The hotel is located in a strategic area, 15 minutes from the nightlife (walking) so for us who had children was ideal, because quieter and we had no particular disturbance around. Many Italians in August. The entrance is cozy and nice, the rooms a bit 'old with a bit' of bad smell from the closet and the bathroom a bit' neglected, peeling in the tub and the bidet dancer. Every morning they change the towels and clean the beds. Small pool but there was always room for everyone. Very attentive staff, fairly varied and good cuisine, might not like everything but you always found an alternative. So much abundance, they check and report everything. We have chosen Half Pension with breakfast and dinner (drinks not included). Prices for drinks are not expensive, however, from wine starting from 12 euros a bottle, to very good large beer (4 euros) and a half of water 2.50 euros. Good and passionate animators, two sweet Italian guys. The nearby beach is very nice but just take a longer walk and you get to the bay of son Matias which is much more beautiful. All in all we were fine. Fixing bathrooms and changing wardrobes would buy a lot.

Very clean hotel with bedding 9 night spent in this hotel, so at first glance the rooms look dated but frankly the bedding is very clean, the walls and floors are clean and the bathroom very clean too, so nothing to say, the mattress is rather comfortable however a shame for double beds it is not a double bed but two beds because when we move the bed moves with us because it is on casters. However: bring earplugs because the walls are clearly made of paper! Whether it's snoring, the baby screaming, laughter, or simply conversations, we hear everything! A lot of people smoked illicit things so the smells were a bit complicated... Cleaning is done every day! For the restaurant: Lots of choice in cakes (but very very sweet things) however there is what you need (fried egg, tomato, cheese, cold meats, fruit, yogurt and bread) In the evening also a wide variety of things but I found that for vegetarians or without meat it is quite complicated we end up with the same fish for 3 days and sometimes no fish, in the pasta there was meat and in some rice too so a little complicated but it's not death! Drinks in the evening are chargeable, even water (which is €2.50) Quite pleasant staff especially the young people who work in the service in the restaurant and the entertainment man otherwise I don't have much to say, the restaurant manager is not very welcoming. A large parking lot right in front of the hotel so that's cool and the beach is a 5-minute walk away A good set overall

The hotel is perfect and clean with only a 5 minute walk away to the beach! The rooms are cleaned every day with towels changed and new sheets which was ideal. The pool was quiet and nice and the entertainment team were really good !! the only complain would be that we were not allowed tap water with our dinner. We had paid for breakfast and dinner at the hotel which had exceptional choices and breakfast we were allowed fruit juices, tea, coffee and water etc however at dinner we were denied tap water and told we had to buy drinks. When we explained it was a legal requirement to be allowed tap water or to at least bring our own we were not allowed and told off. Considering you are alloweed water at breakfast I don’t see why we couldn’t have it at dinner too. Other than that a perfect stay

Not one to normally write a review but this needed to be shared so others avoid booking. Hotel from hell, no idea how this even has a 3star rating, I would give it zero if I could. Arrived at midnight and went to room- we got put on a family floor even though we are young adults and are in magaluf, we didn’t come to be told to be quiet after 11? Phoned mum on arrival and got a knock at the door to be told to be quiet? We were not by any means making any loud noises as it was just normal talking levels, we were scared to talk after this and made small talk which we then got another noise complaint to the door again. Room condition wasn’t anything like in photos, no white bedsheets, marks on walls, mirrors, light in room didn’t work and neither did the balcony one, the balcony one is controlled by the reception so you can only go on it when they decide, balcony floor was also absolutely disgusting with stains on it. Only one key was giving out as-well which I had never experienced before, we bought a safe key and didn’t get our money back because we didn’t have the receipt they gave us but they didn’t tell us this when purchasing but we had the key itself ?Cleaners are absolutely shocking and in-fact cleaned our room while we were sleeping this included hoovering and turning shower on! They would also just walk in and out of room as they wished which would scare us as we didn’t expect it and didn’t even get a knock! We had our do not come in we are sleeping sign on but this was no use as they came in anyway making us not feel very safe! Food is absolutely appalling and has about 5 dishes at a push to offer, most we didn’t even enjoy. Bread and butter was our dinner most nights, breakfast was no better. The pool was a reasonable pool size but was very dirty on the bottom and around , it was often ruined by the loud music they would play that no one seemed to enjoy as people would put there on own which we didn’t mind but if they played enjoyable music instead of music with no words then 3 different groups wouldn’t need to play speaker over pool. Pool side bar was absolutely appalling I asked for a margarita pizza and basically got cheese on toast , they would also forget you ordered meaning you had to go back up a few times to ask how long it would be. Hotel allowed reps in which harassed you by the pool to buy tickets and wouldn’t stop until you did or until you told them multiple times you didn’t want ( these tickets were more expensive than what you pay on the door so don’t fall for it !) Overall really disappointed with this hotel and it has put us off magaluf as a whole and we will not be returning.

