We came to Majorca for our family holiday. After a long time at home (lockdown) our daughter - 4 years- was so happy to play with others kids. The hotel is amazing, clean and staff really nice. There is a playground for children and you can leave your small ones there for 4 hours - under professional care. We did that and had some times for us. It did all of us good :) The barman at the pool was bringing the drinks all the time - we felt as we were kings:) 3 days before our departure something strange happened. The babysitter gone mad. We went to collect our daughter Nina from playgroung (among other parents) and found him sitting in the corner and writing something in the computer. He looked mad - the crazinest in his eyes, devils smile like a serial killer!! We repoerted it to reception but the answer shocked us - Wolfgang Fiegen is very respectable teacher and he might some break down but otherwise he is ok. We did not let our Nina to go there anymore. We rather would not come back again.

We had a lovely room over looking the swimming pool. Lovely comfortable beds and very nice bathroom. The room was cleaned to a high standard with fresh towels daily. The pool was really great.with plenty of beds. The pool bar food offer was not very good in fact we never even saw a menu. I think that someone has to buy a new CD selection as you could tell the time by the track being played. In the evening the bar offered a good range of drinks and the service was good. The food offer was one of the best buffet style menus that we have ever enjoyed. The staff were very nice and attentive. My only criticism is that the red wine is served chilled !!!!! The choice of dishes was extensive and changed daily. As the majority of guests are from Germany there is a definate german influence. The only downside was that the germans insist on smoking in the dining area and around the pool and it spoils the experience if you are a non smoker. We are not sure if this is allowed in the hotel policy. A great place for anyone seeking a relaxed couples holiday.

We booked this hotel through Jet2 for a two week All Inclusive holiday. Between booking and travelling the hotel changed hands and is now run by Allsun a German company catering almost exclusively for German guests. The hotel is no longer available through Jet2 or Thomson. On arrival we were allocated a room on the top floor of the block that overlooks the children’s play area. The room was clean and modern with a walk in shower and tea making facilities. However, it soon became clear that the air conditioning was almost none existent. My husband carries a thermometer and the room never got below 25 degrees with the air conditioning running full blast for several hours! The next day we asked to move and with some reluctance the manager moved us down to the second floor which he explained would have better air conditioning. It was a little better but during the whole two week holiday the temperature never got below 22 degrees and the air conditioning went off during the night. We woke up hot and sweaty on several occasions. To get cool we opened the window, this allowed in much cooler air but also a number of mosquitoes which left me with nasty bites. Our first week was quiet; we were able to sit out on the balcony in the evening. The second week was a school holiday in German and several children arrived. The play area under our window became noisy and we could not sit out and enjoy a peaceful read. On one evening some children were still in the playground after 11 pm! The outdoor adults` only pool area was quiet but the advertised indoor pool is only open in the winter. The variety and quality of the food and drink was not what I would have expected in a four star hotel. The All inclusive drinks were limited and poor quality. If a restaurant chills its house red this tells you something about the quality! The coffee available for All Inclusive customers was terrible. The instant coffee I had brought with me from home was far superior. There were some good meals, the roast beef was excellent but a stew made with ox tongue would not be my first choice. We puzzled over what it was as all the menu is exclusively in German. A helpful German guest had to explain what it was. The tables in the dining room were very close together and the chairs looked like they needed a good scrub down! On the plus side there was free car parking but there was no free WiFi even in public areas. We paid 25 Euros for the two weeks which we feel was expensive. Also this only allowed one device to be used at once rather than for all devices. Our overall view of this hotel is that it is 3 stars not 4. There was nothing disastrously bad but there was nothing brilliantly good. Would we return, in one word – no.

