I liked the hotel. Good condition. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. Tidy every day. The restaurant serves delicious and varied food. But one thing surprised me. We had half board. For breakfast, in addition to food, various drinks were available, such as coffee, tea, juices and even wine. It's all free. But for dinner, all these drinks are removed and if you want to drink something, you have to call the waiter and order everything right away, but for a fee. The restaurant for dinner does not even have ordinary filtered water, which is always available for free at the reception. A glass of drink costs about 3 euros. Nobody warned about this. This upset us very much. It looks like blackmail.

The hotel has many excellent features. It is absolutely spotless and the rooms, entertainment areas and the pool area are well kept. The pool area is relaxing and during our 7 night stay in peak season we had no problem getting a sunbed and were very pleased that this is a hotel where sunbeds are not generally 'reserved' early on in the morning. Other positive aspects include the choice of food which I would say cater for many different tastes. The breakfasts and salad choices are particularly excellent. Over the 7 days on an all inclusive basis we did find a large variety of dishes and these included pizza, rice dishes, wide range of meat and fish dishes cold meats, cheeses, paella. We even really enjoyed the deep fried cauliflower and broccolli. We arrived at 2.30 am and there was a cold buffet to eat when we arrived which we greatly appreciated. The rooms are quite small but they have everything you may need, towels and linen changed regularly. The tv is german and spanish channels only cnn english speaking channel but we werent interested in tv so that was not a problem. The main criticism of this hotel in other reviews has been the german influence of the hotel and the resort. There were a high number of german guests and most of the entertainment was in german and spanish as they are the languages required by most of the guests. Staff at the hotel speak to guests in german and food and drink ordered at the bar is in german/spanish . However several members of staff wanted to chat to us in english and as we learnt a few key spanish phrases had no trouble. On check in and out the reception staff dealt with us in english. There is an air of calm and all guests behave appropriately but there is not much of an atmosphere in the hotel and guests didnt really seem to interact with each other. If you don't like staying in hotels where people misbehave then you may like this hotel. It was actually refreshing to see well behaved children and no drunken behaviour. On the couple of occasions we wanted a change from german run bars and entertainment we went to santa ponsa by taxi (6 km/7 euro) where there are many british bars and in the music square were tribute bands. As a general guage we thought that this was a 3 and a half star hotel. The cleanliness was worthy of a 5 star but the entertainment quality ( 3 not bad shows in a week but one night the entertainment was a raffle!) and although the food was good quality no theme nights or individual cooking as well as the lack of a completely cosmoplitan atmosphere made us feel it was high 3 lower end of 4 star. I wouldnt book again at this hotel as we have now been to paguera once and would rather see another part of the island but its location (300 m from beach and main boulevard) allowed it to be quiet but not far from a more lively way of life may appeal to anyone wanting a different aspect to a stay in majorca. I would say that if you want an england abroad'' experience and would be put off by being the only english people in the hotel most of your holiday as we were thgen this is probably not the hotel or resort for you. Any travellers that fancy a lively but calm experience and something more than a british package holiday then this is definately a suitable hotel and resort.

The reception at the hotel is very friendly and the reception staff speak excellent German. The hotel is clean and modern. Also the garden and pool is clean and is cleaned daily in the early morning. All staff at the hotel are very friendly and accommodating. The food is varied, delicious and always something for every taste. The entire hotel is pleasantly air-conditioned. In the rooms, the air conditioning can be adjusted according to your own needs via a control element on the wall. Dirty towels, or bed linen is replaced in the daily cleaning of the rooms without complaint. In the evening there is an activity for the youngest guests on the terrace by the pool. A very nice, open-minded entertainer makes "children's disco" with the children and the little ones are enthusiastic. For the adults, there are changing activities on the terrace every day at about 8:30 p.m. It alternates between demonstrations or games in which the entertainer involves the guests. The entertainer speaks flawless German and makes every guest feel unique. A real gem for the hotel. It would have been nice if there had been a water dispenser in the reception area. What I and my partner had some problems with was the balcony of the room, as it had an unusual tilt forward for us. I can only recommend the hotel. I felt very comfortable there and I also find it very suitable for families with children.

Had 4 gorgeous days here with family to celebrate a 60th birthday. Hotel staff went over and above to make the birthday special (thank you Julio and Irene!). All staff at reception, bar and restaurant were super helpful, friendly and warm. Hotel smells gorgeous and clean all the time. All decor was very smart and hotel is really well looked after. Everything comfortable and clean from rooms, beds, pool loungers, lobby to restaurant. Shower pressure great. Breakfast delicious and wide variety of continental options (you can ask for a fresh 'tortilla' aka omelette). Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the lovely beach and restaurants. Hotel staff happy to offer suggestions on where to eat and what to do (try Enriques for delicious tapas and visit beautiful Port d'Andratx 10 mins away in a taxi). There is nightlife if you want it in the town and 10 mins away in Santa Ponsa, but the hotel itself is very quiet and relaxing. Pool is very well maintained lovely and cold. Had a brilliant time and would happily come back.

In general, the hotel is fine for families and we were satisfied. However, since our little son wakes up early in the morning, we wanted to take another banana and an apple with us in the evening. The gentleman at the reception absolutely did not accept this. We would even have been willing to pay for it (although we are people who are not stingy with tips in the hotel) so as not to walk into the city but also that was denied. A very curious behavior.

My family and I had wonderful experience during our stay in this hotel. The service is kind and polite, and the hotel is in very good location, clean, and peaceful. Food is great! Every day different kind of fresh and tasty cooked vegetables and meat, and unsparing and generous offer of cheese and quality delicatessen. You should pay all incl. cause it's really worth of money. I had also one unpleasant situation when I got home, I figured that I forgot my baby's wardrobe and I was very sad at the time. I quickly wrote an email to personnel about the issue, and within the 10 days the package with my baby's wardrobe was sent to my home. I was so happy when I received it, you can imagine... Only best I can say about this hotel.

I stayed here overnight and the time I spent in this hotel was excellent. The staff are very friendly and Claudia is an excellent waitress! The flamenco show was very entertaining. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. There is plenty of space for sun loungers. There is nice lawns to chill, the flowers are so pretty. I really enjoyed the jacuzzi! The indoor pool is clean and big. There is also a sauna. this hotel provided everything I could wish for and have expected. I loved the little cakes and had a little glass of champagne with breakfast. The lovely fresh toast, eggs. plenty of food to choice from, fresh fruits, meats, pastries. All displayed beautifully.
