Detailed Reviews
Stayed here with my wife and two children (9) (7) at Easter 2022.
First impressions: Reception staff spoke excellent English and explained everything we needed to know upon arrival. We were in the Apartment block across the road and up on the hill side, we knew this before we travelled, but may be an issue to those who do not like to walk.
Room: was a little dated. However, it was spacious, clean with lots of storage space. The apartment had a hairdryer, TV, fridge, microwave and hop. There are plates, utensils etc for cooking if required. Everything worked and we had an excellent view of the pool/resort. We found the beds in our room comfy and not too hard.
Pool areas: Clean, spacious with plenty of beds and grassed areas. The splash pad and pirate ship is great for kids and is next to the play area and kids club too. I found there to be too many shaded areas for my liking, but in the summer months this will be a blessing im sure. The children loved the heated indoor pool!
Restaurant/ Bar: Lots of choice ay meal times, even my fussy daughter found something nice to eat. We were A.I so you could help yourself to tea, coffee, soft drinks, juices and water. Alcohol however had to be served by the staff, meaning a long wait sometimes during busy periods. The hotel was only half full so the pool bar and outdoor stage was closed, drinks and snacks could be found at most times else where however.
Entertainment: The kids club is excellent for younger children from any nationality. The staff spoke very good English and made our two girls feel safe and happy. There is an adults entertainment programme too. The evening shows were a little hit and miss - some were fantastic - some not so good, they were all enjoyed by the kids though! If you pay for drinks you will get a better service and better quality brands, but cocktails, wine and beer is still adequate on AI.
Resort: 5 mins walk down the hill will get you to the beach with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The sea is crystal clear and the sand is soft. This is apparently a German resort. However, we never felt out of place or uncomfortable. It is a relaxed and child friendly resort.
To sum up: The hotel is punching above its weight for a 3 star in my opinion. It is a little dated in some areas (gym, rooms, reception), but it is very clean, very child friendly, in a good location coupled with dedicated hotel staff an amazing entertainment team.
We would recommend this hotel to families looking for a good value get away.

This is a large hotel with plenty of facilities for all types of guests. I was on a tennis coaching holiday so did not make use of the many activities which seemed to be on offer.
The reception area and staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms, although a little dated, were kept very clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a small fridge to keep water cool and be able to make a cup of tea/coffee.
I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and was very surprised to find that a safety deposit box was an extra charge for such a large hotel I would have expected this to be a standard item.
I was on a half board basis and this was handy. The quality of the food and the chefs was very high. The choices at breakfast were exceptional and lovely to see so many different fruits available.
Dinner was very varied and again lovely to see so many salads and vegetables on offer as well as carvery meats and a wide variety of starters, main courses and desserts.
There were two seating areas available and our tennis group chose to sit outside for our evening meals. This was lovely but the service was not as attentive as inside and staff training is needed to address the customer contact by some more senior members of the team. It was a little restrictive only have an eating slot of 75 mins in the evening.
The pool was clean and seemed well maintained.
A short walk to the main resort (about 10 mins maximum). Rooms overlooking the pool gave a nice view of the resort but a light sleeper might be woken by breakfast preparation which starts about 7 am.
A very family orientated hotel with lots for children to do. The hotel has visitors from many countries but predominantly German tourists when we stayed. The area around the hotel is quite quiet so no real noise at night.

We took a last minute quick 6 nights to this hotel, the hotel is extremely clean a little dated in places but tasteful, the staff are extremely attentive and friendly and are always willing to help.
Rooms are airy and clean and serviced regularly, have had no issues getting sunbeds so no need to get up at 06.00 no queuing system in place like other hotels.
The food is plentiful with a varied choice always presentable and hot, restaurant staff attentive, am confused on how to get the wine and beer as the taps are behind the counter and there's never anyone there, this means sometimes you have to go on a manhunt for staff to get a glass of vino, but not a negative aspect to dining. Be cautious of the main pool which tappers off quite deep from entering at the shallow end 2.20 mts at its deepest it's a shaped pool so too deep in my opinion but again not negative only to be cautious.
Fabulous week away, relaxing and definitely would visit again.
The only issue I have is there are a high amount of German occupants and they smoke the most foul stinking cigarettes " horse sh....t and tram tickets comes to mind" there is a covered terrace with seating somewhere to get cover from the sun at times but even though tables have no smoking signs all the Germans sit there smoking, I spoke with bar staff, but he was uninterested, this is the only negative view I have on hotel.
Currently in hotel room 202.

