Cas Comte is a small, luxury adults-only Mallorca hotel and spa where we strive to give guests the relaxed, informal feeling of being in a private house. Housed in a restored country manor house, a sympathetic eye for detail has created a calm and welcoming environment, the ideal base for exploring Mallorca's many attractions Located in the small and tranquil village of Lloseta, between the church and the Ayamans Palace, with the World Heritage Sierra de Tramuntana mountains behind, and the quiet country lanes of the Mallorcan plain in front, our luxury Mallorca hotel is a great jumping-off point for walking, hiking, cycling, gastronomy, wine-tasting and other trips into Mallorca's hidden nooks. With just 14 rooms and suites, Cas Comte personifies the concept of a boutique hotel, where guests come and go at leisure, take breakfast in the courtyard in the warmth of the morning sun, return after a day of activity to a long drink from the honesty bar, a treatment in the spa or a quiet hour with a good book in the cool shade of the inner patio. Alternatively, soak up the sun on our roof terrace, complete with swimming pool, sun loungers and views across the roof tops of Lloseta's old town.

We stayed at Cas Comte Suites earlier this month and it was a little piece of Heaven on earth. The peace and tranquillity of the place plus how stunning the hotel is, meant we had the most relaxing holiday we have had in years. The staff members were superb. From Magdalena at reception to Huila greeting us every morning at breakfast to Bernat who was on hand to help with any queries we had. The breakfast was gorgeous, the pool area superb and our suite was divine. We would totally recommend Cas Comte Suites for those of you looking to get away from it all !

We had a lovely stay at Cas Comte and the hotel does some things spectacularly, but some things need some work. The room was really nice, big and clean. We were allocated in another building which we weren’t aware of. After digesting this we decided it shouldn’t cause us any issue and we liked the room so stayed. However if you are spending a day by the pool and need the loo you have to walk all the way over to your building which is inconvenient (as no toilet by the pool only in your own room) Similarly if you go back to your room with your pool towels and then want to change for fresh ones for a shower - you again need to go to the main building again. Not a big problem but it was inconvenient. The mini bar was a nice touch but there was no info on prices which made us assume it was free - would be good to have some info on this and also around the cost to buy coffee pods for the machine. The room has no iron or board in the room, when I asked for one I was made to feel like I was asking for something incredibly surprising and rare. I worked in Mallorca for three years and know that irons do indeed exist in Mallorca. I don’t think it’s very unusual to want to iron your clothes after they have travelled in suitcases. Needless to say the guy at reception made no attempt to find me an iron. I instead asked the cleaning lady who returned 5 minutes later with an iron which she lent us. Apart from the above the stay was lovely, enjoyed the pool area, the room was lovely and big and the train to Palma really convenient. Would also recommend the local restaurant Tomeu Lassio too as it was superb.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location. The pool was great to cool off and plenty of sun beds for guests to use. Breakfast was delicious served on the beautiful terrace. I would have liked some information in the room regarding the mini bar and coffee.

Wonderful place to stay, and a wonderful location. Tucked away in the town of Lloseta, and away from the toursim hotspots. Good variety of rooms to choose from. Traditional building, but true quality. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast - absolutely top quality. For an exceptional meal nearby, book in at Tomeu Lassio. For a taste of life with the locals, call in at the bar at Can Bestard.

It is in a nice little town and feel like we are staying in a little castle attached to the church. We have a suite, you open the door to the first floor, which is the bathroom with a very big spa tub. Then up the stairs a little sitting area with a couch, a closet, a desk, and a small terrace. Up a couple of more steps, a massive bed. Praking is very difficuktl. And, if you aren’t an early riser, the church bells go off every morning around 7 or 8, believe. which can make it hard to sleep in. They continue to go off every hour during the day.

The site is nice, staff good, but Management, Bernat, is unreliable, poor attitude, arrogant and doesn't keep their promises. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. But again, avoid it Management is not focus on clients

The hotel grounds and rooms are as lovely as they are in the pictures! The pool area is lovely and it was a nice touch that we could message via WhatsApp for the staff to bring up drinks. The staff were polite and were always happy to help - it really was a lovely, relaxing time. The only downside was that there was no iron or even, that the hotel didn't have one that we could borrow. A minor thing but would've made a big difference. Lloseta is a lovely quite town and comes alive at night with local family and friends coming together for dinner in the restaurants and bars in the town. There are some reviews here that complain about the noise but I don't think it was excessive. The hotel is on the edge of the placa and right next to a church so yes, the bells go off and the locals hold events in the placa but it adds to the charm! The train station is approximately 5 minute walk away and you can get into Palma in 30-40 minutes for around under 4 Euros. All in all, a lovely stay in Cas Comte and Lloseta and would definitely recommend to others visiting Mallorca!

Visited 2 weeks ago with family. Had a selection of starters and mains. Great food overall. We especially liked the vegerarian tumbet and slow roasted lamb shoulder. Beautiful views from the terrace. Cosy atmosphere. Very good.

What a joke. This ”adults only” hotell has got its restaurant located in the middle of a kindergarten or a playground. I have never had a more loud dinner. Our conversation was drowned in childrens SCREEEAAMS the entire night. Avoid this place

Nice place to be romantic and spend some quality time. Nice and clean rooms. Great service and management. Great breakfast. Rooms are not very well isolated so some nightly activities can occur. Good but small pool and sun beds. We can highly recommend the hotel.
