Hotel Vibra Beverly Playa stands out for its renovated rooms and commendable cleanliness, with numerous guests highlighting the well-maintained facilities. Situated on a prime beachfront, it offers easy access to local attractions, although some visitors have felt less than welcome. While the modern amenities are appreciated, the additional costs and difficulty obtaining sunbeds have dampened the experience for some. Guests have voiced concerns about noise levels and room size, despite the rooms being praised for their modernity and maintenance. Service has been met with mixed reviews, with the staff's friendliness often overshadowed by occasional disorganization.

We had booked here for 3 weeks (early bird). After reading so many negative reviews of 2024, we were really afraid of what to expect (ant plague, monotonous food, endless queues at the AI bar, canteen flair in the dining room, etc.)
We were VERY POSITIVELY surprised. Rooms were clean and well maintained...yes 3
, or 7 ants were there but then don't take food into the rooms and don't spread your cookie crumbs everywhere, the same goes for the "pigeon plague" when vacationers feed the pigeons to take funny selfies.
For food...that was top and of high quality, even after 3 weeks always varied. Those who miss dumplings or dumplings as side dishes can stay at home. The buffet was not arranged in large pans and plates but rather small, because it was constantly refilled and fresh, even until 10 minutes before the kitchen closed. So nothing was ever stale or cold.
Jaaa and the dining room...when I book into such a large hotel, I can imagine the size of the dining room and also the volume. You have the opportunity to dine outside, which is a huge area where it is quieter.
To the AI Bar...my respect, what these staff do from 10.00-11.00 pm, never more than 2 minutes in line, even if it was so long.
In summary, if you are not satisfied here for this price, you book 5 stars and then complain.
We would especially like to thank the AI Bar team and Lukas (the girl for everything).
We will be back.

I am not sure how anyone could give this hotel a bad review!!

The resort is lovely .. not very British if that’s what you are looking for ...we didn’t see one all you can eat British breakfast bar!! Lots of small shops and places to eat... beautiful resort.
The hotel has a fabulous location right on the beach .. the views are lovely.

The hotel is spotless.. I didn’t see any ares that needed updating!! The all inclusive package is wonderful .. the food is a buffet but high quality and plenty of fresh fish and salad.. if you what chicken nuggets and chips every night you might be disappointed but there is lots of alternatives!!

The staff are super friendly.. in the restaurant, bar and reception. They work very hard to keep everything clean and organised!!

Sun beds are high quality and plenty .. the pool areas are spotlessly clean and having a cocktail by the pool was very enjoyable!! The bedroom wasn’t massive but was very clean and the shower and bathroom were spacious and modern

I would definitely go back !!

Some of the rooms have been beautifully renovated, or rather the sleeping area. The bathrooms are no longer up to date and really need an upgrade.
You can overlook that, but not in terms of cleanliness. We changed rooms in both locations and there was hair from the previous owner (dirt that I can see, so I assume there is more). In such a huge hotel, noise is of course a big issue. As a single or couple, it's not a problem. With a small child, it's sometimes difficult because the walls are all made of plasterboard...
Otherwise, the facility is very nice in the outdoor pool area.
The indoor pool also needs a new coat of paint and the sauna is advertised but is constantly off... What a pity.
The tennis court and the mini golf course are disasters. It seems to me that the hotel was a hoot in the 90s and is now simply being squeezed out, so it's very close to mass processing.
The hotel lives off its impressive and pompous size, however. The outdoor area around the pools looks quite good and a few more lights would make it more inviting. Many employees really do their best to give the guests a great feeling and a great holiday
Starting at the reception
A fantastic team!!! Everyone is helpful and incredibly friendly, the boss knows how to shape and promote his team
One person stood out incredibly, through commitment, empathy, friendliness, and incredible competence and a lot of know-how
Tina a young girl (colored hair)
She made our holiday more enjoyable and raised it to a much higher level
We would like to thank her again for that
All in all
I can rate this hotel with 6-7/10 points
The location right on the beach with the beautiful bay and the sea simply invites you to enjoy
A really great little promenade with lots of inviting restaurants
A small children's playground invites you to linger with the kids and the swings face the sea, which was great for us adults too ;)
A few minutes' walk away there are lots of shops to stroll around and also great food at fair prices. A great change from the big hotel (which of course offers good entertainment and also fantastic childcare (the lady was amazing and captivated every child))
The area around the hotel naturally leaves plenty of space for young and old to explore, both during the day and at night.
Fantastic sunsets and enchanting views of smaller cliffs and overhanging dream islands!!!
All in all, I recommend this part of the island and the hotel.
With a few deductions but also positive aspects.

