Amazing hotel from start to finish. All the staff were so friendly, from house keeping to entertainment staff. We stayed for a week and there was always something to do no matter the age. The views were breathtaking and beaches a short walk either left or right to the back entrance of the hotel. Would highly recommend to family's, couples or even a break away on your own.

What a fantastic surprise this hotel turned out to be. We arrived in darkness in the early hours of the morning, and went straight to bed after a long day's travelling. On awakening, we made our way to the balcony and pulled back the blinds to reveal the most fantastic view I have ever seen. The view over the pools led to a picture perfect view of the Mediterranean, with the sun overhead. The rooms we had booked were clean, modern, and well equipped with TV, double bed, cupboards, fridge, air conditioning, coffee machine, kettle, and a selection of tea, coffee, drinking chocolate etc. The bathroom was a good size with a really good shower. Clean towels were provided in the room daily, rooms cleaned, and fresh bedding. So glad we booked the premium for this trip as it was all inclusive, with a VIP area with four separate pools, private bar that was open from 10am to 6pm, sunbeds, parasols, daybeds, and poolside showers. Food was served at the VIP bar all day, (the burgers are not to be missed), fresh fruit, pastries, pasta, fishcakes, chicken nuggets, hotdogs, cake, fries, wedges, salad, and whatever you wanted to drink. All of this was included in the price, so it was just a case of helping yourself. The bar staff would also bring around some tasty morsels for your refreshment while you sunbathed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were of very good quality, with something for everyone's taste. I found it difficult to fault the catering as a lot of the food was cooked in front of you and was always fresh. I don't think I've ever been anywhere that carved roast suckling pig, whole salmon, roast beef, or fresh fish cooked to order. There was honestly too much to choose from and everything we tried was delicious. Different themed nights also ran in the restaurant with Italian, Asian, Mediterranean, and Spanish. There was entertainment every night which was okay, with cocktails, spirits and beer all readily available. The staff were all really friendly, professional, and approachable. They even had my laundry cleaned and returned within 24 hours. Nothing seemed to be a problem for the reception staff, who also arranged a taxi for me, showers before we left the hotel, and an iron with small deposit, which is returned when the iron is brought back. I wouldn't even bring a towel to this hotel, they provide them for poolside with a small deposit, which is also returned. Outside of the hotel has a lot of shops to dip in and out of, and restaurants dotted about the area. If you feel you have to go out of the hotel for food, there is a lovely restaurant called "Vinecia". The food here was the best I have tasted, but book a reservation as it's extremely popular. Fair prices too. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday, I had a brilliant week and returned home happy and relaxed. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Palia Maria Eugenia for making our stay most enjoyable.

The staff in this hotel are some of the friendliest I've encountered, helpful, polite and always smiling. We opted for the premium room and it really was a huge advantage, the separate pool area is spectacular, the views over the med are out of this world and there was never a queue at the premium bar. The room was comfy and clean without being exceptional but remember this is a 4 star hotel. The food was great, the main buffet was a good mix of standard buffet items plus freshly grilled fish or meat and also freshly made pasta or pizza. Evening entertainment was really good. If you venturing out of the hotel at night then the Cuban bar is a must for their giant cocktails! Avoid the nightclub Tiffany's, unless you enjoy a fight after a beer, it's quite rough. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and extremely good value for money.

Absolutely amazing holiday! The hotel sits in a beautiful location overlooking the sea, you can see it when you eat your meals and by the 18+ pool. Food was great I thought! There was choc fountains some nights, and themed nights like Mexican, Asian, and Mediterranean. The breakfast was the best for me. Lots of options! 4pm they began making crepes at the main pool bar as well as other treats, and they did lunch snacks throughout the whole day too. The non alcoholic drinks are easily accessible too, as you can just do it yourself on the machine whenever u want. Don’t bother going premium! The only benefit to me was an extra pool, but the adult only pool was always half empty anyway! And had the same gorgeous views, as long as some of those fancy looking sunbeds. however, I didn’t like the beds in the room, it was two singles pushed together which as a couple is annoying, as they’re constantly being pushed away in the slightest movement. Also the rooms aren’t very soundproof, you can hear everything. The club opposite us was a nightmare the first night but as soon as we told the reception about it, it was no longer a problem. But the noise of other people, especially the cleaners, is inevitable. They do a fab job but sometimes come in too early that we were still sleeping lol.

