Globales Samoa strikes a chord with guests due to its cleanliness, with the spotless conditions and attentive housekeeping receiving commendation. Travelers find the rooms basic yet clean, though some mention issues with noise and a lack of modern conveniences such as refrigerators and tea-making facilities. The value proposition is noted for affordable drinks and beach proximity, despite a shortage of in-room amenities.
The snack bar and pool area stand out in the amenity offerings, although a few guests desire more variety. Service at the hotel is consistently lauded for the staff's friendliness and efficiency.

Detailed Reviews
The hotel itself is very clean ,checking in was quick ,we have to pay a travelling tax on arrival of 30 euros.
the safe is 35 euros for a week also,so spent 65euros within 5 minutes .
The rooms are clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels everyday.
There is air conditioning in the rooms which was good when being in the 28 heat all day.
our room was on the 6th floor with a balcony overlooking the pool.
The restaurant was very clean and the food presented very well,as a couple who never eat when on holiday
we found ourselves having 3 meals per day much to our surprise, well done to the kitchen staff.
There are 2 bars one with settees and chairs was not open during our stay
bit disappointing as it looked very relaxing to have a drink in evening.
the only place for evening drinks was the pool bar with plastic tables and chairs.
the bar staff were excellent all very polite ,as it was a pool bar plastic small cups were served.
The stage outside was used in evening and it got cold by the time the shows start at 10pm.
Now for the BAD point.
Animation do NOT like British people,
I see others have said the same so it's not just us.
We were left out of all activities and
felt like we should not be there ,I will leave it there for you to make your own mind up ,would I stay there again , no and reason is Animation not treating guests the same, we would have loved it if we were french

Dear Peter, Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry that you did not feel involved in the entertainment, but we are even more sorry that we did not know about it during your stay so that we could have solved it. Currently in the hotel we have a large entertainment team that speaks different languages such as English, French, Italian, Spanish, ... so we take note of your comment to work on it. On the other hand, we would like to thank you for your kind words about our service and gastronomy. Sincerely, Globales Quality Manager.

Overall great holiday. When we arrived there was an hour delay on the room being cleaned which was a pain but Pablo had a bottle of prosecco sent up to the room which was very kind. The food was decent and had good variety and there were a fair few vegetarian options. The drinks werenāt bad however only 4-5 cocktails are included and they are quite watery. The sangria is the best drink. The rooms were a decent size however they werenāt cleaned as such, more the beds were made and that was about it. One of the pillows in our room also had a brown stain on it which wasnāt very pleasant and wasnāt changed despite being quite visible. There was entertainment every day by the pool and the music was quite loud. But the pool was kept pretty clean and there were always lifeguards. The slides were good fun as well. The animation team were great however the water polo was absolutely vicious and should have been regulated. My partner and I took part and we both ended up hurt by other people who were very aggressive, we felt the animation team should have stepped in as certain players were taking it far too seriously. The animation team do all the entertainment in all available languages so youāre not left out (Iād read reviews saying itās all French which is not the case, itās Italian Spanish and English too). There is bingo available in the evenings but itās very expensive at ā¬2 per card!! Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely come back!

After many failed holidays due to covid. We booked a return Together to our first holiday we ever booked.
The Globales Samoa,
We fell in love with the first time we went,
Arrived with easy jet a lot earlier this time. Checked in and had to wait for the room so was allowed to start our holiday. Bags safely stored away after paying local holiday tax
Our Stay was for 7 Nights.
Itās a Great holiday good food and local sprits with a little market over the road.
The few things which were a problem was the very over the top Tui Team very geared up for the French and walking around like they owned it.
But donāt let that put you off itās a great place for family couples.
The hotels like I have found with all globales I have stayed in are very clean
Rom cleaned daily fresh towels as needed.
Food was good you could make a meal out of what was there, be it a bit Luke warm at time, but they have microwaves.
Only complaint was the juice machine needs a upgrade
I will be returning this year 2023 on my own due to my wife passing away