+1
Its a great hotel that offers everything to adults with children. A complete entertainment with all inclusive packages plus games for children of all ages and for adults. Love the entertainment team who are super friendly and ones who love what they do.
There are three pools to choose from which gives adults their time alone and children to have their fun in the pool. Tho it's rated as 3 stars but how they manage everything is amazing. One does not feel that this is a 3 star hotel as it has a feeling of 4 star.
What I liked as one of the most important was that they offer drinks (including all inclusive guests) till mid-night and I was able to get milk for my children and they heat it up for you.
There is access of push chair (Kinderwagen) for every place in the hotel which also means for wheel chair.
The food is made super fresh and everyday with a different menu. Some is fried but then one cannot complain as there is alot of choices. Staff is very friendly and a variety of alcohol or non alcohol drinks to choose from.
I'd be sad on one thing that the room temperature wasn't quickly adjustable and had to wait for a very very long time. Not all the cocktails are included in All Inclusive package and last people need to tip the staff for their service even tho they are in All Inclusive but doesn't mean these guys are getting good paid so, tip takes you a long way and they make sure they take care of you well.

We are very satisfied with our vacation in this hotel. In my opinion, you can't tell that the hotel is older, and I also wonder why this hotel "only" has three stars.
We particularly liked the following:
- There are many different pools, which offer variety, especially for families, even for the very little ones
- The entire complex is absolutely clean, from the rooms to the "public" toilets. There really was NOT A SINGLE dirty spot or anything like that
- The staff is excellent - friendly and always helpful. And that even during peak times in the dining room, respect!!
- The drinks and food are of very good quality. From previous all-inclusive vacations in Turkey and Tunisia, I remember not very tasty beers and bland cocktail mixes. This is not the case here. Everything is delicious and the food is varied overall.
- The entertainers are top-notch, whether it's childcare during the day, sports in the afternoon or evening entertainment. It's amazing how much power they have and how they spread good cheer.
- The hotel is very child-friendly. Even our 5-year-old son, who is generally a bit shy, had no problem getting and ordering his own drinks. In addition, all paths are barrier-free and easy to reach.
- The beach can be reached in a few minutes - but you have to go uphill to get back ;-)
- There is also a bus stop around the corner and an entrance "into the countryside" to a trail (which is actually for mountain bikers etc. But the trail is also worth it for hikers).
Things that could be improved:
- The dress code in the evenings should be more consistent. Men are required to wear a T-shirt with sleeves (I don't even want to know what happened before). However, some women think that with their all-in wristband they have also bought a sacrifice of good taste. I'm not a square, but what some women (or teenage girls) presented in the evenings was embarrassing.
- We had an apartment with two rooms (bedroom and living room with sofa bed). The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

