One of the best restaurants on the island!! Apart from the consistently excellent food and wine, the location is wonderful. The service is extremely polite, the open kitchen allows you to watch the chef at work, and the view the restaurant has to offer is especially beautiful during the sunset. Overall can highly recommend giving this restaurant a try, you will not be disappointed!!!

This hotel lived up to all the great reviews on here! The rooms were spacious and rustic in the main building, with lovely views of Manacor from the garden area. The staff were always willing to help and were very friendly. The food served in the restaurant was fantastic, to Michelin star standard, with great variation every night. The facilities such as the golf course and pool were also lovely and peaceful. This hotel is perfect to get away from it all!

From the beginning you are met with incredible service. Check in and play a round of golf on a very demanding 9 hole course that is reserved solely for the hotel's guests. After chill in their sauna or pool and then enjoy a fantastic gourmet dinner with their own wines that are grown on the estate. Next day have a go at the course again or maybe tennis after enjoying a fabulous breakfast. This is a little jewel.

Situated a few kilometres outside Manacor, Rotana sits amid some wonderful scenery. The peace is only disturbed by birdsong, golf carts, deliveries and the occasional helicopter landing/taking off. The grounds themselves are immaculate, landscaped with trees including orange trees. The buildings themselves are charming and as expected rustic, with artworks in the main building and an African themed bar area. The staff are friendly and helpful, but we did find one a little full on when we arrived. Having checked in we retired to the outside terrace for a drink to relax after an early start. Initially a drink was all we wanted but we were pestered a fair bit with menus etc until I pointed out we had been on a plane only 90 minutes before and hadnt even got a proper look at our room yet. The main dissapointment if any for us was our room. In the main building, but very small. Bedroom and bathroom were seperated by a wooden trellis thing. The bathroom was tiny, with a seperate toilet. A bath was provided but no proper walk in shower. The cleanliness also left something to be desired, with various cobwebs in the room along with a dust encrusted extractor in the toilet at eye level - no excuses for that. Breakfast is limited, continental as expected, limited fresh fruit and eggs to your liking. No pancakes or waffles were available (I need sweet rather than savoury to get me going of a morning), no pre-made yoghurts, no toaster, no Danish Pastries. The breakfasts in Holiday Inn's or Hampton by Hilton (of which I am familliar with due to work) are by far superior and I was very dissapointed with it. I only bothered going for the coffee, and only twice at that. Restaurant food was very good apart from over-salted Risotto, however the menu was limited and very expensive. Theres far better food available in Manacor at half the price - the quality does not desrve the rich price at Rotana. Purely my opinion of course, but maybe relevant to some. The only other dissapointment was purely relevant to us and perhaps only us given the clientele. We are friendly and chatty people yet at Rotana guests kept themselves to themselves. Other than the occasional "hello" we spoke to no-one! Whilst we are not the type to want to holiday somewhere where everyone wqnts to know your business, Rotana seemed unfriendly to us. Some guests we never saw smile once during our week, perhaps they disliked sharing their haven with us types - usually the hired help? All in all, a lovely place. But I've stayed in better to be honest.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Everything about it, the location, staff, food, accommodation and facilities were wonderful. It’s a beautifully renovated farmhouse finca offering everything for a peaceful get away from it holiday.

All the rooms are spacious, well decorated and comfortable. We have stayed in the main building and in the outbuildings and all are very comfortable. Most staff members have been with the hotel since we first went there (about five or six years ago) and are like old friends. The restaurant is first class with plenty of options. Although we did not play golf this time, the course is a proper one and well kept. Highly recommended .

This resort centres around a converted countryside Manor House with multiple small buildings featuring guest suites. There is a pool with lots of sun beds and a golf course. The hotel is small and the experience more special for it. The staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming. I ate three meals here and all were exceptionally tasty and good value. Lunch outside with spectacular views of the Mallorcan countryside was a highlight of the stay. My room featured comfortable twin beds, a walk in shower and large bath, minibar, safe and fresh fruit on arrival. The rooms have radiators for out of season stays and air conditioning for the summer. This hotel is most suitable for couples. There is an onsite vineyard from which wine is sold on site. Whilst Manacor is not the most beautiful town in Mallorca, the resort makes a great escape from the world. My only complaint would be the lack of wifi in rooms.

What a great little hideaway! If you are after peace and quiet, good food and wine and unlimited golf then this place is for you. We are a family of four (with two boys ages 10 and 8) and stayed 4 nights. We were in room 7, which had 2 bedrooms with one on a mezzanine level which worked great for the boys. The hotel is traditional Majorcan style rather than Conrad type bling. We spent most of the time on the site, only really going to Manacor for some basic supplies. The food in the hotel was good - breakfast really excellent. It's a small hotel so there were occasions when service was a bit slower than the big chain hotels, but sit back sip some rose wine and relax...the place is so peaceful. Although the golf course is only 9 holes don't expect it to be easy. I'm a 7 handicapper and found it a good challenge. On the other hand my wife and kids are just starting but got into it too. As you can play as little or as much as you want it's ideal. Also because it's only for hotel guests there is no hassle or snotty starters you get at so many courses in Europe. After your game drop your clubs in the locker room and head to the pool, it's a decent size but was always really quiet. When I was checking out, the receptionist said to me that 90% of their guests returned. I can understand why and think that says it all! We will return...,
