Reverence Mare is lauded for its spotless accommodations and strategic locale, with guests frequently applauding its proximity to sun-kissed beaches and vibrant dining and nightlife options. While the rooms are celebrated for their comfort and vistas, a handful of travelers have expressed concerns over the dated interiors and maintenance issues. The hotel's ambiance garners mixed reviews, being both tranquil and occasionally lacking liveliness. Service is generally commended for being attentive, albeit with occasional lapses. However, the value proposition is contentious, as several guests feel the pricing is steep relative to the amenities provided and service received.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel and overall it was a reasonable experience. The location of the hotel is excellent there is direct access from the pool area to the resort and beach so everything is a short walk away.
The public areas were extremely clean with plenty of hand sanitiser available and sunbeds were cleaned immediately once they became vacant.
We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the food choice at breakfast was varied and plentiful. We tried the buffet for dinner one evening but I have to say I didn't find this as good. I found the choice of food to suit me was limited but I am sure this will not be the same for everyone.
One great thing I liked about the hotel is that on check in you can leave a deposit and charge any food and drinks you purchase to your room which saves carrying cash however I would suggest keeping a check on what you order as when we checked out I noticed we had been charged for the dinner twice and I hadn't even signed for it a second time. We were able to sort this out but not all staff speak good English and with my limited Spanish it took some time.
We upgraded to a privilege room which was spacious and had a great view however housekeeping were not as good as some hotels I have stayed in, we had to ring for towels, toilet paper etc to be sent to the room on numerous occasions and the general cleaning is not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.
The main reason for booking the privilege room was to have access to the roof top pool and bar however the bar wasn't open probably due to the occupancy rates being lower than normal so this meant we spent most of our time around the main pool so a bit of a waste of money really. They did send a waiter up from time to time to take drinks orders but this was sporadic. If I returned to this resort I would consider using this hotel again however under current circumstances I wouldn't pay the extra for the upgraded room as it is not good value for money in my opinion.

Stayed here with my wife for 11 nights in August, chose this hotel mainly as its location was perfect, next to plenty of bars and restaurants and only across the road from the sea. We booked a sea view privilege room with breakfast which gave you access to the roof top pool and bar area.
Firstly the room was lovely cleaned on a daily basis and was spacious, we had an excellent view of the sea, beach and the bars and restaurants below, the only downside was the balcony wasn’t cleaned the whole time we got there., it just needed a good sweep. The tv had bbc 1 and 2 but we only put it on a couple of times. A couple of minor things were we were on the 4th floor and could here them moving the rooftop furniture about at 7 in the morning which woke us up every morning, and the blackout blinds were non existent so the sun clearly came through every morning. These things were however minor on what was a really nice room.
We are at the buffet breakfast every morning, it had a very good selection of pastries, cereals fruit, omelettes pancakes and a full English breakfast selection, the food was a very good standard and I would highly recommend it, also plenty of areas to sit inside and outside on the balcony overlooking the pools.
We only really used the rooftop pool but ground floor pools were cleaned daily and always had plenty of sun beds. The roof top pool had excellent views of the bays and of surrounding hillside, there was plenty of bed at the start of the holiday but by the end it was more busy, this was the downside, when we booked we were under the impression that you had to book a privilege room to use it, we witnessed people waiting to be let in and other people leaving the door open for others, so it wasn’t monitored at all and anybody really that wanted to used it, so it’s not worth upgrading to privilege,The drinks situation was also strange you had to call down for drinks on the phone and sometimes they took 5-10 mins and once I waited 40 mins for a drink, the girls were so polite delivering them but the male barman got quite annoyed when I asked him for a drink after he had brought someone else’s drink up, which for this star and price hotel I thought was unprofessional.
Overall the hotel was very good though, and I would stay here again the minor points I have raised don’t out weigh the positives that this hotel has to offer. Very clean, good food, brilliant location and mostly friendly staff.

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my boyfriend’s holiday and we were both blown away by it. So clean, fresh and modern. Hotel room was a great size, again very clean and with a lovely view of the sea. The hotel itself was great too, loved the decor. The pool areas were all great however we did prefer the main pool area and were lucky enough to get a day bed each day which was a complete game changer when it came to sunbathing. So much more comfortable and nice to have your own space out the way of others walking by. The only thing I would say could improve around the pool area is there could be some music playing just to create a bit more of an atmosphere. The life guard was very friendly always said hello and doubled up as ensuring the pool area was always kept clean and tidy of any rubbish or glasses laying around. Great location, straight out the back gate onto the beach and everything you need around it. Breakfast was delicious and even towards the end of service it was always fully stocked. I can not fault the hotel in anyway and it was perfect for a chilled couples getaway. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

What can I say about MSH Mallorca bar avoid it? Well, nothing complimentary I'm afraid.

Landed on July 7th and made our way to our luxury swim up room at MSH. Upon entering the room it was very clear the air con was not working / very faint. Fiddled with controls and that was it, for the whole room and bathroom - West facing room so fully sun all day. The room wasn't a large double as booked and the upstairs shower trap was busting through the ceiling.

