We loved our stay here. It’s a small hotel so doesn’t feel crowded. The room was clean and spacious with views over the pool and out to sea (we had a pool suite). The staff are helpful and the restaurant onsite serves lovely food. Would highly recommend.
Spectacular location in a quiet area of camp de mar. Great staff, spacious room, big balconies with garden and sea views, tranquil pool area and indoor pool with spa facilities. The hotel is the perfect blend of rustic spanish and modern. You can walk down to the rocky beach area or take the promenade to camp de mar beach which is lovely in the evenings. If you want to eat/ drink at the illetas restaurant on the small island, you need to book in advance, but its worth it just for the views. We went self catering and did not use the buffet restaurant, but would highly recommend the onsite restaurant with amazing views and delicious desserts. The cortado coffee here was good but did not open until 11am, there is a Nescafé coffee machine in room, you can buy the pods in the shop next to reception. Would highly recommend this hotel for families who want to relax and and avoid the crowds, the ambience here was spot on so don’t expect loud music and kids clubs, our 3 and 8 year old loved it here at the pool, while we could sit back and watch boats sail by! None of us wanted to leave! Tip: Eat out in Port Andratx, 10mins away by car, amazing sunset restaurants along the harbour and a Lidl and Marcedona supermarket in nearby peguera for essentials Nice little beach in cala fornells, bring a snorkeling mask…
I have just returned home following a wonderful weeks holiday with my partner at the Bahia Suites Camp de Mar. The hotel certainly did not disappoint. We stayed in one of the comfort suites with breakfast included. The modern, beautifully presented rooms were exactly like the photographs, we were particularly impressed with the large balcony and seating, not forgetting the stunning sea views. Breakfast was delicious, great food choices and welcoming staff. Everyday Sebastian did his best to sit us by the window to enjoy the sea views. The pool area was extremely relaxing and quiet, never worried about getting sun beds as plenty of space amd loved watching the different boats everyday. We ate out every night and would recommend taking a short taxi drive to Port Andrax where there is plenty of restaurants and good atmosphere. During are stay we visited Cala Fornells beach which is a short taxi drive. Cala Fornell is quite small with no nearby shops but the waters are crystal blue and we thoroughly enjoyed are day there. We did have a snack at one of the hotels but would recommend taking own refreshments. Back at Camp de Mar beach we visited Maria 5 beach club most days, great atmosphere day or night, great food and even better cocktails… a must visit. We also enjoyed a lovely evening meal at Restaurant la Illeta however I would recommend to book as gets very busy. Bahia suites are situated a 5 min walk from the beach and bus stop. We took a day trip to Palma and got off at Palma bus station, had a great day exploring Palma and visiting the shops. Overall we had the best week and can’t wait to come back and stay at Bahia Suites. Camp de Mar is a gem of a resort!…
Rooms, location, pool are all very good. What lets this hotel down is the buffet restaurant. It has a cafe feel about it and does not give you a good holiday vibe. The Al La Carte is lovely but you have to pay extra to use that on a half board deal. The hotel is on the side of a cliff so lots of steps, not good for young families with push chairs I would suggest. I would stay again but would not take up the food options !
We really enjoyed our family holiday at Bahia Suites, the apartment we had was modern with good facilities, perfect for our family of three. The way the room partitions into two separate rooms for sleeping as a great idea, especially with a teen ! We managed to get beds by the pool every morning without having to get up too early & if you missed out there was lots of beds for the grass area next to the pool. If you manage to get a bed near the balcony overlooking the bay it has such stunning views & we enjoyed watching the different boats coming into anchor in front of the hotel, from small day boats to huge super Yachts with £millions ! We had booked half board but after the first evening meal we requested a change to revert back to bed & breakfast. The cafeteria type evening food was not to our liking & in a cramped room. We would also suggest moving breakfast down to the main restaurant for a much better experience. We ate in their main restaurant for a few lunch & one evening meals with beautiful views over the bay & the menu offers good choice & standard. There are also some amazing restaurants in Camp de Mar all within walking distance or Andrax via a short taxi ride ( only £7 Euros ) We would come back…
Lovely surroundings and exceptional views. Rooms modern spacious and kept generally clean with maid service daily. Pool view suite have excellent sea views. Sofa bed very comfortable with no bending in the middle and double bed in main room very spacious and comfortable - you can sit up in bed with the view of the sea! Rooms quite unless noisey neighbours who like to drink. Doors cleverly designed to be sliding which help reduce noise too. Air con in rooms work well. Kitchen has nescafe gusto machine if you wanted to bring pods. 2 ring hob, toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave. Tv in each side of the room- can get uk itv2 and bbc only, no bluetooth or wifi so cannot cast from device. Very peaceful stay with lovely pool area, lovely rooms with view, lovely walk to the small beach with few restaurants. One negative for me was the dining experience- did not feel we were accommodated as much as other families and felt unwelcome at times compared to others- it was a very regimented way to run meal times which i feel would benefit from being run in a more relaxed manner to help the guests feel relaxed too. Food was basic and often hot food not very hot and cold food not very cold - milk at breakfast was always warm, that said it was edible and fairly goid value when i consider what we paid. I would return as we had a wonderful holiday but would reconsider our dining options for next time due to the negativity i felt during meal times. Thankyou Bahia for a lovely holiday …
We loved everything about the hotel. The room is newly furbished, spacious, clean with an amazing view of the sea and the garden. I loved the sliding doors which gave us some privacy from our son :) The breakfast and dinner was superb, enough variety for everybody's taste. A small but very friendly hotel in a quiet location. We definitely want to return again.
We like to book our holidays last minute! We contacted Salvator as we boarded our flight and he found room for us (2 adults, 2 teens) at the very last minute. We stayed in their 3 bed apartment which, although it’s not been renovated to the standard of the other suites, provided us with loads of space, a full kitchen and a massive balcony. The apartments are cleaned daily to a very high standard, the restaurant provides great food especially lunch and there is a little store in reception where you can buy essentials and fresh baguette and croissant. Bahia is right by the sea with amazing views. You can hear the waves breaking at night which is so relaxing. Everyone who works at Bahia are kind, thoughtful and friendly. Salvator, Susan and Nico did everything they could to make our stay perfect. Thank you again team Bahia…
Spent two nights here in October, for our first visit to Mallorca. We wanted a room that was spacious, with a good size balcony and a view. The Bahia Suites ticked all 3 boxes 100%. We had a top floor room at the end nearest the sea, which provided a fantastic view. So lovely to wake up to. A large room, with good size bathroom and kitchen facilities. Bed was I think queen size, so nice and big, although the mattress might be a bit hard for some. Yes, lots of steps down to the pool, restaurant and water, but that was fine for us. Location is quiet and about a 10 min walk to the busier area, with other hotels and restaurants. The restaurant and breakfast was great. Lots of options, great omelettes, pastries, coffees. We had all we needed. And super friendly service, with everyone's english really good. Would 100% recommend and very likely that we would return.…
Being in the first block, the sea views were absolutely spectacular. The room, spacious, clean, well appointed, airy, with a beautiful balcony. All the staff always helpful, pleasant and cheerful. A superb retreat, close to, yet well away from the hustle and bustle of the centre