The hotel is fantastic. We went as a family in April for five days and loved it so much we came back again in late May.
Having 5 year old twins we are always conscious to make sure our holidays have a good balance of activities for them and also time for us to relax. With up to 4 and a half hours of children’s club each day, it gave us the opportunity to let the children choose whether to go and most days they went to the morning and afternoon sessions, as they were excited to see the team and get a diploma at the mini disco with Tino in the evening.
The animation team are fantastic and work very hard - professional and yet such a happy with a youthful and fun energy. They clearly gel as a team and it was lovely to see young adults so happy in their work. The evening mini disco is excellent for little ones and it’s great to see them excited to meet Tino (the hotel mascot).
We hired a car and it’s easy to park either on the road or in the public car park next to the hotel.
The food is fantastic … lots of options. As someone who eats high protein, I didn’t struggle to find food that met my requirements.
The rooms are a little dated, if that might trouble you. But, our priority is cleanliness. The rooms are cleaned daily and bedding changed 5 times per week. The lady who cleaned our room was excellent and took time to speak with us and made us feel valued as a customer. The room was always spotless after she left.
We had a family garden room with mini kitchen, which served us well to bring the children to in the heat of the day, and serve them light snacks.
There are a number of pools. As we have ‘new swimmers’ the rear pool with the bar (near the children’s area) was best for gradual depth and also in the shade. The pools are initially cool when you get in, and are a welcome contrast to hot Mallorcan sun.
The grounds are kept to a very high standard and staff are always eager to say hello and chat.
This hotel is truly a family hotel and we will definitely go back with more family in the future as it will be great for my elderly parents and grown up children and grandchildren.

Studio room 1 separate bedroom sea view (room 356) at the beginning of May with good weather and we were 2 adults and 1 child in all inclusive
What we liked:
The room is good, indeed as I read in the comments, it could be refreshed but it is large with plenty of storage. It is a small studio with a fitted kitchen and a balcony with two chairs and a table and a small drying rack for towels. Our daughter did not complain about the bedding on the sofa bed in the living room but it is light, I have not tested it but the bedding in the bedroom is very correct. The sea view is very pleasant
The swimming pool next to our room was very nice even if it was cold. There was no one there, plenty of deck chairs and umbrellas. All with a view of the sea.
There is an application in French which gives all the information on activities and evenings: well done and very practical.
The activities all take place in a remote location and the setting is very pleasant.
The staff do not speak French but English very well and they are kind, helpful and efficient. Tessa in charge is great and Michelle at reception too.
The meals are good, there is a choice. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, yes the hot chocolate machine is water-based but there is milk, a microwave and nesquik. In addition, we arrived at 9:30 p.m., the restaurant was closed but a cold and hot buffet allowed us to eat. It is even possible to request a cold meal for a day out, to be ordered the day before. The all inclusive is very good.
We appreciated the little attention on our arrival with a small gift
A very good review and value for money for this hotel, we will come back, that's for sure.
Good to know :
You have to cross the road and take two elevators to get to the room: our daughter is 11 and we have no worries. . walk and it didn't rain so it didn't bother us. The road noise is not disturbing.
3 outdoor swimming pools but not heated, we still went swimming at the beginning of May but we have to go back...
1 heated and warm indoor swimming pool, there is also a jacuzzi but it was cold when we were there
Free towel loan for the pool if booked in advance
Possibility of having a second card but with an additional 5 euros to pay in cash.
Possibility of having the safe but also with a supplement of 15 euros per week plus 5 euros deposit
Possibility of booking a shuttle from the airport for 60 euros for 3, to be paid in cash directly to the driver.
A room with the possibility of doing massages: for example 45 euros for 30 minutes back and neck massage, also to be paid in cash.
Excursions like the aquarium or marineland are offered by the hotel but we did not do them because we were only coming for 4 days but that will be for the next time.
No free bottle of water so bring a bottle and refill it at mealtimes
No cleaning on Tuesday and Friday
A bus stop 50m from the hotel, line 102, 15.5 euros for three for Palma, payable by credit card

