Great family Aparthotel, great location in Palmanova, close to beaches (2 min walk), bars, restaurants and shops. Also a short walk into the lively area of Magaluf. Clean, friendly, 24hr Reception, air-con in all rooms, safe included in room. Bar, Pool Bar, lovely Pool and Large Sun Terrace area, Restaurant, Lounge Area and a small but good Arcade area, small 24 hour shop for essentials. Just 30 mins drive from Airport and 15 mins to the Centre of Palma, which is a thriving modern Town/City.
We arrive in October late at night, the staff was absolutly amazing helping us with forms, showing around etc because i was on the wcheelchair they moved us to ground apartment which was fantastic, one phone call and they sorted out for us this room. During the day is always something to do on the pool side like water bingo and lots of other enterteinment for kids and adults. At the evening there is a kids disco, and every day different entertainment for adults so defe nobody will be boring. Staff amazing can do enough for you, very helpfull. We stayed SC but eat every day at pool bar food is amazing and fantastic drinks is well. Apartment very clean and large, very comfortable beds. We are comback this year again this time for 10 days. Cant wait till October to meet the staff and enjoy my holiday.…
Visited for the fourth time in mid-September to be greeted by a friendly and helpful member of staff on the check-in desk. Arrived before mid-day so the room wasn't quite ready, but we were prepared for this and had a nice snack and drinks at the pool bar by which time we had access to our room. As expected, the room was clean and tidy and was kept this way all week by the excellent cleaning staff. One slight drawback is that we were in room 9 on the front of the hotel with a limited view, largely because of two large satellite dishes on the roof outside. Didn't really matter, that's the luck of the draw and we used the room as a base only. Didn't use the restaurant so no comment, but the pool bar has nice food. The location is excellent, close to the beach, the shops and the bars. I'd advise against this hotel if you have mobility issues as there are no lifts and a lot of steps and stairways. This is unavoidable due to the way that the hotel is built on a steadily rising incline but if you're aware of this before booking no problem.…
This was our second visit to the Aparthotel Aquasol. The hotel is wonderful, clean, with very good services, kind staff, especially David on reception and amazing food. Rooms are clean and spacious. It's located a few minutes walk to Palmanova Beach. We will come back with great love.
Accommodation was immaculately clean. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was well organised and tasty. Eating area clean and welcoming. We would definitely go back and stay here. I have to also say a special thanks to the very helpful and friendly staff on reception who were not phased by many questions about local area and public transport.
Stayed for a week in 2 apartments with family. The first thing I must say is that there is no lift and being as we were on the top floor it was very tricky getting suitcases up there. However, the apartments were basic but clean and spacious. Kitchen fully kitted out and clean. We had a problem with a TV not workng and this was replaced quickly. Staff very helpful, entertainment staff so hard working, as are the cleaning staff. We didnt eat here so cannot lgive an opinion on the food. We had a very pleasant stay. The main problem we had was the huge amount of Mosquitos in the resort. We were all bitten to pieces! I read that there is a particular problem with them this Autumn, so make sure you pack some cream to treat them!
Clean hotel with friendly staff , close to beach and local pubs / restaurants. It's not biggest hotel but with charming and relaxing atmosphere. Definitely will use again if only find spare time and money 🤣.
The hotel was very clean and apartments were provided with fresh bedding, towels and toilet rolls every second day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We never ate there so can't comment on the food/restaurant. Bit disappointing the pool bar closed around 4pm, but we were able to use the indoor bar. The pool itself closed before 7pm, although to be fair we were there at the end of September/beginning of October. Showers were great and plenty of storage space in the apartments. Handy shop beside reception area. I definitely would not recommend this hotel for wheelchair users or people with mobility issues, due to the fact the ramps outside were closed and there are a lot of steps leading to all apartments, unless you are on the ground floor obviously. Steps up to the apartments from the pool area also. Unfortunately, we had quite a loud family who moved in below us who kept us awake at night. The entertainment was okay - kids would probably appreciate more than adults. It was very quiet when we were there, but the entertainment staff still worked hard and my autistic son really loved the Abba tribute lady (he never left the dance floor) and kareoke night. The gardens at the hotel are lovely and well maintained. The beach and bars/restaurants are very near to this hotel.…
Arrived just after midnight with a issue with our TUI prepaid top up card, admittedly the providers fault! However the reception guy (Spanish) shown no care, especially after a long flight, transfer and said we needed to pay the tourism tax €46 and wouldn’t even give us the grace period of tomorrow until TUI was opened to get it sorted! We got it sorted the next day but because your receptionist was abrupt and was demanding it was paid we put it on a overdraft credit card, thanks for the not so understanding situation! Rooms were not left clean, floors are never mopped, you get out the shower to put your socks on to find you feet are dirty! Bar manager came up to us whilst we were sat down and said the bar is open, I think he was implying because we had our own can from the shop, why don’t you politely just say the reason! Very rude! We weren’t told they had no lift to our apartment and I have ME so carrying my suitcase two flights was a struggle! I asked could I keep my room on because I struggle to get up in the mornings because of my health as we were getting picked up at 9pm, David said yes of course you can as no one is coming in your room next as they were not busy, I thought this was lovely then said but you need to pay us €30. It’s so commercialised! Our other hotel which we couldn’t get in this time would of just let us stay on with no charge. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay again because there is no personal service which the smaller hotel have and go over and beyond of which we like…
Visited Palmanova 20 years ago so the wife and I decided to return. Hotel is central to all bars and restaurants and a short walk to both central and south beach. Service was great with good staff who were very kind. Room was clean with fresh linen and towels on a regular basis. The air con was fab and well needed at times because it was quite humid and very hot. The downside, there are a number of large palm trees which shade large areas of pool side in the afternoon and you find yourself having to move locations. The other problem is stag and hen parties. Although most of them were well behaved, some of them were definately not and the language at pool side in front of young children was appauling at times and on one occasion a full chair was thrown in the pool where children were swimming. The hotel needs to address this problem in the future because it cannot be a family favourite hotel and stag/hen party location at the same time, the two do not sit well together.…
