Amazing! I never really come on to trip advisor but felt I needed to…. I can’t praise our stay enough . The location is fabulous , literally the shops and beach on our doorstep. The hotel staff were so friendly , especially Enith our waitress. Thank you ! Room was spotless and cleaned daily Food was fabulous! I’m a really fussy eater and I honestly can’t fault the food at all Great selection , different theme every night and there was so much to choose from.

Arrived at the hotel greeted by a lovely bloke at reception, sorted our rooms outs I did email to ask for rooms together but we didn’t but we’re in same floor, one had a pool view, which were both beautiful, we had a sea view ,the rooms were beautiful tv fitted wardrobes also a fridge, bathroom lovely massive very strong shower including shower gel , shampoo, and hand soap and a hairdryer.the only downside was there was not one draw in the whole room, beds were very comfortable and changed every other day , we put towels in shower tray when they needed changed.we had a huge balcony which was right on the main drag of Palma nova,, we sat on the loo and had a very beautiful sea view from the window amazing . The bar staff were very friendly and cheerful we were all inclusive and some drinks you did have to pay for Drinks went till 11pm but bar closed at 11/30pm you had to pay for drinks from 11pm,, there was lots of choice from water, cocktails tea coffees etc, there is a lovely pool bar ,, the pool it’s self isn’t really that big about 45 beds but they went straight away in the mornings so I advise early morning get up and put towels on , then go do what you want , then come back as everyone was doing it by the end of the week .Entertainment what can I say just could do better sadly what we seen was just ok not good entertainment for a 4star hotel. Hotel restaurant was nipping clean , the food was just average it would of been a lot better if the food was cooked well but we had steak twice looked lovely but when cut it’s still had lots of blood could of took it back but the que was to long and other food would of got cold,, food was the same most days,, puddings were absolutely lovely so much choice , plenty of fruit and pastries wow ,the best meal of the day was bread full English breakfast, plus cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast , jams etc couldn’t fault the breakfast,, you can also have a drink with your meal, water, tea , coffee even a beer . The grounds to this hotel were very well kept , very impressive,, hotel does have a tennis court where folk were playing tennis , and hotel does have some activities in the day like yoga, darts, pool, shuffleboard etc if you wanted to join in , but your not pressured to do so.this hotel has a car park so if you hired a car it would be able to park in the grounds. The only really negative is the hotels lift tiny and we only ever seen one lift ,, so I can imagine the in high season it will be a complete nightmare . Oh forgot to say you can hire a pool towel for 10euro but you get it back at the end of your stay which saves you taking your own Palma nova was more busier than magaluf But on our last day13th both were very buzy We personally wouldn’t go back early April maybe last week of april

Room was very clean and tidy. The hotel as a whole was mainly clean, well looked after. I think the breakfast is average. The evening buffet was very repetitive. As a whole the buffet food was awful not really any choice, we decided to eat out most of the holiday. All inclusive for drinks doesn’t even start till 11am which was a massive let down. Most of the times you’d be waiting at the bar more than 15 minutes each time for a drink, as the bartender was always stood chatting with reception: I think the service in the restaurant and bar was poor. Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. We don’t think will will return again.

Have just returned from a birthday trip. The location of the hotel was above perfect, you are close to shops, restaurants, the beach. There was so many trips to choose from for a variety of ages. The rooms were very clean. The food was the only let down. We had paid for all inclusive but we felt it had the same food most nights and not much of variety of food if you don’t want the same dish each night. Apart from that we loved the stay and would recommend the hotel.

Me and my husband had our first abroad holiday with our baby here, it was absolutely perfect for us! The staff were all so lovely and accommodating to us and our little one. It’s a lovely small, friendly hotel. Food was great, with plenty on offer. Drinks selections for all inclusive guests was ample too. Rooms were immaculate and the beds were so comfortable! Hoping to make it back later in the year.

Dear Dreamer62164629626, Thank you very much for your stay and your valuable feedback about the FERGUS Bermudas. We are sorry to hear that the standards about our facilities fell below what our guests expect, especially for the impression given by the room type booked and assigned on this occasion, the unpleasant presence of ants, as well as for the meals selection offered in the restaurant for breakfast. We have taken good note of all your remarks and be assured we will do our best to improve our offering and prevent future occurrence. We certainly hope to welcome you back in the future giving us the opportunity to show you the improvements made in all areas of the hotel. Don't even think off going to this hotel at end of Season .OMG Food so bad cold cheep ingredients and no simple food for children i.e.: Chicken nuggets fish finger or no hot food at times when restaurants closed burgers chips hot dogs .Children Don't eat sandwiches and Croissants. Hotel and Staff 100% clean rooms and pool area although pool didn't open until 10.30 am closed with a rope around pool at 5 .30 pm not acceptable for children who may go for a nap in afternoon. Spoke with Jet 2 Rep regarding my concerns and yes she was on board with me and had said she knew who were genuine complaining and who weren't she put me in touch with the manger who I think was called the director he seemed to walk about all day with a phone to his ear avoiding people. He asked to speak with me I felt as if I was one of his employees in front of the desk which was unprofessional as I myself am a manager in hospitality and know what I am talking about he spoke over me saying there was hot food for 8 hours a day and there was show cooking no there wasn't I had asked the chef (who wasn't wearing a hat) what he was cooking on a hot plate that I couldn't see this was supposed to be show cooking he pointed to two plates fish and chicken don't think he even knew (He wasn't a chef) there was no joints all week only the last night for the special guests . I made a point of going to the restaurant each night but ended up having to spend money each night as the food didn't do it for me I'm sure your getting a bit bored here but on our last night there was some kind of a conference this went on all day with silly people dancing and screaming we had no background music all day and that evening guess who Was there to see it all off the great manager /Director properly to select best dressed prize for Halloween the food was completely improved that evening with carved meat and cakes we as holiday customers that paid £1,400 pounds was very much under valued have complained with jet 2 and have advise they don't give you any bookings after September as you are making a profit I'm sure you don't deserve. This is a genuine account of my experience I'm not being one of those people who complain just for the sake of it this has put me off all inclusive for the future. Barbara Gibson

Dear Barbara Gibson, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at our FERGUS Bermudas. It's disappointing to learn that you were unhappy with so many aspects of your stay. Please rest assured your comments and suggestions concerning the show cooking selection and meal options offered in the restaurant for both the adults and the children, the snacks variety available throughout the day, as well as about the impression given by the service provided by the end of the season have been shared with our Management for review and action. Your experience is certainly not the standard we usually provide and we apologise for any disappointment caused. We hope we have the opportunity of welcoming you back to the hotel in the near future to show you all the improvements made. Kind regards and best wishes, Susana Cuesta Customer Experience FERGUS BERMUDAS

Just back from a lovely week at this hotel , we only did bed and breakfast but we couldn’t fault the food choice at breakfast it was amazing . The room was lovely and spacious and cleaned daily . Hotel is on the doorstep of all the bars and restaurants . No rush for sunbeds around the pool as there are lots to go around , only downfall is they are very close together . Staff all work really hard and are extremely welcoming , would definitely return again .
