Hotel Vibra Beverly Playa stands out for its prime beachfront location, which guests routinely applaud for its stunning sea views and easy access to local shops. The staff's friendliness and the hotel's overall cleanliness earn positive remarks, with the clean pools and daily maintenance being notable highlights. However, some guests express dissatisfaction with the value, pointing to the all-inclusive options and additional costs as areas that fall short of expectations. While the lively atmosphere is generally appreciated, concerns about noise and the need for room refurbishments occasionally mar the experience.

I came with 2 of my friends for a short holiday. Our flight was delayed meaning we didn’t arrive until 4am, and were pleasantly surprised when the staff at reception told us the kitchen had kept hot food out for those of us arriving at this time - we certainly weren’t expecting food at that time so that was very thoughtful.

Special mention to Jorge Zavola who works in the dinner hall cleaning tables etc, a very friendly face who seems to work extremely hard!! We made an effort to get his name as it was nice to see someone who clearly cares a lot about doing a great job especially in such a busy environment :) he made us smile at every dinner

The rooms were clean and functional, and in our opinion the food was very nice compared to a lot of all inclusive hotels.

However some things could be better. The drinks may as well not be all-inclusive. You aren’t advised on arrival that tokens are required, so you can queue for 20+ minutes only to be told you need to go to reception to get your tokens. And there’s literally no point getting drinks due to the queues so we paid for all inclusive but got 1 drink each out of the whole stay as it was just a pointless effort.

Some staff were friendly but I do agree there did seem to be some staff that were rude and after a few instances I did get the impression this is because we were English. During one dinner, I left the table to use the loo which is outside of the dinner hall. As I was walking back in, another lady in front of me who wasn’t English walked straight through and the staff member at the door didn’t blink an eye. But as soon as I tried to walk in (he already knew I was English from previous communication) I was stopped and asked for my room number. I gave it to him, told him I had been to the loo and pointed to the table where my friends were at. I then carried on walking to my table only for him to call me back again and tell me to go to the back of the queue. I again reiterated what I had already said and he seemed to back off. It could be an honest mistake, maybe he didn’t hear me properly, but it seemed odd given how the lady before me had walked straight in and he didn’t care to question her.

Overall, we would stay here again but hope the hotel can make the above improvements.

Just returned from a weeks stay. It took an hour and half by coach transfer from palma airport so I would def recommend you get a taxi as it’s only about 15 mins away.
We arrived at midnight and it took ages to check in. The reception area looks modern and this is shown on adverts but when you step out of there, you’re back in the 80’s. Our room was tiny, worn and had a horrible grubby green carpet. The bathroom was pretty grim too. For the first 3 days, we had no soap, housekeeping couldn’t speak English and just kept saying “no soap anywhere” it’s only when we asked at reception that it magically appeared!
The drink token system that others have mentioned, is a pain! You have to queue at the end of each day or when you’re moving away from the bar to return your cups to get tokens or carry dirty cups with you. It’s so bizarre! The staff don’t speak that much English so the was a lot of confusion at times.
The female life guard spent all day on her phone and the male one was more interested in what his hair looked like.
The sun lounger nightmare is real! It’s hideous that people run each day to get one. No where near enough seating for the amount of guests.
We didn’t watch the entertainment as we went out each evening. I had a look in the night club where it was held but people were walking out because of lack of air con.
The food is cold and repetitive. I’m sure they use leftovers from night before at breakfast the following day as they put out green beans and sweet potato fries!! One evening my husbands food was raw! The snack bar is poor and they only supply saucers so it’s a real pain to try and sort the kids out as you can’t carry everything.
The animation team walk around with a QR code asking you to do a review there and then which was really annoying. I refused and said I was waiting until my experience there was over to give a true account.
There was one guest in particular that was always drunk and was shouting obscenities. After about 4/5 days the bar refused to serve him. His behaviour was inappropriate but staff didn’t do anything about it.
It needs a full refurb, scrap the token nonsense and have some self serve drinks area that all other hotels have to avoid unnecessary queues and have something in place to keep the food warm.
Also, there wasn’t any water dispensers dotted around like all other hotels I’ve been in. If you wanted water before bed, it was €2 from a vending machine
It’s in the perfect location so we would definitely return to the area, but stay at a different hotel, that’s why I gave it 3 stars

