The Globales Palmanova Palace is often commended for its spotless cleanliness and amicable staff, while it falls short in providing vibrant entertainment. Although the rooms are recognized for their tidiness and size, they are also criticized for being outdated and occasionally noisy. Guests have called out the convenient location, mere minutes from the beach and attractions.
However, the hotel's value proposition receives mixed reviews, with some dissatisfaction over food quality and hidden costs. The service quality is varied, with praise for the staff's friendliness but also reports of slow and unprofessional service.

Detailed Reviews
We have just returned from a 9 night stay at this hotel (5 adults, 17 year old and a 12 year old) and had a good holiday for what we paid. Firstly, the hotel is spotlessly clean with people making a real effort in keeping communal areas clean. Hand sanitizer everywhere even in the lifts. The staff are very friendly and the hotel animation team doing their best with what they are given to work with. The pool is small and you always seem to be chasing the sun given the hotel is on three sides and a rock face to the other. The location is quiet and a short 5 minute stroll to the nearest beach going past golf Fantasia which is great for all ages. The food in the hotel is mixed. The breakfast, lunch and snacks are the same as most all inclusive but the evening meals were disappointing for us. We found if you weren’t their dead on opening time for evening meal you got what was left with no replenishing. The lasagna ran out so they brought out mixed coloured pasta in a tomato sauce which was cold. When the soup was empty it stayed empty. This made us eat out in resort for evening meals which yes, this was our choice. There was also only one bar that was open which was indoors. I feel the pool bar should have been open as it’s outdoors which we are all encouraged to do. ATM machine was out of order for the duration of the stay. Like I said, given what we paid, it was a good base with excellent staff and spotlessly clean.

Just returned from a 7 night stay here
Plus points
Lovely hotel, staff all very friendly, great location, 5 mins if even that to the beach, shops etc, very clean throughout, room maids did a fab job
Negatives
Pool area not great, but always loungers, pool small however and due to location of buildings etc only get sun half a day, obviously not something that can be helped just be aware if a sun worshipper, pool area cleaned everyday, we looked over the pool so I can 100% say we seen how well they did this every morning
Food not great, we are not by any means fussy with food and know what to expect with this type of hotel, cold foods such as salads, cheese, breads etc all very good, great selection throughout and do cater for all nationalities, literally caters for all needs, however the warm food, is not good, we never once got food that was above luke warm, which is sad as the kitchen staff did a fab job, no tray was left empty past a few seconds, there was lovely touches such as morning cocktails etc, due to this we did end up eating out for quite a bit of our stay
Entertainment quite poor, not sure if they were catering for an older crowd, which we don't actually mind, but even at that it wasn't great, day activities were the same each day, which became quite boring, Entertainment staff did however really try especially the 2 guys who did try to get everyone involved.
Quite a big downfall was the lack of plug sockets in the room, which isn't ideal with charging electorincs, was 1 socket beside the bed, to which we ended up unplugging the tv and fridge to charge items.
All in all we prob wouldn't stay again, as much as we did enjoy the hotel overall

We have just had a week away in palmanova and stayed at the palmanova palace. Fisrtly the pictures advertised of the rooms and pool isn't correct and it become apparent that it was the hotel next door and also along the beach. The photos had been photo shopped of the pool and it wasn't as big as it looked, it was tiny considering 48 people limit apparently.
The good things the hotel offers:- cleanliness, restaurant hosts were really nice and Ximo (chimo) the entertainment man was friendly and our daughter Veronica enjoyed the 15 minute mini disco at 8:45 each night! When requiring maintenance they were to the room within 10 minutes (safe needed new door as wouldn't lock and the hot water wasn't working effectively).
The negatives - this hotel isn't really catered for children, more older generation who enjoys the all inclusive and don't care what they eat after a few drinks!
the pool was freezing and although not many in their, the life guard refused other children of having a rubber ring, only 4 kids in the pool during our weeks stay! Some friends we met recorded the life guard away from his duties for around 5 minutes, no where to be seen whilst 4 kids in the pool!!
The food wasn't great, warm, tough and alot if carbs!!
Most days we ate out despite being all inclusive.
The additional items to the room for hire were expensive, safe €42 for a week. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and a mini fridge which is empty??
Every day 2-3 times we were having to get our door card reset despite complaining several times we was told due to being near phone but this wasn't the case at all. So annoying!! Having to pay for bottles of water when all inclusive is Ludacris!! Friends we met were charged for a brandy, not even offered a house alternative as an all inclusive guest!!
I found it strange that only 1 mask provided per guest for a week stay when the masks are not safe after 4 hours use, these should be provided daily at least if you expect guests to wear them throughout there stay, not charge €5 for a material one if the throw away ones break! Perhaps look at the government guidelines on how long a face mask lasts, and cater for guests to have daily facemasks as you will not serve anyone without one on!!
We will not be using the palmanova palace on our next visit to Mallorca! The reviews are obviously from couples visiting for a time of drinking and eating warm rubbish food and not families!!

