Myself and my friends were impressed with the hotel. An excellent location, on the beach, all rooms facing the sea. Close to bars and restaurants, also a bus stop was a few minutes away. Breakfast was very good, good choice of food.

This hotel although lovely and clean has to be the worst i have experience. The food at meal times was disgusting. Also agreed by other holiday makers i spoke to who will not be going back. i try the salad bar only to find a creepy crawly coming out of my lettuce. no way will i be back...

We are currently here now in fact it’s our last day and we just don’t want to go home. It’s a lovely hotel, it’s spotless, the staff are so nice, friendly and welcoming. We had an issue with a wardrobe door, I rang down to the reception and not only was the repair man here instantly the manager came too. We had the most beautiful sea view not that we spend much time in the room but it’s stunning. The food was fine, we’ve had a lot worse there’s been just the one night we weren’t keen but we found something. There’s plenty of selection for breakfast if you want English breakfast it’s there! We’ve been going to Spain since 1973 and if you saw what you used to get offered then most of the moaners regarding food wouldn’t go back. If you want your English food stay at home, there’s nothing wrong with this hotel

We stayed for 10 nights in a sea view double twin room. The location was fantastic, straight out onto the beach/coast path and the sea view was amazing to wake up to each morning. We don’t usually like to complain but we felt that considering how much we spent for bed & breakfast, the 4 star standard was not met. See following points: Room - Our main bedroom lights didn’t work (behind the headboard), this meant that at night all we had were the bedside reading lights and our phone torches. We asked multiple times about it at reception and was told the technician would fix it but never did. - First thing we noticed when walking into the room was the leaking fridge, again we mentioned it at reception however all they did was send the cleaner up with a mop. This continued to leak throughout our holiday. We had to leave a towel down to stop it leaking across the floor. - The Air-con worked normally as you would expect however during high wind, if you opened the balcony door the air-con vent would fly off. If you turned the air-con off it would leak. - You don’t receive any kettle + coffee, tea, mugs, so your only time for this is at breakfast. - The floor was dusty and sandy even on arrival so was never cleaned/swept properly. - Our front door never closed properly which was a huge concern when waking up. We overheard other guests complaining about this issue. Bathroom - Shower temperature/water pressure changed from freezing cold to scolding without even touching the dial. Breakfast - Not catered for English food. If you want a Full English breakfast, you might as well go to the cafes on the main road. - No syrups for sweet treats such as pancakes and waffles. Only topping was Nutella - Limited selection Entertainment/Facilities - VIP sun lounge didn’t seem like we could access it without paying extra. - Pool was closed for the majority of our stay and when it was open it felt like an ice bath - Limited number of sun loungers - We never heard or witnessed any entertainment/music being performed - Outdoor poolside bar was closed down Reception - Lovely receptionists however when we booked our tickets for the pirate dinner show (would highly recommend) we found out that the hotel never booked our tickets in with the company, therefore just took our money. From this experience we felt uneasy trusting them with other excursions and airport transfers. - They failed to communicate with the technical staff to sort issues after being asked multiple times… we gave up trying Security - On arrival we noticed that the cleaners had left their access card on the table meaning essentially we had access to other guests rooms if we were that way inclined… a bit worrying if this happens on a regular basis. - As mentioned before, having easy access onto the beach/coastal path was a positive but we always talked about how easy it was for anyone to walk through the left open door and access the hotel. Finally, we made good use of the surrounding bars/restaurants/activities to better the stay. The staff were all very friendly. We overheard on departure the manager asking a regular couple to leave a good review because the hotel “needed it”.

All staff was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. My room was modern, comfortable and clean. Drinks was reasonably priced. I stayed half board. Breakfast was great, proper bacon and sausages. Dinner there wasn’t a big selection but was good quality and tasty, especially the steak on Saturday. The only thing that let this hotel down was the lack of entertainment. One evening there was Beatles music playing on the sun deck … which doesn’t get a lot of sun during the day and one evening a man was playing music in the bar.

Hi, stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, stayed in a chill out room. Second time we've stayed and had a fabulous time. Stayed B&B so can only review breakfast of which was fine no issues and plenty of choice. Location as previously stayed is excellent on the beachfront and very central for bars/restaurants of Palma Nova and only 10 mins walk away from the night life off maguluf. All staff very helpful/friendly. The only downside was with the sun deck outside the chill out rooms not getting much sun during the day! Going back in a few days in which im staying HB so will write a review regarding the evening meal.

When we arrived to check in was told that they had double booked us ...party of 4 with 2 rooms!!! Not a problem they said ....it was!!! 2 days of our holiday wasted on moving from one hotel to another which we was on the 3rd floor and no lifts working!!! My 72 year old parents had to carry 22kg each of luggage up and down 6 flights of stairs also me and my husband. No apology. Receptionist extremely rude!! Hotel thought by given us one free drink would be sufficient...extremely poor service!!! Breakfast good - Dinner awful!!! Location good, but to double book is poor service!!!!!

Had to eat out at night. Breakfast ok. Very disappointed with dinner. Cheapest produce you could buy. Not a fussy eater but honestly the food was not good. Chef should get the sack. Loved everything else. Staff views location.

Excellent location, fabulous sea view, beach just outside the hotel, very fine sand. Extremely tasty and varied food for all tastes, Mediterranean cuisine being the most representative. The hotel staff very kind, friendly and always ready to be helpful.