I was another person who was not knowing what to expect after booking this hotel when reading reviews but I try not to just take notice of the negative and see for myself. From arriving reception staff all such lovely, professional and helpful and this was throughout our full stay. We paid returnable deposits for 3 tokens for your cups which you exchange at bar with every drink €2 each, safe which is at the back of reception very secure €15, towel hire €10 each and Spanish tax which was about €38 for the 3 of us non-refundable. Location 10/10 this is the reason we booked due to proximity to beach which we went to several times €5 a bed and €3 a parasol. Room we stayed on 2nd floor new modern room which was a lovely surprise, so clean, modern and spacious, lots of storage and fabulous walk in shower, loved sitting on the balcony looking out to sea view. Food good but like all buffets you get sick of it after so many days so we ate out a few times, would recommend la tasca tapas in town, the German kebabs and the giant crepes which are next door to each other. Pools are lovely we preferred the upper pool which was a bit quieter, got sun beds everyday when doors open at 9am, I read a review about lack of parasols and the first full day we were there, there was a huge delivery and parasols put up immediately, I counted at least 50. You could see the hotel was improving everyday and ticking off the list of negative and this was just one. Entertainment was ok, we went to watch a couple of shows but there’s only a 1 week turnaround so repeats the following week if you are there for more that 7 days like we were, but they tried their best with what they had to work with. Bar staff all great too, work very hard to keep the queues down day and night. The only one negative I would say is the shower room on leaving as couldn’t keep room on as hotel was full, this needs a booking system for privacy as anyone can just come in and it is male and female, I think time slots should be introduced as I had to stand at the entrance to stop people just walking in while my daughter was getting a shower. Overall had a great holiday would definitely return.

I am not sure how anyone could give this hotel a bad review!!

The resort is lovely .. not very British if that’s what you are looking for ...we didn’t see one all you can eat British breakfast bar!! Lots of small shops and places to eat... beautiful resort.
The hotel has a fabulous location right on the beach .. the views are lovely.

The hotel is spotless.. I didn’t see any ares that needed updating!! The all inclusive package is wonderful .. the food is a buffet but high quality and plenty of fresh fish and salad.. if you what chicken nuggets and chips every night you might be disappointed but there is lots of alternatives!!

The staff are super friendly.. in the restaurant, bar and reception. They work very hard to keep everything clean and organised!!

Sun beds are high quality and plenty .. the pool areas are spotlessly clean and having a cocktail by the pool was very enjoyable!! The bedroom wasn’t massive but was very clean and the shower and bathroom were spacious and modern

I would definitely go back !!

Firstly this hotel is in a beautiful location, very close to the beach and is kept very clean and presentable. The restaurant staff and animation team are very pleasant.

However, the reception staff are very unhelpful and unpleasant. We had an issue with the electricity in the room, when the electricity would completely cut out after a minute, meaning we couldn’t charge our phones or watch tv, and were sat in pitch black. We phoned down to reception and were told it was too late to sort it now or be moved rooms even though it was 10pm, and the phone was put down on us, which was not helpful at all as we had to sit in the pitch black with no electricity. We also phoned on another occasion to request If we could have a late checkout as check out is 11am and our flight was not until 6pm, however we were told this was not possible with our room and when we requested it we could pay for another room for the day, we were told to call back later. This happened on many occasions when we requested help, we we’re just told to come back later as they did not want to sort it at the time, to the point where we would dread going to the reception as issues would not be sorted.

The Que for all inclusive drinks was also always long, ranging from a 20-35 minutes waiting time in the Que with only one member of staff on the bar, however the pool bar was always empty as all inclusive drinks weren’t served there. All inclusive cocktails were poured out of a machine and were undrinkable, however the bar which you payed for drinks made them fresh.

All inclusive food was limited and we often ate out because there was not a huge range of food.

The pool is absolutely freezing to the point where you could not keep your legs in for long, so we were disappointed that we could not swim in the pool due to the temperature.

Also, the air con would not work in the room so the room was very warm during the night, which again we were told to come back later by reception to sort it. Also there was no safe in the room.

The cleaners were friendly and made beds/changed towels daily.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay due to the area and location being beautiful and close to shops and restaurants, however we would not recommend staying at this hotel due to unhelpful reception staff, especially if you have a problem.

