguera itself is a lovely resort with plenty of bars and restaurants, and 3 beautiful beaches to choose from.We will be returning to Paguera next year but not to these apartments, which is a shame because it's not the apartments its where they are situated. What would really help is air conditioning, then you could have your doors and windows shut at night and block out the noise.

These apartments were a great base from which to explore Pegeura. They could possibly have done with a little bit of modernisation but don't let that put you off, they are a good size for a family of four with a large bedroom, quite large lounge, kitchen and bathroom. with windows on three sides we were able to get a slight breeze blowing through to cool them down a little, but they really would benefit from A/C. The only real downside I could find with these apartments was that they were not cleaned once in the week that we were there, we had to empty our own bins and even ended up having to buy our own toilet paper. They came and changed the towels only once (and then brought toilet paper, five days into our weeks stay!). As i said however don't be put off as these apartments were fine, large and right on the main strip. The road out front was busy but you don't really notice and the bedroom was right at the back off the apartment so it was not an issue with a noisy sleep. Also internet was not brilliant, almost non-existant in the room, had to sit downstairs much to my sons annoyance (kids huh) but I did not go away to surf the net (also not may of the restaurants had WiFi).

1 star less just because of below negatives: NEGATIVE: the main car/ bus road - one way only, but after few nights it was ok ..you can bear it.. POSITIVE: Position - mainly German resort: no discos, no alcohol/ sex incidents, the west side of beach is Definitely 1 of the best positions - due to the best access to the beach for prams - no stairs, and cheap supermarket Peppe Supermercado and national supermarket each Tuesday, bus stop just opposite Pepe Supermarket. Accommodation - see above, rooms ok, clean. Grand floor with the terrace - great for the family; Kitchen - no microwave, toaster or kettle (cooker and utility ok) Swimming pool - small kids area - 0.75m, adults - to 1.75m., cleaned daily; no sun after 6pm. Good privacy due to small apartment complex - only my family was in pool; it was the reason why I didn't go for big hotel complex Manager - German and Spanish speaker; Beach - nice, clean Food - Supermarket Pepe just in the corner, on Tuesdyas there is a supermarket with cheap fruit and veg. etc.just beside the supermarket. there are also Spars shops on the main road - more expensive comparing to Pepe. 5l bottle of water - normal price 0.99 eur, white bread cca 440 g - 1eur in Pepe, Milk - around 1 eur or less in Pepe..generally prices were ok. Activity: at the end of the 3rd beach (15 min?)- playground on the sand for free, lunapark and small soft playground for fee - few mins for 4 - 5 euros? (can't remember); bouncy castle - for fee..I found it expensive... Every 30 mins bus 104 goes to Magaluf (water park), and Marineland (zoo, dolphin and sea lion shaw, small swimming pool for kids in 1 area); bus prices - 3.10/ per person above 5 yrs (40 mins); Marineland entrance - cca 22 euros/ adult, kids less..
