Go back every year .love it .Great staff ,lovely food ,lots of other English couples to talk too.Not ideal for kids .rooms are nice .fantastic snack bar .Drinks are good with everything you could want .This is a small quiet hotel perfect for couples .
We had a great week during October half term. Every member of staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was good with lots of choice at every meal. We arrived after midnight and there was a buffet waiting for us. Our room was over the road and was quite noisy but when we requested to move this was sorted straight away and we moved to a room with a pool view. Nice spacious room with a bath with shower over.Even though the hotel was closing at the end of our stay for the winter everything was kept running as if it was the height of the season. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Great location as only a few minutes to the beach. Would love to stay again.
Just how after a fabulous 5 days at this amazing hotel......All inclusive really special, room spotless, food 10/10 and all staff so helpful and friendly. All just a few minutes from the beach....will definitely return over Easter!!!! Many thanks Globales👍👍👍
Travelled with my friend and the weather was definitely on our side. We were given a lovely room which was very spacious. The staff made us feel very special and we were given a lovely gift of cava and fruit. It was my 4th visit to the hotel. The 2nd visit this year. I also travelled in August with my husband and granddaughter. The staff are welcoming and helpful, the food is very good and the staff in the restaurant are excellent. I would definitely recommend the hotel. The only negative thing for me was that our room this time had a glass door to the bathroom, which I didnt like. The cleaners work hard and leave the room clean every day.
I stayed here for a week in late October so my review is based around the hotel maybe not being as busy as it is in high season. Having read some of the more negative reviews here i was a bit anxious but quite frankly its a very good hotel and great value for money so what follows is a full, accurate and honest review. The hotel is well laid out and very well maintained. All the staff are friendly whether its the restaurant, bar, cleaning or entertainment staff and all work hard to make you feel welcome. the rooms arent massive but neither is the cost and theyre clean and well-furnished and the cleaning staff are in every day. The bathroom was very clean and comes with a powerful shower over the bath and there was never any shortage of hot water. the bedroom comes with a TV and mini-fridge though no kettle and the air-conditioning is free (something you have to pay extra for at other hotels). Theres a balcony with room for a table and 2 chairs which can be a bit of a suntrap during the day depending on its location. Theres also a very large double warddrobe which can accommodate all your belongings plus cases so room shouldnt be a problem. i read a complaint about theer only being 1 powerpoint. there are in fact 4: 1 by the bed, 2 on the opposite wall beside the dressing table and 1 in the bathroom. The public areas are also well looked after, whether its the bar, restaurant or outdoor sunbathing areas. Regarding a few other complaints i read: i never saw a queue in the bar that took longer than a couple of minutes to clear. there are usually 2 staff on, especially in the evenings and they get through the orders quickly and cheerfully. i was all inclusive and tried all the meals and there was always a massive selection with plenty of choice. quite frankly if you couldnt find something to eat at every sitting, you must be an exceptionally fussy eater. the snack bar didnt have a great choice, basically pizza squares, hotdogs, chips and burgers but its only there to tide you over until the main meal anyway and was always kept well stocked. the entertainment in the evenings was a bit hit and miss (think Butlins in the sun so quizzes, bingo, local dancer/singer) but the staff were giving it their all and the free bar should help lower your expectations. There seem to be a number of complaints about slow lifts. just to point out - theres not one set of lifts, theres at least 2 and possibly 3. theers a pair in the lobby, another pair about 2/3rds the way down the long corridor (youll know what i mean when you get there) and possibly another one at the back of the restaurant. The hotel management could save themselves a lot of complaints if they put up a few signs pointing to the other lifts. Regarding entertainment outside the hotel, theres surprisingly little live entertainment around the resort. if youre into live (rock covers type) music, id recommend the Zeppelin Bar in Megaluf (20 minutes walk from the hotel). it was the only decent live music i could find in the entire resort. And just to avoid this looking too much like a love-in, i did have a few issues. The sun-bathing area around the pool is overlooked by the hotel on one side and a large embankment on the other which means you have to chase the sun a bit if you want to stay in it all day. the balcony in your room could actually be a better spot. the issue around late check-outs not being bookable until the morning of your departure also makes no sense. people need to know at least the day before what time theyre checking out at and the hotel should be able to tell whether the room will be free or not the day before, especially in low season. they need to rethink that policy. Also the walls are quite thin so if you have noisy neighbours, youll hear them. pack ear-plugs just in case. Few other random bits: the beach is about 10 minutes walk away; theres a Lidl and an Aldi within 15 minutes walk. the bus stop for the bus to Palma (definitely recommend - much more impressive than i was expecting) is about 5 minutes walk (out the front door and right). If you like walking/cycling, theres a dedicated cycle track directly across the road from the front door that takes you to Santa Ponsa if you go left or Palma if you go right. All in all, its a great value hotel that punches above its weight in terms of what you get for your money. i would have no problem recommending it or returning there. Hope that helps - its an honest assessment, warts and all. …
We stopped here at the beginning of October, rooms spotless, maybe a bit dated. Laundry towels bedding lovely and clean. Pool small but plenty of loungers. Food choices very good. Close to beach and shops. Staff very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
I have just been to stay here, 16th-20th October 2022 and it was amazing. I travelled alone for 4 nights and the staff were amazing. The meals were delicious, with lots to choose from at each sitting. There is a good selection of drinks available at all times. The snack bar had both hot and cold food available. Guillimo on the bar had my drink order remembered quickly so all I had to do was walk in and say '2 please' and he knew exactly what I wanted. Isabel in the dining room was always friendly and very helpful. The maids came every day to clean and make the beds. My room had a small fridge which I found extremely useful for storing a can of pop for the following morning. It's not in a noisy area, a short 5 min walk to the beach, and close to plenty of bars and shops. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will certainly recommend it to anyone who asks. I stayed in room 226 and found it perfect for myself. …
Lovely place to stay. All the staff were very welcoming at the reception and in the bar at night. Would definitely stay again. Beds&rooms were lovely and clean, nothing to complain about. Overall very happy with our stay.
Arrived after an early morning flight and was invited to get a drink and something to eat whilst our room was being prepared, 10 minutes later we were handed the room card and told we could go to our room, a welcome bonus as it was only 10:30. A clean room, excellent service and good quality food followed for the next 8 days of our holiday. All in all a wonderful experience and we would definitely return for future holidays.
The very friendly and helpful staff make this hotel better. The public areas are nice enough but the rooms are tired and outdated. The restaurant isn't awful but not great either. If you're a sun worshipper I'd give this hotel a miss as there's nowhere that gets the sun for the most of the day. The pool is small for the size of the hotel. The evening entertainment is the usual singers, flamenco, karaoke. Some sites advise adults only but kids were there during our stay but there's no kids entertainment Our 5 night stay was fine but we wouldn't have liked this hotel for a longer stay for our summer holiday
