Me and and son stayed in room 1347 arrived 20/10/2013. We arrived late due to flight and was welcomed by the man on reception, polite and although I had an issue with room he sorted it straight away at nearly midnight! The rest of the week regards the staff… wow, they never stop, they’re in the morning and still serving you at night. What i experienced in our 7 day stay.. all staff in all departments were polite, worked hard, kept the whole place clean, from the room, corridors, restaurants ( tables always cleaned and plates never left) the bar and pool areas. Snack bar was great food and the person was always friendly, restaurant for me gave great food and again all staff lovely and friendly. Bars and entertainment staff great again. It’s a family hotel and kept kids entertained till late, adult entertainment started late but end of day we on holiday( I was with my 16 year old so had to wait for adult entertainment) bad points, room walls thin can here conversations next doors or above etc… and parts of room tired but it was end of season. Great location to palma nova and for buses to palma. I will definitely be back due to staff, cleanliness and vibe. Was a great holiday. Tourism tax, if you do your homework you know before you book, towels were a deposit but you get back and can change for new which is great. Room safe was £23 for the week but you get back £5, great for keeping all valuables. As for all inclusive… the price you pay makes up for it … and is very open and what it includes, the bar prices with all inclusive are very cheap! And great measures!! Overall I will be back and couldn’t fault it . Thanks for a great holiday …

Superb hotel and excellent staff. Hotel sits at the top of a hill which could be troublesome for people with mobility issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate booking again. We went all inclusive, the choice from breakfast through to dinner and even the snack bar was plentiful.

Great food always a good selection at all meals, hotel is clean all staff are friendly and work hard, the staff on reception very helpfull, decent entertainment on in the evenings, drinks all ok beer good, spirits good, snack bar serves good food through the day. The hotel is at the top of an Incline I managed it twice a day and I have back problems but dont use socks etc, the hotel is not too far from palma nova beach front which has nice bars. There are previous negative reviews of this hotel those reviewers must have been to another hotel. Could not fault it.

Excellent hotel food, cleanliness ,reception staff and entertainment staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday,yes there is a hill to get beach but not too bad 😉 we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone,we went as a couple but we really felt well looked after lots of children of all ages but thanks to Excellent entertainment they were kept busy and it was great to hear them singing and getting awards for joining in ,I even won a certificate for rifle shooting. We had fun and were certainly well fed in the dinning room. Full marks all round for all those working at this hotel and for lovely hotel swimming pools etc. Highly recommended.

Great stay at a great child friendly hotel. All of the staff were so welcoming and happy, especially the restaurant staff with my two young children. Warm welcome when we arrived at reception and they'd cleaned one of our rooms early so we had somewhere to take our bags on arrival. We then were able to get food straight away after travelling. 3 great pools on different levels to choose from. All pretty cold but fine once in, my girls loved the splash pool with the slides, and the paddling pool was perfect for them. Lots of sunbeds and space around the pools, and also a little play park outside. The pool bar was so handy for lunch but also nice to have the option of the buffet inside - tables and outside were always cleaned so efficiently. Food was lovely, always a nice selection and my two loved the novelty of choosing their own food. We went all inclusive which was ideal for the food with little ones, but be aware of the alcohol regulations- only beer and wine at meals. Surprised at the lack of ice creams at the pool bar too but everything was available inside. The hotel is on a hill and it is fairly steep to get down to Palma Nova beach and shops etc but doable with a pram. The sandy beach is lovely and has play parks scattered around, as well as the usual bars, shops etc. Very child friendly resort. Sun loungers on the beach were €4.50 plus the same for a parasol. The roads nearby are a one way system so not too busy and hardly any road noise at night. Located very close to Magaluf strip which may be an issue in high season, but no bother for us at the end of October. Magaluf beach is really lovely and only about 10 minute walk. You can however hear everything inside- people in corridors, noise upstairs and next door etc but nothing too disruptive- depending on neighbors! Rooms also fairly small. The family room we had for 4 was the same size as another room booked for part of our party- for just two of them. The only difference was a travel cot was added to our room so we were tripping over each other a little- that said not much time was spent in the room. We also had shower issues, it would start fine and then just randomly cut out and stop whilst in use. Air con fine in the room and a fridge available. Safe also in the room but wasn't used by us. Small gym and arcade downstairs, also a laundry room too. The one major issue was the door to the room- my 4 year old was able to open it and let herself out in the night- no idea how we didn't wake. Very frightening and luckily she'd found her way to the other room in our party down the corridor. But I'm surprised there's not a higher lock/ catch on the door. Other guests were friendly and all the children enjoyed playing together which was nice to see. The people made it the holiday it was. The entertainment team were great too and lots to do, however the kiddie disco was too late in the evening for my girls unfortunately. Overall a great holiday and we loved the hotel. Not far from the airport which was another bonus. Something for everyone and we all enjoyed our time at Aluasun Torrenova, thank you! …

We have been going to the Aluasun Torrenova for as long as I can remember. My children were very young when we first came there. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and they remember us every time we visit. Special mention to Jose and Toni on reception, Thomas, Sonia, Carmen and meeting Pedro for the first time all bar staff and not forgetting Sally the entertainer who has been entertaining at the hotel for many years. Everyone always makes us feel welcome.

I stayed here with my partner for six days and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel has a stunning reception, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were all really friendly and made us feel really welcome! Only small points were that the pool was a little chilly lol! And the food could’ve had a little more variety especially at breakfast. But these are small points and everything else was amazing! Would recommend staying here to anyone.

Well what can I say? We have just had the best 5 days at Aluasun Torrenova - We honestly couldn't fault a thing. Firstly I would like to mention how incredible the entertainment team are. Sally, Jiri and Paola work so hard and you can see how much they truly love what they do. The highlight of my 3 year olds holiday was the arts and crafts every morning and mini disco every night! Thank you to all 3 ladies for making Alanna feel so special with her certificates and gold medal! Next I would like to mention the reception staff who greeted us with a lovely welcome upon our arrival and were there to help with any questions we had day or night. This is the first time we have gone all inclusive and we were not disappointed and certainly got our moneys worth. The selection of food throughout the day/week was outstanding and there was always plenty to choose from! The hotel as a whole was clean, with lovely modern rooms. We loved the fact that there are 3 pools to choose from to ensure all ages are catered for. The cleaners were very friendly and always greeted us in the mornings. I have never known a hotel that has so many activities to offer throughout the day (and not just for the kids! We loved getting involved in the games too). On a few occasions we took a walk in to Magaluf, which was only a short 10 minute walk away (the hotel is on a hill, but even with a pushchair this was not an issue!) Thank you Aluasun Torrenova! - We are already looking at booking again next year (providing Sally, Jiri and Paola will be there 😉) …

We had the best holiday ever here. The hotel was lovely and clean. The staff including reception, restaurant, bar and even cleaners all acknowledged you and cheerful. The food choice was exceptional and delicious. Entertainment for children looked great, although we spent the warm evening outside by the pool. Near to gorgeous Palma Nova beach. To be aware there is a small hill to climb if you find this difficult. We arrived late and we had been saved a cold platter. A couple were sat next to us and said this was their return visit to the hotel. Always a good sign! We would definitely return and have honestly both had the best week.
