This hotel was the worse experience. None of the pictures are accurate. Terrible check in, No AC, very old, not updated. Room furniture burns marks from cigarette, 1 start because good location. Not recommended, never come back. Love housekeepers.

My parents (70s), sister and our daughters (7,9) found this traditional family run hotel to be very friendly and perfect for our 4 night stay. Nothing was too much trouble, My dad asked to borrow a kettle and a corkscrew, both loaned with smiles. The staff are professional and courteous. Yes it's slightly dated but we enjoyed our stay more than a previous stay in a shiny, modern, rather impersonal hotel. The location is perfect, the breakfast traditional and plentiful. Our rooms suited us. My parents had a balcony looking over the square at the front of the hotel. We had a huge suite with plenty of space, no balcony but with 2 young children, we didn't miss it as we couldn't sit still for too long!!! The communal areas are homely, there are bikes to hire and a pool table. There was some noise overnight, from others moving around I think but earplugs sorted that, plus tiredness from swimming in the sea! I would stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel: friendly, efficient, comfortable and excellently situated, just behind the noisier seafront area. It looks a little old fashioned and in many ways it is, but in the best possible sense of a personalized sense of service that newer hotels seem to have forgotten. The bed I slept in was very comfortable and the bathroom fittings were modern and well up to standard. The view onto the square at the front of the hotel — a church behind pine trees — is enchanting: ask for a front room with balcony (I was in 407), maybe you’ll be lucky. I would, and I hope will, return to this hotel again and again: for me, it’s Mallorca at its very best.

Great little hotel in a fantastic location perfect for a couple off nights, stayed here my my son for a weekend in Palma and it was just right for our requirements. 2 mins from the beach and lots of supermarkets and cafes on your doorstep. Breakfast was good as well.

Just returned from a break with friends. It was a short break so we didn't want to be too far from the airport. Location of this hotel was ideal, only ten minutes in a taxi to/from the airport. It's just a two minute walk to the beach from the hotel. The area it's located in has a very nice Spanish feel. Hotel reception staff were very friendly. The place is a little dated but the reception area is really nice. We had a nice big clean room for the three of us, with a large bathroom and nice size balcony, with a lovely view of the square. We had breakfast included which had a nice few options. Would resommend.

Staff were friendly but the room was very poor, air conditioning wasn't working correctly and was in bad need of an refresh. Breakfast was OK. Will I be coming back, probably not. Close to the airport.

Recently stayed at the Balear hotel before an early morning flight home. The foyer and reception areas of the hotel are nice and pleasant, however the room we had was not nice. It was very clean but that is where the positives ended. The room was extremely dark with a purple wall. The bed was like a cot bed and the mattress sagged in the middle, needs to be replaced. There were two parties going on in the rooms at either side of us at 1am. We were leaving at 4am and when I expressed my complaints to the man on reception he didn't really care. As we were leaving so early we didn't have breakfast. You get what you pay for. There are absolutely loads of hotels in the area and it is worth paying a bit more for a nicer place.

Best hotel breakfast ever: beans, scrambled eggs, fresh veggies (I haven't eaten such a tasty tomatoes literally in YEARS!), small, but SO tasty ensaimadas. Not much choice, but everything is so tasty and veggie friendly (compared to the standard "German / sausages" offer in Palma). => would 200% recommend even if you don't take a room here. And the old lady who was serving was extremely nice and friendly. Reception opened 24/24: as a late traveller, a big THANK YOU! Stable wifi in the room. Close to the airport (15min or so, about 15euros for a nightly road). Close to a small beach (sand). Not-so-good points: - In "normal/non-covid" times, I think the neighborhood can be quite loud: bars, party places. Got a room giving on a small place in front of the hotel, where people were hanging around. - The room looks old (though clean), as well as the furniture (buttons on the TV remote control were worn out, but yeah, you don't come to Palma in order to watch TV).

We only stayed one day en route to Cala D'or. The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to look after us.The price is extremely reasonable. They even made us all a breakfast as we had missed a meal whilst flying.
