A very warm welcome despite the language barrier, a very very very clean place, the space of a large T3 with hotel comfort, cleaning done every day, by smiling, polite and efficient staff... A very pleasant swimming pool area and games with billiards, table football and darts outside.... In the heart of Palmanova seaside resort where nothing is missing, shopping, restaurant, nightclub, beach just crossing the street.. We feel safe with lots of cameras in the hotel and in the city... We’ll kept safe apartments opposite the sea. Alberto and Luis are friendly and efficient. The pool area is a sun trap. The new kitchens are more than you expect when self catering. The beds have spotless clean sheets. Wi-Fi and heating or air conditioning are included in the price .

By far the worst place I have ever stayed. Dirty, dated and staff are rude. From the front it’s all glitz where the owners have offices but one you get in the lift you could be convinced you’re in a different hotel.

Didnt stay in these apartments but stayed opposite in the Tropico Playa. The manager of the Marina likes to shout at people for no particular reason and when we got round to speaking to people staying at the Marina, they told us that the manager Alberto walked into their room without any notice and just stood and watched them on the balcony. Good job it was a bunch of lads just imagine if it was a group of girls which he had done this to!!!!
Whenever we went over to the Marina to boorow things from the people we knew there we were threatened with the police and for trespassing!!
If u want to be able to do your own thing ie: playing music n having fun do not go to this hotel as from our experience the manager will do everything in his power to stop you having fun!!!

My wife and I and friends booked a two bedroom Apartment each and stayed here from 24th May - 3rd June. Make sure if you catch a Taxi from the Airport to tell the driver it is next to the Tropico hotel & in the same road as the Delfin Playa hotel as a lot of taxis including some in Palma Nova are not sure where it is (costs 34 Euro from the Airport). As per our emailed confirmation at the time of booking which we were asked for our arrival time we were greeted by Solly the wife of the owner Alberto. All was sorted out in a few minutes and we all went off to our separate apartments, you are all in one block with four floors,two floors below the reception including the swimming pool area on the ground floor and two above. Our apartment on the third floor had everything you could wish for, a partial sea view with a large balcony all the kitchen equipment you would need toaster,kettle, microwave, large mugs, usual cutlery and even washing up liquid and drying up towels were in place. The two bedrooms were of a reasonable size and the beds were fairly comfortable all in all you could live in the apartment permanently if so desired. OK the furniture in the lounge area was a bit out dated but it was not to bad, you even have a brand new Flat screen Television with three English channels BBC1,BBC2 and CBBS. If you want a safe it is 8 Euro per week but 7 Euro will be refunded on return of the key at the end of your stay, we thought that was pretty good compared to many places we have stayed in in Majorca.The swimming pool is a good size for the amount of people who can stay at the apartments, also there is a free table tennis table with bats and balls and free pool table in the pool area. We met Alberto after an hour or so, he welcomed us and told us he and his wife would only be at the apartments for a few hours each day and if we needed anything or had a problem let him know and he would do his best to sort it out, all he asked was for everyone to respect the fact that other people including family's with young children were also using the apartments . I have read some reviews about these apartments and people having a problem with Alberto and his wife Solly, but all they are doing is trying to make sure everyone enjoys them selves and no idiots ruining it by running amok making a lot of noise when they are not there. Anyway all we can say including our friends is this is probably the best apartments we have stayed in in our 16 years of coming to Palma Nova and very reasonably priced . As for the 2 star rating it is only because the reception is not manned 24 hours a day, so enjoy the stay in lovely apartments as long as you respect the fact other people are staying there. Just a quick note if there are any disabled people looking to use these apartments the lift is not the biggest and there is a fairly big slope from both directions approaching these apartments. Thank you Alberto & Solly for a lovely stay we will return next year hopefully.

Just back from spending a week at the Marina Apartments in Palma Nova with 2 girlfriends, a wee break before winter sets in
We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor with a sea view, The apartment was spotless with a huge modern bathroom and a separate kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle etc. Needless to say we didn't use the oven, we were here to relax! Flat screen TV too in the lounge.
Our balcony got the sun all day, sheer luck!
At first glance we thought the pool was tiny but we had it to ourselves everyday so it was ideal. (Except when we were joined by three lovely people from Poole, Terry, Pam and Tony.....what a laugh you were, so enjoyed your company)
Very quiet apartments yet only down the hill and you were at the beach, the shops and along to the left at the bottom of the hill were lots of restaurants to choose from.
The owner Alberto met us to welcome us and give us our keys etc and his son Alberto was at the apartments nearly every day. Really pleasant and polite and always ready to help with any query or problem.
All in all fabulous apartments for what we paid, Had no complaints whatsoever. Hopefully we will be back next year.

These apartments are rated 2 star but I would def put them well above average. They are so clean and spacious. Alberto and his wife couldnt be any more helpful. They were really great. Nothing was every too much bother for them. The only thing I would say is that the pool was quite dangerous for young children as it sloped down really quickly going from shallow end to deep end. Its about a 6 minute walk from the beach with lots of amenities on the doorstep. Would def recommend.

The location was very good,very near to the beach,restuarants&bars,albeit the road back up to the apartments was a bit hilly.The bar we used the most was called Castaways. The drinks were good value,only 2 euro 10cents for 2 pints !! of beer & 2,20 for a coffee & a large brandy.The apartment was a good size & clean but the furniture was dated & more colourful bedding would have brightened up the place.All the rooms have some sort of view.ours was room 22 which overlooked the small pool(opens 16th May) but the balcony will be overlooked by the next hotel. As it was when we where there the hotel was closed.There is car parking space outside the apartments.We didn't hire a car this time but used Resorthoppa shuttle bus transfer which were very good. The owners Alberto & Solly were on hand to answer any queries & they did ensure that any noise was kept to a minium.The apartments were nothing fancy but we would use them again.

We've just returned from another lovely stay at the Marina apartments. The apartments are basic but clean. The living room has sofa, table and 4 chairs, dresser and flat screen TV. There is a balcony off the living room with table, chairs and clothes drier. The two bedrooms have twin beds, dressing table, fitted wardrobes with safe inside. The kitchen has fridge freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. I can't comment on the cooking facilities as we didn't use them. The pool isn't child friendly as it is quite deep, but the apartments are near the beach (down hill and across the road). There is a pool table and table tennis and plenty of sunbeds. There is free wifi. The apartments are central with lots of restaurants close at hand. Alberto senior and Alberto junior are very friendly and helpful and even recommended a restaurant when asked. We are always very pleased to see them and always enjoy our stay here.

At the moment the forniture (including our beloved green kitchens) remains the same, at least for 2 years more. Me and my family have done a great effort to expand and renovate the hall and the front of our building. As soon as we finish all the details remaining in the parking area I will upgrade the photos. But I want you to know we want to change the forniture as soon as we can.

The apartment is a few minutes walk from the beech, if you were thinking of bed and breakfast they do not do breakfast as it is self catering, email the owner for prices
