This was a lovely hotel with great facilities and was ideal for me and my boyfriend for a week away. The breakfasts were varied and all the pool snacks tasted like they were made with good quality ingredients. The staff were helpful and attentive and the hotel was spotlessly clean.

Absolutely glorious 5 days! The weather was 28 degrees, and this location was stunning. We woke up early every day and ran across the bay and back for sunrise, approx 4.5k run. This hotel is clean and modern, and the staff cannot do enough for you. The surrounding beaches are so clean and well kept, and there is so much to do and explore. It was my Birthday whilst we were away and I came back to my room to a complimentary bottle of fizz and desert. Cannot recommend this hotel and location enough. Thank you!

Loved this hotel. Really caring staff, everyone was happy, helpful and nothing was a chore to them. Rooms were nicely decorated, very comfy and tastefully furnished. The restaurant was great and the food was varied and very good quality. Only thing to be mindful of was that the pool area is shady in the morning...this will probably be less so as summer arrives. We had a terrace room which was great for afternoon sunbathing. Looked at upgrading for the Jacuzzi suites but didn't feel it was any better in April. In the summer it would probably be worth it.

This is a beautiful hotel, with very caring and friendly staff throughout. We loved our room, really comfortable bed and pillows, dressing gown, slippers, large balcony with sunbeds, faces the pool and side sea view, this was perfect to wake up to. The room was spotless and the cleaners were lovely. We didn't have any noise here, apart from the neighbours on the balcony scraping their chairs early every morning. We slept with our door open because the air con in Spain can't be switched on by law until 27° outside, this wasn't an issue for us, luckily didn't get bitten, but neighbours smoke wafted in every morning around 7am, so that's when we closed the door. This is a non smoking hotel, apart from your balcony. The pools were lovely, freezing but lovely. They closed the downstairs pool at 3pm for first 3 days because of staff shortage, my husband went in anyway, but was then told off by the barman, not 5* behaviour. The downstairs pool was mainly in the shade until lunchtime and the sky bar didn't open until 11am. However, this is the perfect time to cross the road to the gorgeous beach, and chill, it's beautiful. The Sky bar lacked a little atmosphere, no music at either pool in the hotel. I had my speaker with me and was asked by most people to turn it up. It was my husbands birthday while we were there and he received some sparkling wine and a fruit platter, which was really lovely. The manager was so hard working, she was there when we passed her office in the morning, to when we went to bed some nights. She was so very friendly and spoke to most of the guests. We were B&B a wee like to go out in the evenings. The breakfast was one of the best in any hotel we've stayed in, in the last 40 years. Lots of choice, fresh cooked options, and great chefs and servers. I've given this 5* because of all the reasons above, we had a great time and we will definitely return. However, in our opinion, this is not a 5* hotel. On arrival we were welcomed and our bags taken and later delivered to the room, whilst waiting for the room, we were told to get a complimentary drink from the bar. We ordered 2 beers and were charged €11, apparently it was tea/coffee or juice that was complimentary. It states toiletries in the brochure, but in the shower, it was shampoo and conditioner, no shower gel, shower caps etc. The gym was very frustrating, there actuality isn't one! There is an outside bench with some free weights, that's it! But having given this minus points, we will definitely return. I have mobility issues, but that wasn't a problem here. There was a ramp and lifts and the hotel is at the bottom of a hill. Thank you for a much needed break Fergus Style Tobago.

