What a dumb, when we checked in, the receptionist gave me & my Mrs a plastic token, which we had to hand in at the bar so we could get a plastic up for our drinks & hand the cup back at the end of the day to retrieve our token & we had to do this everyday, it wasn't this anal in Wandsworth prison. You was only allowed 3 drinks person with your meal. The indoor pool was really filthy & if wanted to go to your room in the middle of the day to relax, forget it, the music was blasting out the speakers all day. Here comes the best bit of this joke of a hotel, on arrival, my room hot & muggy, the air con was not working, I asked the young lady at reception if she could get someone ASAP to fix the problem & she replied (get ready for this) we only have central heating because 80% of our customers are cold in the evening :) I cannot repeat exactly what I said but my PC reply was what has the evening got to do with the 27 degree heat in my room in the day? I also reminded her that the advert for the package holiday made it very clear that all rooms had air con, she just didn't care, She told me to open the doors on the veranda for fresh air, I replied only on the condition that they turn the music off, She said that she would try & arrange for a fan to be sent to my room, this fan was made on the same day my grandad was getting married, just imagine trying to relax with the doors open while a rave was going on around the pool area. The snacks available was a disgrace. if you would like a nice relaxing holiday, please pay a little bit & go elsewhere

My husband treated us to a holiday as soon as restrictions lifted. We love Majorca, usually staying in Alcudia, this was a big change for us. Flight was great to be on again ! and we all cheered as it touched down. Dropped off at the hotel at night so couldn’t see much. Spotless, room, nice shower carried on to a great breakfast in an airy, bright environment. Modern style, the hotel was much nicer than we guessed it would be. Towels and bed made daily, the girls did a good job. We hired a car so were out everyday, most of the day, coming back around six, to have a cool down swim in the fantastic pools. I think there’s five to choose from !! It got a bit noisy a couple of nights but nothing to grumble about. Found a few fancy champagne bars and even the beach here is pretty nice. Alcudia had a run for it’s money. Surprised and delighted with our holiday.

Atmosphere was great. Hotel was a bit away from the crazy stuff in Magaluf, so quieter than normal. It looks like it’s been recently renovated, everything was clean, staff were friendly. Room was comfortable, if we come back, I’d go for the bigger room and stay two weeks. Had everything you needed, big pool, loads of space to sit around and the beach is about ten minutes away. Beach bars are fun, all kinds to suit anyone from v.posh restaurant to fry ups and beer. Tried it all. Magaluf has changed for the better.
