Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Nice clean and updated hotel, easy access to the beach and lots of restaurants etc. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Great range of food for breakfast and buffet dinners.
Our Seaview room was clean, but very small with only one small hanging clothes space - there were no drawers for clothes, so we just lived out of the suitcase.
You have to pay €3 a day to use the safe in the bedroom. To use pool towels, you pay a refundable €15 per towel which is returned when you hand the towels back in.

The location is great you come from the airport by bus A2 in two stops the bus stop is 5 min away. Pool on the end floor is great only the loungers are quickly occupied so you already have to stand 09:45 at the door up to get a good place. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Staff nice and friendly. The only downside is actually the bathroom: the toilet way too high and the open shower a pure disaster honestly hardly usable because the whole bathroom gets wet and you have to leave the towels constantly on the floor. The cleanliness in the room could have been better foreign hair in the room when checking in and not the cleanest towels and unfortunately not absorbent.

The hotel is clean & comfortable & the staff, especially in the restaurant area are very hard working, keeping tables cleaned & re-set.
My room was compact, with a sea view & a very comfortable bed, but please, can hotels stop trying to be 'fashionable & stylish', & actually have doors on the wardrobes. I really don't like to see my clothes hanging there, in the middle of the night!! Also, a 4 Star hotel should not be charging guests to use the room safe & on another note, bottled water in this style of hotel should be complimentary in rooms for all guests.
I also agree with another reviewer about breakfast. Why on earth are the cereals at one end of the buffet bar & milk near the fruit, at the other end? That doesn't make sense to me (I for one don't take milk with fruit!).
However, all in all this is a nice hotel (I've stayed there twice, so can't be that bad).

A friend and I stayed half board for a week in single rooms, next door to each other. Our rooms were clean and functional with a side sea view from the balcony. The beds were comfortable, the showers powerful and the small fridge was useful. Reception staff ensured we had dinner after a late afternoon flight out and were always friendly, informative and generally helpful. Dining room staff were amazingly smiley and welcoming, ensuring that drinks were poured, used plates removed, tables sanitised and relaid at a swift rate. Cleaning staff were similarly hard working and friendly, though rarely visible! Breakfast catered to all tastes, always freshly made pancakes, eggs etc and a wide variety of fruit. (Also, oddly, sprouts alongside other veg!?) Coffee from machines wasn't brilliant but that's probably our only criticism. Dinner also offered lots of choices, from fish, poultry, meat and vegetarian options (including veggie paella) to salads and a range of vegetables. Desserts (always with a fresh fruit option) were varied and enticing and cheeses on offer were interesting. We didn't really use the pool areas much, but agree that the views from the top pools were wonderful. The area itself is great and very clean and we did a lot of walking along the footpaths by the sea towards both Arenal and Palma. Lots of coffee or juice stops especially towards Arenal and rather repetitive clothing shops to browse. On arrival we took the A2 bus from the airport to near the hotel (€5) and another day bus 35 into Palma (€2). We booked a trip online via train to Soller, tram to Port Soller and boat to San Calobre (€57) which was an excellent way to visit lovely places in Mallorca. The hotel booked us a taxi back to the airport (€18). All in all a brilliant holiday in a clean, well run hotel with lovely staff in an interesting area.

The roof terrace is really nice, but always full except for the loungers, which you can only use if you pay a high rental price per day (about €50). Except for one, they were never occupied and took up a large part of the terrace. The room was small and ours was separated from the bathroom by a pane of glass, so if you had to go to the toilet at night and turned on the light, even the bedroom was brightly lit, and the door squeaked so loudly that my husband woke up every time. The breakfast room was very full and the staff were completely overwhelmed, which was evident in the cleanliness. The coffee machines were often broken, cups were missing every morning, the tables were not wiped down. Some of the dishes were dirty. We had only booked breakfast. The bread was dry, and the "baked-up rolls" in my opinion were small, hard rolls that I could hardly bite into.
As it was cold, we took a quilt from the cupboard, it hardly warmed us, it had no covers and never was. For a 4 star hotel I had at least expected to find a bottle of water in the room with glasses, but there was nothing. In the evening at the bar, we tried three times, but we were not served and there was no one at the counter. The door to the balcony was so jammed that I could hardly open it, only just enough to walk out sideways. The pool on the 7th floor was very cold, both are very small and only 90 cm deep. Then there is a second pool next to the dining rooms, which is also very small and has no atmosphere, located between walls with no view. So, there was one good thing though, there was a grocery store just around the corner and the WiFi was great.

