Stayed for 5 nights at Naika Apartments one bedroom. Basic but spotlessly clean with good kitchenette, kettle toaster fridge and microwave. Fabulous shower hot and good pressure. Maid visited every 2 days with fresh towels. We had no Apt. 4 as requested with delightful outside patio and seating. Wifi worked well in and outside apartment. Greeting at parent Gabarda hotel was friendly and very helpful, staff were all very nice and a credit to the complex. bar, hot food and small pool available to us. Location was superb, 5 minutes to town and seafront.
Would highly recommend as a great base to enjoy a short break in Mallorca.

I stay in Naika studios for two nights after staying 7 nights in Martinez apartments and i must say that Martinez apartments are better choice. They are equipped with same thing as Martinez but the Martinez are more specious with two rooms and here in Naika is just one room together with the kitchen. No pool in Naika. The only thing that Naika has and Martinez doesn't is the TV but it has just 5-6 channels. If i have to choose between Naika and Martinez i will choose Martinez without thinking.
I can not compare Martinez and Naika with Gabarda hotel because i didn't spend night in Gabarda.

We booked this for a last minute break after finding it on Booking.com
The pictures advertised are nothing like reality, it is grim. We stayed in the room for 5 minutes and left to find alternative accommodation. The owners are rude and trying to get a refund was a joke. This accommodation would suit a couple of teenage boys on a drunken weekend away.

Just spend a week at Naika, great budget option for staying in Palmanova. Lo cated only a few mins walk from the beach.

Reception, breakfast, pool and bar at the hotel aprox 2 mins walk away. Ladies on reception very helpful on everything.

I booked the Naika Appartments through Thomas Cook for myself and a group of 14 woman for my best friends hen weekend. We were looking for something that was good value, close to the beach and close enough for some night life without being too noisy. Naika Appartments were perfect for this. We had 4 rooms, 1 of which was newly refurbished and along with one other room, had air conditioning. This was a bonus that we had not been expecting. The other 2 rooms unfortunately did not have air con but had ceiling fans and we were able to hire additional fans for a few euros. The Appartments were basic but kept very clean and Appartments 4 & 5 had an outdoor area with tables and chairs to sit out on. The security staff from the main Hotel Gabardo (a few blocks away-about a minutes walk) escorted us to the building and did this most nights after we had been in the Hotel Gabardo bar. The area is actually really quite but the beach, restaurants and a Lidl are only 5 minute walk away.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Adele and her colleague (whose name I can't remember-sorry!). They were able to recommend restaurants and help with transfers etc. The Hotel Gabardo does AMAZING breakfasts for €3, with lots of choice and really good quality items. The waitress must be the loveliest and most hard working waitress on the island! It's very reasonable to get drinks and snacks there too at all hours, we ended most nights out there.
As I mentioned, it is basic but is good value for the price. I believe that the rest of the rooms are going to be renovated soon, which will improve it a lot.

These apartments are a short walk from the hotel you have to check in & sadly they do not have a pool however the hotel up the road does. The only issue is the hotel is right by a main road. The rooms were cleaned every other day, and there were no issues with dirt. Short walk to local supermarket, Beach and restaurants.

The hotel was very clean on arrival and the reception staff are very friendly. Tanya and Adele really make the place. They are so friendly and helpful. You really couldn't ask for nicer people. The bar staff are also friendly and make you feel very comfortable. There is an outside area and a pool. The pool is not heated but lovely to get into on a hot day. If you need a beach towel or lilo check with Tanya or Adele as they can sometimes provide these if guests have left them behind.

We stayed in the Naika apartments. This is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The apartments are basic but if you only want somewhere to stay and shower then they do the job. There is a kitchen area with a hob but no oven so not really somewhere you would be cooking. But who wants to on holiday anyway:) There is a flat screen tv on the wall and free wifi in the room and hotel.

The breakfast at the hotel is lovely. You collect a voucher at reception then the waitress will come to you and you with a menu. If you are bed and breakfast you must still buy your drinks at the bar.

The walk to the beach is 5 minutes. You can go a couple of different ways.

In all this was a very reasonably priced holiday and it provided what we needed for a nice week away.

Quiet clean apartment with balconey in the shade. I enjoyed my weeks stay here 10-17 May 2015.
It is managed by the hotel Garbarda down the road where you can call in for a great breakfast if you wish.
Lovely staff very helpful and friendly.

Do you have to pay a deposit on arrival ?
Answer from helen h

no deposit, but don't forget the new Spanish tourist tax. every hotel has to charge it by law now and it is paid at check in. it's not much, about a euro or so a night per person.