We have just returned from a lovely short break at this hotel. After reading many recent reviews from other english holidaymakers, I did not have high hopes for this hotel. However, after seeing it for myself I can say this hotel deserves a minimum of 4 stars rather than 3.

Firstly, the staff are lovely, the entertainment team are very enthusiastic and try to include everyone in all activities. Behind the bar the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The location is fantastic set on a beautiful beach with plenty of choice for restaurants and bars. I recommend the restaurant called momos for a lovely meal and drinks.

We booked a sea view room which was decorated lovely and was spacious with the most beautiful view of the beach. I would recommend booking one of these rooms if that appeals to you.

The beach is gorgeous with clear water and lots of beds, a pedlo is €15 for an hour which was great to enjoy the clear waters and views.

When arriving you are given tokens for the pool bar, these tokens are exchanged for drinks and to be able to get another drink from the bar you must return the cups you were using previously to ensure no plastic goes near the beach. I think this was very innovative and a great idea. More hotels near the beach should use this.

All this being said, there are a small number of things I think could improve this hotel. The first thing that surprised me was that there is no option for a safe in the hotel rooms. I do think that all hotels should have this option just for peace of mind when it comes to valuables. The next thing is personal to me and my partner as we are used to lots of options for food. Most of the visitors at the hotel seem to be german or spanish and so the food caters to them more than the standard english buffet however the food was still nice, more variety would’ve been better.

Overall we had a lovely short break and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a chilled out holiday in mallorca. Don’t be put off by other reviews who are expecting 5 star service for a 3 star priced hotel. For the price I was extremely happy and would return in the future.

At first, we would like to thank you for the time you have spent writing us a feedback abput your experience at our hotel. On the other hand, we admire your assessment regarding our hotel because we make a lot of effort daily to be able to offer good experiences for our clients. Also, in our hotel there is a option to have a safe. On the reception floor, next to the team offices, there is a room where you can find the safes. This option is offered through the reception. We hope you come back and again, thank you for your positive comments. Best regards, Vibra Beverly Playa Hotel.

My boyfriend and I have just returned from a week stay here all inclusive. Firstly I would like to say how amazing is most of the staff are, with one exception of a couple of the reception staff who were extremely unhelpful, the rest of the staff I came into contact with we’re amazing!

The room was ok, very basic but clean. But the walls are so thin you can hear every door close and both your neighbours. The maid came at 8:30 in the morning to clean our room, we were still in bed. This resulted in us putting the do not disturb sign on our handle and just asking for the top ups we needed.

However, this place for all inclusive is a joke. Queues for some of the meals took up to 20 minutes spiralling up the staircase. The food had quite a few options, however my boyfriend had raw chicken twice on two separate occasions and sometimes the food was cold, especially at breakfast.

The main thing that has put us off is the drinks, in order to get a drink from the all inclusive bar you need to get a token from reception- not a problem but we weren’t pre warned and ended up in a queue to get a token. The drinks bar for all inclusive was shocking. There was ONE member of staff serving all the all inclusive guests. The majority of the time it took 25-30 mins to get ONE drink! I couldn’t help but feel sorry for the bar staff as they were always going as fast as they could. Whilst there was only one staff serving all inclusive, there would be another member of staff serving paying guests who would be stood there doing nothing. Also there was a bar at the pool for only paying members which was always empty.

It has totally put us off returning here, and it’s a shame as like I said the staff were amazing, and the location is good. But queuing for 30 mins for every drink just made us feel like we spent our whole holiday queuing.

Transfer seemed to take hour and half arriving check in takes patience as receptionists have to explain the safe boxes are in a room with them and not in rooms and there is a refundable deposit also refundable deposit for tokens to get your drinks you get a plastic glass each trade in each time and they had to explain the tax you pay which isn't much, some people in their language seemed to take a long time with this no idea why, anyway, rooms good the bed was just right for me no problems there, showers good. Lifts quite small. Location great next to beach easy to get too and good shops food places nearby, it felt a safe place all round. Beautiful views and fab weather sea is warm and looks clean. You have to pay 13.50 a day for sunbeds on beach if you don't the man is stroppy. The hotel pool needs more parasols as it get hot and we never manged to get a sunbed near the bar down the stairs it was the same people there's a sign saying you cannot reserve a sunbed with a towel but people do and they leave the sunbeds hours unused but claimed with a towel which is unfair.
The bar ladies are great holiday personalities and advised me on a drink when I was struggling to choose as its limited on fully exclusive what you can have. The restaurant is sometimes very busy the staff work very hard in there and its hot they look like they would benefit wearing white shirts to keep cooler. The main barie doesn't maintain hot food so I have no idea how them mange regular temperature checks throughout the shifts. Food good and we put some nice meals together chicken on sticks was my favourite. Wine optic screw for white wine had mold on I told the operative and she came and wiped it off straight away. They clear tables very efficiently and wipe tables well. Kudos there. The parrot show was my favourite they let you do a shelfie, loved it. Animation girls were young girls we didn't get to talk with them as we didn't have children the show was ok very hot in night club area it wasn't our thing so after one show we gave it a miss. I would recommend the hotel as we enjoyed our holiday there is room for improvement but we was satisfied with our experience my biggest annoyance was queuing at the bar when the side bar where you pay for a drink is quiet and I feel this bar could offer some support to the fully inclusive bar.