Our experience at this 4-star hotel in Mallorca was, unfortunately, much lower than expected. The quality of service and facilities were not up to scratch.
Food: The gastronomic offer was one of the biggest disappointments. The food lacked flavor and appeared to be from the day before. In addition, the restaurant was always crowded, making it impossible to enjoy a quiet meal. On several occasions, we chose to dine outside the hotel because what they offered was simply inedible. There was a time when I could only have French fries because there was nothing more palatable. If I had to rate the food, I'd give it a 2, and that's generous.

Bar and drinks: We chose the all-inclusive package, but the quality of the drinks left much to be desired. Drinks were clearly prepared with low-quality alcohol, and draught beer (Ace) was the worst I have ever tasted. The difference was evident when we ordered the same drink at a restaurant outside the hotel. The lines to get a drink were long and, once you arrived, the cocktails were horrible. Even when paying for the "Gold" option, we didn't notice a significant improvement, except that it included Corona beer. The rest of the drinks were still of very low quality. In addition, the hotel offered a better quality poolside restaurant bar, but even with the "Gold" package, we had to pay for that service. Although the menu stated that it was included in the "Gold", we were informed that it was no longer part of the package, and we could only access drinks from the central bar, which was very disappointing.

Service: Although the staff was generally friendly, the overload of guests made you feel like just another number. Especially at the bar, where you were constantly rushed because of the number of people waiting.

Rooms and beds: The beds were another big drawback. My bed was so hard and uncomfortable that I suffered from back pain for almost the entire stay. My partner's bed, besides being separated from mine, moved too much and was not at all stable, which made our experience very uncomfortable. Moreover, the soundproofing of the rooms was abysmal; you heard absolutely everything that happened in the hallways and the conversations of other rooms. You definitely come to this hotel to not sleep or rest well. The cleaning also left much to be desired; I noticed that the sheets were not changed for at least three days and that the bathroom was not well cleaned, as there was a stain of toothpaste in the sink from the first day it was never removed.

Location: The location of the hotel is the only really positive thing about our stay. However, this does not compensate for the rest of the drawbacks we experience.

Other observations:An additional problem was the lack of control over the sunbeds in the pool. Although the hotel allegedly has a policy of not allowing people to book sunbeds with towels, this was not enforced. Many people placed their towels first thing in the morning and didn’t use the sunbeds throughout the day, which was very frustrating.

In short, I would not recommend this hotel and it is definitely not in our plans to come back in the future. There are many areas that need significant improvement to live up to a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is very good. The meals are very varied. The room is exceptional. The area is very quiet. A great location with the beach right next door. Staff are available and well educated. There is always the problem of marking the sun loungers well in advance, but some employees unmarked them when they noticed they were not being used. Although the hotel at the time was crowded, there was no feeling of much crowd.
I applaud the system of chips for the purchase of drinks (2 euros per ticket and per person, which is returned at check-out) in order to avoid waste and glasses scattered everywhere.
Common facilities are always clean.
I'm just making a little repair to the room service, that although the staff are helpful, the cleaning should be improved. We checked that the room was poorly aspirated. But this didn't ruin my holidays.
I recommend the hotel-

Don’t visit! Have been here twice. Not going back. Food is the same every day. Not good at all. Very loud and noisy in restaurant. The rooms are responsive and you can hear your neighbours conversations and flushing toilets. The Spanish tourist at the hotel are noisy and think they own the place. Never coming back.

This is a really nicely located hotel, surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants with the beach literally only 1 minute walk from your room. I recommend upgrading and getting a sea view room.

The bedrooms are nice, but quite small. Only one wardrobe with 6 hangers for 2 people for a week with no drawer space anywhere. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, and is rock solid. For me and my partner this was very uncomfortable.

The hotel itself is very nice, modern and updated. The amenities are great with 3 pools, a jacuzzi, and a small games room.

The food is great, however I really dislike how busy the dining area is. It is absolutely chaotic trying to get yourself food, and there are never any knives and forks on the tables or salt and pepper, and we find ourselves searching for cutlery for about 5 minutes before each meal. There is no queuing system in place for this hotel buffet, and being British, we always like to queue up whereas some people simply do not care about pushing in and it is extremely frustrating. There are not enough staff at this buffet either, as there were lots of tables full of leftover plates with flies buzzing around and we were only approached once by a staff member the whole holiday to ask if we were finished without food. The food is lovely and there is always something for everyone though.

