Hotel's Favorite
I went to this hotel for a time away after a bereavement. I stayed 10 days AI I can’t fault the hotel the room was spotless and cleaned daily fresh towels whenever you needed The beds were large and comfortable. . Shower was large and enough storage for both clothes . The food was plentiful can sometimes repeat but was always something to eat the desserts were amazing . There were 3 pools one pool for all swimmers one child pool and another splash pool with slides etc . The main pool was very busy . There are loads of sun beds but people still que to get a bed the door to pool is locked until 8 am but no need to que as I never found it hard to get a space where I wanted especially when down at the splash pool as no families used it maybe as it was away from the bar . There was the usual activities during day water polo etc and mini disco at night with sime other good outside entertainers coming in Magician was amazing . The staff at the hotel were very friendly and obliging have no complaints . All in all I had a fantastic stay at the hotel and would return would benefit from an adult only area ( pool) if ever extending .

My husband and I went to the Aluasun Torrenova for 4 nights, and I can’t fault it. From the very friendly guy at reception who was brilliant and had our room ready before the allocated check in time with all my requests I had asked for. The room was lovely with a view of the main pool. They had even put a bottle of bubbly there for my birthday. There food was plentiful in the AI and there was always something to choose from (I’m quite a fussy eater) The drinks in the AI were great too. Will definitely return again.

Stayed at this hotel in October. Booked through On the Beach as a last minute deal. Price was really cheap so was a bit sceptical however reviews on here seemed to be really good. Arrived at the hotel in the afternoon. Check in was quick and easy. My room was on the third floor. The rooms are decorated nicely and are modern, however they are tiny. Our view was off the road outside which we were a bit disappointed at first, however we quickly discovered that we were on the better side as the pool side is extremely loud. The hotel is very small. The hotel has one medium size pool and a small paddling pool. The hotel is aimed at families, and even at the end of October there was a lot of children. The clientele of the hotel are very loud people to put it nicely. I would say this hotel is not aimed at couples. There is WiFi at the hotel at an additional cost. For a 4 start hotel you would of thought that they would at least provide some free WiFi in the lobby area. The snack bar and pool bar are very basic. The drinks are also watered down. The all inclusive buffet is adequate. It is not inedible, however it is basic and repetitive. Also you have to pay for things such as Rose wine which I found strange in an all inclusive. The area of the hotel itself is nice. There are lots of bars and restaurants near by. It is also a 5 minute walk to the beach. If I was going to come back to this area I would definitely stay in one of the nicer hotels in a bed and breakfast basis!! Although the hotel isn’t awful, it is definitely not amazing. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel, however I would recommend to families on a budget.

The lovely place and food good. Very noisy with kids screaming and parent not giving a crap so not ideal if ur looking for a quiet get-away. Asked for a move as we were on the 1st floor right above where they have disco/music was but told it was sold out so we couldn't be moved, which was a lie. Catered great for kids, with entertainment and activities for them every day and family recommended but certainly wouldn't go back

Friendly staff. Lovely food. Clean rooms. I don’t have a negative thing to say other than it is located up a hill. So if you do book you will enjoy the inside of the hotel but to go to the beach a lot you will have to trek up and down the hill. We had a 6 month old with us and it did seem like a chore to go on walks. I would book again if it weren’t for the hill. I have stayed across the road in Hawaii too and that was brilliant aswell, a bit lower down the hill. I paid £1100 for 2a1c all inclusive for the Torrenova for a week so it was great value.
