Room with nice beach view.
Proper cleanliness with care taken to clean the pool.
Easy access to the beach with lift.
This denotes in the evening half board: having your empty glass taken away at the table because you do not order a drink. Charge 6€ per liter of still water and decommission the water fountain every evening.
Hide the panel recycles the water and take the resources affixed to the fountain. Selling cans of water at the pool bar (that’s eco-friendly). Make reflections to customers who bring their bottle. Restaurant service staff insisting and following instructions to this effect. Negative - - -.
Noise in the morning(housekeeping service in the hallway not very quiet even at 8am)
Evening noise in the street can be awkward if you are on the lower floors of the building. Tenth grade's fine.
The city is noisy and more intended for partygoers rather than families with children. Number of night bars with soliciting on the street (even with children) tatoo on every corner and tourist shops.
In short if you know how to ignore all this you will have a beautiful holiday because it is nice and hot in summer there and the sea is 30 degrees and clear sand. And the sea view pool is very nice.
The room was missing drawers or shelves on the light tables and in the small closet.
Finally, you could have an electric jug with tea and coffee sachets being that it is a 4 star.
In addition, although there is a lot of lime (desert dust) due to the daily winds, I consider that both the glass in the pool and the elevator facing the beach should be washed daily.
The quality of wi-fi service is low and permanently cut off.

Well. What can I say!! This hotel is perfect in every way possible. Reception was manned on arrival (it always is), very clean, posh, and new who we were as we walked through the door. Less than 5 mins to do the paperwork and in the lift to our room.
Our room is on the 10th floor (1003) and was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and very modern. The bathroom looked like it had been refitted that day or just one hell of a good cleaner. Everything about this hotel is modern and fresh.
We are bed and breakfast only, and what a breakfast!! All the cooked food you would expect in a full English. Loads of fresh fruit and pastries, portage, cerals, and all the continental meats, cheese, and salads. There is a fresh coffee machine as well as all the fruit juice you'd expect.
The hotel has an average sized pool with lots of sunbed, chairs, sofas, and modern style chairs. The bar has an amazing selection of drinks and is very cheap. We haven't struggled to get a sunbed.
The location of this hotel is 5 minutes walk from Pavanova beach and all the posh bars, and 1 minuted from shops , bars and restaurants.
The aircon could be slightly cooler in the rooms but not unbearable by any means. We will certainly be coming back. Well done to all the staff here for making the start of our stage a pleasure.
The rooms are clean but a bit dark and dated. There are far too few sockets in the rooms. There was a socket by the bed and one in the bathroom. There was also a USB-A socket on the bed. Far too little for 2 people. You cannot charge both smartphones and watches at the same time. Not to mention other devices. The shower is designed somewhat interestingly. The water is not held back by the shower wall and flows into the entire bathroom. The rooms are very noisy. You can follow exactly what the neighbors are doing.
The location of the hotel is ok. It's at the end of the beach with a direct elevator down to the beach. This makes it possible to avoid the party area. This is right around the corner from the hotel and not for everyone. What goes on there is sometimes just horrible and embarrassing. You should be aware that Magaluf is not a place for a nice holiday and has nothing to do with the beauty of Mallorca. Hotel buildings are lined up next to strip clubs and low-quality pubs. Luckily you don't notice that much in the hotel. If you stick to the direct beach promenade, you can avoid the whole thing.
Now to the hotel. With an elevator in which you almost enter in August from heat you get to the beach. But you can also use the stairs. The pool is small but nice. The rooms are nice but what is bad is the air conditioning. It's just called that, but it's really just a fan. You can set 30 to 10 degrees, but never change the temperature. Cool air always comes out, which is much too weak. Also in the room of my fellow travelers it was the same and from their facility came a bad smell. It was then tried with fragrance spray to eliminate what only made things worse. Really disgusting. The entire hotel is much too hot in August. In the area where you can play billiards you have to beg every time that the air conditioning is switched on. In the three elevators, guests sweat themselves half to death. I don't understand how being so mean can't turn up the climate in a recreation area. Why do guests have to ask for it first?
The food is ok but nothing special. Always the same.
The cheapest chemical ice cream I've ever eaten.
We save money for our guests, with 4 stars you expect more.
In the evening you have to order drinks.
They're free at breakfast.
There are also too few umbrellas. Personally, I like to lie in the shade.
Some guests, as always and everywhere, are just reckless and extremely loud. This hotel has its 4 stars only because of the spectacular views. Anything else I would give 3 stars at most.
The cleaning of the rooms is disastrous, there were pieces of glass left in the balcony right after a cleaning and my daughter crawled on them and cut her knee when I questioned this she said she had already cleaned the balcony which was not true as it was dirty. They never cleaned the floor we had to tell them if we wanted it cleaned. My daughter was sick from the boiled water I was given and vomited in the room we cleaned the worst of it but what was left on the wall was there for a week until we told. The play corner for smaller children is nothing to even be there at all, it is so dirty and almost everything was broken it was like completely forgotten.
If you have children, I really recommend staying in another hotel that is more child-friendly.