We booked a holiday package with EasyJet at last minute due to a weeks leave from work, I’m not sure we expected much but we were blown away! I wanted to emphasise that the photos you see online are mostly the premium package, luckily when we got to the hotel we were able to upgrade to premium for €150 for both of us. I would say if you are a couple it would be well worth the upgrade, not so much if you’re going with families. I was really surprised at how deep the family pool is at nearly 3m. The premium area is separate and is well worth the money to feel the luxury, the room was modern and not like the typical all inclusive rooms that you see. It does feel like a real luxury holiday! We haven’t had much interaction with the staff but they seem lovely, I’ve got to make a point that the housekeeping staff were exceptional at their job and deserve to be recognised for the effort they put into cleaning every single room. I really enjoyed the food, my partner is very fussy but we always found something to eat, the pizza was stone baked and fresh, there was a pasta station, burgers and crepes in the day and there were different themed nights which kept it exciting going into dinner. The location of the hotel was amazing, there is the most beautiful beach 10 min walk from the hotel, right opposite there is a market that sell all of your typical souvenirs, some of them are really cheap and being right on the door step is really helpful. There’s also restaurants and mini golf on the complex, we must have visited at least 3-4 times. The rent a car opposite does charge €75 euro per day to hire which was a little more expensive than what we’re used too, but we went to visit palms city which had luxury stores and boutiques. We also visited the Palms caves which was a lovely experience. I would entirely recommend the buggy experience, it’s €175 euro but it’s for 4 hours and there’s a mix of off-roading, and going up the mountains, they don’t provide lunch or the gift advertised but this didn’t bother me as we had all inclusive food to look forward too at the hotel. I’m not sure what anyone means when they say the alcohol is watered down, I had to go to the bar to put more lemonade in them sometimes it was that strong, the cocktail range is amazing, mojito, sangria, blue lagoon, tequila sunrise, pina colada, they even made us strawberry daiquiris without the €3 supplement. The entertainment nights were phenomenal and you can tell a lot of planning and effort goes into them, we’ve had a Motown night, disco and cocktail night with a live DJ and a magician. We have absolutely loved our stay, thank you so much for making it so enjoyable Palia Maria Eugenia!!!! 🤍🤍🤍🤍

I stayed here with my family (party of 8 in total) from October 5th to 12th and can’t rate this place highly enough! We had a fantastic time from start to finish and only left the hotel twice! I really have no idea what any negative reviews are talking about! The hotel itself is set in beautiful grounds with the most amazing views of the ocean. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and directly across the road are bars, shops and mini golf. The pool is large and clean with children’s slides and a brilliant life guard who didn’t take his eyes off my 6 year old all week! The rooms are spacious and modern, the beds are reasonably comfortable and they are cleaned to a brilliant standard every day. We had a late flight on our last day and the hotel allowed us to keep our room until our departure time for an extra 25 euros which was great. The food, brilliant! I expected to eat out at least once or twice during the week as all inclusive food can become tiresome and boring, we didn’t need to do this at all! We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here every day and didn’t get bored, there were themed nights a number of times each week, and plenty of choice every night and always something different, we never had the same thing twice. The pool bar serves snacks such as burgers, chips, hot dogs, salad options around lunchtime and crepes in the afternoon, there is a constant supply of food on offer. Finally, the staff are wonderful! The entertainment team especially! They are present all day and night, different activities running constantly and they take the time to get to know you! I didn’t get all their names but a special mention to Celeste and Cedric! Overall, such an amazing place to stay and we will definitely be back next year, so glad we gave this place a chance!

