Stayed at the Ola Panama from 10 to 17 September 2021 and had a very enjoyable time. The staff are very friendly; special mention here for Dolores who works very hard and is very helpful. The food is the usual all inclusive fare but we always found something to eat. The hotel is situated a couple of roads back from the beach so has no views unfortunately but the flip side is that it was very quiet. The entertainment was ok but not great and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. The hotel was very clean. Adults only was a bonus. Would recommend this hotel.

Let me just state that this hotel was not suitable for us as couples. I’m writing this review for what the intended audience is; older people looking to relax. We were couples in early thirties up to 40s. Our plan wasn’t to really eat at the hotel even though we were half board. We planned on eating out most nights so we only ate breakfast. Drinks: We paid extra at the front desk on arrival expecting to be all inclusive for drinks. It turns out that it’s only certain local drinks and that wasn’t made clear. We thought it was worth it anyway but in hindsight we probably only had 5-6 drinks in the hotel during our stay. Drinks in themselves aren’t great. Beer mostly served in plastic cups and loses head pretty quickly. Spirits aren’t great. The ones included in the all inclusive are local and quite weak. The cocktails are poorly presented unless you actually pay for them. Overall, if you’re happy throwing beer in and don’t care for the presentation or strength then it’s fine. Food: We only ate breakfast but it was ok. Plenty of selection. It’s not going to win any awards but it gets the day started. The atmosphere: When we first sat outside there wasn’t much atmosphere, we like music around the pool and something a little more lively. Entertainment was very “working men’s club”. The rooms: Very clean, beds are comfy. View isn’t the best but we weren’t that bothered, ui get what you pay for. Showers are good, hair dryers in the room. Location: Fantastic location, prime spot really. Plenty of access to decent bars and restaurants and great access to the beach. Summary: I’ve given this 4 stars and it’s for a simple reason: this hotel isn’t aimed at me. In the nicest way, this is a Blackpool hotel in Majorca. If you’re older and looking to stay in a hotel for a week and wanting to stop somewhere relatively flat then this is the hotel for you

Room Tip: Try to avoid rooms around the numbers between 13 and 20 (e.g 213 - 220). They’re near the stairs...

Room OK. Staff very good. Breakfast is very good . dinners not that great.entertainment virtually non existant. No view from balcony at all. Chambermaid so on a Sunday don't clean your room or make beds if they can get away with it. You have to pay a lot extra for better drinks. Packed like sardines on the sunbeds , no distancing on these and very few sun brollies around, most are broken. Hotel very clean but no atmosphere in it. If you want to use the safe in the room the charge is 32 euros for a week plus 10 euros deposit for the key. A bit pricey. Would not go back some of the clean towels had a really strange smell.

Just returned after a 5 day break , hotel is very clean , staff are friendly and helpful .plenty of sunbeds , pool was nice and warm and clean .rooms got serviced daily with clean towels etc. We only really had food in the mornings and afternoons as we went out for dinner , always something to eat and a good selection though. Serve yourself to beer/wine and soft drinks and the bar will sort cocktails . I think the beer was Mahou brand which was nice enough to drink around the pool. During the day you can play table tennis ,pool, Archery , darts etc which is fun (when you win) I feel the hotel is lacking some background music around the pool during the day but lucky for us everyone was very friendly. We didn't stay in much but when we did on the odd evening it seemed to lack a bit of atmosphere regarding entertainment and music The beach is 5 minutes away and some great restaurants/bars around the same area Dolphin piano bar has a singer every night and nova tapas restaurant do the best tapas ever!! Overall we had a great stay Thank you and see you again

We stayed here for 9nights end of August beginning of September. Hotel is spotless towels were changed daily bed linen changed every couple of days. Pool area was clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Charlie in charge of entertainment was exceptional great guy. The only negative comment I have is the dining room I think it would be really helpful if there were labels were the food is served telling you what the meat is and also if it includes gluten/dairy etc. I have coeliac disease,I’m intolerant to gluten and I had to ask each time there was a language barrier so the staff didn’t always understand me. I also asked for gluten free bread on 4 occasions I only received it on 3 of these and it was inedible as it was not heated in the oven long enough,it was still frozen in the centre. There was a couple of kitchen staff who understood a few of the mornings and got me chocolate muffins. I just brought my own bread with me and ate food I knew didn’t contain gluten. The hotel is in a great location and was quiet at night we had a lovely holiday