As other reviewers have correctly said, the refurbishment hasn't included the airconditioning. Even though the room has a thermostats which you can set, in reality things are set by the hotel so expect a full day of running until the temprature gets down to a normal temprature. You can't go lower than about 25 degress in reality. The rooms now contain updated safes, but unfortunately there is a surcharge of 3 Euro per day to use this. Nearly every room has a fantastic sea view and has a balcony with sun throughout the day. Those who prefer the shade, may want to consider a different hotel for this reason.
Talking of surcharges, in the resturant you will be charged for even water. To make matters worse, you are disturbed and reminded of this 3 times during you meal. The first time is to ask what you want to drink, the second to pour your drink and then a third to pay for the drink. Surely there has got to be a less annoying what to do this for both customers and staff? As others have mentioned, it would be good if the hotel focussed on reducing the amount of salt in there food.
The staff work really hard in this hotel, and our room was serviced every single day. Reception staff were always helpful and staff in the resturant were fast to attend.

In the play corner it is much too hot and of the 5 Things to do 3 are currently broken.
The rooms (although superior what was probably renovated) have plenty of defects- balcony door whistle- the ceiling panels in the bathroom shifted- so you could look into the shell - sink dripped and had to be repaired directly.
Everything must be paid separately. (safe, drinks at dinner, lying on the beach)
Unfortunately, we didn't like food either.
Much was only replenished on request. But now we come to the worst - right on the beach under the hotel is the sewers - the pipes are visible and the brown liquid goes into the sea 2-3 times a day.
That explains the smell and not the algae. The beach is not recommended for swimming - local confirmed this to me on the beach. The problem is aware but unfortunately nothing is done about it. I raised it with the hotel manager he told me it was algae- which is not true. Attached photos where you can see the area of the beach in front of the hotel and the smell is unbearable. We had also seen cockatoos several times in the pool area.
No evening entertainment, no bar (only pool bar) where no one comes
in case of complaint no or little response
rooms clean but noise pollution
We had a corner room and couldn't stay in it from noise (wind blowing through the room) had to ask another room
hotel outdated but rooms nice
Safe did not work, after reporting to reception never recovered
No daily bottle of water in the mini bar , would be allowed for that price
when ordering liquor with dinner, always wrong
(obsolete staff apparently do not understand English)
certainly not worth repeating
When entering our 4* hotel room, there was no water in the room, nor in the fridge (fridge which has been leaking water throughout our stay). Additionally there was no kettle or coffee facilities in room (you get that in the most basic of hotels), no iron neither, rooms are run down.
The reception area is nice and the bar. Entertainment is 45 mins of a tribute singer each night, but there is nothing else to do.
We stayed half board and unaware that we were to be charged for water in the restaurant during lunch and dinner, the restaurant staff make you feel uncomfortable and follow you around counting how much you drink. As soon as you pick up a drink they come round with a slip asking for your room number and stating what will be charged to your room which is at first comical but later you will feel very awkward.
Even if you book fully inclusive, you are allowed only 3 drinks per sitting (is the full inclusive or am I missing something). I would not be booking here in the future there is nothing on there website stating these conditions until you get here. My recommendation is to book somewhere which has better facilities and restaurant staff.
I have never experienced this in a hotel before, and was not warned beforehand. I would not have booked here if I knew I’d be charged for tap water during the meals. This is the bare minimum.
