I would like to point out that my review must help those like us who have been negatively influenced by reviews that are not up to par. The hotel, as a whole, is extremely adequate in all its services. The rooms are very clean, spacious, functional and offer all comforts. The bathroom is large, equipped with a large shower and the changes of the kit are precise and punctual. The beds are very comfortable and the soundproofing is great. We stayed in a suite which at a decidedly reasonable cost also offered a jacuzzi located in a large terrace also equipped with beach loungers, however, it must be said that this service is incredibly provided even in deluxe rooms. Fresh grilled food is provided every day, obviously we Italians cannot expect to find pasta like in Italy but we can make up for it with excellent paella. The desserts and breakfast are definitely up to par, including the coffee although produced by machines. The staff is attentive to every need. The hotel is very compact and not very distracting so you have the impression of being in a crowded place, however everything is managed perfectly. This review is deliberately long to make it clear how sometimes a few people can influence the reality of things. Let me start by saying that we have visited many resorts and that this review has the right relativity to the price. The 4 stars are deserved. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

An honest review from family with children aged 10 and 8 Pros: The food is great with the pool bar having food available all day. Buffet food was varied and really nice. Just returned from a weeks, all inclusive at the Club Palma Nova Park absolutely, fantastic location, within easy reach of Palma Nova not beach location you have to walk around 8-9 minutes to reach the beach, at a steady speed. We were met by the reception staff who told us we could not book in until 3pm but could help ourselves to the all inclusive bar and snacks, and could put our cases in a holding room, Not great as we arrived around 11.30am. Special mention to Yamila, who was outstanding, professional and courteous throughout a credit to your hotel. The entertainment team with Luis were fantastic with aqua aerobics in the morning Pool was cold to get in but after a couple of lengths it was fine. The evening entertainment was acceptable your usual magic and dancer’s. Kids disco to start then main act 9.30 bar closed at 11pm shout out to Jimmy and Jessica always service with a smile. The food is what everyone else says not a great menu but they have to cater for all and please turn the hotplates up as food was warm, drinks were good with a different cocktail every day, Try a Vodka Slush very good !. Room was good clean towels everyday sink should be in bathroom we had room 2125 top floor with poolside view cleaned daily, However my only complaint/Criticism would be only 2 English channels on the TV, BBC News and Sky News no kids channels in English, they showed English programmes but in German or French I did ask at reception and an engineer turned up to confirm only 2 Channels? overall we would definitely come back especially as the new pool will be open then didn’t hear any building works throughout the day as previously warned by Jet 2.

Please ignore the bad reviews, I was very worried about coming here because I saw a few bad ones on here, but after our 5 night break all inclusive, I’m left scratching my head to why this is the case? The hotel itself is in a great location, staff are polite and helpful, Plenty of different options for food, we found that no matter what time of the day it was you could get something to eat, we absolutely loved the snack bar! Serving decent types of food all day long. The all inclusive drinks was your standard all inclusive selection! We upgraded to the pool view room which was only £40 and was totally worth it, we loved waking up with the view of the pool everyday and highly recommend this! We didn’t leave the room until 9-10 every day and we had no trouble getting beds at all, always options to choose from either pool! We took walks down the palma nova strip and Torrenova pretty much everyday and was so nice at night, so many bars to choose from! There is a McDonalds about 10 minutes away from the hotel, honestly can’t fault the location! When we booked this the price was very good compared to the rest and honestly I recommend this hotel to anyone, don’t hesitate to book, you will love it.

We have just returned from a week here, we had a lovely holiday and this is a nice hotel, not 4 star in my opinion though probably more 3star plus . I would go back but would be conscious of what I paid.
A mix of positives and not so positive:
Staff were all lovely!
Location of this hotel is great, 5/10 in walk and you are at the beach,bars and shops!
Room nice and big, double sink in ours which was useful.
Air con works well.
The room facilities weren't great, not 4 star. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room which I think should really be standard for a 4 star hotel, having looked back the hotel write up says kettle on request. Very small fridge in the room but it didn't run that cold.
Cleanliness varied. Pool area, restaurant, reception all really clean!! Rooms were cleaned daily but I wouldn't say to a high standard. There were marks on our mirror when we arrived, I would say from a child that was in that room before us, they stayed on there all week. Floors are swept but again not 100%.
Corridors are very run down, dark carpet that is swept not hoovered, and not very often or very well, felt quite dirty.
We went just out of school holidays so think it may be busier in peak season but no real queues for food or the bar and we got sun loungers no problem.
Food was pretty standard 'all inclusive', mainly the same every time but with the odd change nightly, food replenished and plates cleared away regularly etc. Nice enough food but in my opinion not 4 star food though, very basic selection of everything. There is food served 12-5.30 in the pool bar and that's a decent selection for a pool bar - buffet style there too.
It felt it was a shame drinks were only served until 11pm but we did know that from the hotel write up beforehand.
We had a drink in the Irish bar attached to the hotel - there was just a couple of people when we went in there, very quiet - it was OK, similar feel to a Wetherspoons. Rooms were cleaned daily but I would say not to a high standard, just OK.
All in all it's a nice hotel with a great location but possibly just not quite 4 star.