I visited the Fergus Tobago for just two nights on a business trip. Having left London in a hurry, I realised that I had forgotten a couple of items and needed pressing done quite urgently. Aylin was amazing and really helped me get settled. They pressed all of my items free of charge and one of the managers lent me her personal phone charging cable for my stay as that is one of the items I had forgotten. The service from all staff was exceptional, but particularly the interactions I had with Aylin. The hotel itself was nice, clean, good location and had a great sea view. I can't recommend it enough if you are visiting this area. A big thank you to you and your team Aylin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and could not recommend enough!! We came for a four day break and were blown away with the location and facilities of this hotel. 💯 BEST BUFFET EVER - honestly the best hotel buffet food we have ever had. We opted for half board (breakfast & dinner) and every night it was delicious. Breakfasts had a massive selection. During breakfast and evening there was options to have food cooked fresh. Mornings, omelettes and evenings a selection of meat/fish and also a pasta station, which I loved. The staff preparing the food were all excellent. The location of this hotel is ideal!!! 1 minute walk away from the beach, there’s even a short cut through the hotel pool which takes you onto the promenade. There’s a sky bar on the 8th floor which is beautiful. There’s beds to hire which are 75€ including 6 soft drinks/beers and 2 snacks. However we didn’t want that, the bed alone was 15€ however we weren’t charged for this. On the promenade there’s a range of bars and restaurants. Theres so many other options behind. There’s 3 beaches very close by, all which are fabulous, lovely sand and relaxed. Beds on the beaches are 6.50€ to hire for a day. This hotel is also only 10 minute walk from Magaluf. We rented a car at the airport for £250 for the 4 days and would definitely recommend doing this, we managed to visit lots of different places on the island during the morning. The weather didn’t tend to pick up until 1-2pm. And then we’d go by the pool or beach. With visiting in April, the air con in the hotel was not turned on. That was the only downfall, however the hotel put a fan in our room. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough, and we will 1000000% be back. THANK YOU ♥️

A nice hotel in a noisy spot during the night. Food excellent, rooms very small but functional. Staff great and friendly. Issues with this hotel are annoying, air conditioning not switched on by hotel despite rooms reaching 28 degrees C. Extraction in toilet completely dead . Pool on ground floor closed some days due to being told there were staff shortages. Due to the high heat in the room resulting in balcony door having to be left open and allowing all the street noise in and massive mosquitoes that stung us sadly. Magaluf is minutes away so the street noise is excessive with partygoers. Apart from these issues we did have a nice time. Fix the AIRCON politics and make sure the extraction works in the toilets, this would surely improve results no end.

Our stay was so relaxing and the standers of service and cleanliness is excellent. It's in prime location within distance of bars, restaurants, shops and beach. I cannot fault this hotel. Our room was cleaned daily and cleaners so friendly. The pillows are the best I slept on. With an extra touch of dressing gown and slippers provided 😊. Food and drinks were tasty. The manager walked round and helped on the desk which is nice to see. She was very friendly, smartly dressed and had a warm feeling to her so easy to approach. All staff are credit to this hotel and you can see they enjoy working there. Cannot forget the Skybar, views are breathtaking. Highly recommend this 5* hotel 🏨

The hotel is clean, fresh and modern and supported by a team of passionate and friendly staff. Food is good too as is the location and proximity to everything. We have booked again, albeit the only thing stopping us giving a 5 star review was the fact air conditioning was turned off and room was 28 alongside having to eat out one night as it was fish night… literally 99% was fish product or veal which we do not eat.

We stayed at the Fergus Style Tobago in October 2023. It is a beautiful hotel and everywhere was very clean and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a room with a balcony looking out over the beach with gorgeous views. We stayed half board and the food was amazing. I am coeliac, so have to eat gluten free food. I was so well catered for and they couldn’t do enough to accommodate my special diet. A chef would take me along the counters each night and explain which dishes I could eat and they always offered to fry some chips separately if needed, along with offering to cook gluten free pizza or pasta for me. Some dishes were repeated, which was fine for us, but there was still plenty of choice. Meat and fish cooked to order, pasta, pizza, salad, amongst other dishes. The location was perfect for us, just a very short walk across the road to the beach and lots of bars and places to eat around the bay. It was a bit too cool to try the pool, but we did sit around the pool. Like others have said, the sun comes round in the afternoon. Only a couple of small negatives: 1 - There wasn’t much wardrobe/clothes storage space. 2 - The Bali beds available to hire at €50 per day, were a bit overpriced in my opinion and empty most of the time (although it was the end of season). I think if they were, say €25, they would bring in so much more money. These last two points won’t stop us from returning and we hope to be back very soon - would definitely recommend this hotel.