4 night stay in Septiembre with family. Weather was great and we enjoyed very much our stay
Bathrooms a bit dated bit everything spotlessly clean. Good food for an all inclusive hotel. Variety of meals, desserts and decente vengan options
The hotel does not have any sea views but is only a short walk from the beach and the main attractions in Palmanova. Very good value for my hard earned money, actually considering It for our Next hols in Palmanova

Stayed at the Palmanova palace for a week as friends. The trip overall was ok but not amazing. On arrival, we had to wait around 3 hours to get into our hotel room as we were told to wait until 2pm to get in when we arrived just after 10. After a long morning at manchester airport with huge queues we weren’t happy to keep being told we had to wait to get enter our room and put our luggage away.
The food wasn’t great, mostly lived off chips and very repetitive menus as we felt like meals were probably being reheated and served the next day.
As for the cleanliness, we noticed our bed sheets weren’t getting cleaned as we messied our white sheets with visible stains but the following day our beds had just been made with dark stains still remaining on the sheets and sand covering our beds from the beach so had not been changed.
Entertainment was average and the pool was quite small, thought that the pool area would be larger and the sunbeds were very close together which was a little bit odd if you were beside a stranger.
As for the rooms themselves, the door was quite dodgy and it kept opening randomly. The door did have a lock on it however every single time we were in the room we weren’t locking it behind us and a couple times it opened wide and had heard stories off other females our age that people walked into their rooms. This was quite worrying as young people staying in a hotel for our first holiday.

Food was great, lots of variety especially for breakfast. Room was nice and communal areas were tidy and clean. Staff in restaurant were generally very pleasant and bar staff were lovely! Cleaners were very efficient. However apart from one female staff member most of the reception staff were very rude and unhelpful. On our arrival we tried to clarify we were at the right hotel and Pepe just get shouting the name of the hotel at us when there is another Globales hotel right next door so we just wanted to be sure. When I tried to hire an iron, rang downstairs first and told to come and get it, went down to be asked to pay there and then €3.50 a day, had to go back upstairs for money because couldn’t put it on the room when I went back to pay was then told €10 deposit was needed on top. If done properly this could have all been advised on first call. Also signs everywhere encouraging to ask for late checkout but when we did we were curtly told we had to come back 8am morning of departure as they only allow 3/4 rooms to do this. We got up early and rushed down to do this to be told straight away hotel fully booked and no chance, surely they already knew that!

Very basic hotel, the pool is very small (very clever photography on the advert) and the sunbathing area cramped. Typically all Sun loungers have towels on them before 8am and are left vacant all day.
If you have a room by the outside pool table/tennis table, prepare for lots of noise from groups of kids until late in the evening.
Rooms are basic but clean. Room service was hit and miss. Had to ask for the room to be made up and the staff said we had put a 'do not disturb' sign on the door when we didn't. Got a fresh towel but that was it.
€30 to hire the safe, balcony door didn't lock and the all inclusive drinks were limited in variety.
There is no gym and limited entertainment (my fault for overlooking this)
It's a great basic hotel for 18 year olds, experiencing their first holiday's and close to Magaluf. However, it's not a place for young children and families.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for sharing your experience here on Tripadvisor although we regret to know that your stay was not up to your total satisfaction. We wish to apologize if the inconsiderate behaviour of other guests spoilt your experience and we wish to assure you that disturbing and unacceptable behaviour are being followed-up as all our guests are here to enjoy their holiday to its fullest. Regarding the sunbeds, it is forbidden to reserve them, and we warn our guests every day that they cannot be reserved. Unfortunately some of them do not pay attention. We are aware of this and will take measures to prevent this type of problem from happening again. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the standard of cleanliness of the room. We usually receive very good feedback on this so we are a little surprised by your comment. We deeply regret that your stay with us was not up to your expectations. Rest assured that we will do everything at our hand to improve and we would love the opportunity of welcoming you back soon at Globales. Kind Regards Globales Quality Manager

Stayed at this hotel many times and always been happy. However, the standard now is terrible! Firstly, after arriving at 11pm we had to wait a whole hour to check in which is just ridiculous. The hotel is now home to hen parties, stag do’s and large groups of people just wanting to drink until they drop, probably due to the all inclusive drink restrictions in magaluf. I, like most people go on holiday to relax, have a laugh and enjoy getting to know fellow guests. It seems Groups use the hotel now for all inclusive drinks during the day and then head to magaluf, waking guests in the early hours on their return. Why would any grown adult think it’s acceptable to be shouting down the corridors at 4.30 in the morning?! People screaming and shouting and hotel staff doing nothing what so ever to stop it. No thought given to guests wishing to have a more relaxing time. This hotel never used to tolerate noisy residents but now it just seems to be all about getting the money in and forget the customers who want to enjoy the hotel for its location and it’s old standards. It certainly is not a four star hotel anymore. The food was consistently poor and cold. It’s very sad to see what was once a lovely hotel, turn into one with very low standards. Reception staff not very accommodating and don’t really want to get involved in any issues you may have. I cannot fault the cleaning staff, the restaurant and bar staff who were always smiling. And of course a special mention to Isabelle who remembered us from years ago and was always smiling and welcoming. I will never return to this hotel and will never recommend it to anyone.

This was a great hotel , very clean and the staff were very friendly.
The restaurant and a great variety of food , salad bar /fruit , hot food ,soup, and desserts .
Some nights were a themed night, for example, Chinese or Mexican. We were also offered cocktails on Sunday morning or on a themed night , and these little extras were a really good touch. Big shout out to Isobel and Jenny in the restaurant who went above and beyond and were both so friendly.
The snack bar and pizzeria were open from 11.00 until 6 pm and had a variety of salads, burgers, pizzas, etc, constantly topped up with fresh food.
The rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. You were also able to have a late checkout out if needed.
The only downside was that the pool was quite small for the size of the hotel and was completely in the shade by 4pm. There was a small sun terrace if you could find a space , however, the beach is a 5-minute walk away, and we preferred to spend the day there.
You could hire beach towels for 10 euro each, which was given back on return.
The entertainment was good , with some very good singers .
This was a very pleasant and relaxed stay , I don't think it is suitable for young families though .