We enjoyed our weekend at the Beverly Playa. Reception can get very busy as it is a large hotel . The hotel is in a great spot right on the beach, with pools overlooking the sea. There are bars and shops a few steps away. The food is good , although as with most all inclusives it would get a little repetitive after a while. Some members of our group said that the fish was really good. There is wine on tap in the restaurant, unfortunately the red wine came out of the same machine as the white and rose, so it was chilled. If you are all inclusive you are asked to purchase a token for €2 from reception. This entitled you to obtain a thick plastic cup and drink from the bar. The cup
Is changed each time a drink is ordered and then the token is handed back when you hand in the empty cup. The token fee is refunded at reception when you leave. The drinks are not branded but ok. The cocktails came from a machine and weren’t very nice. There was Estrella on draft. A token is not required for the restaurant. Not all the bars are for all inclusive guests, some are for paying customers. The bar by the pool is for paying guests and the inside bar by the pool is for all inclusive. The bar in the night club for the northern soul weekend was for paying guests but you could carry your drink from the other bar and as they are in large glasses they last a while. The all inclusive bar does close later in the evening, before the northern soul event has finished. The nightclub is very dark when they switch the lights off. We were sitting by a step down to the next level and saw loads of people fall down it. Maybe small lights on the tables would help. The Signatures were really good as were their guest singers Lorraine Silver and the Flirtations. There were dj’s in between including Russ Winstanley the founder of Wigan casino. The atmosphere was very friendly. There should have been a few events at the Concha Soul hotel but I understand that there was a problem with their licence so everything was held at this hotel. Our bedroom was lovely with a balcony and large shower. It was a refurbished room and one of our friends had an older room with a bath. Towels for the beach can be hired from reception for a refundable deposit. We caught a bus to Palma ( 102) from the main road and it took about 40 minutes. We had a shuttle coach from the airport which took one and a half hours as it stopped everywhere. We would come back as we had a great weekend at a reasonable price.

We booked this hotel via Thomas cook and didn’t really check reviews before we came which I’m not sure was a good or bad thing.
The positives about the hotel are, the location is amazing right on the beach with a perfect view from the hotel onto the beach and sea. You can walk straight out of the hotel onto the beach so that was great.
The location of the hotel is a 5 min walk from Paguera shops and the town is lovely with everything you need however I will say that most of the shops and restaurants are catered to Germans so just bare that in mind. I don’t think they get that many English families holidaying there whereas it’s it very popular with German families.
The hotel is clean throughout and the cleaning staff did a brilliant job with our rooms every day can’t fault the cleanliness at all! Beds were very clean as were the bathrooms!
Another positive is the pools they are lovely and warm all day and you have a great selection to choose from. The main pool has activities and music all day which is great for families and then the top pool is a lot more quieter if you want to relax!
Also the staff especially the animation team are lovely. The animation team cater to everyone and get everyone involved in the the activities and are really friendly and great! My daughter had a brilliant time at the hotel doing the activities!
So onto the negatives:
The rooms are very small with just one room and a bathroom and there were three of us so it was a bit cramped!
The beds are very hard and the pillows are poor so bring your own pillow if you can! I would had brought one if I found somewhere to get one there my neck was in agony!
Another negative is the food. It wasn’t nice. We only attempted breakfast and the cooked breakfast wasn’t nice so we ate out the rest of the time.
So all in all the location was great and the hotel was clean but just uncomfortable and catered more to German visitors!