The hotel is an excellent location, five minutes in a taxi from the airport, a 1 minute walk from the beach and ten minutes in a taxi to Palma City Centre.
The hotel itself is very clean and we found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful, big shout out to David at the roof top bar who provides an excellent service whilst guests are sunning themselves.
The communal bar areas are good and their are plenty of places to sit both inside and outside. Breakfast had lots of choice for all palettes and their are plenty of places to sit and eat.
The roof top pool area is fine but very small and their are only 20 or sun loungers available so you need to be in the queue at 10am to get one.. There are other beds to use but these are chargeable for the day, these should be removed and normal sun loungers put in the their place. The pool on the ground floor only has 8 sun loungers and is mostly in shade. Both pools are plunge pools and not swimming pools so are just used to help you cool off.
The rooms are very small and all have twins beds. The safe in the room is chargeable at 3 euros a day which again should be free. The bathrooms are fine except for the glass screen between the bathroom and the bedroom which is strange. More and more hotels are doing this and it is just odd. It is fine if you are sharing a room with your partner but if you are with a friend it is just a little odd.
My biggest grip about the hotel is the air conditioning, is just isn't powerful enough across the whole hotel and therefore keeping cool and sleeping is really difficult. We stayed in early September when the outside temperature was 30 degrees. It does get hotter than this in Mallorca and therefore something does need to be done.
Overall the hotel is fine however there are better choices in the resort for the same price with better facilities.

Breakfast is okey but very crowded. If you want to change towels for the pool you need to pay extra 10 euro every time. People are allowed to smoke in pool area which is not super nice for pregnant women or children. Nice view from pool area but the sunbeds are always taken and it is not so big area.

It was the worst hotel I have ever spent money on. The pool was small and unusable - the same goes for the number of sun chairs, so everything was occupied at all times of the day, and people were packed together like sardines in a can. The food was exceptionally poor and simply inedible. I couldn't offer my pregnant wife to eat the food even though we had paid for half board, so we had to eat out every evening and thus paying double for dinner. Both dinner and breakfast were of 1-star quality and mostly resembled meals one could have seen east of the Berlin Wall before its fall. The junior suite was also disappointingly bad and could have just as well been their cheapest option despite the price. The staff had no intention of helping with anything. They wouldn't help because the booking was through Hotels.com, and Hotels.com "couldn't do anything" since the payment was made directly at the property upon arrival - we didn't have the option to pay online at the time of booking, so it made it impossible for us. No one wanted to take responsibility, so we were tossed back and forth between the two parties. I would recommend everyone to stay away from that hotel. We have been happy with Hotels.com before, but this is the last time we use their services with the treatment and lack of responsibility shown over a product on their side.

Good location - bad service A hotel which is categorized with 4 stars. BUT the various facilities that justify 4 stars are of the lowest common denominator. Fitness has cardio machines that work as well as a multi-bench that doesn't work. No air conditioning or mats for floor training. The standard rooms do not have a sink in the bathroom, but inside the bedroom itself. If you want a bathroom/toilet with a sink, you must upgrade to a premium or superior room. The breakfast has pretty much everything but the quality of the food is really bad. For example, the orange juice is diluted concentrate and instant coffee in the machines. They have a nice rooftop with a beautiful pool and a short distance to the sea with a nice sandy beach. Not a hotel we will return to.

Just returned from a three night stay here and can not fault the hotel atall! Everything was fantastic, the welcome, the staff, the room, the cleanliness, the food, the rooftop bar, the location! I would 100% return here again and would recommend to anyone. The staff are amazing so so friendly and can not do enough for you. There was some refurbishment/building works going on over the road afacing my room (322) however this was only on the first day and for an hour or two middayish. The other two days I didn’t hear a thing. The room doors are noisy when they close but I can not blame this on the hotel this is just inconsiderate guests fault for leaving the doors to slam! Breakfast is included in the room rate, and was a buffet style. Plenty of choice of meats, cheeses, fruits etc and gluten free bread available. The same for evening meal which as a coeliac I was super impressed with as there was many choices! Not many places around this hotel cater for coeliac I walked into three restaurants on my walk along the beach and none of them catered for coeliac so when I found out about the hotel buffet I was so grateful. Best €16.50 I’ve spent! The location is fab too, literally two stops away from the airport €5 a ticket. I was able to check in early at no extra cost. Drinks in the restaurant are really cheap €2.90 a glass of wine. Oh last thing the rooftop bar AMAZING! honestly the view from here is incredible. Real sun trap and so relaxing. I didn’t have issues having to queue for a sunbed like some of the other reviews say. there was only maybe 4/5 people up there. I would say around 20 or so sunbeds, plenty of deck chair style seats pointing in the direction of the sun and plenty of tables chairs sofas etc. one thing I would recommend from the rooftop bar is the pina coladas. Overall fantastic stay and I am really sorry to be going home. Thankyou everyone so much. As a solo traveller I felt very safe here.