First family holiday with an infant. I was a bit skeptical with the food after reading prior reviews but genuinely, ignore them. People clearly don’t have an “adventurous” pallate besides pizza and chips. There’s various options - fish, fresh pasta and sauce, salads, grilled chicken (cooked in-front of you), potatoes, veg, cheese and crackers etc etc. so just branch out and try new things. There’s also themed nights so that changes it completely again (seafood, mexican etc). Room was spacious and fairly modern but it is 2 single beds pushed together. Can be loud too with music most nights. Cot for baby is given which is quite comfy. Lift can be hit and miss. I’m sorry but if you can walk just do it - it’s a small lift and we had a pram and stayed in the 7th floor so had no other choice. We did notice several people from as little as 2nd floor getting it - just take the stairs!! Plenty of day activities and 4/5 pools. 2 are hidden so just go down the steps as if your going down to the beach to find it (18+ only). So yeah great value for money, ignore the reviews with basic palates and enjoy your holiday :)

Myself and my husband came for a 10 night stay, we paid extra for the premium experience our room was lovely, bright and clean with a stunning view of the ocean. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were left everyday always arranged in a nice design on the bed and the bedding was changed every few days. The staff were all very polite and friendly and spoke very good English which was really helpful, the buffet in general is what you would expect from an all inclusive and breakfast and lunch were always nice however… we did struggle on the evening at times to find something to eat surprisingly to say it is a family hotel with children chips/chicken strips etc are not served every night so it’s no fussy eater friendly and in all honestly there is hardly any British food served it was mainly fish which neither of us like.. luckily pizza is served most nights which we did like. The snack bar throughout the day however I can’t fault it was burgers, chips, hot dogs etc.. My only big complaint would be that on around day 4/5 of our stay there was a large group of geordies who must have come as mates as they didn’t seem to have children with them on the first day by the premium pool there were annoying but tolerable just being loud and generally disruptive but as I say I felt I could manage however the next day they came to the premium area around 11ish/12ish time and from the get go one of them in particular was just loud and it was clear they had come to get pissed and cause as much disruption to everyone’s peace as they could the more they drank the louder they got and they had their own music blaring out as well, I put up with it for about an hour but when they were shushed by an elderly group of Spanish people playing cards the man thought it was appropriate to call them a c*nt and approach them to try to intimidate them which unfortunately he did and they got up and left a few other couples who would normally stay out until 4/5pm also got up and left I went and complained to the lifeguard who wasn’t in our pool area (which I think there should always be two one in each) and explained what was happening he said he would speak to them he went with another lady and seemed to have a word with them but it didn’t phase them and after they left they just carried on myself and my husband then went for lunch and I complained again to reception as there were just getting worse at this point now jumping into a pool that’s only 1.3 metres and dancing on sun loungers and swearing she said she would send the hotel manager which they did and again they seemed to have a word but they left and the group just carried on again so myself and my husband by this point had enough so we got up and left the area 3 hours earlier than we normally would have I complained a third time and said we had now actually felt so uncomfortable we had to leave the area we watched from the balcony no one went back out to them and they carried on until 6pm - in my opinion after the second complaint they should have been asked to leave the area but it felt the staff didn’t want to say too much so they basically were allowed to carry on.

Hotel was amazing for the money could not fault the food loads of options for all 3 meal times. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful if you needed any information. The pool area was fab and they have a snack bar through out the day which normally had burgers , hot dog , chips etc and then they did pancakes at 4pm every day. Good selection of drinks as well. Opposite the hotel is a small market with lots of shops and a few karaoke bars there is also a nightclub style bar called Tiffany’s and an Irish bar which were fab and full of mixed ages. There was also 2 mini golfs which were really good price at 9.80 for 2 people and the bus stop was a 5 minute walk. The beach is also really close about a 10 minute walk from the hotel , the views are amazing. If your thinking of going premium book before you go as we would of liked to upgrade but it was full however the only difference was you had access to the day beds and infinity pool , the rooms were the same apart from a light on the balcony. All in all an amazing stay would definitely recommend!!