Hotel is ok I guess however a lot needs sorting before I even consider staying again;
Reception was rude, almost overcharged us too, security was also annoying and handed out noise complaints if you are playing music or speak loudly after 11pm
We had 4 rooms in one room when we used the air conditioning the room smelt like a cannabis’s farm this lead to 7 days of no air conditioning in that room, meanwhile in a bother room the air conditioning was dripping water and you could see black mould round the vents. This was probably the reason that most of us got ill. And to be honest should probably get reported, I would have told reception, however some of the reception staff were rude so why will I help them.
The rooms also looked very dated, and were falling apart e.g. the doors didn’t alone correctly and with some when you closed them the paint fell off, when you look at how nice reception looks you would assume the hotel would be fairly nice upstairs but it isn’t.
None of the rooms had a mini fridge or anything which lead having to use other the bath etc to keep the water cool, the safe was also expensive which isn’t great. However isn’t the end of the word I guess when it is a somewhat cheap hotel.
There was also a lot of children in the hotel round the pool which seemed to be a bit strange when considering the hotel is in Magaluf but again isn’t the end of the world.
The only good thing somewhat I can say is that the food was fairly good but I found that the staff in the restaurant didn’t seem to know what they were doing which made it feel chaotic.
Overall I wouldn’t stay again and if anyone I knew said they were going I would advise they probably cancel the hotel and book another one.

So, I heard a lot about Magaluf after I booked my holiday and I was told this was a location of parties and drunk people, so I was a bit concerned once I arrived with my partner. The hotel was mostly full of teenage groups which were very loud. Isolation between rooms is poor, we could hear everything from the rooms next to ours. Teenagers would make noise until 12.30pm and then also between 4-6am so many times I woke up due to the noise. However, the beds were comfy. If you plan to come with children, this is not the hotel for you.
Quality of the food 3.5 stars, some things were good, others not much, bread not as fresh as it could be. There were some vegetarian options, but I believe more vegetarian/vegan options could be included. Some food items did not have any descriptions so we did not know what they were and if they included meat or not (this should be improved, especially for those who do not eat gluten, dairy, or animal products). We needed to pay for drinks extra and they are expensive (2.05 euros for an expresso in the bar! On the restaurant no Juices and no coffee at dinner time, just at breakfast). The location was overall good, not close to the night clubs but these were at a walkable distance as well as the beach.
Overall staff was friendly, especially Igor the receptionist (5 stars for you), he was fantastic with us while we stayed in this hotel, so thank you very much! Luis the waiter was also very nice and friendly.

I'll immediately point out in favor of the staff, as the staff are mostly friendly and ready to help in case of need (if they also knew English it would be better).
The cleanliness of the rooms is also not bad, even if one room in five has at least one problem or smells rotten (clearly if pointed out to the reception they try to solve it, but if nothing is said to them it's fine anyway and you keep what what do you have)
The lethal bullet, however, is food, unless you have annihilated taste buds and a stomach capable of dissolving even acid; trying to explain it in a few points: • the desserts are 99% inedible, and it's literally impossible to understand how they even thought of stuff like that • the rest of the food consists mostly of a revisitation of the food from the week or days before, with a bowl of garlic to cover any other flavors • if you are lucky, it is likely that you will find things that are more than edible, but rest assured that either you go to dinner at the opening time or even just the following hour you will no longer find anything salvageable • last but not least, in the morning you would most likely prefer to be dehydrated rather than drink any type of liquid dispensed by machines.
In my opinion it is better to become poor by eating out than to risk being left dry by eating rotten food.

Nice and clean hotel. Rooms a little dated, but spacious and with everzthing in good condition. Good wifi in the room. Good aircon. You have to pay for the safe, 15 euros for 7 nights. Maybe not recomended for those to stay in a quite place, as there are many young tourist which are pretty noisy. The restaurant very good, big enough, not crowded. Very good service. Good options both during breakfast and lunch. Nice pool, a little small, but we weren't interested and stayed only a few hours in the last day. The hotel is about 400-500 m from the beach. On the beach, 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella costs 13.5 euros. All in all, a nice experience.

Following our stay at this Inn, I do not necessarily recommend, apart from the fact that the staff is very friendly this will be the only positive. The rooms are very poorly insulated, we lived with our neighbors except to say that we did not sleep with.... Filled with disrespectful young people... vomiting stairwells... lights on in the hallway all night, noise late at night or early in the morning for feisty young people coming home from nightclubs, Cree music etc. on balconies and in the hallways, no rules are put in place in this Pension, smokers of chichon are asked not to get high everyone. The buffet is not very varied, either good things and several good things in the same meal or quite the other way around ... produces not fresh, food that does not make you want ... chocolate mousse becomes a cream filled with lump ... Not made for a family or for a couple, but young people who want to show themselves as naked as possible in the dining room as at the pool where they would better present themselves naked or cut the remaining string to expose themselves to all these pool yeutteurs or balconies. In addition to paying for water, at 3€ per bottle, you will not be able to keep it cool, because you will not have a fridge in your room. With this in mind, the peaceful holidays in a good atmosphere are to be forgotten in this Pension, If you see someone with a Bcm T-shirt, don’t miss out

Really very nice, excellent food, of all kinds. Entertainment in the pool with very nice evening shows. Located in an EXCELLENT location, 4 minutes walk from the sea and the buses that really run every 5/10 minutes. Stop nearby. Clean room with towels which were all changed every day. I would happily return. Really friendly staff.