I visited Paguera from 26.09 - 1.10 with my wife. We spent a wonderful time in this hotel and this resort. Very clean hotel, as shown in the pictures that are on the internet, rooms are cleaned daily start 8:30-15 depend when u ar not in the room. The hotel's location is ideal for those who want a quiet vacation away from the noise of the center. Beach is at 3-4 minutes away, and there are 3 beaches in Paguera 2 higher Palmira( It is closest to the hotel and a fine sand)and Tora and a smaller one. As previously reviews is a resort and a hotel predominately German tourists, But when I got on the reception asked us what language we want to speak, and spoke Spanish and English. The staff were very helpful. In restaurant food were only German name, little inconvenient but see what is after considering more carefully, even though the hotel is predominantly for the Germans, the name of the food should be in English or Spanish, but also the hotel was taken over by allsun, and somehow it's normal. Food was good but not very diverse. Are mant restaurants and terrace where you can have a good meal, and the first time you will be greeted in German :) Paguera is called the Little Germany, but did not bother us, we had a wonderful holiday and a superb beach. Palma is 25 km, bus travel very often, 102 (faster) and 104, costing 3.7 euros per direction, you must visit Port d'Andratx and very close to Paguera (9 km) and also tour northwest of the island, the Port de Soller and the Tramuntana mountain range. In conclusion I would recommend this hotel and this resort.

The hotel is split into three parts the reception, restaurant, bar/lounge, spa and adult only pool area is the main part, bedrooms are in two further building across the road, we were in the one which also housed the children's pools and bar area ,where snacks were also served, a lifeguard is on duty all day in this area, 10am until 6pm, water polo etc takes place everyday in this area. The pools and immediate areas are cleaned morning and night to a high standard similar as the room. Safe deposit box in the room cost 7 euros a week. Breakfast was good with the normal selection of hot and cold food, dinner was based around a large selection but lacking in quality, all descriptions are in German, lack of any music or entertainment on an evening was disappointing but there are a selection of bars up and down the boulevard, 10 mins walk away.

I could not fault the room at all. Comfortable, Air con (as if was quite a hot week). The food I though was also very good, although the only fault was that the names of particular dishes where in German, although you can tell what some things are, it they are Battered or in a stew your are not sure what your earing. The Adult pool did not have enough Sun beds so yes you did have to fight for them with the German occupants in a morning, but if you cant beat them join them. Although all inclusive you had to pay for top shelf drink, and you also had to pay for Wi-Fi. But the weather was fab, and met nice people. Just about a 10 min walk to the shops & Beach.

Myself and my husband traveled to Paguera for a friends wedding. We arrived late in the evening. Check in was quick and efficient but not friendly. We were located in 415 in the building across the street from the reception building. Room was clean and modern but overlooking a carpark so not a pretty view. Bathroom was also modern and clean. Beds were very hard and I found myself with a stiff back every morning. Our fridge and air con were both not working. We reported this to reception the following morning.. 7pm that night maintenance came to fix both but be warned air con is turned off between 9am and 1pm not great when trying to get ready for the wedding the following morning. Also we then realized our phone was also broken when we wanted to ring reception to order a taxi just another annoying glitch that really shouldn't happen in a 4 star ..We stayed half board but only ate 1 dinner and 2 breakfasts. Breakfast was good lots to choose from but again be warned it is aimed towards the German guests and my husband did struggle with the food and ended up just eating lots of eggs. Dinner was not so good not a lot of choice and again was very much German based food. I had risotto which was lovely but the rest that I chose was left on the plate. My husband didn't like anything there. Paguera park has 3 pools(not enough beds) a small work out room and a bar that really has no atmosphere there was no entertainment the 4 nights we stayed and you had to ask for music to be turned on at the pool so a lovely English couple we met told us. Paguera is a German resort and is not a normal holiday vibe to be honest for us Irish. If we didn't have the beautiful wedding and BBQ the next day elsewhere in the resort we would have found it quite boring .. food even on the strip is not normally what we would find on holidays and they are far behind when it comes to cocktails and nice drinks. I would say the Paguera park is clinical and does not have the normal Spanish charm or personality that we are used to .. even the Spanish staff spoke to us in German .. the very friendly house keeping staff saved the day with their lovely Spanish friendliness and where by far the highlight of this hotel. All in all I would not return to Paguera as you feel very much like you are not in Spain and more like a sunny village in Germany.

we stayed here on the summer of 2015. It is a very clean hotel, spotless I would say. The room was big enough for 3, the food was good, the pool clean. There is a playground for kids, a kids pool and kids disco in the evening (the entertainer was really great!). The beach within walking distance from the hotel.

