Just returned from a 5 night stay. On arrival we checked in, paid the hotel tax and went to our room. On the way to the room the corridor had paint flaking off. On opening the door to the room we realised we had been given the wrong room as we had chosen the most expensive option on the website (on the beach) and we had also emailed the hotel directly explaining it a was an anniversary and birthday celebration, the hotel had replied. We went straight back down to reception and saw a gentleman called Kirill , the rudest person we have ever had to deal with in our lives. He told us we hadn’t booked sea view and needed to pay extra to upgrade. We tried to explain we had booked sea view, but he just replied saying I’m not paying for you, why don’t you get your money back and go elsewhere. We were absolutely shocked he could be so rude, we asked to speak to a Manager and were told he would be there at 7pm. We waited at the outside bar for a couple hours and had a beer 2 euros Jack Daniels 7 euros even with all inclusive. We then met Carlos the Manager, he gave us 2 options and we took the first one a sea view room in the block next door third floor, the room was clean and tidy with a great view and good shower. We went for dinner, the food wasn’t vey well labelled and not very hot. I asked the waiter for my soup to be put in the microwave to heat it up, I did this the first 2 nights, and then gave up with the soup on third night as it was still luke warm. Overall you won’t go hungry but the food was very bland and lukewarm, apart from Carlos who was a smashing guy, the staff are all very miserable, the lady in the restaurant with blonde hair especially. We always said gracias but never got a reply or a smile from her. The snack station in the day is a bowl of crisps and some biscuits. Good points are great location for the beach and the strip but still quiet enough at night. Overall it’s all just average we wouldn’t return as we’ve stayed in a lot better 4 stars on previous visits to Majorca. Would recommend self catering here.

We stayed 12 days and had a very pleasant holiday. The hotel is direct to the beach (just cross the 5 mtr pavement). Personel is very friendly and helpful, hygiene at high level (all is cleaned every day), food and drinks available all day with a lot of choice. Recommodation? Yes, absolutely.

Whilst in room 216 with my friend I received bites to my body and she was fine I do believe there was fleas in the bed, came home Saturday and I am in so much discomfort with my skin 16 bites in total and raised. Key card didn't work and had to keep going to reception to activate to use. No entertainment until Friday night when a linedanceing convention turned up and took over. I have read on the hotels website all inclusive drink isn't included for the area, but I stayed further down the road in sa coma in July and this wasn't the case. This I'd all down to covid and I don't think it's right the holiday company we travelled with didn't state this when changing booking, we was told it was all inclusive food and drink. The Spanish government is in its knees and this is a way to get more money into there country.

Dylan the entertainer provided excellent services, we will be back to see him, he is a belter of a lad. Did a music quiz and played some absolute tunes and even cannonballed in the pool to keep everyone entertained.
