The rooms are amazing. So clean and the beds are so comfortable I slept so well. Amazing views around the hotel. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Entertainment was brilliant daily especially my favourite Alex. Not forgetting the wonderful front of house staff who went above and beyond to make you feel so welcome. Will definitely be looking to book again next year.

Very nice hotel but totally geared up for the French.Rooms are very comfortable and food was great. The location is a bit remote and not a lot to do in the area.Apart from this we enjoyed our stay but would not go back as the transfer is too long.

We came here for a short break of four nights and five days. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel and location. We booked a TUI package, which came with an EasyJet flight. TUI give this hotel 3 stars but I would give it 4. I’ve been to many a 4-star hotel which is not half as good! Trying to be helpful I will list the For’s and Against’s. Good First impression of the Clean, Light & Bright open reception area. Dining Room is clean and well lit. The staff rush about and keep everything well topped up and surfaces clean. Up some stairs and through sliding doors is a large outside veranda eating area. It is a bit more peaceful than the rushing about in main restaurant, although you still select your food from the main restaurant. However there are hot & cold drinks machines up on the veranda. There are always two or three staff working up there and keep the area clean and plates are quickly removed when you finish eating. There is always something I could or would eat. I am Coeliac and they could give me cereal, chocolate muffins, sliced bread all Schar brand and lovely bread rolls which were delicious. There is also a Bar down a few steps from reception which serves lots of drinks, we found the wines and cava consistently good, although they are served in plastic tumblers, as it serves for people sunbathing by the pool and at the outside entertainment area at night. Beyond that Bar there is a Snack Bar which is very popular. Serving burgers, hot dogs, pizza, salads, pastries, and fruit etc. Our room was on floor 8, the top floor. Lovely views of the sea and also the holiday shops and bars opposite. Our room was cleaned well every day and towels we had used, and put in bath to replace were done so. Poor Our main problem was our room, the walls must be paper thin as we could hear our neighbours talking until past 2 am every night then snoring loudly! They only came to their room around 11.30pm and wacked the TV on full blast and that didn’t go off until after 3am. If they had spoken English, I would have heard every word they said. After two nights we spoke to Reception, they weren’t too keen to give us another room, saying that we could have similar noisy neighbours. They suggested we phoned them if we had noise after mid-night. So we had very few hours of broken sleep the whole time we were there. This was disappointing as the only thing I had asked for on booking the hotel was a “quiet room”. The lifts for this large eight story hotel were just two small ones which advised no more than four people travel in each one. So anyone with suitcases or a pushchair meant you waited even longer for the lift. Particularly at breakfast time, you had to wait for ages, and then up to eight people would squeeze in. The pool was quite small. One third was taken up with two water shoots and that was the deeper part. The rest of the pool was for everyone else and about 4 feet deep. I have poor knees so couldn’t use the ladder to get in and out, so was unable to use the pool at all. There was a small baby pool too. There were plenty of sunloungers and we had no trouble getting three together at any time of the day. The animation team seemed to be busy and popular. They didn’t invite us to join anything, although we did watch the demonstration making paella and sangria and sampled both which were delicious. The main evening entertainment did not begin until around 10pm. Most evenings it was pretty good, and very nice sitting outside on a warm balmy night even in October. Last but by no means least is the wonderful beach, located less than five minutes’ walk from the back of the hotel. Down a bush lined road and the view is wonderful. There were payable sun loungers on the beach, but we just went down for a swim then back to our sun loungers by the hotel pool. There were also lifeguards at the beach which was good as the sand sloped away steeply into the sea and the small waves were strong with quite a rip one day. I will add some photos. Two things to bear in mind. There are no pool towels. When we asked for them we were told we needed to pay 10 Eutos for two rather faded and scruffy looking towels. We queried the cost and were told we could take them home as a memento of out holiday. As we only travelled with hand-luggage that wouldn't have been possible anyway. Also you have to pay for a safe key. For the four nights there we were asked to pay 36 Euros plus 10 Euros. I don't understand the maths at all. We will definitely return to this hotel, but will ask for room at the opposite side of the hotel.

Lovely stay in this hotel, we arrived home on the 12 October, relaxed and refreshed. The breakfast and snack bar selection was lovely as was the salad bar etc. Rooms very comfortable and lovely side sea view. Staff all so friendly and helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and it was perfect for what we wanted, which was a relaxing break with some entertainment and a chilled vibe.

Have stayed at the Samoa several times over the years. This was our first trip back since 2019. Can’t fault the cleanliness of the hotel, We were pleased with the selection of food availability. Only one fault was access to the pool as we are getting on in years Roman steps into the pool would be great. We will return in the near future. We stayed in room 429 and had a great view of shopping centre and sea view.

We decided to have our first holiday in 8 years back at Samoa, where we visited 20 years ago for our first holiday in Mallorca. Rooms were just what you need, clean bathroom, comfy beds, and aircon. There is a TV, but the few channels had a bad signal , this never bothered us as we never used it. The maids are great and make your beds daily. We were in room 510 and had a lovely view of the pool, sea, and mountains, which made for great sunset pictures. Reviews moan about the food being cold or repetitive, but when you have to cater for different tastes, it's hard. We always found something we like and tried food we never knew we would enjoy. Breakfast is served till 10 am, then the bar and snack bar opens by the pool. Lunch is from 1 pm and dinner from 7:30 pm. You will way's find a bed by the pool whatever time of day but most people like to put their towels out before breakfast so they can reserve their favourite . The pool isn't the biggest but it's perfect for a quick dip to cool off. The beach is a 5 minute stroll down some steps by the pool. With beautiful clear sea you can see the fish swimming round your feet. If you arrive early you can get a sunbed without paying as charges start at 12 moon. The animation team are excellent and try to involve everyone. There is something for everyone during the day, for example, in the morning they do stretching followed by aquagym then later games like beer pong or darts and allways games in the pool to keep you cool. Evening entertainment doesn't strategy until late with mini disco at 9pm followed by a live act at 10pm finishing at 11.30pm due to local noise rules.

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Food was good. Lots of choice. If you want nuggets and chips go to Maccies. The food here was traditional spanish, french and italian. Pasta, rice, salad bar. Meat and fish choices every day. Desserts were fab. Drinks were good, san miguel on draught, cava, wine, sangria and local spirits on all inclusive. Loads of soft drinks. Pool area nice, plenty of sunbeds. Had a lovely relaxing holiday 🙂
