Main positives… Beautiful hotel, clean modern deco, the place it’s self is definitely 5star. The rooms are compact but nice with everything you need including a coffee machine. Only negative is that their isn’t an actual bathroom, it’s sectioned off… shower is big and powerful toilet tiny and yes unfortunately it has a frosted glass door so not much privacy. Food was amazing defo the best breakfast buffet I have ever had. About 10 different fresh yogurts, detox drinks, fruit, breads, cheeses and amazing hot options with all kinds of eggs as well as an omelette station. Evening meal equally as good. They had themed nights which were great especially the Chinese. They had different fresh meats and fish every night that they cooked fresh. Every night they also had pizza and pastas. Great deserts. Outside eating area was lovely. The staff were very helpful polite and always on hand. Location was great straight onto the beach. And a short stroll along the front with loads of nice bars. The only negatives… The pool was freezing I think I was the only person to swim. I know it was October but it was seriously cold. Their was a beautiful pool on the roof but had only a few beds so could never get a space here. This hotel is definitely on the border of magaluf I would say more magaluf than palma nova. Which wasn’t a problem out of season and isn’t right beside busy bars however wondered how it would be peak season. We would definitely return here you won’t be disappointed.

Just returned from a 6 night stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Buffet food at breakfast and dinner was delicious and varied with something to suit everyone. Fish and meat was cooked to order in front of you at the grill section. Fresh omelettes and eggs made for you at breakfast if you fancy them. Full English, pastries, continental. The choice was great! Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I can’t fault them at all! My only 2 comments would be that the rooms are slightly small (lots of furniture and lack of space for cases) and the pool was really cold. You have to chase the sun around the pool area as it gets a lot of shade from the building, but not an issue as the beach is only 30 seconds away with full sun all day. (Sun beds on the beach were €7.50 each for a full day I think) I would 100% return to this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at the Fergus Tobago 10th-15th October. The room was lovely, a little on the small side but that didn't bother us at all. Omg the bed!!! one of the comfiest I've slept in and the view from our balcony was just beautiful. The staff were so helpful making recommendations for restaurants and even made dinner reservations for us. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and cake for my partners birthday and the same again for our anniversary. The hotel pool didn't seem to catch much sun so we spent our days across the road at the beach. 2beds and a parasol cost €13.50 which isn't too bad. The sky bar upstairs had wonderful views across the cove and was so pretty at night. Cocktails up there were great at €8 and they definitely don't scrimp on measures. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and we definitely wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

We've travelled to many destinations and we can honestly say that this was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. We opted for half board (we never do this as enjoy eating out, but thought a number of places may be closed - and they were) but he food and offering was superb - everything you can think of with so much cooked to order at the fish/meat station - we ate here every night - a la carte one night (which was free with our Jet2 booking) - again faultless and great service too. Champagne breakfasts on offer every morning and staff were all fantastic, especially Stephania and Christina who are a real asset to Tobago. Sea view room was lovely and worth the extra. Plenty storage, great shower and cosy. My only gripe would be that in a 5 star hotel I'd expect a double bed and not 2 singles pushed together - that said they were so comfy! Pool area was lovely and quiet with comfy beds and towels provided. Literally across the road from beach and restaurants and the other direction takes you to the Magaluff side. Worth the walk in either direction to Santa Ponsa and Portals - just follow the cycle paths. Half hour bus service to Palma - 4.50 euros single. One bus took cash but return was contactless - just tap when you go on and tap when you come off. All in all a fab hotel which I would highly recommend. Just wish this brand was worldwide!

Absolutely loved the hotel . The staff are wonderful. Not one cross face during our stay, everyone happy to help and pleasant. The food was delicious varied and plentiful. The room was modern and comfortable, even early in the morning check out was event free and with a smile. Location was great and surprisingly quiet considering. And the price of the package was reasonable too. Amazingly well done to whoever is managing this chain We will be back ❤️
