We booked this accommodation lastminute, although half board was included, we didn’t intend on having our meals at the hotel, we mainly booked it for the location. We ended up having breakfast and dinner at the hotel every single day. The paella on July 2nd was better than at many Paella restaurants. Stayed for one night whilst on a layover in Majorca (and wanting to visit Cabrera Islands). The hotel consists of two parts, the aparthotel, which also includes the reception, restaurant and main bar, and the hotel which is in a separate building across the road. I had booked half board and arrived just in time, as the restaurant closed early for Spain, indeed they had already cleared the deserts before I had a chance to try any, but otherwise the food was very good, as was breakfast, with a good selection of options. Drinks were not included, which does mean a better selection and quality then you would find at most all-inclusive hotels, drinks prices seemed reasonable (at least compared to UK Prices).
The room was a reasonable size, clean and modern, good bed, good warm shower, good Wi-Fi. The hotel is well located in Colonia Sant Jordi, close to the centre, eastern beaches, and ferry to Cabrera. The price was good value, and the hotel nice and quiet (although it was an autumn stay, well away from the summer holidays). Nothing to do with the hotel, but its worth noting the taxi to and from the airport was expensive, much cheaper to hire a car for a short visit.

Really enjoying our stay here. Staff is really pleasant, rooms are comfortable, and half board is amazing when you have two teenagers with different palates. The pools are great, especially the main one, and just overall it’s worth the money.

Last year we came across this fantastic small, unspoiled resort whilst staying in Cala D'or and vowed to stay for a few days next time we visited Mallorca. The resort, although small, has some good Spanish restaurants and excellent beaches on which you can walk for miles. Not a British bar in sight: excellent!
On searching the internet for accommodation there did not appear to be much choice and we ended up in this aparthotel despite it not appearing to be our sort of place (we prefer smaller hotels or privately owned apartments/villas with sea views). The apartment was large, very clean and well appointed (albeit a bit corporate) with a good sized balcony. As the cost of half-board was only a few euros more than b&b we decided to take the half-board option ( we would not normally do this as we like to go out of an evening to sample the local restaurants). As we were not due to arrive at the hotel until around 8pm we decided that we would go in for dinner the first night and see what was on offer. If not up to scratch we would go out on the other 3 nights of our stay. It turned out that we ate in the hotel every evening. The food was wonderful.
We were, I think, the only British guests the others being mainly German and the staff did not always have a great command of English. However this gave us a chance to practice our very basic Spanish which was a bonus.
We are so glad we booked this hotel and would most definately consider going again.

Don't be put off by the low rating of this hotel on tripadvisor, as it shares all the facilities of the higher rated main aparthotel. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel was mainly adults only and the two pools and bar were quieter than the aparthotel. We went for the half board option and were very happy with the variety of food on offer, a different menu every night with plenty of choice for all tastes. Our room had been recently renovated to a high standard. Colonia de San Jordi is a get away from it all sort of resort, very quiet & peaceful but with just enough bars & restaurants to give interest. We enjoyed trying a different beach on foot each day, and coffee & brandy at the harbour each evening! Palma is an accessible bus ride away for a day out. The hotel is mainly filled with German speaking tourists, not a problem for us as we found them very friendly and well behaved, unlike some of our fellow tourists!! Book this if you want to return to old traditional holiday values.