Currently staying here with my partner (Both late 20ās) as we were forced to move from our hotel Globales America which we originally booked (4 star hotel) which closed due to Covid on arrival without any prior notification. This Hotel is surprisingly very clean for a 3 star hotel and nice and quiet during this difficult time with the pandemic. Food is great always something to have and different fresh choices everyday. Pool is clean and pool area is cleaned every evening. The only thing that is drastically letting this review down is the entertainment is only catered for the French. I understand 90% of the guests are currently staying here are french however they are treating us like we shouldnāt be here. āLooky Clubā are the entertainment at this hotel and are 5 mixed guys and girls of similar age to ourselves. As they have found out we are English they are totally leaving us out completely when it comes to daytime and evening events and not even coming over to invite us to the events... which we see them going round the pool going to different French families and couple etc. Evening shows are completely in French so we have been forced to go back to the room most evenings as we do not feel welcomed and find it impossible to enjoy the entertainment as neither of us speak French.
Secondly, the pool lifeguard is very strict with pushing and running etc which is great and what you would expect from a pool lifeguard... however they let the āLooky Clubā throw each other in constantly pushing each other in dressed up and sliding into the pool which I donāt think is leading a great example for the other guests if that is the policy of the hotel.
The Bar staff are equally as rude to us because we are English being very friendly to the French guests however ignoring us when we stand there and not trying to communicate at all...
In conclusion:
If you donāt mind being isolated to yourselves and donāt want to get involved and chat to other English guests and donāt like entertainment on your holiday. Then this would be the hotel for you.
Alternatively, if you donāt understand French.. and like to be social and get Involved in the entertainment or even just watch it. Then I would avoid this hotel like the plague because you will not find this here. I think Globales need to have a word with the āLooke Clubā and make them understand that there are other nationalities staying at this hotel as they are really letting this hotel down and if they want to cater this hotel for the French only they should of moved us into a hotel which allow and cater for English guests as well.

Just returned from a short holiday with TUI, where we came just to chase some late summer sun. We were apprehensive before coming having heard rumours back in England that the Majorca government are limiting the number of drinks you can have at all inclusive hotels on the island, but not the case in this part of the island, so really glad we did not change.
I don't understand how this property is only rated 3 star as it was much better than many 4 star hotels that we have stayed in.
We arrived quite late as the hotel was much further from the airport than we anticipated, with TUI dropping off at lots of other hotels on the way. We received a very warm welcome from Pedro on arrival who was the most friendly receptionist we encountered. After getting checked in, he showed us where we could get some drinks and had kept a cold buffet in the restaurant ready for our arrival which we really appreciated after a long journey.
Our 2 rooms in the A block were lovely with large floor to ceiling doors opening up onto a balcony with stunning views. rooms were very quiet, white, bright in mediteranean colours and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. Were really impressed that we had all English TV channels available on TV so could wake up to the news and not miss TV programmes. Beds were exceptionally comfortable with great mattress and pillows. The only thing lacking was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, though since we were all inclusive anyway this was not a major problem.
The best thing we enjoyed about the hotel was the entertainment , which is better than any other hotel we have stayed in. The hotel has its own animation team who provide everything from early morning yoga, aquagym, poolside music and games to the most amazing shows ever in the evenings. We read some previous reports on here that the entertainment is aimed only at French people. This is absolute complete rubbish!! While there are a lot of French guests in the hotel . The animation team are very friendly , Inclusive, diverse, include all guests and speak in French, Spanish and English. They really made the holiday for us. You can participate in as many or as little activitys as you like, no pressure. The two main presenters, Max and the other boy, sorry cant remember his name ( black hair and hairy chest!), work so hard from early in the morning to late at night ensuring that every guest has the best possible holiday experience. They are an absolute credit to the hotel.
Food was typical buffet style but plenty of choice including good vegetarian options also. Snack bar where you can get food all day long. Beer is San Miguel and flows freely as do all drinks from the bar. Everything, everywhere felt very new and clean and all the staff were amazing. We did not see much of the local area as came just to soak up the sun. Did not see the point of going to the beach when the hotel had a great pool scene with music, animation team , free bar and free sunbeds. The hotel met all our needs and our stay was much better than we anticipated.
Yes- we will come back.

Here is a cheap and cheerful hotel.
On the plus side the food is OK but a little repetitive, ie fish chicken pork veal
Breakfasts are ok but bacon not like in the UK
Location is good as just 5 mins from the beach and one too shops and bars and restaurants. On the negative rooms are a bit dated though clean and wall are thin
They do mainly cater for the French and Spanish as not a lot of UK guests here but are very polite too you
There is only 2 lifts for the 8 floors and are only able too take 4 people and incredibly slow.
If you want a late checkout you have to tell them in advance ,but they'll not tell you if you can have the late check out until the day of you leaving . N.B could not get a late check out..very annoying
Over all I would give this place 6/7 out of 10. But doubt if I would come back