We had a drink and the service from the pool bar (actually the evening bar as the pool bar was not open!) - drink were poor quality, staff didn't speak nor understand basic ordering and could make our first two choices of cocktail due to no ingredients.

From the photo's and on line video's the hotel really does look the part. Smart, chic and typical Ibiza - how it's pretty much short skirt and no knickers. Furniture and building fixings are poor quality and not standard of a 4 star. I'd rate is more an average 3 star.

We spoke to the hotel about the air con and the beds and there was no result. Air con is satisfactory for all guests and the double bed was a request, not a booking promise. No other rooms in the hotel that we could move to or any other offer to change to a sister hotel nor move.

Needless to say we didn't stay at the hotel with this poor attitude from the manger on site.

If you want 4 star and a bit of luxury do not stay here. Much much better on the beautiful island of Majorca.

Location of the pool is on a busy main road and on top of busy bars with loud music. If you want a relaxing pool holiday this isn't the place. Towels are a 10 euro deposit, 1 euro exchange for a fresh one, Can't run a tab with giving hotel cash or paying a set amount of debit card. Really poor to be honest.

Mr. ndudman, I am very sorry to read about your discontent, but not surprised, as you already advised me. In our case, the size of the beds is a request, and believe or not, we always try our best to grant our customer's desires. In your case was not possible, I am sorry. The rest of your review, we both know it is not true. I just hope you had a nice rest of your holidays.

Arrived at the hotel after a flight delay to a lovely welcome from a very efficient receptionist who checked us in promptly and told us there was some food arranged as we had missed the evening meal due to the delay, it was a cold platter and very nice. We were given our room cards and found our room didn’t have the 2 single beds we had requested via our travel agent, back to reception where it was sorted very quickly and we were soon settled in room 414 which was an upgrade to a Privilege room giving us access to the Roof Terrace Pool. The room is spotlessly clean with a small fridge, kettle, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and toiletries. There are coffee, tea, sugar etc also.. We had a fabulous view from our balcony which had 2 comfortable chair and a table. The room was cleaned daily if required, the ‘do not disturb’ and maid required or not is a button by the door you just click it and the light shows outside the room. This hotel is very modern and is spotlessly clean, the staff all work very hard and are friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel is perfect and you can get to the beach and bars via a gate at the rear of the hotel just past the pool, you use your room card for entry. The bus stop if you want to venture out of the resort is situated just opposite the gate. You can tap your card on and off the bus as payment. The pool area is lovely with lots of sunloungers some of which are situated in the water, the pools are not heated but a couple of guests braved it. The food was if a typical standard and I had no problem finding something for breakfast and dinner, with it being the start of the season I didn’t expect a full choice, I was informed that they do themed evenings Chinese, Mexican, Italian and Spanish .. I had the Chinese food and it was lovely, lots of desserts to choose from too. Breakfasts is plentiful too. The bar was nice and relaxing and the drinks were priced fairly. You could buy snacks from the bar at lunchtime and I found a good menu and again fairly priced. This hotel is cashless you can either charge to your room or pay as you go along, which is what we did. I loved my short break to this hotel , if you are looking for an adults only l, chilled and relaxing break this is perfect. There is entertainment but i didn’t get to see it so cannot comment on this . The management have a great team keeping this hotel running smoothly. The weather was amazing for the time of year, we found some lovely places for a morning coffee on the beachfront and I must mention Taylor’s Cocktail Bar which served the most amazing cocktails and food you must pay a visit. As we left a lot more of the businesses were opening up for the season.

We had a very good time at MSH, relaxing environment with lots of sunbeds by the pools. The room was clean and comfortable with a large bed, only minor issue was the extractor fan wasn't very strong in the bathroom but otherwise very good room!
We stayed in the secondary building opposite the main hotel but there is an underground passage so you can access the main building easily and there is a pool at the bottom of the secondary building which was nice and quiet.
Breakfast buffet was decent, I wasn't a fan on the sausages but that's just me, lots of options if you want hot food or yogurt/cereal/fruit, not gourmet but perfectly passable. Evening buffet was also decent, tough for vegetarians some nights but if you're not picky and willing to try then usually at least a couple of options for meat eaters. Variation on food was decent night to night and the grill chef was always very nice and friendly. Would have been nice if water was served for free on a night but not the end of the world paying 3 euro for bottled water with your evening meal.
The hotel location if very good, beach is opposite, do have to pay for loungers and umbrellas there but lots of space if you're happy on the sand with just a towel or your own umbrella.

Food options nearby are decent as well, lots of little bars and cafes for lunchtime. Bars good for night time as well but service can be slow in busy times.

Overall was a very good stay and had an enjoyable week there, lovely weather as well lol.

Fab hotel in a great location, step straight out through a security gate onto the Main Street. This was full of bars, restaurants and shops. Lots of hustle and bustle and yet inside the hotel it was peaceful. The beach is just across the road, it was lovely and clean.

