Situated in the middle of the golf course and not far away from the small beach, this 20-year-old 5-star hotel features every comfort in a casual way and with very friendly and helpful staff. Good for sun tanning and a swim or as starting point for bike tours as we did.

Although we were satisfied with the service and the installations in general, the service personel at the breakfast buffet was rather questionable. A bitter blonde woman left us to wait 15 min for a table we had requested 4 times. We could not overhear the before mentioned woman complaining about another hotel guest. Unfortunately not to Steigenberger standards.

Every feedback gives us the chance to learn more about the needs and expectations of our guests and it is our aim to make our guests stays a very enjoyable time. We are pleased to read that in general you were quite satisfied with our service. The more we apologize for any inconvenience you might have had during the breakfast service on departure day. Please be assured that our staff members will do all their best at any time to attend our guests in the most adequate way avoiding waiting times. As you can see in the majority of reviews our guests constantly praise the friendliness of our staff members in all areas. Especially on Sundays however the breakfast area can be very busy and it may take a little longer to set a new table. We will always avoid any kind of discussion with our guests, in this case however, our waitress tried in all possible ways to explain to a group of persons that it is not allowed to appear in any restaurant or bar area in bath robe. Once again we would like to thank you for your visit and we hope that you will give us the chance to welcome you in another occasion in order to convince you of the quality of our services. We booked the suite, which was underwhelming with dated design and no double bed. Terrible value. The restaurant stops servicing food at 22:30 (early for spain) and room service isn’t available as advertised. I would say much better places to stay in mallorca for the price. The spa and view were great though!

The more we regret that the booked suite was not up to your expectations. As we advertise in our website and all publications all our rooms offer kingsize beds with two mattresses. Our housekeeping team can join the mattresses if requested. It is true that due to the Mediterranean life-style many restaurants will serve their guests until very late and sometimes do not close their kitchen until 23.00 o´clock. In the majority of hotels however, and especially in off-season this will not be the case. Our room-service will serve a variety of dishes during and as well after the kitchen closes. Once again we would like to thank you for your visit and we hope that you will give us the chance to welcome you in another occasion in order to convince you of the quality of our services. This hotel is excellent . It is spotlessly clean with beautiful towels and bedding and rooms are well sound proofed. Staff are all very friendly and gardens kept beautifully with great breakfasts provided. The only thing that rather let things down was the Spa Area--My wife had planned on some treatments but found that the Spa pool was regularly overrun with children with noise levels rather like a school swimming pool. This noise spread to the outside area which would otherwise been nice and peaceful. If the hotel is to be serious in providing Spa treatments (which must provide peace and relaxation) something must be done about this. Without this issue my rating would have been 5 star.

Speaking after the 8th visit to this house, let me share some specific views. Overall the house is still ok but coming as a “regular” you start to see things slipping. Food quality get cheaper, self service coffee machines than served coffee, service less attentive, etc. You can see from these things that the management is trying to reduce cost. The problem is that the price you pay - quality is expected without compromise. I am sure the house is regularly full and the convenience to golf course brings customers. The house has so much potential, I just hope that management start to look into making the hotel more attractive and get out of their complacency.

After consulting with other regular guests, she has repeatedly emphasized that they have noticed in the last 4 years, that again invested in the hotel - new spa area, renovation of most rooms and restaurants. Also in this winter are u.a. the remaining rooms and suites renovated.