The main issue I have with this hotel are the sunbeds. We went down to the hotel at 9am on our first day and every single sun bed was taken. This is extremely frustrating as all we wanted to do on this holiday was relax but it seems that the sun bed wars have started!! So the next day we went down at 7:15am, before breakfast starts at 7:30am and again, there were about 4 sunbeds left around the pool with the sea view. This is so frustrating as no one is even sat on them, and the pool doesn't open for use until 10am, so this is definitely an issue that this hotel need to fix. When you've spent over £800 per person on a hotel for a week, I really don't want to have to wake up before 7am just to pick a sunlounger, and most hotels have fixed this issue. Also, the nice white sun beds that have the canopy over them that are shown on the hotels websites are only available at a cost of €30 per day and for all inclusive plus members only! So no one can use them.

The drink token thing is a good idea to avoid empty cups everywhere, however not great when you want more than one drink at a time (E.g. water and alcoholic drink).

The staff in this hotel are good, however it doesn't really seem like there are many of them around, especially in the food buffet or at the bar, where we had to queue for drinks most of the time.

Would I return to this hotel? I don't think so. The location would be the reason I would come back, not the hotel unfortunately!

A lovely hotel, great location, facilities and right on the beach.
I was traveling on my own from the UK and was very impressed by this hotel.
I stayed there on a fully inclusive basis and had a room on the top (9th) floor looking over the bay, beach and sunset from my balcony.
I found the staff to be absolutely lovely, from checking in, to getting a drink from the bars, to the staff in the restaurant.
There were very few from the UK staying there, mostly from Germany and some from Spain and France, So unfortunately, not a great deal of chatting for a single UK traveler, as I only have a little Spanish conversation (which I’m sure the staff there appreciate that I at least tried)
The food was fresh, a huge choice, and did enjoy it… I was there only 4 nights and thought if I had been longer it may have become a little boring/samey.
The drink selection was excellent, decent branded lager, an amazing cocktail behind the bar, with over 20 different cocktails at the push of a button. The Spanish scotch unfortunately was awful…
So, the grounds, pools, dining area and decent WiFi throughout the hotel and grounds etc., were all great… There was a few bits I feel could be improved…
The lifts (4 of them) get very busy at breakfast times and evening meal times and over 10 floors, inc basement became a bit frustrating.
On all inclusive, every drink, including cocktails was served in a plastic cup.
Overall, for the price, it was great, and in a great location.

Beautiful location right on the sandy beach and promenade, three outdoor pools, plenty of loungers and umbrellas, tables and chairs, everything very spacious. The staff was very attentive and friendly, repairs were carried out immediately. The complex was clean overall, but the room service was not satisfactory: sloppy cleaning, toilet paper and fresh towels often only received after complaints. Rooms were nice and freshly renovated, but the bathtub/shower tub was forgotten (the old, worn-out part was a disgrace). The food was tasty and varied, and it was constantly refilled.
Overall, we really enjoyed the holiday.

Positives:

Great location at the Beverley Playa Hotel, Majorca
Friendly staff all over the hotel.
Good choice buffet - previous reviews stated cold food and repetitive. We didn't find that, but its a buffet after all. Themed Mexican night on a Saturday.
Good entertainment and activities.
Plenty of parasols at the top pool, less so at the bottom pool area.
Two good size pools.
Great local bus service into Palma and other places to explore.
Comfortable beds (we asked for, and got extra pillows) and a good fridge and shower.

Negatives:

No 'Welcome' party to introduce newbies to the rules and working of the hotel. We had to go and find out for ourselves.

The worst 'all inclusive' we have ever seen! All wines local, not good quality and on tap, very few choices of cocktails, and these come straight out of a tap, no mixing. No choices on beer. Spirits okay but local, but the worst of it is, everything drinkable outside of the restaurant is out of a plastic beaker, so like being at school. €2 per beaker that gets changed every time you get a drink, but who wants 1/2 pint of wine at a time. If you want anything decent to drink, you have to pay extra for it, but at least you get a proper glass, and a wider choice of drinks.

You also have to pay to hire things kettles, iron and board. We took our own travel kettle and used the hotel cups from the dining room, but wished we had packed our own mugs.

All sun beds reserved most days by 08:00, and we witnessed towels left on some all day before 'owners' arrived to use them. Why can't the hotel have a policy of unoccupied beds having towels and belongings removed after one hour of non-use? We have seen this work effectively at other hotels and cruise ships.

The walls in some rooms are very thin so even normal conversations sound loud. No signs anywhere asking guests to have respect for their neighbours.

While the hotel is very popular with non-Brits, it is not easy getting to know other guests as most are German, so they easily mix, but we weren't able to.

The 4 lifts are getting on a bit and trying to fit 8 people into one lift is a bit tricky!