We stayed in August for a week all inclusive. We had a “renovated” one bedroom apartment which was clean, tidy and ideal for what we needed with 2 young children. Not the plushest of accommodation but very comfy beds, really nice powerful shower and a lovely big balcony overlooking one of the pools. We traveled with my mum who had a nice double room, perfectly adequate for what she needed, spacious and clean.
We were very impressed with the friendly staff and really nice food in the restaurant. Lots of variety and choice and the drinks were served quickly (alcohol) and a good choice of self serve soft drinks. Nice choice of food for the children.
The splash pool was brilliant, my 2 & 4 year old loved it! They also enjoyed the “sunny pool” which was nice and warm, over looked by the main restaurant. The other pool by the pool bar was shady but a bit chilly!
The entertainment staff were fab and my 4yo loved kids club - we really liked how you could get a sunbed next to it so we could keep an eye on her and be accessible, could leave if she wanted (with us signing her out) but also relax knowing she was having lots of fun! Great activities and such lovely staff. The mini disco was fun and my girls loved Tino and we all enjoyed the different entertainment after.
The hotel staff were super helpful and went out of their way to arrange alternative transport to the airport when Easyjet were sending our transfer 4.5hrs before our flight, very early in the morning! We were happy to pay for the hotel shuttle transfer they sorted, especially as it meant we were there to have a good breakfast before leaving.
We wouldn’t hesitate in coming back and hope to revisit next summer! Nice and close to the airport and a short walk to a beautiful beach! We also got on the local bus and visited Camp De Mar beach which was stunning and only one stop away! Highly recommend.

Currently entering our last night of our week long holiday, having come away with my partner and our 2 children (7 & 3 years old), I could not recommend this place highly enough.
The entertainment staff are second to none and nothing like I’ve ever witnessed before, they are organised, fun, entertaining and very friendly, nothing seems to be an issue for them and they work so hard to include every child.
There is multiple activities throughout each day for adults, teenagers and younger children.
The kids club area includes a small football pitch and big play park which is enjoyed throughout the day and night, my son loved to play football with all the multi national children who went to the football pitch and the staff over see and join in where required.
The swimming pools are very good too, so much choice with 4 swimming pools including a kids pool with slides and water features.
Getting a sun bed was no issue at all, and the bar staff were brilliant, so good infact they remember what drinks we have in an evening and without even asking they bring over another all inclusive round of drinks as we finish our last and even shots to go with it to try.
The food selection was brilliant at meal times plus snacks at the bar during the day were great too.
Would 100% recommend this hotel for a family holiday.
The hotel had nationalities from German, Poland, Norway, Netherlands, UK but found everyone friendly and most spoke very good English.
Special mention too -
Joàn & Daniel the bar staff were brilliant as were Daniela and Tessa from the entertainment staff.
The town and beach are a 5 minute walk plus main towns like Magaluf only a 10 min taxi ride away costing €15 in a taxi.
Could not fault anything on our family holiday and will without doubt be back next year.

We stayed at this resort for a week in late August. While there are some areas for improvement, the resort has several positive aspects that could make it a better destination with a few adjustments.
The Good:
1. The majority of the staff are exceptionally friendly.
2. The pools are excellent, particularly for children.
3. The buffet is better than those at similar resorts.
4. The cleaning staff do an outstanding job.
The Bad:
1. There is a noticeable two-tier system for guests. We chose the half-board option to explore local cuisine but found that all-inclusive guests receive markedly different treatment at breakfast and dinner.
2. The drinks machines in the restaurants have specific usage rules, which are strictly enforced by the staff. For instance, I mistakenly used a machine to get a Coke and was reprimanded by a waitress. Consequently, we were not offered drinks during dinner for the rest of our stay, even those we were willing to pay for (and had previously paid for). Read up on the drinks policy before you go or you will be chastised by a member of staff.
3. A small number of staff members were quite rude, both to guests and their colleagues. This was particularly noticeable given the overall friendliness of the majority of the staff.
4. Rooms are dated (but clean).
5. The poolside deck chairs were mostly damaged, broken and/or dirty.
Conclusion: Despite some positive aspects, the issues we encountered would prevent us from returning to this resort.

Thank you also for the compliments on our kitchen. We try to make the buffet varied, with fresh and healthy food. It`s good that we got to know your taste here. Thank you also for the nice words about the service of our staff, because the satisfaction of our guests is the best reward we can receive. We have taken note of your opinion about the drinks policy for full and half-board guests. We will review your comment with the team to continue improving and offering the best possible service. Thank you for your feedback on the decor in our accommodation as well as the poolside deck chairs. Best wishes, Victor Díaz and all the team at Valentin Park Club.
