We stayed 11-18 Oct 2022. We could not fault one thing. From reception to cleaning staff, chef to bar/waitresses/waiters, outstanding. Staff a credit to the company and made our holiday, we felt so looked after.

The food exceeded our expectations. The facilities wonderful: spa; rooftop lounge/pool.

The location was perfect, near sandy beach, clear clean sea with lifeguard even in October, shops, restaurants, chemist, delicatessen, information bureau etc. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families (we are oldies) ; the beach is gently sloping so ideal for little ones and could see how staff at the hotel were accommodating and appreciative of little ones.

Colonia sant jordi is a special place that has a special place in my heart , I have visited this area twice and it’s just amazing ,

The hotel is a small yet beautiful place to stay , it does try very hard to accommodate everyone’s needs and expectations and I don’t think you can compare it to many other places that I have stayed ,

It’s location is amazing right in the front and very easy access to the beach, it has a small marina which rents boats out for a small fee ,

If it’s night your after this is not the place for you but if you want to relax and enjoy the warm seas and great views with calmness and amazing food it’s definitely worth a visit ,

The area is mainly European and not too many Uk citizens , children are always well behaved and pleasant

A very good variety of restaurants

My advice would be to book in advance to avoid disappointment,

The hotel offer massage and it also has a small spa with a pool and sauna

It was my partners birthday and I asked for flowers and a cake and some wine etc on arrival again all done without any hesitation or problems , some of the rooms have a small outdoor bath big enough for 2 adults to fit in very easily again well worth it

Cabrera is amazing and a must visit by sail boat , we booked a day trip with one of the local companies before hand , this may sound expensive but it’s worth it all the same , we will definitely be coming again

We spend 1 week at hotel Honucai in Sept 2021. Hotel is excellenty located on the main boulevard of Sant Jordi with lots of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Check in was clear and helpful, our rooms on the 1st floor were ok, nothing more, nothing less. Everything you need is provided (closet, minibar, shower products, etc) but the room did feel a little small. Also, noise isolation isn't that good and on some occasions a bad smell came from the AC. Nothing dramatic, but not really up to the 4 stars standard in my opninion.

Breakfast was good, large choice but unfortunately it was the exact same assortment throughout the week. The breakfast area is well decorated and created a really cosy vibe.

We had drinks on the rooftop bar once, service there was a little slow but the great views make up for this !

We rented a car and there is enough (free) parking space in the streets surrounding the hotel.

All in all hotel was good value for money if you want to stay in the area !

There's alot to like about Hotel Honucai. The hotel is generally clean and modern. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. WiFi is decent. Breakfast offers reasonable variety, although the quality varies. The rooftop pool area was nice but it is only a plunge pool. Attention to detail and levels of customer service could be improved. Check-in was slow, service at the restaurant (Salicornia) was horrible and our bathroom wasn't that clean when we arrived. Our room (107) also felt constantly damp. Hotel Honucai sells itself on luxury but ultimately it felt a little overpriced for what was offered

My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and we really enjoyed the place. The staff was very friendly, kind and always ready to help when needed. We also really enjoyed the stay because the room were fresh and clean, with a white summery vibe. They also provided fresh towels for the beach (which is something I didn't expect) and guided us with cool things to do on the Island. My girlfriend appreciated a lot the restaurant interior and the terrace at breakfast time.
We felt as ease and we will definetely come back. We really reccomend this Hotel!

I booked a superior room with a side sea view.
The room was on the 1st floor so my view was to the Carrefour express opposite and the Chinese corner.
330€ a single room every night.
The room was nice, with failures that a hotel of its category and price should not have, such as that the air conditioning went when it wanted or that the bathtub screen did not close well and you had to be careful not to flood the bathroom.
Very cute but impractical gel/shampoo bottles. It couldn't be pressed to get the product out.

The hotel staff good attention, to highlight Xisca, a great Pro at the reception.

Chaotic breakfasts and that wasn't very crowded. You can order tortilla or eggs right away, but there's nobody taking care of it. You ask for it from any waitress who runs past the room and after half an hour comes out with the dishes and does not know which table has ordered them.

I went up to the attic terrace. The pool is just for getting your feet wet if you're not too apprehensive. It's just a puddle of water. I had the worst mojito I have ever tasted in my life, in a plastic cup for €12.

The waitress, a young, brunette girl with root braid, a mess and I was unlucky enough that I was in the restaurant the day I had dinner there. I asked for a wine, he looked at me disgustingly and never brought it. I had to claim it from another partner.

The hotel is for adults, but at breakfast there were babies and children crying and screaming.
The nearest beach is known to be the most familiar in Palma, so you pay for an "adults only" hotel and on the beach you have to put up with kids playing ball, screaming and ill-mannered without parental control. It doesn't make sense.

Summarizing: Expensive, poor views and Pro restaurant staff. I'm not coming back.

We were looking for a more upscale, not too big hotel far from the crowds but not isolated and found it here.
The whole place is tastefully decorated and has a beautiful view directly onto the harbour.
There was a good mix of couples, groups of friends and families, no either-or.
The staff are very hospitable and always helpful.
Especially liked the hotel's own restaurant Salicornia.
Selected, varied dishes, great fish and pleasant portions (class instead of mass).
The service team was very polite, friendly reserved, courteous and had everything in view. If you liked, you could also have a nice short chat, so you felt welcome but not rushed.
Charming, beautiful hotel - we had a relaxing time.

The HONUCAi is a modern, smaller hotel in a direct location on the small port of Colonia san Jordi and just a few steps from the beach. Restaurants, small shops and the museum worth seeing are just a short walk away.

The hotel is lovingly designed down to the last detail. The rooms are not very large but offer everything you need for a nice week. Highlights are the above-average spacious bathrooms and showers.

Really excellent staff in all areas of the hotel. Always friendly, helpful and ready to respond to the wishes of guests.

Breakfast is extensive, always everything fresh and appetizing. Again, no wish remains unfulfilled.

Another highlight of the hotel is actually the rooftop bar. Nicely designed, good bar, great all-round view. Unfortunately, individual families are allowed to view this area as a private playground for their children. So sometimes toys, but also drink cups (!) fly into the small pool, accompanied by appropriate volume.

Relaxation is not possible there. It would be desirable - and other guests have confirmed this - if the rooftop bar were designated as an “adults only” area. Then you would also make more sales there than with families who bring their drinks!

Apart from that, the hotel is really recommended!

This is one of out favourite ever hotels. It has a wonderful laid-back beach vibe; stylish but completely free of pretension. It’s the type of place where you can comeback from a day at the beach covered in sand and be welcomed at reception to enjoy a rooftop cocktail and sunset dip. The food is great, the design effortless but most importantly the staff are fantastic. Every one of the reception team helped us with our numerous requests & questions with kindness and a smile. A special mention must go to Xisca who was so lovely in helping my wife rearrange rooms and beds & cots so my she could get a night off from our one year old. We are a family of five but Hotel Honocai is a great stop off for anyone who wants a chilled, welcoming stylish break away from the conveyor belt of soulless big brand tourism on some other of other parts of the island. Bravo to Hotel Honocai and all the team who make it so special and memorable.

Modern and clean hotel. Nice decor in the lobby and restaurant. Roof top with bar and pleasant micro swimming pool. our room on the 3rd floor was small and very noisy in the evenings when the roof top is open. Identical breakfasts during the 6 days of our stay. The seaside resort doesn't have much charm and the restaurants on the pier are mediocre, even bad. Correct value for money for the hotel due to a reservation through a private travel type discount site. Otherwise the normal price per hotel is prohibitive, but the island is so successful that prices are soaring…
