Don't listen to those who say that the staff won't speak to you unless you are German. That's rubbish! It's not 5 star, but overall this is a great hotel with friendly staff throughout. Predominantly German guests, but that has never been the slightest problem on our many visits. Always a very good choice of buffet style foods for breakfasts...

Always nice to come back to this hotel, have been here five times now - and the hotel staff is almost the same as the first time. And they are helpful and friendly all the time. The breakfast is nice, even thoug the restaurant gets a bit crowdy at times. The rooms are spacious and has a fantastic view if...

This is my fourth review, having visited each year for the last 4. This hotel continues to grow on me, being even sharper than last year when it reached a new high. The staff as always were friendly and very helfpul and efficient. Some new members of the team brought a bit more life to the place and the cleanliness...

Have just returned from a lovely 10 day stay at the the Valentin Reina. We were allocated a room on the top floor, with breathtaking views out over the bay. Hotel is only a short walk down onto the main strip and beach, offering excellent safe bathing in the warm sea. The hotel is kept scrupulously clean, and the pool...

Hotel states men wear long pants for evening meal but not many did they worn shorts, Breakfast you can sit anywhere but for evening meal you are allocated your table...

2nd visit to this hotel. The food, the staff, the cleanliness all faultless. Would definitely recommend and return. We usually use the beach rather than the pool, beds on beach are €4.50 each plus same for an umbrella. Towels at hotel can be hired for €1 each for beach or pool & swapped daily. Don't really agree with a charge...

Loved this hotel, great location, spotlessly clean and the staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome ! The rooms were good size and excellent sea view ( floor 7 ). One thing that could be improved was the fridge, not very cold and had to pay extra for this ! I think the fridge could be included in the...

We booked a seaview room on 11th floor - very quiet, clean and very friendly staff. The booking was half board, a very nice restaurant - not cafe style like many places. The staff were very professional and service was excellent. Restaurant was buffet style, food pretty good, although we did eat out a couple of nights for a change....

We have just spent a week here and I honestly cannot find fault with anything. The hotel is clean, tidy and welcoming. The evening meals are superb with various themes. The restaurant manager is tip top, welcoming us every night. We booked half board expecting to eat out most evenings due to previous half board booking disasters! We ate out...