Hotel is immaculate and breakfast was served either inside or on an outside terrace which was fab.

We had a swim up room (134) which was in a sunny position all day. It was a block of 6 and we all had sun loungers in the poolside and our own private pool. Some of the swim up rooms don’t get the sun at all, so just check if you want the sunshine. The jacuzzi rooms were just basically baths outside the rooms and were in the shade all the time so was really glad I hadn’t booked this.

Would highly recommend this hotel for the cleanliness, location and food.

The bus stop is directly outside and the bus to Palma was €4.50 each.

Had a wonderful week here, btw COVID testing easy and was walking distance from the hotel and cost €30 each.

Arrived around 11pm. Check in was swift and easy however we were charged over 61 euros for tourist tax. I thought it had risen dramatically since pre covid.
I didn’t really check the receipt until the day we were due to leave I just put it straight into the safe with other paperwork and passports.
We were allocated a room over in the annex block with a side sea view. The room was clean and modern with a tiny balcony.

The cleaners were polite and friendly our room was cleaned with fresh towels left everyday.
The swim up sunbeds were great, you could always get a sunbed at anytime of the day in both the main pool and also in the smaller pool in the annex.
I would say the hotel is more a 3 star rather than a 4.
The toilets near the pool bar/lounge area didn’t have any hand-wash in the dispensers for the whole of our stay and the hand sanitiser at the entrance of the pool bar/lounge area was also empty the whole time.
This is not the standard you expect from a 4 star hotel.
The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
However some of the breakfast staff didn’t look like they wanted to be there!
There is a connecting corridor from the annex over to the main hotel which runs underneath, we were not told about this and discovered it on our last day!
The guys who work in the bar are very friendly especially Angel.
The hotel pools/terraces are tiered and not really suitable for disabled guests.
There is some black tape at the start of each step to the terraces however this does not go the full length of the step itself so when the sun is shining the terrace looks all one level.
My sister stepped back whilst moving her sunbed and fell to the floor.
The tape really should be visible the full length of each step for guest safety.
On checking out I looked at the receipt for the tourist tax and realised we had paid for 7 nights and not 5.
I spoke with Tamara on reception about this and she came across very abrupt telling me it was my holiday providers mistake as it stated on the computer our stay was booked as a 7 night stay.
Upon producing my booking confirmation I received a refund for the difference.
I must give a special mention the receptionist called Mati
She was so polite and friendly.
My sister and I were waiting at reception for the coach to take us to the airport and Mati chatted to us whilst we were waiting.
Mati told us she was soon to finish her shift and would take us to the airport herself if the coach didn’t arrive.
Overall we had a relaxing stay.

Firstly let me say the hotel grounds, pool area and reception etc are spotless. This was our third visit to this hotel so in the past it has been great hence our reason for returning.

Unfortunately we will no longer return. Room allocated is overlooking the bins , was awakened most mornings around 7.30 8am to bin men loading their trucks.

Bathroom, toilet door would not stay closed therefore no privacy whatsoever, shower leaked so badly the whole bathroom floor was flooded.

Witnessed cleaner one day cleaning the cups with the same cloth she had used to clean the bathroom, which then makes the mind boggle about other areas of cleanliness. On two occasions we returned to the room to have had no towels provided.

The TV in the room every time it was turned off it needed to be retuned. Which took 15 minutes, not on holiday to watch tv but nice in background when getting ready etc!

Dirty marks all over walls in room (see pics) rust stains on the floor. Why didn’t I ask to change rooms u say? I had witnessed many people checking in and the rooms they had paid for where not available for example sea view or privilege and being told they would need to change rooms the following day, some very disgruntled customers and inconvenient I am sure. Be aware swim up rooms are not as described and are all part of a shared pool throughout the hotel, they are also not private at all, so be aware.

Breakfast in the morning they were cooking bacon and eggs and u were waiting in a Que 10 minutes to get what u wanted. Coffee machine was often empty or switched itself off creating long ques.

In the whole time I was in the hotel only one cleaner acknowledged me, the rest of the staff went about their business silently with no interaction. Lifeguard on the pool is the friendliest lady in the place.

Palma nova itself is a great place to stay so still had a lovely holiday but unfortunately I will be unable to continue to recommend this hotel.

Just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel. We stayed in a privileged room. Our room had an amazing sea view. This room on the 5th floor gave access to the roof top pool - for us this made the holiday and is a must. The rooftop pool was much quieter than the other main pools, stunning views and has comfy Bali beds and also an indoor are if you require to sit in the shade. Only fault about the rooftop is the sliding glass door that has a slightly delayed sensor when it opens, be careful we saw a couple of people walk into it!!!

Hotel staff very friendly arranged a very early morning g taxi for us €35-40 to the airport. Breakfast very tasty and lots of choice.

Brilliant location with access to the main promenade and beach via the gate by the pool through the dolphin bar (avoid, rude unwelcoming staff).

Overall had a really relaxing week which is exactly why we chose this adults only hotel and would definitely recommend and return.