I am writing the review while I am still here and to be honest this place is great! My partner and I spent a week here and we really don't want to leave. Before we came here we were a bit concerned about some of the reviews that we read, but, as you can see from my scoring, it was great. The room is big, with a small balcony and I really liked the style, very modern but simple. The tv offers a variety of channels, including uk channels and other international ones. The bathroom is a bit small, and it might need a bit of ventilation, but it is very functional and super clean. The food was great. There are some stations that will never change during meals (e.g. the salad station, the fruit and cheese station and the kids' station which generally offers pizza, chicken nuggets, chips and pasta). However during the week there are different themes and they cook accordingly. On Tuesday there is the Spanish night and you can enjoy Paella, hand carved jamon Serrano (spanish cured ham) and other products typical of Spain and Mallorca itself. On Monday there is a n oriental theme and believe me, the sushi is great. On Sunday night they even offer a Sunday roast with gravy. The dessert buffet changes everyday and their cakes are delicious, and they always offer ice cream. I can understand that it is a bit worrying the fact that all of the food only has a description in German, however I believe that you can understand what most of the food is anyway and there are loads of waiters to ask for help. The chefs are very helpful as well. The bar is great and the cocktails are very good as well, and I think the waiters and waitresses that work at the bar during nights are very good at their job. A shout out to Jesus, who after one day remembered perfectly what both my partner and I would normally order. The adults pool is good and super quiet. You cannot access it early in the morning, as the staff does a deep cleaning of the pool and all of the surrounding area every single day, including the sun beds. Although it is mainly a German resort they don't tend to reserve the seats, however there is limited space and availability of sun beds. If you get up early you will have a sun bed for sure, but there are some spare sun chairs that you can ask for as well. We haven't been to the kids swimming pool as we don't have any kids. The hotel is literally a 5 minutes walk from the beach. The beach offers sun beds and parasols for €13.50/day, but on the way to the beach, on your right, there is a small shop that offers the same to rent for €5.00/day. The beach is gorgeous and sandy and it has some free space to place your own sun beds and parasols if you wish. The staff is polite and they will try to help you in any way. As the majority of guests are Germans they will try and speak to you in German, but as soon as you reply them back in English they will speak you in English. There was only one member of the staff that didn't speak English, but he was already going to call his colleague to help us out. I stopped him just because I speak Spanish and it wasn't necessary bothering his colleague that was working on something else. The wifi if €15.00/week but we didn't use it, so I wouldn't be able to say if it is fast or not. However when we needed to print out our boarding passes, we asked the staff at reception and they told us to send them an email and they printed them for us. For the gym-aholic there is a small gym that has all of the essentials. Paguera itself it is a very small village that has a few bars and shops, mainly catering for Germans, but it is lovely. If you hire a car, and there are loads of places where you can do that, you can reach Palma in about 20/30 minutes and you can easily reach other stunning locations with around 1 hour travel. Just be aware that Spanish drivers are not as well behaved as the UK ones. There are buses that connect Paguera with Magaluf, Palma and other destinations, however none of them run late in the evening on the way back. Overall it has been a great holiday and we wish it would have not ended so soon. Just another very positive note: our check out was early in the morning, before breakfast time. As we went to check out, the receptionist told us that, provided we had some time before the pick up, we could go upstairs and enjoy it he breakfast buffet. Of course not everything was ready yet, but it was a very nice touch to end a perfect holiday. To sum it up, this is a great hotel that will give you great quality and will allow you to fully relax if that is what you are looking for. We booked with Thomson, but Thomson is definitely not present in the hotel and you won't have any representative around trying to sell you overpriced excursions. For the pick up they will send the details over by email to the hotel the day before and you will need to ask the reception about that. Were we bothered by the fact that there were no representative? Absolutely not! So if you are looking for the holiday where everything is organised by the tour operator and you have loads of entertainment, well, this is not the place. This is a paradise in which you can relax and disconnect from everything else.