I arrived here with my son (4 years old)
Overall a great stay here but just a few things I would have liked to known before arrival/booking.
You cannot check in until 2pm but thereās a room for your suitcases so you can go straight to the restaurant/snack bar/drinks. We did manage to check about 1pm and our room was ready.
The hotel staff/entertainment speaks multiple languages mostly French or Spanish.
As I arrived as did another couple just infront of us (French) a male staff member came over ready to great us and take us around but a the receptionist corrected them and he was for the French couple not us. As a solo parent with my child I would have liked a tour around.
The snack bar was really good.. bacon, hot dog sausages, burgers, chips, pizza, baguettes, salad, pastryās, loads of fresh fruit.
Breakfast was good, bacon, sausages, scrambled egg, fried, boiled, toasties, fried friend, chocolate pancakes, with Nutella, croissants and other multiple pastries.
Also always fruits, cereal, hams and cheeses.
And baguettes and bread.
The restaurant was ok I had no problem eating most days but there isnāt any food options like youād have for children like chicken nuggets etc. I had to go to snack bar for him.
For lunch and dinner there was always different types of pasta, paella, chips, rice, vegetables, fish, some days chicken, viel, beef.
Salad selection really nice, they had British sauces also.
They had ice cream there and at the bar area but if you wanted branded ice lollies you need to pay for these.
The rooms lovely, air con which is needed.
They have 2 lifts but they are tiny and always a wait as this hotel as 8 floors.
They had entertainment every night I didnāt manage to get to see it every night as my son would be in bed but they have a kids disco at 9 which I thought was a bit late.
Right opposite the hotel loads of shops with British items, and souvenir shops everywhere. 2 minutes down the road a trampoline area and games for kids which is cheap.
Beach literally 2 minutes away.. ask for the way through the other side of hotel.
Lovely park area for the kids next to snack bar.
Pools are good, the kids pool is a good size and the other a good size too you canāt have large inflatables though. Kids one thatās no problem.
Sunbeds wasnāt a problem but if you wanted a particular spot Iād get up early to put your towel down. People do this early. You canāt go in the pool till 10pm.
Overall a good stay here I ate out twice due to first night needing to get my son to bed early and the last night as a treat and thereās a selection of restaurants close by and not expensive at all.

Lovely experience staying at the Globales Samoa hotel, which was situated just off the coved beach only a 5 minute walk away! We had a gorgeous view of the sea from our balcony; room was lovely with the option to have it cleaned everyday if wanted. The food was excellent, with a variety of different choices every meal, and enough food and room for everyone to sit down. There is also an option to sit outside on the balcony to enjoy your meal with a gorgeous view of the sea and hills. Staff were very helpful when needed. Day time activities were fun and enjoyable, including water polo, aqua gym and even some team games/races! Bar/drink area opened between 10am and 11:30pm, with cocktails, spirits and beers included in the all inclusive price. Drinks like soft drinks, hot drinks and squash were self-service. Night time entertainment was good, bingo, quizzes and performances, with lots of places to sit and enjoy. The hotel is in a small town of Mallorca, with shops, pubs, and places to eat nearby. Our hotel sea view room overlooked this. At night time, some of the bars play music till late, however this can only be heard slightly from the hotel room, not enough to stop you from sleeping. We personally didn't mind this.
When reading the trip advisor comments before booking here, we saw a few about the lifts and air con. Both were absolutely fine and never found ourselves queueing for the lift. Overall, we had an excellent, relaxing holiday!

Just returned from a week at this hotel, I wasn't expecting much from it so I was pleasantly surprised. I say I didn't expect much that's because I didn't look into it and had never heard of the resort so assumed it can't be up to much.
If you're getting a transfer I'd suggest cancelling and getting a taxi instead as our transfer took well over 2 hours and is a buzz kill something Jet2 should ideally look at fixing.
The reception area is big clean and the staff are friendly and speak excellent English. Check in is simple however there is a tourist tax, we paid 31 euro between us. As mentioned staff on reception are friendly and will do anything to help with any questions, Pablo was the friendliest of them all he went above and beyond and seemed to love his job.
Rooms are of decent size and clean enough nothing to really write home about, poor water pressure and was hit or miss if maids came in (if you don't want to be disturbed use the sign as they'll waltz in at 8am) our view was decent but I'd imagine if you stay at front of hotel its not so good.
Food, was exactly as I thought it would be, always the same in these all inclusive hotels. Not bad though.
Pool area decent especially the slide, didn't seem to be any drunks as you usually see but having said that the pool was closed one day because someone was sick although this could of easily been a child. The pool side entertainment was mainly in French and Italian so if that's what you're after I wouldn't bother.
The hotel is right near a unreal beach. The surrounding areas aren't really busy but busy enough to have a good time and enjoy.

This was a cheap and somewhat cheerful holiday at this hotel in Cala de Mallorca. My little one enjoyed herself. The food is great however after two days it starts to get too much (all inclusive) and the sugary drinks.
The staff are friendly. There are some yummy gummy sweets at reception which was a winner with my little one. The massages are spot on! The hotel room that we stayed in was basic and had loads of human hair on the bedding, floor and in the bathroom.
The hotel walls are so thin that one can hear what is happening in the next hotel room and in the corridor. This spoilt our holiday to some extend.
The evening adult entertainment was not good however the kids entertainment was OK.
The transfer from the airport to the hotel was over an hour to get there and returning it was over 2:30hrs long to Palma Airport.
I wouldnāt be staying at this hotel again.