The hotel is great. The only thing that is bad, it’s ridiculous how early people go out and lie towels on the sun beds, must be the night before or very very eary. Then after the fact staff will put a do not reserve sign on the sunbed, which of course people ignore. The staff should put the do not reserve signs on them the night before and if towels are left they should just remove them.

Staff work tirelessly but there are just not enough of them. The hotel is only a short distance from the airport and only 10 minutes walk from the beach. Room was clean !! but dates . Entertainment for the kids is decent .
Now the bad points.
The food is never 4 star . Lack of choice, poor cuts of meat , curry night consisted of chicken thighs in some type of curry sauce 😕. That says it all. We are not fussy eaters but we struggled to find something nice to eat. The pool area if filthy please see the photos . Excessive quantities of green mold under the sunbeds and by the pool. Told reception who said they would send someone to clean it up. 6hrs later still nothing so I soaked some of it up with paper tissues so it wouldn't go in the pool. The whole main pool area needs jet washing. Have a swim if you want ear infections. The sunbeds ,tables etc are filthy.
There isn't enough tables and chairs for people to enjoy the show on an evening unless you are there at 7pm. Utter joke . Plenty of spaces for more tables but the management can't be arsed putting more out.
Huge queues at the one bar open at the outdoor stage area. One person serving sometimes with queues of over 25 people.
Pool bar during the day is the same . Lack of staff.
Floor of the pool bar and snack bar is never cleaned from morning until night . Very unclean and dangerous as it's so slippy.
My room smelt of drains as there is no trap in the shower . Told reception several times but still nothing done about it.
They have a nice irish bar inside hidden away but you have to pay for the same drinks you get free by the pool. Utter joke tbh that's probably why there is no one in it . Total rip off.
I can't belive the 5 star reviews . I honestly can't imagine what these people are thinking about .
I would give it 2 stars and that's at a push until they start to listen to their customers.

Returned on the 25th June after 1 week in a standard room.
Check in is at 15:00 this is due to cleaning as check out is 12:00, I said a few times to people it’s only like going to a hotel in the UK, just prepare for it and pack your swimwear, towel etc on the top of your case get changed in the disabled/baby change toilet as it will give you more space and enjoy the sun it’s not ideal but make the most of it 😊 If your room is ready they do let you in early we got ours at 14:00.
The room was spacious, had a cot in it 2 buggies up at all times and still had room, we moved a few things around to accommodate and make use of the space. There is one large bottle of water for when you arrive and you can re fill this in the bar, the fridge in the room was good, the safe was €3.50 a day plus €5 deposit so it was €29.50 for 7 nights. We also had all standard English channels, just retuned the TV to English. There are toiletries such as hand wash, body milk, shower gel/shampoo and conditioner, there is also a hairdryer which was good for the size.
Air con was good in our room looked like a new unit, it was very cold at night so had to turn the temp up, however have heard a few people complaining about this.
The food was nice, we only had 1 lunch that we couldn’t find much every other time there was lots of choice. There was a good choice on the snack bar too however I didn’t eat from there and there is a good selection of drinks.
The pools are good not very cold though like some hotels it gets warm when you have been in it for a while, if you want a sunbed though you need to be up early as they get taken up quite quick, especially if you want a particular area I noticed it is defo getting busier as the week went on. There are plenty of tables and chairs.
The day time entertainment was good they have some kind of exercise class on first then aqua gym which was good, a cocktail game they do a little game each day and they have an activity in the afternoon then usually a water game. Then there is entertainment for the children too but not sure of the full details. We didn’t stay for the entertainment at night as we went out but did come back a little early some nights and it looked good, just need to be there early to get a table it does get busy.
All the staff are nice, and they were all very good with my 7 month old twins.
Overall we had a lovely holiday, there are a couple of areas that still needs updating such as the lobby toilets and the hotel needs re painting etc but I wouldn’t let it ruin my holiday for this. I’d say it’s 3/3 plus it’s not a 4 star yet but they are going in the right direction.
I hope this review helps someone as some of the negative ones are no longer a true reflection of the hotel.

We have just returned from 11 nights at this hotel.
The hotel itself is very clean and all the staff were so lovely. Our room was freshly refurbished and modern, no problems there. We were given a ground floor room at the back of the hotel pretty much facing on to a small garden/wall. Normally we would sit on the balcony each day while on holiday but the view was not very nice so we never used the balcony.
Pool area is clean and tidy, but there is a huge lack of sunbeds unless you literally go and lie on one at 8am!! So again we never used the pool area and ended up at the beach each day.
We paid for all inclusive and with myself being a fussy eater I didn’t really enjoy the food so we ate out every day, so for us the all inclusive was a waste of money.
There is an Irish bar in the hotel, its very clean and modern with TVs etc, its not part of the all inclusive but most people just seemed to be going to the all inclusive bar and then bringing drinks through to sit in there. Theres absolutely nothing irish about it though but it is a nice area.
We had a fabulous holiday but wont return to this hotel.
I think if we had went self catering, and had a room with a decent view where we could make better use of the balcony and there was enough sun loungers around the pool for everyone it may have been a better experience.
