We stayed for 10 nights in October 2021 and overall we were disappointed. As lots of others have mentioned the staff, service and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Our room was spacious and the bed was massive. The hotel is also located only a 2 minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. The let down points for us was that the rooms seemed to have paper thin walls. We constantly were hearing doors slam, talking from the other rooms, loud foot steps from the room above. This wasn't a problem in the day but early in the morning or late at night it was incredibly annoying. The room above us one night decided it was okay to be playing loud music at 1am, shouting and running around the room. Also not due to anything the hotel could control but locally there were building works going on so everyday at 8am we would hear loud drilling which is not what you want to hear when you are on holiday. The food was also a big let down. We found breakfast to be okay even though it was exactly the same everyday. The food available at dinner was very repetitive. Most of it was bland and only just about warm. We also noticed multiples times flies would be over the salad bar and deserts. We did end up going out for dinner a few times as it was a massive let down if we ate dinner at the hotel. There was also a volleyball tournament happening so the hotel went from suddenly being relatively quiet to extremely loud with 200+ people turning up. At meal times my partner and myself couldn't even have a conversation because the dining hall was so loud. We also did notice there were children which we were extremely confused about as it was a 16+ hotel. There are defiantly improvements the hotel could make to make the hotel more enjoyable for guests. It is not somewhere where we will stay again

Stayed here for a week and got back 3 days ago. Hotel is clean and the staff friendly especially Dolores in the bar. Only 1 bar which closed at 12pm,drinks on all inclusive are limited, red wine and rose wine undrinkable, cocktails only about 6 are included pre mixed and dreadful. 1 house version of each spirit the rest they charge you for. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and the 1 decent coffee machine in the restaurant is switched off after breakfast and not put on again till the next morning. Limited to smoking only on the right side outside the bar and not on any sun loungers by the pool. I wouldnt go back as there is no pool bar or music played so no happy holiday vibes

We stayed here from October 3rd-8th. We were in a double room all inclusive. Staff were friendly and hotel and room were spotless, our room was cleaned daily and we were given new towels as well. We were in room 519 on the 5th floor with a nice mountain view. Also very quite at night which was good. As for facility’s in the room I was disappointed I know we’re were all inclusive but I still expect coffee and tea making facilities, also the fridge was smaller than the safe so could fit much in it like water and juice. As for the food i couldn’t really comment on breakfast as we only ate in the hotel for it once but as for lunch and dinner food was ok but nothing spectacular and definitely not 4 star quality. The hotel drinks were like any all inclusive watered down. The hotel is a nice distance from the main town only a 5 min walk away. I would return to the hotel but maybe as half board or self catering as I didn’t think all inclusive was worth it. If your wanting a cheep week away then this is the hotel for u. Overall good stay would give the hotel a 3 and a half star rating just the food and room facilities that let them down.

We stayed here at the end of September. As we booked a 4 Star Hotel, we were a little disappointed. The food was average 3 star quality, as were the drinks. The brandy and whisky were undrinkable. The cocktails were pre-mixed in bottles and were awful. No waiter service on the patio. No pool bar and only one bar in hotel. We had to go down dangerous steps into hotel bar and carry drinks back up to patio. There was only one pool and it was freezing cold. A few participated in pool volleyball though. No tea or coffee facilities in room and no water provided in room. Evening entertainment was held on a small stage inside but was dire. Male singer with guitar, female singer, Karaoke, Bingo, Music Quiz. For the above reasons, I would only give this hotel 3 stars as it is really a 3 star hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are large and the few staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Have stayed here twice before now once before renovation and once three years ago same time of year. Location is superb and it’s a nice modern hotel, very friendly staff and 25 mins in a cab from the airport (surprised people still use transfers) Food is good, nice variety and better than expected taste wise. Mexican night was good. Sometimes things could be a little hotter but appreciate this is a little hard sometimes. Last orders at midnight is really refreshing too. Would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so. There is only one but. The drinks. The lager in particular is absolutely disgusting. Flat max tasteless and gives you a guts ache imminently. It’s not just the hotel, the surrounding hotels and bars all have the same stuff. Must not use gas or something. The other booze isn’t very strong either (local) and I’m not an alcoholic by any means but should be able to feel ten large vodkas 😂 Also the plastic cups stink and make things worse. Apart from that top banana
