Just returned from a 4 night stay at the Palia Maria Eugenia hotel with my partner. On arrival we were greeted by friendly reception staff who allowed us to upgrade to the premium room (highly recommended). We had access to the VIP areas where they served good cocktails, burgers and other snacks during the day. Entertainment varied. Some nights were in French and others in English. Just a note to watch out for mosquitos in the evenings! Overall a lovely trip. Managed to go snorkelling in the cove nearby and enjoyed an amazing boat trip which departed just minutes from the hotel :) Would love to return again when Covid is no longer!

Just got back with my partner a couple days ago from a 6 night stay in this hotel. This wasn't our first choice of hotel but due to Covid we got moved here as our others got cancelled. The hotel itself is set just off the lovely South East coast of Majorca. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly, helpful and working tirelessly to ensure the hotel is sanitised and up to standard. However, that being said the food I have to say was..awful in my opinion they had the same foods out all the time. If the food wasn't oversalty it was very fatty and barely edible. Both me and my partner tried our best to eat out as much as we could because of this, our all-inclusive deal was almost a waste of time bar the drinks. Do not waste money on the premium package they offer because all you seem to get is an upgraded room and a fenced off private area consisting of two small infinity pools and some sunbeds with curtains. Me and my partner found an area that was pretty much the same just next to the premium area. Another downside to this hotel is that, the hotel mainly caters for the French especially with the evening entertainment, people just parading up an down the stage speaking in absolute babble. The music played around the pool daily is also French all this being wonderful if you are actually... French. This being why the hotel should be a farfetch from 4* should be a 3 at best. There are alot nicer hotels around the area for the same money, the only reason this is a 4* for me is the scenery around and the fact it is right on the seafront.

The Palla Maria Eugenia was not our first choice, however, this was certainly not second best , what a lovely hotel, from our check in to leaving which we were sad to leave. The staff work tiresome to ensure all Covid measures are in place, the hotel was spotless. The foot was very superb, you could not want for anything, maybe a better up of tea or coffee but for food quality you could not ask for more, there is a pizza and pasta station, salad station, grilling station, carvery, you would not go hungry. The entertainment was also very good considering the limitations due to Covid. I would certainly return to this hotel.

Just arrived back in the U.K. today. We were moved here due to Covid and was the only like for like one available. No problem with the rooms, spacious and cleaned every day. No problem with the pool area. The kids loved it. I do however have a problem with the fact this hotel caters for the french. Hardly nothing was spoken in English so didn’t have a clue what was being said during entertainment etc, 99% of songs r in Spanish or French. Food was ok ish. All they have for children is pasta and pizza. The same for lunch and evening meal. Nothing different. So my kids lived on that for 10 days! And if ur a fish lover this hotel is for u! 2 days out of 10 I enjoyed the food. Same thing over and over! Some of the staff r quite rude and abrupt and have no idea what ur saying to them! But some r friendly. We actually felt safer here than we did in the U.K. with the Covid. Everyone here abides by the rules and the hotel was good for implementing them and making sure. Food time on an evening can be quite busy though which I found a little too busy for my liking. Other than that it was a good holiday.
